Bright orb, zigzagging back and forth, became still as a star when a large presumed military aircraft got close, then cont. Zigzags

I saw what looked like an orb, brighter than the stars around it, sometimes casting an aura as if going through clouds, traveling at a high rate of speed, then making zig-zag like motions very rapidly. When a presumed military aircraft started approaching from the east heading west, the orb slowed then stopped as the aircraft passed by. Once the aircraft was well out of view, the orb began zigzagging again more vigorously than before. I took binoculars to look and did not see aviation lights, just a bright white orb with a blueish tint. When using the binoculars, I noticed 3 soft blue lights just to the east-south east of the orb. At some point the orb slowed way down as it was getting closer to the 3 lights. These 3 lights were not visible without the binoculars, and they travelled at a much slower rate of speed than the orb. A second presumed military aircraft approached again from the east heading west, and this time the orb did not stop completely. If continued to zigzag almost as if in a panic, then slowed down significantly as the aircraft passed. Once the craft passed, the orb made a hard left turn almost following the craft, then turned back and continued to zigzag. This occured at night with the dark sky as the background. Other stars in the sky were not as bright as the orb and gave a good example of a stationary object, which this orb was not. There were also times that light would emit from one side of the orb, almost like a flashlight beam, but would go away just as quickly as it came. I did not take note if it was consistent with the orb speeding up, slowing down, or making eradicate turns.

Pulled off the side of the road to observe the sky, to hopefully catch a view of that weekend’s aurora borealis event (that had happened the 2 previous days). I was sitting in the rear of our parked (turned off) SUV with the back open looking north over mtns. when I noticed in the near distance what appeared to be a glowing orange light straight ahead of me at same height. The light source was slowly moving in a straightish path from (my) left to right. It almost seemed as if someone had a flashlight pointed at me and was walking through bushes/ sometimes disappearing, then appearing as if to be traveling by foot or at some pace as one would walk. The light was orange, and seemed to be generating a random inconsistent glow, coming from within the orb. Was not like a bright constant led light or something producing a line of light (like a flashlight might). There were no people present, camp sites or other cars traveling on that stretch of the road (as we had been given special after hours access from a resident living near the Wilson observatory that had a key to the road gate and allowed us to travel through to get further up the Mtn that night.)

After watching this orb for about 2 min, i started trying to figure out what this was- was it a drone? (Yet no humans in sight for miles and miles) It was also the middle of the night, 2am-ish. I immediately felt an overwhelming feeling of fear as if someone was out there in the burst, and was aware I was there and was looking at me. Soon after this rush of fear the orb stopped moving along its path and was now was directly in front of me at my level. Another wave of dread poured over me. Then the Cadillac Escalade I was in suddenly bounced from side to side 3 times as if some force was pushing on the car from either side. (Like if you were to push down on the springs) As soon as that happened I got a really bad feeling (like something malevolent was there), and wanted to leave ASAP. The orb then disappeared.

Needless to say I got in the car to go. Before I LF robe off I turned the car toward the area I saw the light, shined my brights out into the area I saw this and nothing was there. What I thought were bushes (in the dark) where were actually the tops of trees on the descending mountain slope. (So couldn’t have been someone walking through brush)

I have no clue what this was, and have tried to rationalize what I saw, but the light source inside the orb was not steady (more like swirling) and was unlike any flashlight! (LED or regular), any plane light or drone light I’ve ever seen.

Largest object looked like a square with lights in a circle around the square

We saw an object in the sky that was moving around so we started taking pictures. Then a second object came into view. Then I took some video and when I went through the video very slowly I noticed 3 more similar objects in the background. The objects changed color from white to pink to green. In the clearest photo the object appears to be square with a ring of lights around it and a smaller grayish rectangular object next to it. The second object also has a smaller rectangular object next to it.

