We were sitting in a car. Notice the light to our right sat there for 15 minutes. Then chased it with the car chased about 10 miles. Then it followed us back like it was following us like it was waiting for an encounter. Came back home then it flew back over us. About 20 minutes later in pure darkness, black metallic.

Triangular shaped craft with bright flashing lights moving slowly then stopping overhead.

While doing yard work with my neighbor, I heard a small aircraft passing overhead.

Out of curiosity I looked up and saw the single engine plane. Then I noticed some extremely bright lights flashing just below some black storm clouds. I looked more closely and could make out a rectangular shape moving Southwest very slowly then just came to a stop.

I called to my neighbor and asked her to look up and tell me what she saw.

She said, “what is that?” We watched it for about ten minutes, just sitting there in one spot, not moving and very bright lights flashing from all three points of its shape. It then started moving slowly to the Northeast and went into the heavy black clouds.

50-100 lights traveling across the sky in same path at same speed.

A line of lights moved in a northeasterly direction over the house, traveling at the same speed on the same path. I counted at least 50, and lost count after that. Using a star as a reference, there was a 4-5 second space between each object. They traveled in a straight line across the sky with the same brightness, until they disappeared over a mountain. Duration of about 15 minutes. I observed aircraft with strobe lights flying thru the observable path of the objects, unknown whether above or below. After about 60-70 had passed, they became more spaced out at around 45 seconds apart, which continued for about 10 minutes. I also observed several similar looking objects traveling in a northerly direction, not the same path, but same speed and brightness.

While on an evening walk, I observed, what I initially thought; was an aircraft approaching from the west, with its landing-lights on. It appeared to be gradually descending, at an altitude of approx. 5,000-7,000 ft, AGL. I found this odd, since there are no airports, in this immediate area. As it came closer, I noticed that had approx. 4-5 non-strobing white-lights, placed at roughly equal distances, along the leading-edge of each wing. It had no stobing lights, or red and green wing-tip lights, as typical aircraft do. Then, it gradually turned north, allowing me to get a side-view of the craft, against a clear, sun-setting sky, at dusk. I saw no tail, or fuselage. It appeared to be a "flying-swept-wing",approx. the wingspan of a Boeing 737, with a boomerang-shape, moving at approx. the same speed, as civilian prop-driven aircraft, that is typically seen, at that altitude. As it moved away from me, to the north, I noticed a circular- cluster of s! tationary white lights, in the middle of the rear of the object. I could hear no engine noise, as it departed my sight, over a mountain. Also, I am a subscriber to an online flight-tracking service. I immediately checked that website, on my phone, and it showed NO air-traffic, anywhere near that area.

Bright circle light being, followed by two helicopters.

My friend sent me a video of the event. Unfortunately it was sent through an application where the video disappears after it is viewed, and he did not save his original video. What i saw on the video was a bright light in a circle shape flying across the sky being followed by two jets.

My friend later confirmed that they were not jets following the ufo, but helicopters. The event did not last more than 20 seconds as the objects was moving.

Bright light surrounded by clouds or fog

I was walking my dog at a little after 6:00 am this morning (9/12/14) in Westwood area. I happened to look up towards the western sky and saw a strange light glowing behind what looked like vapor or fog--kind of like what a jet looks like when it's coming in for a landing in fog. But it wasn’t really moving. There was some movement to it, but very slow. The bright white part was about as bright as the moon, and about half the size (the setting moon was also visible quite a bit to the left and higher in the sky).

As I watched it started to dissipate, then the light went out and there was a strange oblong 'glow' or vapor remnant left for a few seconds, then nothing at all visible where it had been. And there was absolutely no sound or noise associated with it.

The entire event lasted maybe about 30-45 seconds. I tried taking a video with my cell phone, but it doesn't really show much and I wish I'd just tried taking a photo. I am an artist though, with an excellent visual memory, and went home and drew in pastel what I remember it looking like both when the light was bright and the vapor after it went out. I also did another drawing in pencil.

I'm interested in astronomy; I have seen comets, fireball meteors, planetary conjunctions, eclipses--this is like nothing I've ever seen before. Like I said it looked like a jet coming towards me in fog, or like the top part of the moon peaking from behind clouds. It was weird and fascinating to see.

The air was perfectly clear and afterwards during the walk I even saw a small plane, a helicopter, and a low flying jet headed west --and they looked nothing like what I saw; they were all crystal clear in view--no halos, vapor, etc.

From what I’ve found online this morning a lot of others saw something similar. I sent an email to CBS news about it. Some others reported it to a radio station.

