2 cylindrical objects spinning counter clockwise

While driving, I noticed 2 identical anomalies approximately 1 thousand ft from ground and a thousand feet apart. They were cylinder objects positioned up and down and spinning counter clockwise. I received a shine or reflection as if from a mirror for a second or so. Both objects slowly faded out until gone simultaneously

Firey cigar shaped stationary object, in daylight near Chico, Ca.

Monday Dec 16, 2019 I was driving from Red Bluff into Los Molinos on Hwy 99 e. I don't know why I looked up but when I did I saw something odd annd out of place in the distant sky toward Chico. There appeared to be a slender cigar shaped item sitting still at a 4:00/10:00 angle. It looked like a small slice of fire in the sky. Cigar shaped is the best way I can explain it. And the color was odd, as it looked like a candles flame, red orangish and yellow colors moving randomly (like the flame of a candles colors would move.) NOT like blinking lights or anything. At first I thought it may be the sun peeping out from clouds but there were no clouds, or anything else in the sky for that matter. I watched this for about 5 miles until I made my turn on Butler Ave. I then lost sight of it because of the obstruction of the trees on that street. When I finished my errand and got back on the Hwy 99E, it was no longer there... just an empty cloudless sky. My neighbor insisted I report this. I don't know what it was, but never seen anything like it.

A large "V" shaped object passed overhead, it flipped or banked, then disappeared.

Approx. 12:00 AM morning of the 26th, four of us were stargazing from a boat dock on the Sacramento River. I was looking through my binoculars at the "seven sisters" constellation. AS I looked away for a second, all of a sudden a large "V" shaped object suddenly appeared overhead. We watched as it flew in a S.E. direction. The center of the "V" was darker then the night sky, with several "points" outlining it were a light yellow or cream color. It looked as though these "points" were rotating separately. It was almost transparent yet metallic looking. As it passed over it looked like it flipped, or changed it's angled as it banked then disappeared in a southeastern direction.

I observed a light gray oval object moving rapidly back and forth in Northern California 11/11/00.

I was riding in a car a few miles south of Los Molinos on Hwy 99E towards Chico. Sudddenly I saw an light grey oval-shaped object above some trees to the southeast. It was about the size of my thumbnail held at arms length and was light gray in color. the object was moving back and forth parallel to the ground. It moved about the length of its width. Suddenly it moved to the right (east) very fast and was lost to me behind some trees up ahead. As the car proceeded south pass these trees I could not see the object anywhere. I have driven this route many times over 30 years and never seen anything like this. I am a retired local government worker and have lived in this area for most of my life.
