UFO Light source from the base of a mountain in Glendora CA zig zags then zooms into space curves then sonic boom.

I started recording a light that appeared to be around 34.167666,-117.862964. I described the video what i saw because it kept disappearing and reappear. After reviewing the video I observed a flash of light zoom into space and curve around frame :19 to :24. That surprised me, I then slowed the video and filtered night vision. When I did that I saw something appear out of thin air zoom about 45 degrees (granted this is in slow motion). Then turn 180 degrees the 45 degrees again then zoom into space leaving a trail of light and curve into space. Then a friend of mine noticed on the original video at frame :29 and :30 you here a sonic boom then the orb or light disappears from the top of the ridge. Granted the light beam had already disappeared into space at frame :24. Then the boom around :29 and the orb disappears. I have the video and everyone is shocked what we saw.

Extremely fast two shipper lights over greater Los Angeles.

At approximately 2115 pst local, I witnessed two (2) dully lit objects, in formation, flying from behind me on a north/NW course at a remarkable speed.

I observed the craft from under a patio until they nearly cleared the roofline of the house due north of me (approximately 40 ft). They commenced a perfectly coordinated port turn, effectively at 90-100 degrees due west (compensating for 5 degrees flux in this AO). I quickly lost visual observation of these craft, and quickly alerted another person in the household, dousing all interior and exterior lights.

There was no sound.

There were no navigation or anti-smack lights on either craft.

There was no audible noise or especially boom, given the approximated EXTREMELY high rate of speed.

There was no afterburner visible or audible. From orientation of seated, facing southwest, The lights appeared at the left hand side of Cancer and disappeared around Mars/Delphod.

I have a decade + of aerospace training, mfg and operations (.mil & civilian) - this was something I’ve never experienced before. The course corrections, motivation/power source and speed are beyond explanation.

Fireball, yellow center, amber red outer edges. Two witnesses; Clear night. UFO stops, houvers. Vanishes into thin air. Double pass.

At 7:03 PM (PST) December 25, 2014 at (XXXX) South Vermont Avenue Glendora, CA 91740; My mother and I witnessed a fireball yellow at its center and amber red around the outer edges (Circular) but "flame-like" came from the north (Angeles Foothills - San Gabriel Mountains) at approx. at 35 yards distance from us at approx. 60 ft., moving directly south towards us and parallel, as we were proceeding north on the west side of the street. There was "no" vehicle traffic, "no" air traffic, and "no" pedestrian traffic around us. Completely quiet surroundings. The night sky was completely clear, no fog, no rain.

This fireball that itself was completely "noiseless" was proceeding fast at approx. 60-75 mph but then immediately stops next to us. No movement, we stop and watch this fireball as I examine it carefully. We were walking our two dogs and they became agitated. I called my girlfriend but was unable to make a connection; however, I then called my friend "Ed" and was able to make a connection that faded in and out but strong enough to talk to him clearly.

As we observed this fireball hovering with absolutely no sound next to us, I kept looking down at my watch to ensure there was no missing time. I continue to describe the event to my friend on the phone.

I then told my mother to not look at the object, and continue to walk our dogs away from this fireball as she was now very nervous. I continued to talk with "Ed" on the phone.

The fireball then starts moving again slowly approx. 30 mph making a looping turn to the southwest direction. After proceeding approx. 1/4 mile it vanishes into thin air. No sound at all.

Approx. 2 min. later it returns (Or a second fireball came by); The same trajectory, but this time 1/2 the height in the air, approx. 30 feet up. The fireball slowed to a crawl as it passed by us, and, just as it passed us, poof-gone.

Afterwards I was able to make a connection on my cell phone with my girlfriend and told her all about our sighting and event.

Small cylinder flying across the sky during the blood moon lunar eclipse

I was standing on my front lawn (facing south) watching the lunar eclipse (blood moon) at 11:55 p.m. on 04/14/14. I believe the moon had just been fully eclipsed only a minute or so when I noticed a strange moving object in the sky.

The first thought I had was, “why is that plane flying with out any lights on?” Then, I immediately noticed it wasn’t a plane. It looked to me like a cylinder perhaps 30 feet in length and maybe 8 feet in diameter. This dimensional estimate is based on a guess I have made after reflecting on what altitude I believed the object to be flying at.

