Silent hovering

I watched it motionless for an hour. Finally some clouds came by and passed behind it. The clouds were at about 500 feet.

I was shocked and realized it was a flying saucer. I had been a police officer for 10 years and then insurance fraud investigator For about 17 years. I had never seen anything like it before. I then thought it was probably there because of Beale Air Force Base. Beale had been a location of the SR 71 and is now the location of the U2 spy plane and the global hawk drone. After an hour I ran into the house to get my camera. I came back a few moments later and it had left. I did not get to see it fly away.

UFO,star then reappeared UFO ship.

UFO appeared as a slow shooting star just outside of orbit, then realized it was UFO by its zigzag pattern. I flashed SOS to ship multiple times. It disappeared after 45 sec going south. Then reappeared east beginning to flash its external light in response to my flashlight it was now bigger as It was closer slightly. Like a passenger plane it remained zigzagging and then shot off at the speed of light south. Leaving a trail of light for half a second.

Diamond shaped object flying low in the Sierra Nevada.

I'm a trucker. I was on my route from Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV on I-80 eastbound. While going up the grade near Yuba Gap, I saw this large object flying along the ridgetop about a half mile ahead of me.

When I first saw it, it was above the treeline. For about 5 to 10 seconds, it was traveling North at about 50 or 60mph while descending below the treeline and disappearing.

The object looked to be larger than a jetliner. It was dark, so I'm not sure what color it was. But it was diamond shaped and had multiple orange lights around the edges.

Is it alien, or man made? I'm not sure, but I've never seen anything like it. Nor have I seen anything defy gravity like that. Seemed to be too large to go that slow without falling out of the sky.

When not to walk the dog I looked up in the sky I saw will look to be a star moving in the direction from north to south I thought it was a plane as it moved little bit behind it follows another one and right behind that one the same distance and other another one and another one on a straight line without moving they followed one after the other perfect motion there must have been about 15 of them has it moved across the sky imperfect sequence I don't think plants do that with the same distance apart same speed they never change color just look like a little white. Blacked out the part of the sky with stars behind it, was during neowise.

Recount: I was watching for the comet neowise I believe it was, I came across a patch of sky blacked out in a perfect triangle. The edges of the shape refracted the stars, imagine chromatic aberration and distorted/difuesed stars that somehow stop existing past the edge while appearing curved into nothing. There was no noise.

There was no abnormalities aside from literally negative space where there should have been stars. I looked at the clock at 9:45 that night, look back at it and somehow it was 11:45. My attention to detail is extremely high ask my col from rotc, I dont miss details. Period. Not saying I was abducted but I am a loss of what I saw and my missing time. I have had Urinary issues since and the doctors are still trying to figure out what's wrong.

Similar to the missing time I experienced as a child when in the corn field with my father who's former Navy Nuclear Submariner and sister many years ago, no one was able to find me then I turned the corner and was found after a long time im told. I guess they like me if UAPs are the cuase. I do often get random I guess flashes or singular memory of looking at a short grey face with big black eyes but that could be just a memory from or movie or something thats stuck in my head but I dont know its all very confusing for me because I cant recall any movie ive seen like that. I get a fear emotion but like I wait to be told how it affects me at the same time like hesitant emotional response. Its rare i have that kind of memory and I am doing my best to avoide sounding like a conspiracy nut but its the truth.

I am reporting this to my government because it's my responsibility to as a citizen and a patriot to provide my government with intelligence although it be late. Late due to me not wanting to sound or appear a nut as well as not wanting to waste my governments time with inactionable intelligence. I love science, facts are food. Beale Air Force base is located north east of event location within 30 miles I believe, it clearly evaded radar.

This is the truth with all details I can remember, if aliens are real I would like to meet them, fear is a response to the unknown which can quickly turn to interest and appreciation. Thank you for your time.

I was out side with my three friends they were in the car I was looking into the sky when outta no where a light zoomed in quickly and than disappeared . Not but a minute later the same light from the same dictation another zoomed in but this one stayed it seemed to go up and down going in to view and outta view in the clouds . Than it paused in midair and turn off it’s light witch was just a bright white light and than the light came on but got brighter than it ever was before than it disappeared the same Direction it came from all in what seemed like a minute time frame. I’ve seen many things but never before like this.

five blinking white lights flying slowly in one small area of the sky. One light stayed in the center. Observed for 45 min.

