Silent red orange orb

Red orange orb around 25,000 ft coming from the north, sped up and turned towards the east and kept going .

The object didn't have navigation lights and emitted zero sound , it stayed the same color the entire time and maintained the same elevation and speed. In the video I tried to signal it with a strobe flashlight, no response.

Flight radar screen shot showed no aircraft in the area .

Not necessarily UFO's just never seen before! 8 objects (could have been more just out of sight) perfectly spaced( say a mile apart) following one line easterly over my house. Could have been military coming from Hawaii or something? there was one light, farther away and offline trailing the others. Never seen planes on that flight path, just looking for explanation!

Saw a super bright white light with a green light in the rear traveling slowly east to west around 1,500 ft. Couldnt see the shape and made Zero noise. It also made every dog in the neighborhood bark.

Large commercial aircraft seen making giant turn before the craft.

The aircraft made a second turn leaving com trails again before Coming close to the craft. I used 10x50 binoculars to view the craft and viewed a round type disk white and reflective.

The craft also had a large hole in the middle that was darker than the blue sky. '

The craft didn't move at all and just disappeared.

Lake County.

A bright light hovered about 4,000 feet above Mt Konocti, and was engaged by at least two military fighter jets. The dog fight that ensued, lasted for about fifteen minutes.

From my vantage point it appeared that at least one, may both fighter jets were shot down. Many people took pictures and had a better view of the craft.

UFO's fly around this mountain all the time. I usually take it with a grain of salt, but this is the fist time I saw one shoot down one of our jets. Now it's personal.

Extremely bright hovering light

On 6/29/13 at approximately 21:30 and 22:00 there was an extremely bright light hovering in between Konocti mountain.

My Fiance and I watched for several minutes before it started to very slowly move down the backside of the mountain and disappear.

There was a small personal sized plane with a red flashing light flying around the cove over the water that seemed to be watching it as well.

The object that was extremely bright and slow moving had no other lights just a bright white light.

Fireball changing color and size while sitting still and silent.

We were coming home from the local kelseyville high graduation when i notied a large burning red and orange light right besides the red rotating light on the mt konotci mountain. My wife and mother an sister inlaw all noticed the object also. It sat still then came slowly at us , it dropped to about 1,500 ft because we could see if was about half way below the top of the mountain moving west. The object changed shape from round to oblong and back to round and changing colors from red to orange. Whatever this thing was stopped directly over my house and hovered. We all got out of the car and looked at it , it was silent and very still. After a few minutes it shrunk down in size and moved north east and a unknown speed. It was just to small to judge its speed. We saw this same object over the same exact area about 5 years ago this time. it did exactly the same thing and then moved away from us.

Cylinder shaped object with bright red and orange flickering lights moving slowly

The object traveled in our direction at first. It was bright orange and red , flickering like a camp fire . Through binoclures it looked like It was shapped like a large piece of pipe maybe the size of a large aircraft and was silent.It flew with the body upright , not laying down. IT moved around very smoothly and at a very low speed. In the end the object traveled Slowly away to the south east over the mountains.

The observers included my self, i am almost a ten year employee of a local propane company and was a volunteer fire fighter for almost 7 years, my neighbor who is a high school student and her brother and friend who was there at the time, my parents who are retired including my sister who is a teacher and my two brothers .

I and my BF were sky watching last night and at around 12 midnight i saw a bright red blinking light to the right of me. I went to my stairs on the right side of my deck to get a better look.It was right above the tree line in a north west position, im guessing it was about 20,000 feet up. At first i thought it may be a planet and stood there watching it for about 10 minutes and it kept blinking red and also other bright colors like white, orange, green. It also was moving, kinda like a swaying, it kept going down and back up again.My bf was standing there looking at it with me,He also couldnt figure out what it might be.I then decided to go inside and get my dad to come out and look at this object and see if he could figure it out. He came out and looked at it and also thought at first it was a planet, but then he noticed it was really bright and flashing all those colors and told me to go to his truck and get his feild binoculers. I gave them to him and he took a look and almost automatically after veiwng his words where "wow" its got lights on it. I took a look and it had three white lights in the middle and red blinking ones on the outside and the rest looked green,orangish whitish, it looked sparklie.I made a drawing of what it looked like through the binoculers. We made my mom and two brothers come out side and look at it too. It then went behind the tree's so we decided to go down the street a bit and get a better look at it. When we got there it must have traveld at some sped because it was way much further away to the north west than it was when we were observing it at the house. But still you could see through the binoculers the red flashing going from bottom to top of the object and the sparklieness. Couldnt make the shape out anymore though. Then my dad said your not gonna belive this and said there was another one, it was in the north east sitting there. Looked just the same as the first one through the binoculers and it was closer. We stood there watching them both and the first one slowly moved to the north west tll it was a litle dot and the same happend with the second.

