Slow moving orb, changed directions & dropped 30-40 red objects

Bright Yellow-Orange orb, visibly the size of my pinky finger-tip at arm's length, floated South to North across the sky about 30 degrees off the horizon looking West from my location. I checked Flight Radar and saw 1 airplane flying North to South in the same region, which I could see with my eyes, and differentiate from the Yellow-Orange orb.

After approximately 30 seconds the orb stopped, right about the same time that the plane crossed (seemingly passing behind it, the airplane was ~7 miles West of me). The orb then began floating North to South along the same path it had come from, keeping with it's same altitude.

After about 30 seconds from the time it began tracking South dull red glowing objects began falling from it, first one at a time at a frequency of 1 every few seconds, then 3 & 4 at a time at a frequency of 3 or 4 per second. The dull red glowing objects varied slightly in brightness, and varied greatly in their rates of speed as they seemingly fell downward to the ground.

While most of the dull red glowing objects seemed to dim to invisibility as they fell, some of them fell slower, some seemed to hover in place, and a few seemed to move laterally across the horizon before dimming to invisibility. None were visible for longer than a few seconds, but occasionally similar dull red lights could be seen momentarily in various locations of the sky, at altitudes lower than the orb.

After approximately 2 minutes, from the time the Yellow-Orange orb became visible, I pulled out my phone camera to record video. It immediately began to shift through various yellow-tones of color while rapidly blinking on and off before blinking off completely and never reappearing. Scanning the sky afterward, I didn't see or notice any of the dull red colored objects in the sky.

When I pulled my phone out I tried to switch it to video without taking my eyes off the object and fumbled it into Night Mode and snapped a very poor photo before it disappeared. (Not attached)

There was a SpaceX launch ~25 mi south of me at 5:38 PM on this same day.

Asymmetrical cigar shaped object captured in slow motion making rotational maneuver

On June 20, 2024 at approximately 2:51 PM, I observed an unidentified aerial phenomenon at the coordinates 34° 57' 10.921" N, 120° 26' 8.589" W, facing northeast. The weather conditions at the time were clear skies with a temperature of 61°F, and winds at 8 mph with gusts up to 16 mph. The sighting lasted approximately 8 seconds. The object observed had an elongated/cigar and asymmetrical shape with a reflective, possibly metallic surface. The object exhibited high velocity, following a parabolic trajectory, with noticeable sudden stops and rotations. The observation was captured on an iPhone 12 in slow motion at 240 fps. Despite the object's high speed and reflective surface, it produced no noticeable sound and was difficult to see with the naked eye. I have attached photos and videos, including close-up screenshots highlighting key moments of the sighting. No additional witnesses were present.

Driving on highway, mom sees bright sphere being powered by some sort of fire. Then shoots something and goes away.

Our family of 4 were on our way back from LA to SLO (where we live) and we were on highway 101 west side, in Santa Maria. All the sudden my mom freaks out (she was the driver) saying, "Oh my god do you see that? Is that fire or what?" Me and my dad looked to the window and I noticed it second. It was some sort of glowing circle with a fire trail behind it, keeping a steady pace and height from the ground. Thats how we knew it wasn't something on fire. The glowing circle had the fire coming out from the side and seemed to not change direction. It lasted for about a minute or 2 and we lost sight of it after continuing driving.

It was near by north bound on hwy 101 mountain or hillside.

While I was driving north bound on hwy 101, suddenly I noticed some bright light on my left side. Because it was so bright I thought there was a wild fire happening so I turned my head and look up and there was a round flying object right above hill(or mountain). I asked my family to video the flying object and I turned my head again to see if it was moving. It was shooting a laser beam towards the ground as it was elevating and the brightnessof the object started fading as it was ascending towards the sky.

