Slow moving long vertical object with two orange and one green lights.

2021-03-21 UFO Sighting over Hillsborough NJ I was looking Eastward towards the moon and noticed it was about at first quarter. That would make the sun approximately 90 degrees away in the sky. The moon’s terminator was not perpendicular to the horizon and I was thinking about the spatial geometry as I looked away towards the light side of the moon. That’s when I saw an object in the sky.

The object was bright. And as I watched it, it seemed to be hanging in the sky and not moving. I grabbed my phone and took some pictures. It appeared long and cylindrical or cigar shaped. Then I perceived it to be actually moving albeit slowly. I watched it for a few minutes and decided to run over to my parent’s house to use their binoculars. They live behind me and we have adjoining properties.

Looking through a pair of 16x26 binoculars I observed the object to be long and vertically oriented. There appeared to be three lights or three sections of high reflectance. The top was orangish. The middle was greenish. And the bottom was orangish; The same color as the top one. The underlying structure appeared to be black.

I pointed out the object to my parent’s neighbor and asked if they wanted to see a UFO. She came over with her two children. I gave the son the binoculars and he looked at the object. The neighbor remarked that she heard there may be meteors and I said this is moving was too slow. My mother came from the bottom of the garden and my father came out of the house. I pointed and said, “It’s a UFO”. They said it’s not a UFO. And I said it’s not identified so it is an Unidentified Flying Object.

We watched for about 15 minutes as the object slowly made its way over us in the sky. It was fairly close to passing directly overhead. I will approximate +/- 15 degrees North-South from zenith. The object seemed to move constantly from East to zenith. At which point it became hard to see and was lost in the sky. This makes me think the object was reflecting light from the sun.

The sky was cloudless. The weather warm 65 degrees F. Photos taken from 40.46208787255178 North, -74.62081433617985 West (taken from Google maps). Altitude at original sighting was approximately 40 degrees above the East-SouthEast horizon. Moon can be seen in one of the pictures. Foreground tree used to help locate object when zooming.

I am currently the Director of Engineering at a small automation company. I have an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics. I taught astronomy lab at the University of Maine and volunteered at the Maynard F. Jordan Observatory for public observing. I have a Master’s in Experimental Particle Physic. I spent three years at CERN working on the forward muon system for the ATLAS experiment as part of an unfinished PhD.

Big Bright orange light. About small aircraft distance away. Moving fast across the sky looked like the shape of a hot air balloon.

I was getting a fire going out side with my two daughters and ones mom. To hang and cook some s’mores. When the mother and oldest daughter started saying loudly. What is that ?! What is that ?! In some kind of panic / nervous voice . As they where looking up pointing I was thinking they saw an animal in a tree. As I came over and said what where. They pointed in a different direction as I seen this big bright orange type color like the shape of a hot air balloon. Going across the sky. Moving fast but not a like flash fast. Airplane fast but way to big and oddly shaped for an airplane.

I am ex military. Served over seas and this made my hairs stand some. There was and airplane at a decent amount of distance behind it heading in the same direction towards it.

Three red lights in the shape of triangle witnessed moving across sky, then change direction, then disappear.

East sky, three red light, in the shape of a triangle moving west, then stopped; lights together move back the direction they came, but it appeared as though they had separated a little, forming a distorted triangle, then all three faded out as they ascended upward. I had no phone on me, was walking my dog. I asked other people I encountered on the walk and no one stated that they saw anything. I placed a call local police and described what I saw. Nothing more.

At 1314hrs until 1317 hrs on the date provided I saw 5 circular lights in straight formation with 2 lights directly under the 5. I reported this event to the local authorities and asked them to call me back because I have never seen or reported anything like this before. The lights lasted for 3 minutes and suddenly disappeared. They made no noise or blink, they just all disappeared at once. I asked the authorities to check air traffic with navigation towers. There’s multiple airports in the area. The lights never blinked or changed colors they just disappeared all at the same time. I also asked them to ask the tracking stations if there were any transponder signals. Please let me know if you find out anything about this event.

Flying very slowly in the S sky near the Aquarius constellation were a total of 4 large red lights in an "L" formation.

Flying very slowly in the Southern sky near the Aquarius constellation were a total of 4 large red lights in an "L" formation. 3 vertical with 1 to the side. It appeared to be very, very large and to be one craft that blocked the stars behind it.

It flew very slow, silently and the lights blinked in no particular order randomly and without pattern. The round lights were very large. Suddenly a white light, like a vertical beam appeared below the single red light that was off to the side and the entire craft slowly dropped below the tree line and was gone.

Large green comet-like streak in the sky, lasted 5 or 6 seconds.

I was driving last night on a dark portion of the the highway, some trees on either side of the highway but the sky above me was uncovered. The sky was mostly clear, you could see the stars clearly. In front of me I thought I saw a shooting star, so I looked up, but it was closer and larger than any comet or shooting star I’ve seen and lasted for a while. There was a bright green round core, and a silver/green trail of light behind it, like a comet would have, but much larger and closer. It lasted for about 4-6 seconds, was traveling very fast, and then disappeared quickly before it reached the horizon.