5 lights blinking in the distance, about 20 degrees above the horizon, hovering slowly, drifting in the same small area of the sky. One stayed in the center of the group, the other 4 slowly going from one side of the center one to the other and back and forth. Staying together in the same area. The lights were white, and they were blinking, all blinked at the same pace, but not in unison. They were blinking sequentially.

Observer has never witnessed such phenomenon, and watches the stars regularly. It did not appear to be anything I'd seen before. 3 witnesses confirm they were seeing the same thing.

Heading south on route 70 out of Oroville we noticed 3 clear/white orbs floating over the road to our left. They seemed to move independently of each other in random formations. 5 pix of a red ball in the sky.

I don't know if this will be of much use since I didn't see anything when I was taking the pictures and want to send them but my limited knowledge of the computer prevents me from sending them from my cell phone.

My husband and I were driving home from Oroville, Calif., nearing the Beale AFB exit going south on Hwy. 70. It was a clear sunny afternoon on Sunday, Nov. 10. around 4:30-5:00 and the sun was setting. I often take pix of the sunset and was taking some of this one.

After the 5th picture I had taken, I glanced at my phone to see if the last one came out clearly and saw a red ball shaped object on it. I went into my picture file to check it and the previous 4 pix and saw this same red ball on all five of the pictures but in different positions and when you zoom in on them you can see a dark line in the middle of the ball. I thought at first maybe some type of reflection on the window since I was taking a picture of the sun which was directly to the west. It was a bit chilly with a few cirrus clouds and the window was up. When I looked at the last picture it showed a very definitive football shaped pinkish haze around the red ball. If it weren't for this last picture I would chalk it up to something on the window, except possibly the different positions the ball is in on each photo. They're actually quite good and not just a speck in the sky.

I want to send the pix in but don't know how to send them from my phone to your website or how to get them onto my computer from my phone. I'm a bit of a imbecile when it comes to stuff like that. I can send them easily through a text message, but don't suppose that's possible on your end Peter as I'm sure you have enough to do with this website without having to deal with text messages also.

If I could get any assistance with this, I'd be grateful and more than happy to get these pictures to you.

2 Sightings in one day

Driving southbound to go home my husband and I saw a weird shape in the sky during daylight. It appeared translucent and we had thought it might have been a plastic bag at first. It then was a lot bigger with a round shape but as it started going off in the distance looked like it changed shape.

Later that night we had seen a large object that appeared like it was touching down with large red flashing lights. Our attention was on this triangle shaped object that we failed to notice the hovering, identical craft right above it. We only saw this long enough for us to get on the exit and it disappeared.

reddish orange lights on New Year's morning

My brother and I were watching the fireworks just after midnight on New Year's and my brother said look at that light it was a reddish, orange light, Then I could see more light's coming from behind a tree in a side ways vee formation, I ran back into my house to get my mom to see the lights by the time we ran out side there was about 15 to 20 lights they were spreading out low in the sky. and then they stopped. My brother ran to git his camera but his pictures did not look to good the lights looked like stars. The lights came in from the south and were headed in a northern direction until they stopped right in front of us and over the fireworks we were watching that were down the street from us, it was like the lights were watching the fireworks to. The lights stayed there for about 10 to 15 minutes and then they faded out. and then 20 minutes later we all saw another single reddish orange light north of us it stayed sill for about 4 minutes then it faded into! the clouds. It was just off the 99 & Lincoln area.

4 amber lights in formation moved slowly over me silently , seemed like either 2 objects or 1 big one.