I was parked behind the movie theater and was looking towards the north east and saw a light like a star but much closer then a star I thought it's a plane but it was too fast I then saw 2 planes with red light blinking but lower then the light cross where it had been as the planes came cross the bright light moving faster then a plane headed out into space the last I saw it ..it was moving out into pitch black not across the sky but out beyond the earth ..it was gone I could see the planes head northeast. still I dont know what I saw but it wasnt a plane it was faster and higher it was a constant white light like a star but but moving very high in the sky it was the size of a far star but it was much closer then a star all know is it moved fast and disappeared into space not east west north or south but away from earth .satalights not move planes dont head out into space ..did anyone else see it in this area

Wednesday July 6 around 7:30pm there was a large sphere object at a really high altitude and floating without any movement what so ever, it was first witness by my nephew riding in my passenger seat as we were driving out of my drive way and he pointed out and said look! i stopped the car got out and started to see if i can zoom into with my phone camera (iphone 6s plus) right off the bat i knew it was not a weather ballon or a blimp. it just had no movement at all. it was close to the mountain range but not exactly over them. i would to try to guess the size of it but it being my first object i see its just hard to try to compare its size to other things. Its was a sorta like dark grey metal object. i dont know how it disappeared, it just did. nor do i know how long it was up there for. since through out the day there was suspicious jets and 1 black military helicopter that flew around the city and headed back to VAFB. i do live approximately like 40 mins away from the base. I was unable to find anyone else to se if they witness what i had saw floating up there, but there seems to be no one else that saw this or recorded it but me! i have my video and my photos

Driving home, saw purple/blue lights that looked like disks.

My mom and I were headed back from Ventura California in the morning and when we were on the freeway we saw purple lights and took a photo. I forgot all about this event until the photo came up on my photo reel. In the photo there are multiple disk like objects. There are the more obvious ones closer to the top left. However there are also smaller clusters of these lights throughout the middle to the mid right of the photo. They were all emoting blue/purple light except for a flash of red light in the distance near the mid left of the photo. There is a bit of a glare from the car window but there were no blue lights that could have created such clear objects.

Observed wormhole open and close with ships coming through.

While sitting outside enjoying the night sky a flash came from what I thought was a comm sat in the area I observed the planet alignment the year before, or so. The time when Mars, Venus, Saturn closest to this report date. I saw what looked like an anomaly, like a rolling distortion in the star field, then the field began to roll back on itself and a opening occurred. This was at some distance as that the craft that I observed coming through were large and different shapes. Because of the distance, altitude, and angle size was distorted, but not with the sizes I observed. These were transport size looking vessels the biggest would pale any aircraft carrier we have.

My home back yard runs North / South. I observed the event looking to the South and at about a 45 degree up angle. Ships were crossing the N/S line heading towards the East. The formation I saw traveled with several smaller ships in the lead, what looked like several larger ships alongside the large one one then several different sizes in formation above it’s line of travel. They just came through and kept going.

A battle group, US Navy type would take some time, hours to do this. Their speed would have been very great, Space Shuttle times 3. Oh, this was a very clear night.

At approx. 10:20 PM Good Friday, April 14, 2017 Middle Aged Female walking dog alone No Alcohol/Drug use/History Walking on street across from parks/schools towards Highway 101 in Central Coast of California, Santa Maria, relatively dark two street lights ½ mile distance to highway Walking on sidewalk on tree lined side of street, felt raindrop Looked up and noticed clear starry sky, then looked down Then looked up noticing in peripheral left side vision something white/flash/moving Noticed 6-7 “suction cup” white/translucent circles in a pyramid shape on the underside of A wholly black triangular UFO No lights emitting anywhere on the vehicle; top/bottom or sides or out of the white /translucent “suction cups” that appeared to be “landing gear”; their “whiteness” was how I could see the outline of the triangle around the circles It was completely quiet, no “hum” or whir at all and it was a very quiet area with no cars moving, i.e. so that if it WAS emitting sound, I would be able to hear (trained musician) It was NOT that high up in the sky! It appeared to be on a perfect keel trajectory South east to North west as if it was observing the ground below! It was not near a horizon and did not appear to be a “large” ship at all, but a small moveabout I held my sight on the thing moving straight ahead above from me out a quarter mile from me and then straight up in the sky, prob a third of a mile up, if that, held my sight on it for 5 to 8 solid seconds

GLOWING GREEN PULSATING ROUND OBJECT IN SKY TONIGHT.