My son and I were driving to Palmdale from Apple Valley CA we saw a large craft floating in the air up and down the long way It went up

The craft was floating up slow and silent it looked like mens hair Clippers after it got as high as a few clouds around it, it leveled out its was as big as a aircraft carrier it sounded like someone was bowling a big bowling ball there was a flash not like lightning and it went into space with a lot of power and speed I couldn't believe that something that big could move that fast and it was gone into space and left nothing it didn't look metallic more like plastic my son said that it was dark gray and black I looked all over the sky just a few clouds it was gone out of here I have not been the same since because I can't in see it I saw it I don’t drink or do drugs but now I feel like I should lol but I'm not I saw it and I saw it leave this planet

I saw it coming out of the SSW horizon head slightly up towards NNE

It looked like lights three rows high of windows like that of a train or maybe even tracer rounds shot at night. Like lines or dash marks. I'm guessing ten to fifteen long. Lights were steady and evenly spaced they didn't get brighter or dimmer and stayed connected, same distance apart. I'm color blind so I can't say the color but not the same as the stars and a little dimmer. It was moving at least 4 to 5 times faster than satellites. No sound and it looked like it was just reaching space. Traveled straight and I think NNE it looked like it was climbing slightly. It traveled about 60 degrees across the sky from where I saw it first. . I watched it angle upwards as far as my eyes could. It was fast... It took less than ten or fifteen seconds to disappear.
About me: I'm a 70 year old male of sound mind. I'm retired from working as a production set up mechanic for a large company for 30 years. I do not drink or do drugs. This was not my first observation which was also here in the Antelope Valley. But this was really cool!

I woke up to a large circular bright light coming over the trees and watched it fly across the sky until it was the size of the starts

We were the only campers at this part of the campground on this particular evening. We were sleeping on the edge of the trees and the small lake, in out screen tent. I woke up some time between 4am and 5:20 am and saw a large, round, bright white light slowly flying over the trees near us and almost right over our tent. I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming so I woke up my husband and asked him to put his glasses on so that he can confirm what I was seeing. He confirmed and we watched in awe as the soundless object flew across the sky. By the time it disappeared over the horizon it was moving quickly and was the size of the stars. When it was right above us it was as large as an airliner would be if it was round in shape. There were other airplanes in the sky and none looked like or behaved like what we saw. Unfortunately we were both in shock and didn’t record the event. Today it came to me that by filing this report it may help confirm other sightings at this time and location. Shortly after the moon was doing something I have never seen before. There were bright beams creating a star like shape. My husband and I are regular people who enjoy camping and do so almost every month. He is a manager in retail and I am a massage therapist.

The view through a reflector telescope was oddly obscured/blocked while pointed to the open sky in the vicinity of the star Regulus

The view through a reflector telescope was oddly obscured by some unknown object resembling a wall (or a fence!?) while the telescope was pointed toward the open sky in the vicinity of the star Regulus. Afterwards, I decided it could have been a projected image cast into the aperture of my telescope by possibly an unidentified or unregistered satellite (UFO).

I immediately checked the clearance of any possible buildings, but there were no obstructions. I also checked into the telescope's aperture (if anything fell into the aperture) and it was all clear. The next day, I gave the telescope a complete inspection including collimation, and it was completely normal, aligned, and collimated. (I have been using the same model 8" reflector for over a year and have become quite familiar with its design).

The view through the telescope was apparently obscured by some overlayed projected image (image of a wall or fence?) but I could still make out a background of stars including Regulus. I was in the process of star alignment and I somehow managed to center the star Regulus and continue with the star alignment. When I slewed the telescope to another part of the sky (the next alignment star was Denebola), the obstruction disappeared, and I continued aligning the telescope and followed through with the observing session. The reflector telescope found all deep sky objects (my observing list was in the constellation Bootes) which is evidence that the telescope was operating normally.

I did not see any type of craft, but I suspect the projected image came from an unidentified craft or satellite. I suspect a geosynchronous satellite. I then came to realize a geosynchronous satellite can be unnoticed, appearing only as a random faint star (as opposed to a streak of light which is a moving satellite). Also, an artificial satellite could be physically darkened (matte black) so as not to reflect any light at all.