Driving N bound Hwy 99 just past Queens ave I noticed to the right 4 new radio towers with amber glowing lights. They seemed to be very high radio towers and were stationary. But towers in the area have red or white lights. The lights then began to move slowly and together up a little then to the left. 2 amber lights (all 4 amber lights seemed to have a downward flare to them)in front about 100 feet apart and angled like this symbol \ were separated by about 350-400 feet from the trailing 2 amber lights which were angled more like this symbol / in a trapezoidal formation with the upper right light back some and the lower right light seeming closer assuming all the lights were equal in size, I would estimate each light to be about 1-2 feet in diameter and emitting a soft glow. I could not see anything between them and afterwards I realized there might not have been any stars between them either on a clear calm night with plenty of stars out. I rolled the! window down and heard nothing other than road and wind noise since I was traveling about 60mph as it passed directly over head. I thought it could be helicopters in formation until the lights moved so uniformly in paired formation that it seemed like it was either 2 objects (one on the left and one on the right) or one very large object. The trailing 2 lights had about 150-200 feet between them. The trailing 2 lights adjusted a bit and the upper more to the rear light came forward about even top to bottom relative to me, with the bottom light seemingly not to change position at all while the first 2 lights on the left did not change relative position either as they moved across the horizon. The 4 lights moved in equal rates of speed from the right of the highway over it to the left and continued in a westerly direction, one of the lights faded out, I believe the upper right and then glowed back on in a different position. Then 2 went out and 1 came back on leaving 3 li! ghts then the 4th returned as it gained speed moderately. It ! seemed l ike one large dark object with the tail portion rotating about 30 degrees around the lower axis. As I continued down the road I lost sight of it and after 3 minutes I pulled over to see if it was still around but only saw 1 amber colored light flicker in amongst the stars and down low there were security lights and buildings obstructing lower level of view. When I realized it was not helicopters I felt plenty eerie, and was greatly relieved when it continued onward. I wonder why it was so low to the ground and stationary in a populated area and felt sorry for whoever was in that area at the time, it could have been an abduction or a return, or…

Triangle of lights

A friend and I were eating at a Taco stand in Olivehurst,Ca last night roughly around 5:30 p.m. It started out as a triangle of three lights than spun around in a circle.

A couple minutes later one light took off fast to the left while the other two sped off to the right. They shot across the sky so fast that they we knew they couldn't have been airplanes. The lights were multi-colored. I could not tell what shape they.

One of the observers is a non-believer of extraterrestrial life,and nor does he care. He is a plant manager. I am a student and stay at home mother. Neither one of us has any mental illnesses and are both "have to see it to believe it" people.

We were both stunned by what we saw and have never seen anything like it

Cigar/Cylinder shaped object seen over Yuba City, California

Approximately at 9am I stepped outside to sit on my back porch when I noticed an object that was cigar shaped approaching from the North and heading south.

I walked out into the yard to get a better look at it. I could immediately tell it wasn't an airplane. It lacked the usual appearance of the commercial airline planes I see periodically; tail, wings, exhaust stream, markings of any kind, windows. It was a gleaming white yet translucent. Each end was "rounded" and the center was a different shade which made it look like it had a "band" around it. There was absolutely no sound coming from this craft. The weather was calm; no wind, blue skies, and a bright morning sun in the east.

Since I had been uploading vacation photos from my camera into my laptop that was on the kitchen table, I had my camera in an accessible location. I ran into the house and grabbed the camera which took less than 10 seconds.

Upon returning to the back yard, it was evident that this object was moving faster than any commercial airliner. I decided to put my camera on "consecutive" shooting but the craft was moving so fast and had changed it's course from a straight North to South path to an ascending southerly path and was gaining altitude with such speed that I was losing visual in a matter of seconds. It went from a size where it would have taken a nickel to cover the entire craft to a pinpoint.

I was only able to catch one pretty clear photo.

Within just a few minutes of seeing this craft, I heard multiple helicopters in the area but never got a visual on them.

My background is 20 years as an Insurance Agent and Mutual Fund Investment Adviser. I am currently retired.

Boomeranged/stealth bomber shape, silent, no lights or sound Back in the summer of 2010, late evening, I was outside having a smoke on a patio chair. I slowly tilted my head back to look at the night sky and if I had not, I would have completely missed it. I still have a hard time trying to estimate its size when I think of it.

It was flying very low and was massive (about 4 football fields in length or larger) directly overhead. It made no sound or lights, blending with the night sky. The first thing that came to mind when I saw the shape was a stealth bomber but as I studied it, the two bottom corners were rounded like a boomerang and it came in on the back to a flat edge (not full triangle). The coloring is hard to describe. I had to stare really hard to make out what looked like a camo pixel design of dark greys and blacks, but not painted, more like each color was a separate panel.

It was flying fast enough that this only lasted about 30 seconds (despite its size) before disappearing into the dark after passing overhead. During the entire time I had not moved and felt like almost numb as I watched it.

I have searched UFO sightings and military planes but nothing comes close to what I witnessed in shape and size for ones posted online are either a complete pointy triangle shape or skinny boomerang shape.

I am posting it now because of another recent UFO sighting (not the same type unfortunately) has increased my interested in this phenomenon.

I would love to discuss this with someone who has had the same sighting.