At about 6:51 PM tonight I stopped to get a pizza on E.Main St at little ((deleted--a restaurant)) in Santa Maria, Calif.. As I walked to the building, I saw this bright green glowing object in the sky to the east from where I was standing. I didn't have my camera with me or my phone.

I went in to get my pizzas, and when I came out, the object was pulsating still glowing fluorescent green it was so bright it was eye catching.

I continued to watch it moving to the left and then to the right sideways. Two other women in the parking lot were watching it too. One said out loud, "Can you see that?" I said yes I see that.

Another girl was standing watching and she said look at the color. I said ya that is a UFO.

As we all continued watching it, suddenly it stopped moving it was still and it dropped straight down so fast and it was gone. I think it might have landed somewhere off of highway 166. I didn't chase it but was lucky enough to view it.

Tonight 9-10-15, my daughter asked what are those orange lights. While driving to the store. When I looked were she was pointing I noticed three orange fireballs/orbs. Made a U-turn back home. Upon arriving at home, I ran inside to inform my mother. That is when she went outside.

We watched the three orbs continue what was appeared to be a continuous elevation in the western horizon untill they disappeared in the same spot one after the other.

Saw the first object on 07/21/2015, about 22:30, when I was leaving for work. The object flew from the western sky to the southern sky then disappeared. The duration approximately 3 minutes.

Then on 7/22/2015, at 22:30, I saw a identical object take the same flight path. When the object disappeared in the same location I went in side to retrieve my phone. Upon returning outside there was another indentical object taking the same flight path. Then I called to my wife to show her. When she got outside that was when I noticed five more identical objects fly across the western horizon eventually taking the same flight path of the other two objects and disappearing in the same location one after another. The objects were orange fireballs.

Object seen moving very slowly over Santa Maria, CA.

I was sitting outside of Panera bread with my dog on my lap and above him, I saw a momentary glint up in the sky like the sun reflecting off of a windscreen on a plane.

When the object moved the glint disappeared and then would come back (I have a picture of it from a tracfone,). I sat there and watched it slowly move across the sky from west to east and then back west and elevate altitude a bit. I guesstimate its elevation to be a few hundred feet.

This is not the first time I have seen UFO's in this area. It seems to correspond to the Vandenberg launches when I do.

Bright flamelike silent flamelike object seen over Central Coast of California

On Sunday November 23rd, at approximately 5:45 pm, my wife, sister in law, and myself were standing on the street in front of my sister-in-law's home, which is currently under construction. The sun had just set and as we were getting ready to get in our car, my eye was drawn to a bright flame orange object which was rising over the horizon to the north east of us in the just dark sky.

Over the next 30 seconds or so the object became bigger and brighter as it appeared to get higher in the clear and cloudless sky. As it got closer to coming overhead of our location it was clear it was not a plane, rocket, helicopter, of ballon.

The object had no navigation lights, did not blink, was silent, had no contrail, and did not flame out like a meteorite would. Its speed seemed to accelerate as it headed to the southwest, but was constant in its direction until it disappeared from view.

The most compelling observation the three of us had was its orange constant flame orange color and unusual and possibly changing shape... We were able to take several photographs which bear out the unique color of the object against the sky.

I consider myself a bit of an aviation and space buff and this was unlike anything I have ever seen.

A fireball in the sky floating

I was driving home from work I was about to make a right turn onto my street when I saw a big red fire ball in the sky. It was red on the outside but looked like fire inside.

I pulled over and was trying to think if it was a balloon or lantern floating as a prank and pulled into my drive way and it was still floating.

I took a picture it you really can't see anything so then I ran inside to call my family to come see it and it was gone. What a bummer they thought I was joking. I don't really know how long it was there, but when i seen it and drove home must have been at least a minute. I wasn't keeping track of the time.

I was just amazed on what I was seeing. Sorry I don't have a great story but at least I can share this with people who will take me seriously.

Also, I live next to an airport and this object had no sound, no lights, and definitely was not flying by fast like the airplanes around here.

Today around 7:15 PM there was a UFO hovering over Santa Maria, CA. It was low enough to describe the flying craft. My girlfriend had a great view and she describes a metal object with green lights on the upper part of the craft. She also mentioned red lights underneath the craft.

