Faster than a propeller slower than a jet no sound

The bottom was a brilliant flashing Red group of large lights with small yellow, orange, and red lights dotting the top. The front had three dull off-white lights one in the center the other two were on either side just below the center light. Never saw the physical craft just the lights. It made no sound.