Four lights at dusk that appear then dissaappear

I was sitting outside with a friend having dinner in his garden. I was sitting at a table between two modular homes. I was facing approximately, North, North-East. At the time of the siting, I looked up about 45 degrees and saw a light in the sky. Then there was a second light to the left of the first one. I first thought there these were early stars, but the sky was still quite blue, the star Antaries, which usually came out first, directly above, was not out yet.

My first thought was that I was seeing an aircraft, or a satellite, or a space station. I commented to my friend about seeing two lights. Then the one to the left started to move to the left. As it did, two other lights appeared about these first two. They were closer together than the firs two. Then the second light that moved to the left disappeared. Thie direction would be toward the North West. Now there was just the three. Then the upper two lights disappeared followed by the first light.

I was puzzled because, these lights really looked like faint stars, but it was too early for stars to appear. The final formation of these four points of light could be labeled like the geometric figure known as a trapezoid. The lower left point of light was the one that moved away. I tried to see if the other three moved in any direction. They did not. They only disappeared.

Thirty minutes later when the Great Dipper came out I tried to get my bearings to determine which part of the sky these lights appeared. This was approximately above the constellation of Cassiopeia. But not as high as the North Star.

This siting was so unusual that I got up from the dinner table and started mentioning to my friend that there were some lights in the sky and that one was moving. It was shortly after standing up that the other two higher lights appeared and then disappeared. My friend also got up from the table. I pointed to the area of the sky where I was seeing the lights. I asked him if he saw the lights, but he said he did not see any lights.

Usually I wear contact lenses in both eyes. For over a month I have not worn a contact lens in my left eye, in order to prepare for an eye test, prior to cataract surgery. I was only wearing one contact lens in my right eye. My vision in my right eye, with corrective lens is better than normal. It is between 20/50 and 20/70. I am very certain that I say what I saw. Also, I have an uncanny suspicion, that these lights were part of the same phenomenon.

As my mom was driving us home south on Powerline rd, off to our right over Olivehurst she spotted something that was different. After turning a corner she got a better view of the object and pointed it out to my brother and I. It was just sitting still hovering over houses. We wanted to get a better look at it so we started towards it. It then began to fly off to the right very fast, so fast that we could not catch up to it. We lost it. It was very large, we could not see the exact shape, but we could see the out line of a large black mass. It had bright red lights lit up in a line curving around the left side. My mom had a better angle than me and she saw white lights lining the lower part of it. Black triangle with reddish lights.

I had a strong argument with my (at that time) wife. I went outside the house to the front yard and grabbed a plastic chair to sit on the driveway. I sat down and looked at the stars by tilting my head back and resting it on the chair back support. I kept hearing a buzzing sound (like a floresant light). I tried to ignore it, but I was angry so I turned my head with annoyance to my right where the noise was coming from. Thinking it was the street light to be at fault. I saw hovering above the light where the next neighbor lived a big black triangle craft. It had three orange/reddish lights. One at each corner. It was just hovering like searching making that buzzing voice. I got up from my chair really fast and went inside the house. A minute later I went out to look, but it wasn't there. I looked around to find it and saw three red lights on the sky by the butte mountains. Then one flew fast like a comet then the second followed and finally the! last remaining. It seemed to dive down and disappeared.

While walking my dog on the feather river levee at night, I noticed a floating light bar on the oppisite side (east) of the river.

At first I thought, "are they photographing something?" because the 6 or 8 flashing lights hanging down were so intense that it reminded me of flash bulbs used on camera's. They were rectangle and flashing randomly at the rate of 5-10 per second with no pattern like aircraft.

As I watched it in the distance as it floated approx 1000 to 1500 ft. above ground, I noticed that the flight path was like an "S" pattern heading south. And as I stared at it I thought that I could see it slipping from side to side and made the "S" pattern the craft was flying kind of jerk back and forth.

Then all of a sudden the light stopped for about 5 seconds and I could make out a dim white globe floating above where the center of the light bar would be.

The lights started up again and it floated away, not caring one bit as to who saw it.

The best way to describe what I saw, look at 10/28/06 ufo reports and find the one for Strawberry Ca. It is 40 miles north of me and the hunter saw the same lights.

bright lighted aircraft forms a cloud and disapears!

Is seem at first to be a an air craft with a spotlight, but, only this light seemed to be much brighter than normal, within a minute or two the object disapeard in to the sky leaving the light that was seen fading into a cloud then a fog, the weird thing was that there was no clouds or fog any where in sight. there was also no trace of any kind of explosion or anything falling from the sky,

3 Triangular objects, bright white lights with 2 round red "tail lights", slow speed, low altitude

3 bright white lights forming the shape of an obtuse triangle, with approximately .25 mile between each object.