The craft had an oval shape. There were many planes around that time so I must believe that those airplanes had the object at least on their radar. My girlfriend mentioned it to some people and at least ten witnessed it and took pictures with their cellular phones. I called my brother also and he took a picture of it, which I possess. At the time he took the picture the object was further away and it doesn’t show any shape in the picture but he did capture the color red light of the craft. It looks like a street light in the picture.

I was outside with a friend smoking a cigarette. I look up in the sky and saw an object that was flying seeming low to the horizon. The shape was hard to describe but,destictive lights covered the out line of the bottom. It glided extremely fast.As i watched it by the time I told my friend to look it had disappeared to the east. as I was explaining to my friend what ihad just seen It had doubled back and my friend seen the object come back and then disappear this time to the north. We waited nevously to see if it would reappear but it didn't. Although it shape was not distictive it was not like any plane I've ever seen in this area. It was exiting yet very wierd to me. My sister believes very highly in ufos and such to a degree. Yet this has jolted my mind into thinking.

It was oval and grey white with no lights traveling really fast and really low with no sound.

We saw a slender oval shaped object moving at a high rate of speed over farmland then into city area and then lost visual sight of the object. This time line is only 10 to 15 seconds. The color of the object was a white grey. I live in a small city of Guadalupe which is 7miles west of Santa Maria, CA. Between these two cities is seven miles of farmland, very flat farmland. We were traveling east on highway 166 from Guadalupe when we saw this thing around 10am. I was driving , my wife sitting shotgun and my three kids in the middle seat of our Suburban. The morning was solid overcast, but very well lit. The object was only approximately 50 ft. long. It was flying very low only about 200 to 300 feet off the ground that is why we all noticed it. As soon as I noticed it I immediately rolled down my window to see if I could hear it flying. Guadalupe is only 17 miles from Vandenberg Air Force Base, and Santa Maria has an airshow with fighter jets and they do travel fast and low. When at the air shows those jets, traveling away from you low, make a tremendous amount of noise at high speed. That is why when I saw the object I tried to listen to hear the noise, the kids think it’s cool. While waiting to here some noise I notice that there wasn’t any distinct lines or features on this thing and then it is gone over the city. The object traveled into over the city of Santa Maria. We have a telescope, my kids and I look at stars, planets and meteor showers. I hunt, fish and often record the rocket launches over the hill at VAFB. I see the airshows and this did not look like any plane. This incident happened on 9-8-2007. The reason I haven’t reported it until today 1-23-2008 is I just learned there was a place in which to report events like mine. I remember the date and time because my son lost his soccer game socks and we were going to buy a new pair so he could play. Not telling anyone of this incident really bugged me. Meaning people like you, so others could see if th! ey were not the only ones too. I know in my case you don’t want to say anything in fear of being ridiculed. Even though there were five of us who saw it.

Inexplicable urge to look up, saw two crafts maneuvering intricately, then they shot away from one another rapidly.

I was about 17 years old, playing outside in the street with a half dozen of the neighborhood kids, skateboarding I think. I had an inexplicable urge to look up, and saw two crafts performing intricate figure eight like maneuvers around one another. I remember specifically analyzing them for indications that they were conventional aircrafts, and before I could find any, they shot off in opposite directions of one another faster than anything I had ever seen before. One traveled south, one traveled north east.

I was in disbelief, and asked if anyone else saw what I saw. Oddly, at the same moment I was witnessing the crafts there was a threatening altercation at the end of the street involving a gun and everyone had been paying attention to that, nobody else saw the crafts.

3 large orange teardrop shaped lights over Santa Maria

At 7:45 PM I took my dogs outside to urinate. Noticed a large bright orange teardrop shaped UFO.

It made an audible grinding noise when it moved, but there was no noise when it was still. The underside of the UFO appeared to be green. It also had an aura around it. It was coming twords my house. It the distance, I saw a round orange ball with an aura around it going in the opposite direction. (Moving south of Vandenburg.)

I called for my husband to come outside. By that time, the orange ball was gone and the orange teardrop was moving away from us and getting smaller, looking like a ball.

