I was driving & in the sky I saw a triangular shaped object. Going slow & hovering. Not high up. 3 lights

I was driving along McArthur Drive when I looked up and saw an unusual craft in the sky. There was no loud audible sound and was moving slowly, almost hovering. It was black with 3 lights in a rectangular formation/shape. I told my son to look up and he said ''what the hell is that''. The lights changed from red to white. Sometimes red in 2 lights and 1 white light, sometimes all white. The craft was not high in the sky. I would guess it was the size of an XL SUV or 2 small sedan cars. I was driving and got out of the line of sight. I was not able to get an image. I Googled this and it looked exactly like what has been reported in New Jersey.