The top object and the one on the right slowly began heading south.

the object on the right passed us first- we were on the balcony and it was south west of us, maybe 3 city blocks laterally away and .5 mile high, traveling at approximately 30mph. At first we heard a faint noise-almost like a prop. plane- then that went away as the object neared us. There were white lights that would at times combine with a blue and a red. the object was white(or silver?), triangular in shape, but the bottom of the craft bowed down like the hull of a boat. the back of the craft had two round red lights (like tail lights on a corvette!) the size was approximately 18 ft. long and 14ft. wide. The two crafts passed over identiticly ( about 3 minutes apart from each other) kept the same speed and then when almost out of sight, gained altitude and continued going south-east.

The 3rd craft (which would have made the left corner of the triangle) then proceeded forward and went over EXACTLY as the others did

I see these from time to time by the small mountain range by hw 99 and hw 20 and I-5. and hw 113 ......this time i was answering the door and a vacume guy was selling kirby vacs and above while i was on my porch in the distants above the fields a burst of stuff was falling was blackish tip (the moon allowed me to see a darker black other than night)dark blue green white and had a streak then it bursted into 2 parts and continued to fall and till it disapeared ......is neat to see these things they are always the same though none are different blue flame is the hottest ...so it leads me to believe its a meteor. But as I said even though there the same its cool to watch them fall lol 2 other people seen them with me before and said they think they are metorors or space rock of some kind falling.........i dont know no mater what i say peopel will belive what they want

I saw a swiftly moving object which looked like a star in the night sky. It moved to quick to be anything I knew of. It manuevered.

It was 11:45 PM and I had just gone to bed. I closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep. Just as I was on the verge of sleep, I opened my eyes and looked out the window. I looked up at the stars and noticed something. It looked as if it was a star, but with very sudden, swift movements. At first I thought that it was my "tired eyes" playing a trick on me, so I blinked a couple of times and rubbed them. I looked again, and the object was still moving in a straight line but I noticed some jerking motions, like it went forward then went backward. I thought I was just imagining it, so I closed my blinds. I then, out of curiousity, opened the blinds again. And I saw the same object, maybe a different one, I can't be sure, traveling in and upward direction. I have never turned my back on this sort of thing and like to keep an open mind, but I never expected to see this type of phenomena.

Three large lights in triangular formation spotted near Yuba City, CA on 11/30/02.

It was dark and overcast, at about 5:45pm on Saturday, November 30, 2002. I was driving north on a busy stretch of Highway 99, 5-10 miles south of Yuba City, CA. Roughly 1-2 miles ahead of me, I saw a very large white/yellow light hovering at about 1,000-2,000 feet in the air, approximately 100 yards off the highway. As I approached (about 1/2 mile away), I could see three large, distinct lights in a row, and one small red/orange blinking light on the left (west). I assumed the blinking light was a landing light on a wing, so I briefly dismissed it as a plane or jet. But the object continued to hover (as far as I could tell, it never moved), and as I began to pass underneath it, I realized that the three large lights were arranged in an equilateral triangle formation. I couldn't make out an outline of the object, because the three white/yellow lights were too bright. Unfortunately, there was too much traffic to find a place to safely pull over and observe the object. But there were 3-4 cars in front of me and 5-6 behind me, so I have to assume that someone else saw what I saw. I know that Beale AFB is roughly nearby, so who knows what it was. I suppose it could have been a Harrier jet, but as near as I could tell, it wasn't making any noise. I've seen hundreds of military and civilian aircraft in my life, and I've honestly never seen anything hover like that before. I am a senior at Chico State University in northern California, and to my knowledge, I am not insane.

Large blue/silver sphere with green halo travelled across sky approx 20 deg. arc leaving a white trail. Event lasted 1.0 sec.

While sitting in my duck blind on 10/29/98 I observed a large blue/silver sphere with a green halo streak horizontally across the sky followed by a wide exhaust trail, whitish in color. The event lasted 1.0 second and was gone. It moved as fast as a meteor. I was looking north and could see the white top of Mt. Shasta about 200 miles away. The object looked about the same size as the visible top of the mountain. It travelled from west to east and covered about a 20 deg. arc. The sky was clear with a few small clouds, no wind, bright sun, ambient temp. about 70 deg., and nothing interfered with full vision of the event. My eyesight is very good, corrected to 20/20.