Then out of nowhere, another bright orange teardrop UFO shot up into the sky. By this time I was on the phone with the police department asking if anyone else had called in about these sightings. (They said "no")

We watched as the second UFO was out of sight and the third, follow in the same path of moving twords the house, hovering a few times, then moving away from the house going south, turning into a ball with an aura around it and vanishing out of sight. It was CRAZY!

Unfortunately we couldn't find our camera to take a photo.

Bright object seen hovering over sugar cane field near Rio Grande River.

Object seen near Rio Grande River hovering above sugar cane field. Object appeared to be a spotlight from border patrol helicopter patroling the river. Object turned out to make no noise and changed colors. Predominantly reddish in the center with white lights around the main disk. Described as very pleasing to look at. As the witnesses continued to view the object two very small figures appeared below the craft and walked just outside the sugar cane field for a few minutes before the object and the two beings disappeared at the same time. There was never any noise during the entire event just the bright light with the reddish center and the beings walking around as if holding or waving some form of flashlight. The beings were no more than 1 m tall and were viewed from approximately 15-20 meters away from the shore of the Rio Grande River.

My boyfriend and I were driving home when we saw blinking lights in the sky. It was large, about the size of a jet. There were many red blinking lights on the front side of the rectangle that formed an arch, and one red light on the back. It made irratic movements from side to side, descended, then moved in a circle. It then suddenly disappeared. There were no other lights on the craft.

A very experienced observer, with extensive experience as a cameraman and announcer in the media industry, is shocked to witness an oval-shaped object, without any type of lighting on it, streak across the sky and stop.

He focused on it for approximately one minute, as it drifted behind a tree.

It drifted out from behind the tree, and then seemed either to simply disappear, or it may have accelerated very rapidly and disappeared in the eastern sky.

From the vantage point of the witness, the object's (apparent) width equalled approximately three widths of the observer's thumb, held at arm's length.

Dark oval like shape moving both fast and slow at night.

I saw something extraordinary tonight, Sunday, October 16, 2005, in Santa Maria, California, and I want to report it.

First, let me say a few things about myself: I know something about aircraft. I am an aviation enthusiast, and I am always observing things in the air. Professionally, I am a ((deleted--media person, involved with cameras and production)). One of the subjects I ((deleted--interested in)) is aircraft and air-shows. In the past few months I have shot F-18’s flying at extreme rates of speed, Harriers going more up than out, high level bombers cruising at altitude, and, of course, the slower and more conventional vintage war birds. I do this work as an officially ((specialty deleted)), not just an enthusiast. I am not an aviation know-it-all, but I have carefully observed most known aircraft, including rockets and space shuttles. What I saw tonight doesn’t fit into any known aircraft category in any way.

I stepped out into my back yard after 7:25. I wandered toward the west and I saw something streaking from south to north. It was not lit up like an aircraft should be, and it was moving faster than anything I‘ve ever seen. It wasn’t too far away, but that was hard to judge (maybe a few blocks?). It was moving so incredibly fast that I might have thought it was an aberration in my eyes, but then I saw it slow down and head more easterly.

Every hair on my body stood up perpendicular to my body. It wasn’t static electricity, it was the chills. I was terrified at that moment. I ran under the big tree to hide from it. I stayed there for about 10 seconds, but I couldn’t stand it. I went northerly to get out from under the tree, and there it was--almost due north of me! It was traveling east-south-easterly at a more normal rate of speed, like a small Cessna would.

There were absolutely no lights visible, inside or outside. I couldn’t see any windows or markings of any kind. It was relatively hard to see, and even if I’d have had my TV camera with me, it probably would have been impossible to shoot, because it was only visible due to the bright moon that was rising to my right. At that time it appeared almost like a cloud, sort of in the shape of an oval from my perspective. It seemed to be gray in color. I thought the oval-like shape was weird, because when I had first noticed it (when it was moving very fast) it seemed more angular, almost like a long rectangle.

Then it paused when it was NNE of me at about 100-300 feet off the ground. It seemed to stay there for about 10 seconds, then as it was getting larger, I thought it was coming toward me, and I got more scared and ran toward my back door (to the south). Then I watched it from there for what seemed like 15 seconds.

