HUGE bright red lights left & right w/smaller very bright white lights backing them w/bright white central light, horiz. shape.

Crystal clear sky, according to my Droid compass from the 92637 Zip code location in Laguna Woods, CA, the object appeared at approx. 166-degrees south of my vantage observation point.

It had HUGE bright red lights on each end (left & right), with smaller very bright white lights backing them and another white light in the center, all in a straight horizontal fashion left to right.

At first it appeared as if an air plane, but the lights were WAY brighter than aircraft lights and an airplane would have had a red light on its port side and a green light on its starboard side. But, there were no green lights and these lights were WAY larger and MUCH brighter than air craft lights.

I have never seen lights this bright in the sky and I worked much of my career at LAX in the AOA (Arport Opertions Area, where the planes and runways are). So, I know what air planes look like and how they act in the sky.

I waited expecting it to move like an airplane, but it held its position perfectly still, then slowly began to move to the Northeast. Then, not as if traveling at a high rate of speed, but rather it just disappeared as if someone turned out the lights.

It was several times larger than air planes observed in the same location.

Two ufos flying behind house

Ok I saw two ufos right off my balcony porch one I saw flying over or around the mountain behind my house it looked clear and white and I saw something happening it was going so fast it was there then it was gone the second just looked like it fell out of the sky I saw it flying straight down to the ground I guess it could have be landing again it was so fast that it was there then it was gone.

Day/Night, white spots/tiny lights streak across the Orange County, California and Tacoma, Washington skies, since feb. 29, 2012

UFOs031912 Tiny lights at night and tiny little white dots in the day persist 24/7 since Feb. 29, 2012 streaking across, high in the sky over S. Orange County, CA. These lights and white spots have been sighted in the Tacoma, Washington area as well. After nearly 3-years of watching and being VERY familiar with the OC sky, never seeing anything, they suddenly appeared with the advent of the solar flares, perhaps harvesting energy. (?) It is a VERY large scale operation, so the government must certainly be aware.

You will NOT see them with a casual glance to the sky; they are EXTREMELY difficult to see. You will have to look until you see the first one. Once knowing what you are looking for, they are easily visible and can be seen anywhere.

They mostly fly specific routine flight patterns, those in the Southern sky all fly to the East, in the Northern sky to the West, the East sky to the North and the West sky to the South. They fly no matter what the weather, above, in and some below the cloud cover.

One interesting twist is occasionally, they morph into what I call “ghost ships,” large equilateral triangular shaped translucent crafts that seem capable of creating their own triangular shaped cloud cover.

Two nights ago was particularly spectacular, in that they formed a large square in the SW sky of hundreds of tiny lights as if to form a picture frame.

As the clouds pulled aside, the interior of the picture frame formation was filled with perhaps over a thousand of these tiny lights.

As the clouds came back in they began streaking across the sky, in rapid fire procession, all to the East.

UFO Description: Circular Ring having blinking colored lights, hovering, doing roller-coaster type dips, turns, climbs, stops & Gos, Slow Then very fast. Difficult to discriminate as to being close & small, or afar & large.

When: ~ 9 :00 PM - 9:30 PM, FRI 9/5/08
Where: Parking Lot outside of Edwards Aliso Viejo Stadium 20 Theatre, 26701 Aliso Creek Road , Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 , Near Hwy 73, Orange County, CA, U.S.

Best Guess: Either Military, a REAL exterrestrial, or a VERY sophisticated (prankster?) Remote-Controlled vehicle.

Silver Ball Flashes Bright Gold with military aircraft orbiting

Family together for 4th of July.

Skies: Clear blue with little or no haze/smog.

Three of the witnesses had no alchol the entire day.

At about 17:35 we begin to hear military jets begin to orbit the city about once every five minutes. After we here this occur three time we go out to see whats going on. We see two F/A-18 in an orbiting pattern over to the east of our location.

Aircraft were in a lag formation with wing 1/2 mile back with an altitude of about 4000 Ft and an orbit radius of about 5 miles. I look to the center of there orbit and spotted a glowing silver ball. I pointed this out to relatives and three others witnessed this. I would estimate it's altitude at 6000-8000 ft.

The ball would flash a golden color every 30 seconds or so in a seemingly regular pattern. This went on until about 18:30 pm, the location of the ball did not change the entire time. Two of us witnessed white streaks appear within proximity to the ball, and a haze happened to appear arround the location of the ball.

The F/A-18s continued to orbit until we lost sight of the ball. We didn't really start to think seriously about what the ball could be until about 18:15, and took one film photo that may contain a picture of the aircraft and ball.

I checked 4th of July celebrations for Mission Viejo and Lake Forest but found no evidence of military fly-bys for any of the festivities.

I think we were not the only ones to spot this, so we checked with local CBS affiliates to see if there had been any reports of objects in the sky and military airpower present and were told nothing was reported.

my elderly mother saw golden disk flying over trees

Mom and the Flying Disk My mother called me unusually early one morning, about 5:30, in 2005. She was very agitated and excited and told me she had seen a flying satellite dish. I was quite surprised an asked her what she meant. A satellite dish! she insisted. Satellite dishes don’t fly, I responded. Yes they do, she said. She couldn’t sleep late at night and looked out her bedroom window. It was a golden disk the size of the moon and it flew over the tops of the trees. The trees there are very old and tall eucalyptus, about 70 feet. And she added a unique detail- she said it dripped golden liquid off the edges. I asked her if she knew what UFO’s are. She answered “I don’t believe in those things!” She didn’t watch much television, only watched Animal Planet. Where would an 88 year old lady get such an esoteric detail as the golden drops? Also her bedroom window faces north, the moon can’t be seen to the north. She was a very intelligent and spiritual lady, and I certainly believed her.

It was a yellow gold large ball. It was moving at a fast speed and came from the North and went South and disappeared behind a large cloud. Around the edge of the cloud was a bright white lining. What was left was like a mist or another cloud to the side and had blues and light orange colors. Then after about 20 minutes this disappeared.

Air Force Test Missile Out West

VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. (AP) - An Air Force missile test Thursday provided a spectacular light show seen over California and much of the West, as far away as Utah and New Mexico.

The colorful contrail was seen soon after the unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile blasted off at 7:36 p.m. from an underground silo at the Vandenberg military base north of Santa Barbara.

"The smoke went up in spirals as the sun was setting and turned into an orange, amber color. It was like a flower going into bloom pretty quickly," said Simon Cox, who saw it from a restaurant terrace in Santa Barbara.

The missile traveled about 4,200 miles in about 30 minutes, striking a predetermined target at the Kwajalein Missile Range in the western chain of the Marshall Islands, the Air Force said.

Vandenberg spokeswoman Kelly Gabel said clear conditions were responsible for the spectacular light show.

"We do this two or three times a year, but because the weather was so perfect we decided to launch it early," Gabel said. As a result, people were still awake to see it, and although the sun had set, sunlight below the horizon glinted off unspent fuel particles and water droplets.

"Suddenly we're getting calls from people as far away as New Mexico who saw it and want to know what it is," Gabel said.

The mission was directed by the 576th Flight Test Squadron at Vandenberg and the 341th Space Wing and the 341st Space Wing, from Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana.

The purpose was to test launch systems and the missile's accuracy and reliability.
