Small craft with white light vanishes.

Myself, my husband and two kids were standing in front of our house. We had been outside for quite a while. I noticed a light(no color) in the sky flying from West to East. I watched it closely because it was not flashing like an airplane or helicopter. As it got closer we noticed there was no motor sound coming from this object. It was completely silent. It was about the size of a Cessna although judging size is very difficult. As it passed over our heads and headed farther East it seemed to move a little bit out of its flight pattern and then the light on this object slowly dimmed and went out and we were just standing there puzzled wondering where it went? I have seen this same thing in the past but never reported it. This time it has forced me to report it. We have also seen formations with about eight craft just white lights flying over our our city moving very slow, no flashing.

Bright star-like white light visible under dense white marine layer, stationary for ten minutes, then gone.

Bright, star-like light held stationary under dense white marine layer for ten minutes and then vanished. I suspected it to be an optical illusion caused by a streetlamp blocks away that hadn't "blinked out" yet with the others. However, its position was too high and no posts were nearby. It was too large, bright, and stationary to be a helicopter. Not calling it a object or craft - just a light.

Bright light moving silently and beyond our capabilities.

Noticed it while I was walking my dog. Bright light above the houses across the street from my own.

Moved at varying speeds and multiple directions. It also slowed to a stop and hovered. Absolutely no sound.

From a distance the light looked white. As it got closer it appeared to be blue/green. Could see normal air traffic flying above and behind it. This really gave a good sense of the speed and maneuverability of the object.

This was the second time I have seen this object. This time I caught it on video.

twinkie shaped object with lights hovering over Yorba Linda, CA (Weir Canyon Exit)

while driving on the 91 westbound around 9:40 p.m. from orange county toward riverside, i spotted a twinkie shaped object hovering in the sky on the freeway close to the Weir Canyon exit in the city of Yorba Linda, California.i was driving at approximately 65 mph and the blinking object was visible for about 5 seconds before i passed it.

It had one red light on the left that did not blink. all the other lights were whitish yellow, oblong, blinking, and were moving in a circular pattern, seemingly, around the object.

the craft did not move, it was sitting in one area and i did not hear any sort of loud noise.

right after passing the object, i called 911 to report what i had seen. the respondent stated that there was another caller who had reported the same sighting, but in a different location.

Triangular color changing object in the east

We were outside for a walk in the neighborhood and we looked up to see 2 color changing figures in a shape of a triangle. The objects were turning very slowly in one place. They were changing various colors such as red, orange,yellow, white, and blue. One of the objects faded and disappeared in a blink of an eye. The other object moved very fast to the west and headed toward us. As it past over it made no sound. Soon after we went inside we came back to find 3 other bright multicolored lights in about the same place as the others.

This time the objects turned the same colors but one stayed white. They were in a triangular shape while flying and soon broke off quickly into different directions. As they broke off one went to the side and stopped turning colors then vanished for 10 seconds and came back. The next one went the opposite way that it started and stayed turning colors. The one that stayed all white went to the south side for a couple minutes then started heading toward us again. All of these made no noise and soon dimmed into the night. After about 30 minutes we went back to look again and there was nothing. It was all clear except one tiny little star. If anyone saw a similar sighting at about the same time (which is 8:30 pm on February 28, 2009) please report the sighting.

What fell from the sky Jan. 26th, 2008?

I've tried searching the net to find out what my girlfriend saw last night. As she was driving in Yorba Linda, CA @ approximately 6pm 1-26-08, she saw a bright ball of fire coming down SW of Yorba Linda. It looked like something entering out atmosphere, very hot. It had a "tail" of flame trailing it. As she was watching it, another "object" appeared directly behind it, looking identical to the first. While watching them, she said they both suddenly disappeared, then within seconds reappeared, disappeared again, and then reappeared. She also noticed a plane flying nearby the falling objects, possibly observing them. Once the objects were out of site, or had possibly crashed, the plane started circling above where she believes the objects crashed. If you have any insight to these "UFO's" (Unidentified falling objects), we would love to know more. Thank you.