I was on my back deck ,which over looks Clearlake (Soda Bay), when I saw two spheres of circling each other for approximately one

There were two fizzy spheres of light (as if looking at a light through a screen of fog). I could not see anything defined and they looked as if they were 100-200 yards off my back deck (which is about 100 yards above the lake) and a couple of hundred yards above the lake (Soda Bay). They would continue to circle each other (approximately 40 yards apart) in a diametrical fashion (opposite each other). After approximately 15 minutes, one of the sphere's would start to advance closer to the other one (while still circling) until it met up with it. At that point, it appeared to join the other light and continue to make the same circle as one light. After approximately 10-15 minutes, one of the lights started to move away from the other one until it was opposite again. They would circle each other in this fashion for approximately 15 minutes and repeat this same process again. The whole incident lasted for over an hour. It should be noted that there was absolutely no sound during this observation and no indication they were search lights (no trail lights to the ground).

red ball of light in late night sky

I was talking to my brother outside my bedroom window when from the corner of my eye i seen a bright light in the sky, orange redish and very bright. As i went to look through my other bedroom window for a better view me and my brother both noticed it was moving up and down.It couldnt have been an airplane because it was hovering in place slightly moving in up and down directions and also sideways.It could also not be a helicopter because i would have herd some sort of noise from it because i live in a canyon and i could practically hear a car comming from miles away.It was making absalutely no sound what so ever. It also got very bright at points to were it was alomost white and the went back to its redish orange color and also while we were viewing the ufo i also seen what was a flash of light probably about a quarter mile down the road from were i live, it was like a flash of light like a strike of lightning.

White disc moves perpendicular to wind in clear sky, then suddenly disappears.

I was in the back yard on a clear day today, except for a few normal contrails and cirrus clouds. I noticed that a swarm of insects was flying over my home, following the wind direction. I was annoyed by this, and scanned the sky to see if I could find out where they were coming from. A few seconds later, I noticed a white circular object in the sky, almost directly overhead. It was about half the size of a sunflower seed at arms' length. It appeared to be self-luminous, since I could see no shading or shadows on its uniform white contour. I quickly resolved that this was a rubber party balloon, and decided to watch it out of sheer amusement. Assuming that the circle was a balloon a few thousand feet up (which we can get from simple ratios, considering the size of a typical party balloon versus its projected size at arm's length), then the object's speed in radians/second, and therefore its implied speed, are within the normal range of wind speed, roughly 2-30mph. But the analysis is not complete. First of all, 15-20 seconds into this boring event, the circle simply disappeared. I don't mean that it stopped radiating and turned black, the way an airplane does as its reflective surfaces rotate with respect to the sun. Rather, it disappeared, revealing the blue sky behind it. I flipped my sunglasses on and off, scanning the sky around it, but found nothing. There was at least a baseball-at-arms-length of steradial blue sky around the place where it had disappeared, so it could not have simply wandered behind a cloud. I did not see any change in the object which might have presaged its disappearance; it simply ceased to exist. I must admit, I have a Bachelor's in Physics, but my blood ran cold. But perhaps the "balloon" could have popped as a result of the cumulative thermal stresses of the high atmosphere on its rubber skin. Originally, I had determined that this was the explanation, until just this evening, the following hit me, and my blood ran cold again: I could tell from the way that the insects were sweeping over the roof that the wind was in a certain direction on the ground, about 5mph. I could tell from the direction in which the cirrus clouds _and_ the contrails swept overhead that the wind direction was similar up high. But the "balloon" had travelled in an apparently arrow-straight line roughly perpendicular to the wind direction. So I would have to believe that the wind suddenly rotated 90 degrees, then 90 degrees again, between the ground and the cirrus clouds, which seems unlikely. I would note that this second fact also eliminates another possibility, which was that the circle was some form of exotic ball lightning emmanating from the local dormant volcano, Mount Konocti. I have heard that such balls of light sometimes bubble out of the ground due to tectonic stress in the weeks prior to an earthquake or eruption. Again, though, I would expect ball lightning to follow the prevailing wind pattern. I am left with these possibilities: (1) The circle was high above the winds, i.e. in the mesosphere or higher. It was simply a round satellite which for some reason popped of existence in an instant, without any signs of an explosion. (2) The circle was not of this world, and either popped into hyperspace, or accelerated out of view so quickly that I thought it had simply ceased to exist. I do not think that this observation is meaningful or substantial unto itself. I post it here just in case you get similar stories regrading this locale or time period. I am reminded of similar white circles/balls which were observed in groups of 10-20 in the vicinity of Mount Popocatapetl(sp?) in Mexico. I do not recall how such balls eventually disappeared from sight.