Satellite-like light stops above North Hollywood/Hollywood Hills and fades in and out irregularly

I had just gotten into bed, around 2:40am, and was looking out my window of my room on the 9th floor of my building. I usually sleep with the curtains closed, but this time I left one side of the curtains pulled open. (From my window I look north onto the south side of the Hollywood Hills.)

On this night, which had been clear to partly cloudy, it caught my attention that the clouds appeared to have a warm hue and I found it odd that I could make out the shapes at such a late hour. I figured that the clouds were lower than usual and thus reflected more of the city lights. This was the reason why I was staring out my window for about five minutes while in bed rather than trying to fall asleep.

Around 2:45am I saw what appeared to be a satellite pass into my line of sight at about 20 degrees above the horizon traveling from west to east. About 1 second after appearing within my vision, it stopped abruptly, roughly above the North Hollywood area. This was not a helicopter. It was not blinking red and blue lights.

I initially thought it was a satellite but its intensity varied greatly to that of a very faint star and it mostly emitted a bluish white light. For the next 2 or 3 minutes the light would flicker/fade in and out irregularly. At times, I could not tell if the light was moving while it faded in and out or if there were one or two OTHER lights on either side of it also behaving in a similar manner.

The sky quickly became overcast around this time as clouds blew in from east to west. When these clouds finally passed, I woke up my roommate, but only to point out what where obviously stars. The strange light was nowhere to be seen.

While I was looking at this object move erratically, I thought that perhaps my adrenaline and excitement were causing my eyes to shake. I would repeatedly look away from the object to focus on the lights of buildings, street lights, and radio masts, scattered along the Hollywood Hills. These appeared quite normal and steady.

Of course, as I got back in bed after about 5 more minutes of scanning the sky, I continued to look out my window. As I did so, I witnessed a cloud/ cloud-like object form from a small silver orb into a curved-rhombus shape and dissipate right before my eyes all within 1 minute. I have never seen a cloud behave this way and my heart was beating incredibly hard at this point and I began to feel very disturbed.

I am hoping that other witnesses can confirm what I saw.

August 7, 2013

My daughter (age 23) and I were moving to Reno, NV. We had driven from Seattle, down I-5, then took CA 89, then CA 139 towards Susanville, Ca.

It was about 2 in the morning. The road we were on was a two lane, winding this way and that, curving, going up and down in the mountains, speed limit 55. On each side of the road, there was the area that is cleared out of brush and trees. Up ahead of us I would catch the lights of what looked like the flashing lights of a slow moving semi truck. It was a ways ahead of us and we would see it, then it would disappear as the road wound a certain way, or trees got in the way, then reappear again a few minutes later. We really were not paying much attention to it. It was a pretty night and a quiet road with very little traffic. We had a deadline to meet in Reno, NV., and were not about to stop to sleep. As I always seem to do while driving dark roads, I was picking out places and signs along the road.

We were slowly catching up to the flashing lights of the slow moving semi.

We were several curves away from those lights and I was wondering why the semi was going so slow, the road was neither steep nor dangerous. We went around a couple more curves and suddenly was behind those lights. It was not a semi truck.

In each of the two lanes of traffic there was a triangle of three orange lights. Each triangle of lights was higher than my car. Going into the ditch and area cleared of trees and brush on each side of the road, was two lights in a row, and flashing red, like emergency flashers on any vehicle. So it was, two flashing lights in a horizontal row on the right side ditch, a triangle of three lights in my lane of the road, a triangle of three lights in the left lane of the road, and two flashing lights in a row over the ditch on the left. Above the triangles of lights, was the distinct outline of a bridge, some kind of an overpass. In a straight line above each of the triangles of lights there were two more lights in a horizontal row, equaling four more lights, a white-ish color. These lights were above the top of the outline of the bridge, a good ten feet higher. Then there were three more white-ish lights in a horizontal row over the very top. This thing was huge.

When we came around that last curve and saw this thing, I immediately pulled over to the side of the road.

And then, this thing suddenly began moving towards us.

Fear hit, I did a u-turn and made the car move. I speed up to almost 80, that thing was staying right behind us. I started seeing the places go by that I had mentally picked out earlier, and prayed that we didn't hit any animal. About 10 miles down the road, I saw another vehicle coming towards us. We didn't slow down, went flying by him. I looked in my rear view to see what was happening. Those lights lifted up off the highway, the truck went underneath the lights, then the lights came back down onto the road. We were back on I-5 when we realized we couldn't see the lights anymore, but it took several more miles before the fear began to subside.

My dauhters dog was with us in the car, and not once did he bark or growl.

We went on to Hallelujah junction, slept maybe an hour, then continued on to Reno, arriving late afternoon on Aug.8th. We found the place where we were headed to, right next to BLM land.