I reasoned that the projected image could be from some type of hybrid laser-incandescent light. Laser light can travel in a straight line without any loss of intensity. Images can be projected with incandescent light (such as a movie projector). I do not know if this is some type of technology we are aware of yet, or possibly not revealed to the public.

Was the satellite or craft operated domestically, or did it come from somewhere else ? My research shows that not all satellites are registered, and that there are thousands of satellites orbiting our planet.

Single light moving overhead in Palmdale,Ca performs a U turn then stops

Approximately at 8:30pm on August 3rd my girlfriend and I had returned from our normal walk. We stopped at our neighbor’s house to chat with them as they were sitting outside. During the conversation I was looking up as always to spot satellites. I spotted what I thought was one and excitedly pointing it out to them. It was single white light like a typical satellite and was moving straight above our heads from the N/W to a S/E direction. My girlfriend spotted it but I had to help my neighbor spot it. It took him about 5 seconds to locate it. A few seconds later my girlfriend and my neighbor turned away and that’s when a few seconds later I saw the light take an instant U turn. I screamed out “It did a U turn”. They both look up and acknowledge that it was going in the opposite direction. As all three of us watched the UFO going in the opposite direction and In a matter of seconds it stopped moving and stayed in one position above us. I yelled out”It stoppe! d”. They agreed with me that it had stopped. They watched it for a short time and then turned away but I kept my eyes on it. After 10 minutes my neck started to hurt from looking up for that length of time. The light never moved and I kept on telling them that they don’t realize what we were witnessing but they didn’t seem as enthusiastic as I was about we had just witness. We went home and it had never moved as I entered my house as I watched it until then. I also pointed out to them a plane that was flying over and explained that the planes have blinking lights and aren’t that high up in the sky.

I am 66 yrs. old and have 20/20 vision. I have seen thousands of traveling satellites and have never witness one traveling at that speed and that altitude and do a U turn instantly and then slow to a stop.

No plane or helicopter could ever do what we saw tonight. I’m glad I had two witnesses to verify this report.

I was sitting having dinner at the dining table and I was looking out the sliding glass door when I noticed this dark object. I watched it for about a minute trying to see what it was because I did not see  any wings tail or props anywhere the whole time I watched it go across the sky from what I figured to be a direction of east to west would be my best guess. I would say that I think the distance from which I watched the the object travel is probably a distance  of 5 to 7 miles as the crow flies as for my distance i would have to say I was probably between 3 and 5 miles if I were looking at the object directly. It was not fast probably like a cessna plane. As for the color it seemed a tone of gun metal gray but not metalic from my view point. At the time I saw it the sun would have been pretty close to being in front of the direction it was moving.

Three triangular shapes with green lights

On Sep 29, 2020 around 630 pm, we were driving southbound on Hwy 14 just north of Edwards Air Force Base in Palmdale, CA.

My husband and I saw small green lights, he thought there were two sets but I saw three, what could have been fast flying synchronized objects larger than my grandson’s drone. They flew across from the northbound side to the southbound in an angled approach about 20-30 feet off the pavement. They flew directly across our windshield view and then flew over toward the passenger side window where they appeared to hover for an instant before they took off. I told my husband I felt like I was being stalked.

We were so surprised, and it happened so quickly that even though my cell phone was in my hand (holding it for directions) I didn’t have a moment to think about trying to get a photo.

The next exit said Edwards Air Force base so either UFOs were checking us out, or the Air Force was practicing some kind of maneuvers.

Fireball fell from the sky and moments later four objects appeared.

On July 17, 2017, at approximately 9:20 PM- I, along with my daughter and her fiance', were sitting on our driveway, when my daughter and I saw a fireball falling from the sky in the south. Within in seconds of seeing the fireball, my daughter's fiance' pointed out four objects that, at first glance, appeared to be four distant stars.

These objects were rotating in perfect unison in a clockwise direction. They kept a consistant and equal distance between each other, before merging together, then forming a perfectly straight line with the same equal distance as in the clockwise rotation.