It appeared to me to be flying at the cloud level which I estimated to be perhaps 5000 feet higher than the private planes I observed flying over the city in the southern sky. Those planes were at a typical 5000 foot level. So I am estimating the objects altitude at between 8000 and 10000 feet. The city lights are the only thing that illuminated the object. In the dim illumination the surface of the object looked off white in color. It was flying in a direction perpendicular to the length of the cylinder shape.

I also noticed that it was traveling at a rate of speed many times faster than any man made aircraft can fly. It was traveling in a North West direction, approximately 3 degrees lower than the angle of the moon in the sky. It disappeared from view within about 8 seconds. I looked around my neighborhood to see if anyone else was outside watching the eclipse, and there was no one for me to inquire with as to if they had seen the same object as I.

2nd sighting of Glendora UFO

In an update to my posting from Oct 18th or 19th, my wife found this news report with an object reported (and caught on tape) from about 30 days prior, which was also visible from my reported town in Southern California. Please include this as an addendum to my original report, as this sighting was 32 days prior, and about the same time as the evening, which would refute what the expert can be heard saying on the news report. Last time I checked, meteors don't move in circles, and they certainly don't come back 1 months later.

The reports for the Arizona report is similar too with the object that fell out of the object during my viewing in October 2011.

UFO (slow moving yellowish light) report for Saturday, October 15th, 2011@ approximately 21:30 PST in zip code 91740

UFO report for Saturday, October 15th, 2011 @ approximately 21:30 PST in zip code 91740 My daughter and I went to my best friend’s house on Saturday evening, so she could play with her friend, and I could do some video gaming with my best friend. We arrived at approximately 1830 PST. After eating and gaming for about 2 ½ hours, I went into the hot tub with my friend & his wife. It was a very clear and beautiful night, plenty of stars and a bright moon. Given the location of our homes against the nearby Los Angeles National Forest mountain range (6 – 8 blocks to the foothills), we are usually treated with superb visibility, allowing us to see satellites, the Space Station, Shuttle, etc, on a regular basis.

Their hot tub is circular, about 6 ft across and I was oriented at the 5:30 o’clock position, facing north (or about 345 degrees). My friend was at the 11 o’clock position (facing south), and his wife was situated in-between us (2 or 3 o’clock) and facing due west. We are all in our 40’s, married for 15 – 20 years, and been friends since the mid 1980’s / early 90’s. There were no exterior lights in the yard, as the moon gave a constant soft light.

About 30 minutes after we entered hot tub, and while I was scanning the sky for items, I noticed a light in the western sky, approximately 10-20k ft high, moving towards us in a due east flight path relative to our stationary position. The light was not travelling in the typical approach or departure pattern for the nearby ONT, BUR or LAX airports. The light appeared to be moving rather slowly, coming directly towards us. It was a dark yellow or light orange color, with only the light visible. There was no discernable airframe, external nav lights, no noise – only a light. It was a constant light, no changes in its intensity, direction or color.

I commented to my friends that there is something we don’t normally see, meaning it was not apparently a plane (with the normal navigation lights, sounds and profile), and not a satellite (it was far too low, a medium brightness and noticeably larger than other satellites and space station lights we’ve seen). All three of us looked at the light coming towards us for perhaps 1-2 minutes, with his wife asking if planes didn’t have special colored lighting to distinguish them? I confirmed that since the object was moving towards us, there should be a red light on the right-hand side, and perhaps other lights (strobe lights, landing lights, take-off lights, anti-smack light, etc). None of these were distinguishable.

While we watched and speculated, the light began to slow down, and then completely stop in midair. I picked up my flip phone camera, and attempted to get some video. I took (2) 30 second clips of the stationary light, though the resolution quality was quite low (essentially worthless).

We of course sat stunned and stared in some genuine disbelief. There was no sound of any rotor blades (we get them around our house ALL THE TIME for a variety of reasons, so we all know typical helicopter movements, sounds, etc. As we watched the light it moved slowly & slightly to the south (our left as we were still facing due west). After perhaps 30-40 seconds, it then returned to its original stopping point for perhaps another 10 seconds. Then it slowly started back the same way it came. The light did not turn direction away from us, it merely moved in reverse away from us.

As we watched in silence, a small series of lights came out of the bottom of the larger light. To me, it initially looked like a flare dropping straight down from the craft, but it did not burn with any consistency. It alternated between mildly bright, to barely visible, back to mildly bright, then nearly disappearing, before becoming mildly bright once again. By the 3rd time it got bright, the trajectory of the dropping light changed, and it headed due northwest and quickly disappeared. It did not move off for miles before disappearing, it was gone with 3-5 seconds after changing direction. All the while, the main light continued back on its westward path, going behind some trees and disappeared from our view.