UFO in Hillsborough, NJ.

On my way home driving along the backroads of dukes park, two bright lights hovered over my vehicle, moving slow and soundless. I took multiple pictures and video from my iPhone 6+ and showed it friends and family. It's so amazing these objects where distinctly unique. This sighting is not my first but this is just up close and so vividly clear not from this planet!

Seen a neon green light behind a funnel-shaped cloud accompanied by a humming/buzzing sound.

My boyfriend and I were watching the meteor shower and throughout the night, I kept seeing a flash of light at the corner of my vision, so I thought I had an issue with my eye or something. At one point when I was facing in the exact direction of the light, I clearly seen a neon green flash of light and I asked my boyfriend if he had seen it and he did. It was funny too because he also told me had kept seeing it at the corner of his eye as well and he thought it was something messed up with his vision/eye as well.

So, after we both realized this flash of light was legitmate, we both sat and stared in the direction of the light. There was a wide tornado-shaped cloud above the mountain range in the distance but we had a clear view of this phenomenon. The cloud kept lighting up neon green and at some points it would blink very fast and at other times it would go bright gradually and then dim down slowly.

Also, there was a strange humming or buzzing noise accompanying this incident. It was very strange....we also started to hear coyotes crying/howling in the distance so we ended up leaving the spot we were at. After hearing the coyotes, the light also went away.

It freaked us out pretty bad!

My boyfriend and I seen three, triangle-shaped crafts slowly fly together in a triangle formation.

My boyfriend and I were driving through town when we noticed a triangle-shaped craft above the tree tops. It was a black triangle with white lights at each corner. One of the lights was blinking. About five seconds after seeing this triangle-shaped craft, two more came into view. All three crafts were the same and they flew across the sky in a triangle-formation. There was no sound at all and then they disappeared over a building and the trees.

I was on top of a building on the roof, and happened to catch something bright from the corner of my eye in the sky, when I looked up I saw a big flash of white light shaped like a big orb for about 1-2 seconds and then it dimmed down a bit, then the light started getting smaller and smaller while traveling slowly across the sky until it disappeared. It just vanished. It wasn't an airplane, it just vanished! Then about 5 minutes later higher up in the sky I saw a little dot of white moving across (not a plane) then when it got directly over my head it flashed into a big circular white light again for about 2 seconds then it dimmed down and kept moving across the sky slowly until the light vanished. By vanish I dont mean it kept going across the sky until I could no longer see it but it died like blowing out a fire on the spot! .

Orange UFO exploded by something

I was delivering a pizza, heading northeast towards the Durham area. On St. Mary's road for anyone who knows Orange County.

Being bored, I was watching what seemed to me to be a plane, though it looked weird. It was large, and perfectly still and had no strobe. It had a rectangular red light, a circular white light in the center, and then a rectangular blue light. It was clearly very, very far away and higher up than the second craft.

Suddenly, as I was watching, a small orange sphere that appeared to be on fire moved very quickly above the tree line and into my field of vision. The circular, central white light on the first craft flashed, or flickered (very clearly, though), and the orange sphere exploded.

This all happened very quickly and I was driving the entire time. I observed the first craft - what I think was a plane of some sort - until I had to turn.

Around 10:30 last night I saw flashes outside my window. VERY BRIGHT. I thought it was lightning aqt first because it was about 3 bright quick flashes. Told my husband and within seconds the light flashes started again. This time they were VERY bright and non stop and with them was SOUND. Sounded like a very large electrical sound. It hummed in time with the lights and then it all stopped. My husband and I both heard and saw it. My 9 year old daughter who was sleeping was woken by it. She heard and saw the same thing. We all saw the light source in a different direction though. I saw it brighter in the back of the house, my daughter from the front and my husband from the side. I went outside and there was no smell or lights and NO police or fire sirens, as something that big and loud had to be a transformer or something large and electrical...no reports last night or this morning on the local news. Last night I ran ofver to my neighbor to ask if she experie! nced this too....she only heard it.

Huge, Bright Flying Saucer Shaped Object with red blinking lights seen very clearly.

At approximately 8:47PM my daughter and I were driving home, when at the same time we spotted a very large, very bright, saucer shaped object in the sky. It had bright red lights around the perimeter that were blinking on and off in succession The disc-shaped object was so bright, it appeared to glow. Far off in another direction, we saw a helicopter, and by comparison, the size of this unknown craft was at least 10 times bigger. We followed it by car, as it moved just over the tree tops in our view. It flew on an even plane, at a speed that seemed faster than a blimp, but slower than an airplane. We watched it for about 10 minutes before it flew out of our sight. It was a very clear night and we saw this object very clearly.

Somewhat a clear sky last night, few cloud clouds here and there, almost a full moon. My husband said "look at that, that's not a plane". It never moved, itjust hovered about 5 miles away but we easily seen that it had pale gold and pale red lights that went across the front horizonally, which blinked and not a real fast blink. Then it was gone, no take off, nothing that you could see it leaving it just vanished into thin air. We never took our eyes off it and the most amazing part of it was the way it was there then gone.