Somewhere around 2 or 3 am, I am slowly waking up, I was in a conversation with someone. I remember being asked something about my body, and I said to go ask a scientist. I was asked why I didn't know the answer, and said there was no excitement for me in that area.

As I am now fully awake, I am hearing this voice ask me questions in my head, telepathically. I turned my head to look out the window, but the shade was down, and remember very clearly the sound of the voice, a bit mechanical, tingy, ask me one more question...”Why are you so afraid of us?” Right then my daughter's dog began growling and barking and acting like it was chasing something around the living room through the kitchen and back towards the bedrooms. For the next three nights in a row, at the same time, her dog would do those same actions. This dog rarely seems to bark at anyone. Yet for those four nights he would not settle down.

I am 55, female. Daughter is 23. Neither one of us had ever experienced a UFO sighting before this.

One orange circle seen flying low over my house silently by two people in Standish, ME.

Myself and a friend saw an orange a circle that made no noise whatsoever. At first I thought it was a helicopter until it came over my house so low and made no noise.

It then disappeared after watching it for roughly 30 seconds and trying to get a picture of it. I looked online and saw other people have seen these as well.

I think it was moving to fast to be a candle bag thing and was to slow to be a helicopter or plane.

Pyramidal Craft over Westwood NJ

UFO Sighting- Point of view from me and my mother inside the car and also looking outside the car(with the window rolled down.) My mother was driving me to a doctor’s appointment at around 3:40pm through Westwood, NJ, facing west towards route 17. My mother recalls exactly what I did when we reflected on this sighting. I looked in the sky and saw a seemingly pyramidal shaped object. It seemed metallic in nature; my mother describes it as a shiny aluminum. It was dark, almost black at one face and extremely shiny at another face. Also, there was some rotation that I observed on this object. The most amazing thing about this object was its seemingly random and very rapid movement.

Overall, this object was hovering over the town of Westwood, at one point right over our heads. But in the objects vicinity, there was rapid movement. At first thinking this was maybe an eye floater, since I was also inside the car, I opened the window and there it still was, moving very rapidly, yet in a general direction; It seemed as if it was headed somewhere. The best analogy I can give for the rapid movement in the vicinity of the object is that of the following situation: If you have a camera that you are holding and trying to focus on an object from far away, no matter how still you try to make your camera, the object always seems to be shaking. This is what it looked it, like it was excessively shaking, even thrashing about.

I have perfect vision and no history of mental problems. My mother also claims to have witnessed this same phenomenon. However, my mother was driving, and I actually took the time to open the window and capture the image in my mind, it is still very clear and fresh to me. I also want to add that this was completely broad daylight on a clear blue sky with very few clouds.

My mother and I would like to add that there must have been some other people who saw this object since it was in plain sight.

Underneath I have drawn a picture of what it looked like. (This object would be against a clear blue sky).

Again, it was trashing about spontaneously, not just traveling in a linear way.

Also: I called the local paper, the Bergen Record. They say that they received NO CALLS about this.

I also called the Westwood Police station and told them about this, they said that they did not receive any calls regarding this phenomenon. The officer from Westwood Police Department informed me to call Teterboro Airport to ask if there was anything in the air that day. I asked for the number to call the airport; he could not find the number and instead told me that he would call Air Traffic Control (he said that if they needed to talk to me that they would call my house phone). I haven’t received a call yet, and if I do, I will update this.

Personally, I am AMAZED that in this broad daylight, NO ONE OTHER THAN ME called the the police or news organizations…it might happen later but to the people who read this: I GREATELY underestimated the TIMIDNESS and PASSIVENESS of people in general. To me and my mom, we thought that MASSIVE amounts of people would report this…but in fact no one else did.

At appox. 9:30pm, my husband and I observed a lighted object in the sky that appeared to flying very low. It appeared in the woods in our backyard. I was worried that it was an aircraft that was in distress. As we went to the window to get a closer look, it was obvious that it was not an airplane. It was hovering in the woods in our backyard. It was bright white and almost appeared to be moving up and down very slowly. It's shape appeared cylindrical. I went out in the car to see if I could get a better look one street over. My husband said that as soon as I drove off, it disppeared.

This was simular if not the same craft as seen on 12/28/07 only from the side and from a distance of between 1 to 3 miles away and either at a lower elevation or extreemly huge and not so high. This time it was moving from s/w to n/e and was silent and traveling fast. I and my son watched as it continued for what seemed like an extremely long time, which made me realize just how huge it was by how long it apperaed in my view between the mts. miles away.

