I saw a craft that I thought was a plane, but it began ascending and descending then wavering between both, it came toward my car

I was driving South down Watt Ave during traffic when I saw a craft that I thought was a plane, but it began a ascending and descending then wavering between both, it came toward my car and then veered to the right so it was perpendicular to my car. I clearly saw the bottom of the craft and it had 1 red and 1 green rounded pentagon shaped light on each corner of the bottom rear of the craft. The craft itself was all black, more matte as opposed to shiny. It was flying about the height of a 6-story parking garage. It was much smaller than a plane, but much larger than a drone. It was about the size of a small sedan but much flatter. I did not see any propellers, or jets on it. The craft itself was like an elongated pentagon shape that tapered toward the rear of the craft. It had small fins going down the 2 long sides of the craft.

The object came out of nowhere, did a dance and than disappeared.

The object came into view of my camera lens from left hand corner, there seem to be only one. It had a tail like a comet, the object was either silver or bright white. the background was a clear blue area, above the clouds.during observation the object seem to be oval at one point with a dome, them it kept changing and fading.When I ran the video on slow motion it seem to be spinning and wobley.This could not be seen with the naked eye, but with the camera, I had it on EP. And I also zoomed in on it several times.When I ran the video on the vcr, there was no doubt that what I saw throgh the lens was a UFO.. We were on Hwy. 101 at the time and moving North at 55 miles an hour. I Lost the object in the clouds. It just seemed to evaporate....