Last night at 7:26 p.m. while driving through Hillsborough, NJ, my daughter and I noticed a large, bright orange triangle in the sky. the night was very clear, no clouds and no wind.

The object was moving slowly and was at least 1 mile away. It was very large and very bright. There were two other cars pulled to the side of the road also. We left before it did, as the area was not safe to remain parked.

Sun reflection off a stationary rectangular object in a completely clear blue sky.

Small star-like stationary object, rectangular in shape, spotted while looking up at aircraft inbound to Newark International (EWR). First feeling was that it was the bright reflection of the sun off of a Mylar party balloon. However it did not move. Absolutely clear sky and no movement. Sighted and aligned the object against my deck posts as reference. It did not move. Made an assumption that it was likely the International Space Station's Solar panels reflecting the sun. It was there for a good while. Finally noticed that it was gone. A Southwest Airlines jet allowed me a point of reference and I snapped the digital image that will accompany this report. The object is to the left and above the jet.

Large plane with triangle wings in rear with long fuselage with short set of wings up front,silvercolor with engines that whine .

I was watering my tomatoes when I heard what sounded like a small plane in a dive. I kept expecting to see a small plane come into view over the trees any minute as the sound was getting closer and closer. To my suprise, a plane with two sets of wings came into view. It had a long slender body that appeared to attach to the large set of triangle shaped wings that made up the back end of the aircraft. These wings which actually looked like one big assembley were cut off straight on the outermost angle and were straight across the back end. I could see that they were thick at the back end .They appeared to me to be at least 2to3 feet thick with what looked like two engines in the very center of the rear of the wing assembley. These engines were not mounted on the wing assembly but a part of it. I never saw an intake. The short stubby wings were a short distance from the front end of the fuselage. This was a long very large aircraft. It looked almost like a flying wing with a fuselage stuck on it and a short set of wings on the other end of said fuselage. the plane was a silver color with the large wings appearing to be a darker color of silver. The engines made a whining noise not your common jet noise. They sounded like a small plane in a dive as heard from the ground. I thought that it was going to start to rain any minute, the clouds were black and hanging low.I expected to hear thunder at any moment. This plane came crusing over below the cloud cover and I saw it good for at least one minute,then the trees broke my line of sight. I tried to look this up on the web but the closet thing I could find was an artists rendering of the so called Brilliant Buzzard which wings and engines do not match what I observed. I was very impressed with what I observed. Who knows, I may see it again if they are flying in this area .

I saw a round metalic object that had indentations. It was moved slowly across the sky. the object appeared to move under its own power. It was moving too fast and travelling in to deliberate fashion to have been a balloon. It was much shinier than a mylar balloon, and also appeared much larger. There were both childern and adults present at the sighting. We watched the object until it was obscured by the trees.

the report on this date listed in burlingame/ san mateo sounds very similar to what i saw and the date sounds right. driving home from work north 280 saw a light move slowly from northwest going south east it crossed the freeway at around the crystal springs golf coarse. by the time i got a real good look at it it was over some homes in hillsborough just west of the freeway just north of the 280 rest stop. it looked like a large flying saucer, the hole object kind of glowed, it tilted a little and moved slowing southeast no more than a couple hundred feet off the ground.traffic was heavy so i know alot of people saw it, so i watch the news that evening to see if there were any reports about it but there were none. i thought later that it had to be some kind of blimp, but it sure didnt look like any blimp that i have ever seen before.

Cigar shaped ufo moving at speed of falling star but stoped.

Im allmost 40 years old and this sighting occured when I was approx 11 years of age, although I remember it like it was yesterday. I come from a family of five and my father is a well known surgeon in the area. I am currently finishing a BS degree at a well known university studying Geog and Gis etc.

Unfortunatly I recently fell victom to Leukemia and had to take some time off school. I ve been watching alot of History channel etc on ufos and when I can I sometimes listen to coast to coast, (unless I just can't bear to listen to some of the bs from some people).

Well one night, I was lying outside on my deck on a recliner looking up at the clear dark sky. When all of a sudden a cigar shaped craft with green glowing like airplain windows flew over my house moving at the speed of a falling star except it stoped and I think looked at me and then resumed from 0 to the speed of a falling star and went twards the SFO airport and curved as it left. Never the less this was no falling star.

I've done some reasearch on the ufo subject and what bothers me most about it are all the people who have everything to loose and nothing to gain by coming forward with knoweldge of this subject.

I hope this is helpfull to someone. Also I do beleive if you concentrate on seeing a ufo enough it could appear (maby they are able to focus on thought) however I dont suggest it. I will never forget what I saw (almost like a cartoon?) but I know that man dos not have this technology even today.

I was about age 8 playing in the just excavated property dirt outside when I seen 1-large 1 medium and 1 small sphere multi colored planet like objects that almost appeared and left like they were invisible or resolved. And could not tell if they were 300 ft away, or 3 miles away. I guess I was too young and it only lasted a very short time.