While taking some digital photos of a large American Flag I had just purchased for display outside my house, I noticed an object in the sky that somewhat oval in shape. I took notice of it because I happened to be looking in that direction and it seemed to be a strange shape to be able to fly. It had no wings, yet it moved like an airplane. It made no noise and seemed to be followed by a single engine aircraft. I was able to take two photos of the object and two photos of the aircraft. The "UFO", if it was one, suddenly took off toward the NNE with a sudden increase in speed which the airplane could not match. The color of the object was dark and did not change and it never made a sound. The engine of the aircraft was barely audible.

While observing Jupiter from the back yard, we noticed a very large triangular object at high altitude (+20K feet).

The color of the object seemed to closely match the surrounding sky which was dark blue. The object did not have any navigational strobes. However, the outline could faintly be seen because there were several dim lights around what appeared to be the edges of the object.

The Big Dipper was clearly visible nearly directly overhead. From our perspective, the object traversed the distance "between" Jupiter and the Big Dipper in under 5 seconds.

No discernable sound was evident and it moved very quickly from South to North through the part of the sky that was visible to us at the time.

one bright round light with 4 moving fashing objects

Coming home from dinner my wife noticed a bright light in the sky that she thought was a airplane. As we drove we noticed 4 other flashing objects moving in the sky and changing directions. The objects from the ground appeared to all be in the same area as the bright light. When we got home,about 3 miles later, the bright light was still in the same place and just one of the four flashing moving objects could be seen. It's almost 24:00 now and within the last half hour the bright light has moved west a long distance and is still visible.

a bright tube of light resembling an elevator shaft descended from the light object to the ground and then returned.

We were traveling south on County A21 approximately 2 miles north of Intersection with California 36 when an extremely bright light appeared to west of our location at what appeared to be only 2-300 feet above the tree tops. This light was stationary and what appeared to be a tube of light began decending towards the ground. It took approximately 10 minutes to reach the ground and the tube was visible from the light above the trees to the ground and could be described as an elevator shaft. After the 10 minutes or so it began to ascend again towards the bright light in the sky, just as if the elevator was returning to the top of the shaft. the tube of light began to disappear from the ground traveling upwards toward the bright light in the sky. This tube seemed to be about 10 to 20 feet in diameter. When the lighted tube collapsed at the bright light at top, a very large cloud of steam or smoke appeared and began drifting south west at about 5-10 miles per hour. We had all gotten out of the car to observe this and returned to the car and followed this cloud for about 5-7 miles where we saw a sheriffs car with two deputies standing beside the can. We stopped and asked if they had seen the same as we and they replied that they had seen the drifting smoke and were looking for the source. Huge Black Window. Square in shape with no depth.

2/24/05 A Window Forgive me but this report probably won't do this siting justice. I don't normally write things like this, but I happened upon this site and it sounds like a serious place and I've kept this inside me for years. this is what I saw....

Westwood California. In Summer 1983 the Movie "The Terminator" was just beginning to appear in movie theatres. I was going to the midnight showing.

Standing on the corner across the street from the theatre my friends had already crossed the street. As I was standing there waiting for the light to change, an older black man quickly approached me and said: "You see it" with his finger pointing just above the lower buildings surrounding the theatre. I didn't see him initially so he startled me a bit. I looked at him first and noticed that he had a nail hammer in his hand. I thought... WTF is this guy doing with a hammer in his hand at 11pm (that question was never answered after the siting). I took a few steps away and he was still pointing with this strange little grin on his face.

For whatever reason I concluded that he was not a threat and took a glance. Following his finger movement against a black sky with stars visible, I began to focus and noticed the stars in the distance disappearing from view and then reappearing in a right to left horizontal movement. As my eyes finally solved the problem I realized that what was screening them out was only about 400 yards in front and maybe 300 feet altitude. As I focused further I noticed this perfectly square shape was moving slowly, silently across the sky. So Black was it that only the stars and some high clouds in the background were the only thing that gave away it's silouette initially. But it was close, I could see it was solid and fairly large and absolutely square. As it moved away, I followed it like a hawk and noticed that it had no depth to it!??, like a huge piece of paper, or a giant Window, Mirror?? Whatever, it looked like something that was never meant to be seen and my feeling is that it would never have been seen unless there was some malfunction causing it to get out of position.

I had completely forgotten about the old black dude standing there next to me. When it disappeared behind the buildings, the look we gave to each other was one of confirmation that we both just wittnessed something completely real.

So sure of what I saw, I laughed to myself for days, knowing it would be silly to even try to tell anyone about it. It was so intelligent and indescribable that it would be just pointless and I'm sure that's just how they want it.