Three vehicles, two small and one large in the rear. approximately 30 to 80 thousand feet leaving a triangle wake. moving from NW to NE or east. At the NE location a bright fast ball of light came from the south like it was shooting at them at 10 times their speed. Next day the paper reported ufo's but later said it was space junk.

Not sure of the date but could find out! The reason for the altitude is it looked like the height of airliners or higher. Firsted noticed a bright light in the north western sky, then noticed the three objects emiting a v tale like a boat wake. after traveling across the sky to the northeast is when this bright light, looked like a shooting star came on a 45 degree angle from the south to try and intercept them. Looked like a shooting star.

It was low alt. very close, slow, had a spotlight, and looked like a black triangular stealth aircraft

me, my wife and seven of my friends were out on a place called panarma drive.

our eye is catched by a spotlight coming from something in the air. it was a famous "black triangles". at the time I had never heard of these ufo's.

so this thing flys over our head only like 75 feet up so low that it would've been illegal for an airplane. it is also going very slow i would estimate about 25/30mps too slow for airplane, yet it makes absouletly no sound! So it is slowely and silently hovering past us, and shining it's spotlight all over the place as if searching for something, and even shines it's spotlight on us! then i found out later on by ufo telvisions specials that this same craft same shape and silence, is spotted in other places. then just about a week ago i decided to look up ufos on the internet, when i discover that this same ship with consitant features; looks, silence and ability to move slow.has been seen many times in many parts of the world and there are even website sections about that. then last but not least, i bring up topic ufos with a friend of mine at work, and he said he had a ufo encounter, but he wanted to hear mine. so i told him, and he was astonished and said that was exactly like his ufo encounter back in 1979! amazing some people claims it goes fast, changes shape, move back and fowarth rapidly. It didn't do any of that for me, just quite and slow.

I do not remember the exact date as it was quite a while ago. The craft was a large bright orange ball hovering above the lake "Clear Lake". My friend and I watched this object for a good half hour just sitting above the lake. There were no noises of any kind at all. When the craft it it was gone in 5 seconds. The unusual thing too was that I was watching the news two weeks later and the same object was sighted over New Zealand. This was not the first time I have seen crafts in the area as I have seen at least two others in same area.

This was the beginning of a life long visits from UFO`s on our family. My Mother brothers report sighting UFO too.

In the spring of 1948 in Kelseyville Ca. I was laying in a drawer on a pillow out side with mother while she worked, while my 6 year sister played nearby while Mom was hanging clothes on the line a flash of light in the sky caught Moms attention and she watched a silver disk with sunlight glinting on the surface of the craft. The UFO dropped down through the air moving back and forth in a stair pattern, then it moved closer and closer until craft hovered over Mom and she saw a being in the round window, the Being had a sharp shaped face with pointed ears. The middle of the craft stayed still while underneath the bottom of the UFO spun around.

The UFO was silent except for the sound of the wind it created which pulled Moms dress and the clothes on the clothes line toward the craft.

After a few minutes, the UFO began to rise back up to the sky about 300 ft where it began to wobble in flight then the UFO began to wobble and descend again. The UFO dropped out of site behind the nearby mountain ridge, then there was an explosion and a fire and shortly after that, the forestry dept. made us evacuate.

This was the beginning of a life long visits from UFO`s on our family. My Mother brothers report sighting UFO too.
