100 or so- Bright(some were dim) String-Like-Vertically Positioned-Non Moving Objects- littered throughout the sky-

On March 27, 2020, at approximately 3:00 a.m., I was awoken by a helicopter, that kept flying over my residence for longer than normal. I live in La Verne, California (Southern), near the I-210 freeway. As I looked out my 2nd story bedroom window, facing towards the east. I observed a vertically positioned, NON-MOVING, brightly colored, string-like object (white & blue lights-non flashing) approximately 2 or 3 miles away. The object looked like a string, completely intact, and not like a string of pearls. I then observed a police helicopter circling many times around this object (both the helicopter & the object were the exact same height above the ground- approximately 900 feet or so. It was obviously still dark outside, so I couldn’t identify the paint markings on the police helicopter (unknown department). However, being a law enforcement officer (20 years), I saw the lighting which gave it away. Whoever he/she (pilot) is, they MOST definitely saw ! that object, by the way they were circling so closely and so many times. I then began to look around the sky, which was littered with these objects. They were mostly dim, higher up, and there appeared to be a dark cloud covering. The dimmer objects were also, vertically positioned, NON-MOVING, and not touching each other. Against my better, more “logical” thought process, I couldn’t help thinking that the world was on lock down for a pandemic, and now, here we were (pilot(s) and I), looking at these objects ominously staggered throughout the sky. Their positioning could be seen over Mount Baldy, San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont, Pomona, and perhaps farther. However, that’s as far as my eyes take me in the dark. I grabbed my I-Phone and took a couple of pictures of the brighter object (see attached pics). I am obviously not a photographer, nor am I digitally inclined. Through my screened window, I took the best picture that I possibly could. The size of the “object! ” was slightly smaller than the helicopter, which continued to! circle around it a few more times. Also, not knowing the correct photo settings, the pictures do not show just how bright the object was. I then attempted to take a video, which wasn’t much better. I will admit, I was fearful of going outside, they didn’t quite give us training for that in my academy. However, I needed a witness(es), and woke up two family members, who, tiredly, and briefly, looked out the window. They observed the bright object, and quickly dismissed it, as satellites, belonging to Elon Musk. They laughed as they went back to bed, not realizing there were a hundred more in the sky, or what my picture would show the next morning. I continued to stay up for 30 minutes, watching the objects remain in the same spot (vertically), before also dismissing it. The next morning the objects were gone, and I felt that something JUST wasn’t right. I then began to research everything from satellites, meteor showers, to falling stars, and anything else, that could expla! in it away. When the research didn’t explain it away, I poured through the internet to see if anyone reported it, especially, THAT helicopter pilot. Nothing! I then called a few of my law enforcement contacts(my dispatch and local dispatch). Those contacts yielded no further information, but more importantly, NO explanation. I waited two days researching before deciding to report this to your web site. Please keep in mind, my pictures are zoomed in as far as my phone allows. At first glance, the object looks like a part of my window screen, it is not (also attached-daytime picture of same screen intact/not torn). Hopefully someone else comes forward with an observation, or an explanation, because I am ALL OUT of them! Thank you.

At approximately 7:45 p.m. Saturday evening I saw two very different burnt orange colored lights traveling in the Northeast direction ascending and altitude. a small turboprop aircraft was traveling in the same direction at a little higher altitude. The turboprop and the first but identified craft seem to be on an intersecting course the unidentified craft reach the similar altitude as they turboprop it's slow down and began to fear more towards the north direction as a turboprop past the unidentified craft change that setting war towards the North and continue to climb and altitude it was a very different colored burnt orange had no navigation lights or strobe beacon it was not a craft I'd recognized before the color was distinctly odd and it was the luminescence was much greater approximately a minute or so after that crash have passed and moved out of sight a second one identical to the first unidentified craft followed on the same course the entire siding lasted approximately three maybe four minutes cuz I'm familiar with most commercial craft the satellite pattern this was distinctly not in those either of those categories the light was a very different color it could have been up some sort of military aircraft that is not disclosed or something but I don't know what else it could have been and I'm curious how many others have reported this siding from the LA county

Black rectangular object hovering over La Verne Ca. north of 210 fwy

06/03/09 La Verne Ca.

9:24 Am I was driving west bound on the 210 fwy at aproximately 9:22 am driving 70 mph in 2nd lane from the left.I noticed in the righthand corner of my field of view through my windshield a large black rectangular object hovering perpindcular to the ground, thinking it was a stealth bomber or other type of military aircraft. The closer my vehicle got to the area I realised it wasn't an airplane, the object was several hundred feet in the air and stationary, the coloring was flat black it looked 2 dimentional and very hard to focus on it's exact contours. I slowed down and bent forward to see this thing as I got closer and began passing the area it was hovering traffic was slowing down to get a look as other motorists saw the object also, it still hovered several hundred feet above the foothills I'm not sure what this thing was, but I got the chills as i looked at it. I don't really beleive in aliens or the paranormal but what ever this object was it was not an airplane or balloon.

Descending white light flattened to a line of light

My girlfriend and I were driving East on the 210, when we saw what initially appeared to be a plane on the glide path to Ontario airport. It was a descending white light.

What caught our attention, however, was that the shape of the light changed as it descended, flattening out into a horizontal line of light. As we drove down a depression in the freeway, we lost sight of it, but I caught one more glimpse of it after coming up the other side.