The four objects then headed south in the direction of the fireball for a short distance. Two of the objects continued on in the direction of the fireball while the other two objects changed direction and proceeded north.

Two Fast Moving Synchronous Green Lights over Palmdale, CA.

Conditions: Clear sky, no clouds, maybe a little hazy, full moon.

Event: Looking east from my back porch I saw two green lights moving west to east in approximately the same path as the airline traffic coming east to west flying over Palmdale as they approach, I believe, Burbank, CA, Airport. The green lights looked as if they were attached to two separate vehicles one following the other in trail by what looked like, compared to the airliners, about one half mile. Which is about half of what the airliners typically are spaced. They appeared to be moving much faster than and above the airliners.

Each light was a single light that in size was about the same or a little larger visual angle as the forward facing lights of the airliners. The weird thing was that the lights were blinking in perfect unison. This lasted for about 30 seconds or so as they continued to move east. Then, as they were pretty far off but still visible, the lights started blinking completely but perfectly opposite to each other. This lasted another 10 – 20 seconds until they disappeared as they became too small to see.

Corroboration: My 25 year old daughter was on the porch and saw them also.

Bright light leaves mist and blue streak in sky after breaking apart, disintegrating

Okay so we see this bright light. It looks like a spotlight from a helicopter cause it was bright and headlight shaped but you don't hear anything and it's leaving almost a mist behind while its moving. It then starts to break apart like how space crafts do when going to space but then it starts to disintegrate and leaves the mist behind and a blue streak where it began. (Also, the area we were looking were a bunch of mountains so theres no other lights in the sky nor background really)

Bright light seen over Palmdale, minute later disappeared and blue luminescent 'cloud' was left in it's place.

Me and a friend both spotted what appeared to be a bright light in the sky, and when we went inside to grab a camera, it disappeared and all was left was a blue glowing luminescent 'cloud' where the light was. The blue glow stretched out and looked like a comet at first, and then we noticed it went back to a oval shaped cloud, and minutes later, it disappeared as well. Also, when we first got back outside, we noticed another smaller blue luminescent a little bit away from it, and shaped like a tipped over 'V'. (Side note: Other people that my friend knew also reported the light and cloud as well)

Went outside, and saw two fast moving objects in the sky. The first one had a triangle shape with lights on all 3 corners, and there was another fast moving object flying behind it that had two lights on each side. (possibly tailing aircraft)

Oval-shaped aircraft with red and white lights, making a distinct buzzing sound, hovers over the Palmdale, CA, desert for 10 min..

We were walking my dogs in the desert. It was dark and we had just started walking into my neighborhood from the desert.

I noticed an odd sound coming from a long wall that encloses houses, separating them from the desert. At first I thought there was something in the bushes. It was an electrical sound, kind of like bees buzzing; or water running, or, a rattle-snake sound. It was a distinct, loud buzzing vibration that I couldn't figure out.

I commented on it to my boyfriend walking behind me. He pointed out a craft with red and white lights in a southwest position in the sky, but I kept focusing on the sound below. The more I followed the sound vibrating in the bushes along the wall, it seemed to keep moving with me.

Finally, I realized it was coming from the space craft above us, and the sound from it was vibrating below. I had originally figured this aircraft was an airplane of some kind but upon closer observation, I realized that it was unusual how it w! as hovering in the same spot for several minutes and not moving. It was an oval shape, and the lights and sound were the most distinctive features. I kept watching it for a long time and then it suddenly turned off its lights and headed in a bee-line toward the mountains, which was in a western direction.

I continued to hear the unusual vibration while it became softer, and observed a dim light and shaped of the craft as it disappeared over the San Gabriel Mountains. It moved rather fast too.

I later speculated that it was definitely a UFO and neither one of us had ever seen anything like it before, and we are elderly. It also seemed to me that it may have been using some kind of ultra-sound to take pictures of the terrain below, or was looking for something. It even occurred to me that it was possibly a craft using vibration or super ultra-sound to levitate. I had heard of experiments in this area a while back.