I noticed the dog two doors down was barking, and that was all I could hear. He is usually a very quiet dog.

Then the object got smaller, or farther away. Then it just seemed to get a little smaller still, and then it was gone. It may have gone north or east, but I can’t be sure, because it disappeared very quickly.

I looked all around for a few minutes, but it was gone! I don’t know how close it came to me, but it is possible that it came as close as a block away. If it was a block away, then it must have been about 30-40 feet long. I went inside to document the time, and it was after 7:50, so it must have happened about 7:46, and it only lasted what seemed to be a minute or less, but maybe it was longer, because I was outside for up to 25 minutes.

It was very surreal to me, and I can’t be sure about that. What I am sure about is that the experience was exceptionally unusual.

In summary, when it wasn’t moving so fast, it looked sort of like a small cloud on a moonlit night. However, it definitely went easterly. I noticed a short time later that there were a few clouds in the north heading westerly. I verified this less than two hours later on the Weather Channel when I was trying to figure out what had happened. The clouds are definitely going toward the ocean tonight! There were no clouds in that direction at that time.

Had I not seen it moving so extremely, I would have thought it was just a cloud. I don’t know what it was, and, unfortunately, I was alone, so I don’t have a witness or a second opinion of any kind that I’m aware of.

Three objects flew from one cloud to the other leaving a "c"ish opening where the cloud appeared to have been disturbed.

Around the date posted cant rember exact date i was looking the sky at the clouds becuase we were getting strange weather latly and i was driving to work from Nipomo crossing the Santa Maria bridge.

And i see a white with blusih almost tinged light fly from one cloud into a larger darker cloud moving horizontally from my postion and perspective.

Then i saw another fly into the same area. I was amazed at this and was estatic when i saw a third but this one decided to drop below it appeared the entrance of the other two then stop jet back and then enter at the same place in an almost "z" like path.

I thought i might have been seeing things when i realized that the cloud that appeared to have been entered from had a "c" opening where it had been disturbed and it was at its opserved entrance of the UFO's. My work was but a mile from where i had seen them driving on the highway so i decided to look up and noticed that from the cloud density and the lights from the city it was a blurred effect of redish glow of indesrnable mush. Not unexpected or surprising of course but it was a bit convinint that the city i see the UFO's pace over was masked in a storm cloud.

above and to the right of the crescent moon were what appreared to be two stars about as bright as veins, I'm no pro, but I know they did't belong there. I got out my 4-1/2 reflector telescope, but I could not find them in my spotter scope, so I ran in the house for my binoculars, the objects were still there but appred to have moved apart just a little. They did not twenkle like stars,just solid steady lights. I tried again to find them with my telescope (my spotter is durty and out of focus) I looked up with my naked eye to see how close I was and one of them was gone, that was about 20:40, it was only then that I noticed Jupiter was visable, I had no problem finding it with my telescope, then turned back to the last object looked at it then into the spotter scope again, still couldn't see, then look again with my naked eye and it was gone too, at aprox 20:45.

Me and my boyfriend at the time, now he is my fiance, decided to go hang out at Pismo Beach with our good friend. (It was a very clear night, not tipical of California Central Coast weather) We walked down to the sand and met up with a young man who calls himslef a Pismo Beach Local, he was homeless and had a dog with him. We all sat in a cirlce indian style and talked about life, existence, God ect...We then brought up UFO's and aliens and were talking about them as I often did with my fiance. Then my fiance lifted his head up and looked in the sky and said aloud, "That would be awsome if we saw a UFO RIGHT NOW, Oh my God you guys look!" Then I looked up and saw one cloud of marine layer over my right sholder and out of the midst came a traingular object with a bright white light on the front corner. The object appeared right over head, about the height of a two story house roof top, the object then lowered itself like a triangle shelf coming out of the sky, heading north, and was completeley visible overhead. The object was a triangle shape with white type lights on the corner edges of the triangle and some kind of movement or activity in the middle but I can not remember what exactly? None of us could remember in detail, to this very date, what was in the very middle of the object...but we(me, my fiance, and our friend) have agreed that there was some sort of activity going on in the middle, and I can not elaborate futher upon that. I felt an awsome aura come over ME in an instant and stood up with my arms in the air and I felt: That it was beutifull and "From The Almighty!" which came out of my mouth aloud. There was absolutely no sounds except for the surf of the beach. The object then lifted up just the same way it lowered itself pointing North, heading North. The were no other clouds or obstructions in the clear sky and the triangle still seemed to enfold in some kind of unseen slot in the open sky. We all saw the UFO and were so accepting it was like we had been expe! cting it The homeless man was surprised that my fiance "knew" it was comeing and was confused as to why we were so happy. I told the homeless man that I knew it was Gods Millennial Cherubim from my childhood knowledge and we are suppose to be accepting. We must recognize Him in all shapes and forms. This experience had given ME knowledge of some sort. I would not know how to describe to someone that was not there what happened for me mentally. But I can Faithfully say that I SAW God's Creation from beyond the Earth.