Although I only saw it momentarily, it appeared as if there were two white lines of light, one on top of the other (like an equal sign). I then lost sight of the lights.

I noticed there was another report from this night in Rialto, and I'm sure that many people must have seen the same thing, as there were many cars around us on the freeway.

Orange stationary light which three other orange lights dropped from.

As I stepped out onto my balcony at 11:22pm I lit a cigarette and looked up at the incoming jets to LAX. I noticed an orange looking light that I assumed was also an incoming jet, but it did not move. As I watched this light I could see the jets were actually flying under this light. Then I noticed another orange light drop straight down from this statioary light. The second light to fall from this light had a trail behind it. I called my girlfriend to come outside and see this light show, before see was able to get outside a third light fell from the light. When my girlfriend did arrive we watched the light flicker off then on, then fade out and on, and finally it went completely out.

I was driving us on Interstate freeway 10, due west, at the junction of the 210 freeway, when I saw what looked like a flare, except that it was larger than anything I had seen before. It was a large circular object encased in fire, with a tail extending behind. It moved slowly and as it crossed in front of us, it started to extinguish its fire and afterwards I was able to see the outline of a small craft with a singular blue/green light.

My friend and I were returning from a UFO conference in Laughlin Nevada and at 2:30am we saw what looked like a flare or shooting star like object, traveling due south as we traveled west. We watched with amazement as this object just took its time, flying approx. at an altitude of 6000 feet. It was shaped like a ice cream cone, but flying on it side, with a stout tail and all blazing at the same color temperature of rich fire gold. As it crossed right in front of us it started to extinguish its flames, in much the same way your furnace turns off, showing hues of blue, green, red and gold. It seem to crackle, I didn't hear anything but the way the fire went out it was uneven and there seemed to be sparks. When it was just to our left, it was completely extinguished and I saw the outline of a craft, which appeared small and circular, with a single blue/green light. It continued to move very slowly and we then lost visual contact with it due to our direction of travel. The whole event was approx. 2 minutes long.

This sounds like something burning up on re-entry (or entry) to me also. but what was it ? it took a long time for it to go through this process. when it broke into four it took on a striking diamond shaped formation. were there any other reports? I am a 32 yr old Surgical Tech. Thanx

It flew over the crest at an amazing speed and disappeared in a small cloud it should have flown through at that speed.

It was about 9:30pm and some friends and I were hanging out. T ere is an area close to our houses where at the time there was some development going on.

This spot is nestled in the foothills. We were admiring the sillouette of the mountains against the dark blue sky.All of a sudden a tear shaped object flying pointed end forward skimmed barely over the crest of the mountain. The front portion of the craft was glowing in a blue/purple color while the rear of the craft pulsed in a peach color. It left a slight trail but made no sound. It flew directly across the sky and into a small cloud. The amazing thing was that the speed it was traveling at,it never came out of the other side of the cloud. We stood there shocked and amazed not breathing. Finally one of us broke the silence by yelling "WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT". We sat there and talked about it for two hours hoping we would see it again.Upon arriveing home(about two miles away)my little sister and my neighbors son were sittin in the yard. They described seeing the same object at the same time we saw it only they were directly under the cloud it flew into. They said it disappeared in a flash.

July 1960, Pomona Ca, two yellowish orange spheres observed by numerous people that reported to the local paper.

Clear bright stary summer night in Southern California, Two 11 year old Friends sleeping in a tent outside in their backyard which was a frequent practice without airconditioning. Observed two circular spheres flying in formation from the San Gabriel Mountains in a southernly direction towards the area of San Dimas and La Verne CA. Watched as the spheres stopped in mid air and hoovered at an elevation of about 25,000 feet. Both spheres were yellowish orange. No beams of light emitted off of them such as a search light or night running lights. They were both brighter than the stars in the background and appeared closer then the commercial aircraft preparing for their final approach to LAX. These spheres could not have been mistaken for airplanes, helicopters blimps or balloons.

As we gazed at this abnormal activity we talked back and forth describing our observations to one another. We both noted that the distance between the two balls of light was approximated at 1/4 to 1/2 mile. Geographically measuring their proximity I would estimate that one of the spheres was hoovering over the Metropolitan Water District Plant in La Verne and the other was over Puddingstone Reservoir in San Dimas.

After approximately 30 minutes, the most southernly sphere (San Dimas) flew away over the Ganesha Hills Mountains and then in a Northern direction closely following Garey Avenue in Pomona towards the San Gabriel Mountians near Mt. Baldy. The one sphere over La Verne stayed longer and then proceeded straight back towards the mountains from which it came.

Naturally, the next morning we reported our observations to our parents and friends who half heartedly believed us as neither of us were "story tellers." That afternoon with the paper arrived, our creditability was boasted by several sightings being re-told in the local newspaper. Pomona California, "Progress Bulletin" now known as the "Daily Bulletin." Eventhough its fifty years later, I remember that night as if it occurred yesterday. I am now retired from a very successful career as a police officer. As luck would have it, I've lost contact with my childhood buddy who moved away from La Verne a couple of years later but if I could locate him, I'll bet his recollections of that night would be identical to mine. I don't recall the exact night of this occurance, but to the best of my recollection, it was a summer vacation night in 1960 and other people in the vicinity of Pomona Ca observed it to and reported it to the local paper who wrote a story for the front page.