Fireball falling to earth, stops mid fall, hovers and then engages in horizontal movement, disappearing and then reappearing.

My husband and I were driving west bound on Alta Vista Rd. in Yorba Linda at about 6:00pm PST. In the sky ahead was a bright, glowing light falling toward earth with a bright tail of light/fire. First we thought that it was a falling star, but both of us realized quickly it was far too large and too close to the earth for that. We said to each other, "its going to crash into the earth". Then it stopped falling and hovered. The tail of light extinguished and the main ball of light remained very bright. It faded in and out and then traveled horizontally very quickly. It would dissappear and then suddenly reapper a few miles to the side. And then dissappear and reappear back in the original place. Another glowing light seemed to be circling around it in a wide pattern.

Both very bright lights, brighter than airplane headlights. Farther away from these two was another light. It was blue and very small. It seemed to be circling these in a very wide pattern and we thought it to be airplane watching the phenomenon. But, soon afterward thought it too was related to the UFO. We didn't pull over and kept driving toward them, but, they got lower to the horizon and we lost sight of them behind trees as the road we were on dipped. When we got back to an unobstructed spot, the lights were gone. The event lasted about 5-10 minutes. Despite the highly visible, quite spectacular display in the night sky, not one report of it could be found on news stations or in the OC Register. We ourselves called into FOX and left a voice mail about the sighting. No one ever called us back. In discussing it's location, we estimate that it was approximately 50 miles away whichi would make it over LA County even though we were seeing it from Orange County. There was! a storm coming in that night and the glowing orbs seemed to be near the edge of the cloud bank that could be seen far off toward western horizon toward downtown L.A.

We originally logged this on another UFO reporting website, HBCC Run by Brian Vike, on 1/26/08. We saw that many others also logged this same sighting on that website as well. Background on us: I am a licensed psychologist and have my own practice and my husband is a vice president in a computer voice over IP company. We are both in our mid forties. Our 5 year old son was in the back seat of our truck with us at the time. I don't know if this sighting changed anyone else's lives that witnessed it, but it sure changed mine for the better.

Large bright white objects falling from sky with a tail of fire, then hovering and moving laterally over LA county California 1/26/08

Approx. 6pm apparently over LA county, two or more bright light object dropping from the sky with a tale of fire such as a comet fell and then stopped and moved in a horizontal movement to the north and various other unusual horizontal directions including hovering. It appeared that another aircraft was circling it as if it was viewing the event. These objects were bright white light.

A saucer sighted in Orange County doing out of the ordinary manuevars including dropping or gaining several hundred feet in 1 second.

one saucer type vehicle flying in the western sky of Yorba Linda. The object was silent but had several lights on it. It was doing out of the ordinary turns and going up several hundred feet (or sinking) in a second. This is a normal flight zone for aircraft heading to John Wayne Airport. However, this was in no way an aircraft that I have ever seen.

It was turning clockwise and had dots around its perimeter. It sped off at an incredible speed after about 10 seconds and I lost sight of it. It made no noise nor did it emit any light.

Arriving at our dinner destination, we observed a circular light in the air with a large contrail behind. The contrail was visible for a mile or two with the suns light reflecting off it. It seemed to be flying eradictly and then disappeared into the clouds like it ran out of gas.

Boomerang shaped object with bright white light emanating from the rear of the craft.

A boomerang shaped craft flew silently threw the clouds in the night sky. It was roughly the size of a C-130. There was an extremely bright white light emanating from the rear of the craft, and the sky remained lit up as the craft continued. After several minutes the light trail began to look phosphorescent. The glow remained for almost 10 minutes and then vanished. A civil aircraft flew overhead, and it was obviously very different.

Large craft with 5 bright white lights on the front "edge" with trailing "structure" appeared flat.

Okay at first I thought it was just an odd plane. But I just read a report from Feb. about a guy on the 101 and 134 that seems similar to what I saw.