However, as we approached the light (which we mistakenly thought was approaching us) we thought it must be a helicopter with a large search beam coming from the front. However, as we passed this flying object, it was obviously not a helicopter. It was hanging perfectly motionless to the west of us over the ocean. It was triangle shaped, had blue neon colored rings on either end and, according to my husband, the light strobed. (This, I didn't see.) It was clearly not a type of craft ever seen by either of us before.

the bright white star like object speed in an arch from east to west into the horizon in the black of night.

I was driving on US 101 headed north when all of the sudden a bright star looking object fell towards the horizon. It only lasted a few seconds, but I know it wasn't a falling star. From where I was no stars were visible, the view from the drivers seat doesn't allow you to see overhead, without leaning forward as far as possible, and I was sitting back in my seat. When I got home I immeditly looked in to the sky to check what the stars were like, it's a clear night and several stars a visible, but none including the north star were nearly as bright white as this. The object I saw in the sky fell in an arch from east to west, I couldn't tell you what kind of a degree the was arch was. The sky was black ahead of me, there were other cars around, in front, behind and going in the oppisite direction. There were also a few street lamps, I had just past an on ramp and feet away from an off ramp and on the south bound side of the highway there was an on ramp near by. There was considerable light around other than the few street lights, both sides of the highway have near by gas stations, the north bound side also has a small well lite hotel, and Burger King. The object didn't have a trail of anything behind it.

I've witnessed shooting stars and meteriors before and this was nothing like it. it moved faster than a shooting star. I don't know what else to say about it, except that I've never seen anything quite like it before.

There was a oval shaped craft with lights flashing in a pattern: Red, green, blue, then a blinding flash. It appeared to be chasing a circular ball of light. Then, it looked as if it were going to land, or crash, and it fell at a diagonal angle. The circular object zoomed across the sky, at an amazing speed, then it stopped and stayed there blinking all night, I'd assume.

It was an oval shaped disk. It had so many lights, different colored ones. They were blinking a pattern:Red, green, blue, then a blinding flash. It was chasing, or following another round object that was made of light. The 'light ball' was almost playful, until the 'oval' slanted, began to go down. The 'light ball' zoomed away at an amazing speed, and suddenly stopped, and stayed at that spot, blinking.

A 'Star' chases a UFO.

I was going home one night after dinner. I looked out the window and looked at the stars. I saw what I assumed to be an airplane, but it looked funny.

I got home and went out to the backyard with my binoculars. It was to dark to use them though. I looked up and saw the 'craft'. It was oval shaped, and had silvery, metallic look to it. It had flashing lights too. Green, blue, red, purple. After these colors flashed, a bright withish light would flash. It wasn't moving very quickly. Suddenly, one of the stars moved! It wasn't a star at all. It was another 'craft'. It did loops and moved quickly. Then it began chasing the first craft. The oval craft sped up and ran away. The 'star' followed it. The oval craft suddenly disppeared. The 'star' stopped and did some more loops, then seemed to fade away. That is all.

Characteristics: Lights on object

it was just siting there when i turned bak after 5 seconds it was gone

bakround sunny day out in a strawberry field crop. black circled with color lights like stop sighns lights in front middle red maybe blue green. we were taking step dad food in the fields he was doing crops.