None of us could explain what we saw, and none of us have ever seen anything remotely similar to this.

To be truthful, my friend had 4-5 shots of whisky since about 5 PM that evening (he’s about 250 lbs), so there wasn’t much impact by 21:30 PST, as his consumption was in a measured pace relative to his tolerance and size. His wife had just returned from taking the girls to “Booing” some of their Jr. High friend’s houses. She was still working on her first mixed drink of the evening at the time. I had 3 shots of 75 proof whiskey during the previous 3 hours, and was for all intensive purposes – still completely coherent and alert.

Of course when my wife called to see when I’d be coming home, I was so excited to tell her about what we witnessed that the phone slipped out of my wet hands, and straight to the bottom of the hot tub…before it unceremoniously powered off. Though I’ve tried several methods to dry and revive the phone, nothing has worked yet.

My friend and his wife have lived at this location for nearly 10 years, and he is fairly familiar with local traffic patterns. He has an App on his Android phone that allows us to quickly pin-point stars, constellations, space debris or even rocket launches from Vandenberg AFB. He and I have attended several air shows @ Apple Valley and Edwards AFB. His background is in the high-end automotive field, and he is one of the top specialists in his field in the world. His wife is a part-time real estate agent, and full time mother to their only daughter. My background includes a BS degree in management, with a minor in Computer Management Information Systems, a Master’s of Science in Organizational Management and a nearly complete BS degree in Criminal Justice.

Additionally I have 13 years studying (numerous technical certifications) and working in military & commercial aerospace operations and manufacturing (all in the avionics realm) from 1982 to 1997. My hands-on technical training, support and management experience includes a wide variety of light, single & twin engine general aviation craft, military helicopters (UH-1N, AH-1J), attack aircraft (A-4M), observation planes (OV-10 B) and medium to large jet aircraft (MD-80, MD-90, MD-95 and MD-11).

I have been to dozens of air shows, was trained at / stationed at military airfield facilities including NAS Memphis, MCAS El Toro, MCAS Tustin, MCAS Yuma and MCAS Pendleton for over 3 ½ years during my tour of service. My civilian experience includes 6 months working at the El Monte and Fullerton airports and 7 ½ years with a major manufacturer at the Long Beach airport.

Currently I’m an NCO in the state reserves and have split 50% of my duty time for 2011 between the airfield at Los Alamitos and my normal drill station. I’ve written an article for Air Safety Weekly (in 2006), and had one of my comments to the editor published in Aviation Weekly (April 1998). Finally I was interviewed by Swiss Public Radio in 1999 after the Swissair Flight 111 MD-11 crash in Canada in 1998. Suffice to say I have a passing knowledge of the aerospace community…  There are only 3 explanations I have for what we witnessed. It was (A) a lighter than air vehicle of some kind, (B) a helicopter, or (C) a tilt-rotor aircraft. Options B & C do not seem plausible, given the amount of noise a hovering aircraft would make. If my altitude guess was correct, then option B is out the door, as few helicopters will operate in the 15-20k altitude range without pilot & crew oxygen, especially in the heavily regulated LAX TCA zone, and close to the climb-out area for jets departing ONT.

We are hoping your team might be able to shed some more light on this situation!

I was north on a mountain facing south with my friend. We were star gazing and I looked up in the sky at about a 45 degree angle and saw a white light, which I thought was just a plane moving west horizontally then the light stopped and changed color to this bright neon green color and dropped vertically for about 5-10 seconds then shot south at light speed. Within an instant it was gone.

Silver Sphere over looking California wild fires

At 1210 hrs I was in my garage when I was looking down at a puddle of water. I was looking at the reflection of the sky. I noticed a silver object and stepped outside the garage and looked in a southeast direction. I saw a silver sphere and as I was looking at it two other sliver spheres (smaller than the first sphere) came out of it and began to circle around the larger sphere. The sphere seems to be looking towards the California wild fires (Mt. Wilson). I watched as a fourth smaller sphere came from the larger sphere. I watch for about three minutes and in a blink of an eye it was gone.

Silver Disk above Glendora, Ca.

I was driving north on the 57 Fwy I had just passed Pomona, I was heading towards the 210 fwy and looked up at the mountains above Glendora, Ca. and saw 1 disk shaped UFO, silver in color it looked to me to have been at least 100 or so ft above the Mountains, it was at least seventy ft in circumference.