Driving west on the 91 freeway at approx. the lakwood exit (before merging onto the 91, 57 merge) I was looking west (straight ahead) and the ridge line is to my left. I saw the usual aircraft lights above as well as to the right of me. Then out of nowhere I see 5 really bright white lights that appeared to maybe be in a swept back type formation allthough from the front, it was hard to tell. I was amazed because they were so bright and I have never seen 5 white lights on the front of an aircraft. The night sky was not cloudy as far as I could tell and most commercial aircraft that I have seen have one close to the fuselage on each side of the wing mount. The "aircraft" was rather low, based on the referrence of the ridge line to my left. It appeared to be moving slow as well. The "aircraft" made a slight bank to its right as I approached the merge to the 91,57 I looked to my extreme left now and could tell that the "front" was swept back, since it was night I could not make out the exact shape but could tell that there was a structure that was aft of the wings and there was a small "beacon" light underneath the structure to the rear. I could not see any marker lights on top where a verticle stab. would normally be on a commercial aircraft. I can only approximate its height at around maybe 2 or 3 thousand feet up (maybe less). I could not hear any noticeable engine noise (although I was on the freeway so it would have been hard to tell). And I am not aware of any flight pattern crossing over Santiago Canyon as a "turn-around" for John Wayne. If El Torro Marine Base was still active I might assume it could be a C17 although I dont know if they ever flew into there or not.

The most striking thing overall is that it appeared suddenly, had 5 bright white lights on the front, appeared to fly very slow and was relativly low in altitude.

And was not in an area where I typically have seen "large" aircraft be.

Spinning cone shaped object over Yorba Linda California area.

While sitting in moderately moving traffic on the eastbound 91 freeway I spotted a cone shaped (the larger end on top)object on the north side of the freeway over the Yorba Linda area with clear skies and no apparent wind conditions. There many vehicles in my immediate vicinity but I cannot account for any other witnesses. A report of the same nature would confirm. I first dismissed the object a ballon as it was seemingly rising at a moderate rate. When I looked once again at the object I noticed that it had stopped rising and was stationary. The traffic had stopped and I directed my full attention to what I was observing and noticed that although that it was stationary it was spinning. I couldn't determine the color of the object as the sun was casting a orange/red color upon it. There was however something that casted a dark shadow or a black section on the object that alternated that gave me the impression that it was spinnig. It began to rise again at a faster rate and reluctantly I had to move forward in the traffic which put the object out of my line of sight.

saw an object hover flash 2 times and completely dissapear

while overlooking yorba linda off cliff off of Weir Canyon,(WE WERE EXACTLY LOCATED BY THE GLASS HOUSE YOU SEE OFF THE 91 FREEWAY GOING TOWARDS CORONA) my boyfriend and i were watching the stars when 2 bright yellow ones randomely appeared not to far away, the smaller one was hovering above the other moving rapidly up down left right ,the object had yellow lights flashing around it . at first the objects did not move and we thought they were planes landing however the smaller one completely dissapeard and the larger one began hovering quickly in our direction. i was frozen in shock and couldnt move out of fear, it looked as though it was literally coming right to that area. (it is a large empty lot where some go sight seeing)both of us got goosebumps and he had jumped up and said "we need to get out of here right now. go go!" we grabbed the blanket and began running towards his car which was parked across the street. the object had yellow lights flashing around it and as i looked back to see where it had gone i watched the object flash once a small yellow light and then flash again a bigger one and completely dissapeared in thin air.. with size of the object and how lit it was neither of us could explain it.we got in the car and drove home as fast as we could , we watched the sky but had not seen anything else after the bigger one dissapeared.

I am reporting this years later.

One night I could not sleep, and so I was looking outside my window from the couch I slept on at my grandparents.

All of a sudden, I saw 2 pairs of lights, just in the sky. I thought they were aircraft or helicopters, but as they were the only thing to keep me occupied, I continued to watch.

Suddenly, the lights began to move in patterns, and make turns that no modern aircraft could possibly do.

They then began to periodically rise and descend at will, eventually after a hour of watch, they vanished. I was too fear stricken to move to document this.