It moved slowly over the Mountains for about 6 to 8 min and vanished in front of me. I know every one on the 57 freeway going that way must have seen it. It was to big to have been a balloon and it was definitely not a plane or helicopter.

On a personal note, in 2004 I was working near La Vern Ca. and was looking up towards a person repairing a roof, and saw 2 silver disk way above La Vern moving very slowly, I pointed them out to the roofer, and we watched them for about 30 min and then they disappeared all very strange..

I left my home here in Glendora on July 30, 2003 and was heading South on Grand Avenue shortly before 1pm in the afternoon. Shortly before I reached the interection with Foothill Boulevard, I saw through my windshield to my left a silvery, oval-shaped object tilted in midair and hovering.

It was tilted from left to right and had a series of rings on the object with a dome-like structure on top. Suddenly, it kind of pitched and shot off to the west and was gone! The whole episode seemed to last no more than 2-3 seconds.

Saucer seen in the San Gabriel Valley

I recently found this site and decided to post my sighting.

This was a very long time ago, and I was rather young, so the details are somewhat hazy.

I remember seeing the craft while out trick-or-treating with some of my friends. We stopped at my friends house down the street and we were standing in his front yard talking, when one of my friends said "What is that?" and pointed to the north/northwest.

We looked at it for a little bit, and lost interest (being kids, and all). I remember the object being very distinct, and I remember that it was floating stationary. It had a metallic look to it, and there was no noise whatsoever.

I felt very awkward about the whole situation, and I never really spoke about it until years later.

My friends and I never spoke of it again, and I have not asked them about it. It felt so surreal that I almost immediately assumed I was seeing things, or that someone was playing a prank on me. But when I look back on it, it is very hazy, and I cannot explain a lot of the time immediately after the sighting.

If anyone has any information on this, I would love to hear about it.

Two police officers were sitting in their police cruiser, looking west, while they talked with their shift sergeant.

They noted a very bright, "reddish-yellow ball with a firey tail," in the night sky to the west of their position, passing from right to left. From the driver's seat, the object passed from the center of the windshield to the post on the left of the steering wheel. Then, it appeared to be traveling to the east, when viewed through the side window.

At some point, the brilliance of the object subsided, and the tail disappeared from sight. However, it quickly appeared to make a second 90 degree turn to the south, at which point the tail "ignited" again, creating an appearance of a "halo." From this point, the observers watched the object going away from them for 5 seconds, or so, at which point it simply disappeared from sight.

The officers generated an "Incident Report," and it was also entered into the "Daily recap.'" of the day's events.

On a very foggy night in 1981 I was illuminated by a silent unseen object in Glendora, California

I was parked on a very foggy night on Glendora Mountain Road in the Angeles Forest. Visibility was about 20 feet. While sitting on my car hood on a known turn out with at least a 100 foot drop off past the guard rail, we realized the crickets in the area became very quiet. A few seconds later we were illuminated by a intense light beam. I looked at the light and saw it was mounted on some type of bracket with a dark projection below it resembling a boom microphone. We ran for the drivers door of my car and as we entered the car the light turned off and the fog swirled as if a large oblect left upward. At no time during the encounter did I hear anything. FYI I am now a police officer and don't consider myself a UFO buff or even believer. I am just telling you about something that happened 20 years ago that I can not explain.

Characteristics: Lights on object, Emitted beams

An illuminated Saucer hovers over my back patio. The Object rises beyond a neighboring house to the South. After hovering for five min's, the object moves Eastward.

On the night of Tuesday, January 28th, 1973, A double tiered "Windowed" Saucer shaped craft is observed from my bedroom window. It was first seen rising above the rooftop of the neighboring houses to the South. I dashed to the window for a better view, because I never saw anything like this before, and I never saw anything like it since. As the craft hovered over my back patio I took note of the windows being a Bright yellow to an amber. Some were an "Iced Tea" color. The dome atop of the saucer, which was the first thing I noticed, was a dull pale white. Two illuminated shafts of light accompanied the dome. The bottom side of the craft was completely dark with the exception of two lights (bluish-white in color) that went around in a circle. (Clockwise from my point of view.) Then after hovering for about five minutes, the craft begins to move towards the East, flying along at its low altitude of roughly a hundred feet give or take, then vanishes from view.