My boyfriend and I were both amazed by this experience. I felt unthreatened by it, at the time of the experience, and my dogs did not seem disturbed by it, but they did seem to notice the sound that we heard and were curious about it too.

Later at home, I started feeling a little uneasy at the possibility of what it could have been. I looked up some images of UFO sightings and there was one that correlated with what we saw; an oval-shaped craft with red and white lights. The entire experience lasted for about 10 minutes.

Fireball falling at slow speed then flew upwards at high rate of speed without turning around made no noise as it sped upwards.

Fireball dropping from sky at very slow rate then it stopped and flew back upwards at an extremely high rate of speed until it disappeared. I have seen this before and this time many others saw it that pulled over to watch as it descended and ascended many people began filming it and some started screaming when it turned around and went back up.

This was no plane seeing as I live less then 5 minutes from an Air Force base I have seen many odd things but never one so fast before.

Bright flash shoots a beam of light horizontally across the night sky

Not sure if this counts as a UFO citing but I believe it was out of the ordinary and I remember it clearly 8 years later. So me and my buddy were hanging out on the outskirts of Palmdale, a couple miles away from Pete Knight high school late one night. were talking about what are plans were for after high school. When from the corner of my eye I noticed this big bright flash in the middle of the sky. I quickly turned my head to the direction of the flash when I suddenly saw this light shoot out of it, in a straight horizontal line across the sky. From my point of view that beam of light traveled very fast and at the end of that another bright flash occurred. And when the lights faded out the sky was clear again as if nothing happened. This citing lasted about 3-4 seconds but I always wondered if anyone else got to see the bright flash of lights I saw that night. My buddy said he didn’t see anything but did notice some kind of flash up in the sky.

fast bright moving object at night, level flight

I was late at night as usually hand watering the backyard garden while watching the stars, and the started following the red blinking lights of a jet airplane moving East to West, at apparently usual speed, whatever it is and at high altitude (some 30,000 feet as jets do my guess), and as the airplane passed at about 2 O'clock (I was facing North) a bright white object appeared from the North and moved really fast (4-5 times the relative speed of the moving airplane) in a North to South direction (perpendicular to the plane's route) but clearly at a much lower altitude (15 to 20 K feet) and in a horizontal, level trajectory, not a meteorite or at least not the way a meteorite behaves, no trail or debris at all as I have seen in the past many meteorites fall from the sky at night. It was such a rare view that I actually tried following the object with my sight after it disappeared from view behind a tree. Whatever it was it was bright white, not red like othe! r meteorites I've seen. and what surprised me was the straight line it followed as if in level flight.

Because of my past history inside the craft (s) & (MILABS) this could be related to U.S. UFO/FLAP!!!

While on the North/14 Antelope Freeway, myself passenger noticed a octagon shaped, while wife was driving the winding mountain range. This craft seemed to pace the flow of traffic as we traveled north bound just prior to Acton CA a small township community which rest in a small bowl like valley. At arms length this craft seem to be approx. the size of a standard house large ceiling air vent, at 500 feet high over the freeway. The craft gave off a brillant array of white/ red/ (blue/green) colors. I noticed a large spot light type light in front and to the rear of the craft, which may or may not be the direction of travel of this craft, as when I first noticed UFO it traveled in a north by north/west direction, within a split second it shot northbound out of sight approx. 1/4 mile only to return over our car in less than a second. I open my sun roof in our ML-350 Mercedes Benz, and lost sight of the craft for a second or two but noticed the craft seemed to ! be pacing our car, I should make mention this SUV/ML-350 has radar function which may of helped the craft pace our car in the begining of the sighting and just prior to speeding forward the 1/4 mile, again hard to tell because of the octagon shape.

Moreover, the spotlight in the front and end of the craft always remain on, the circumference of the craft displayed red lights over box like windows which were white, blue lights circled the craft. This craft then traveled in a north/west direction and gave the appearance of rest on top of a medium size hill 1 & 1/2 miles away. In conclusion, I have a history of childhood UFO abduction, inside the craft which was investigated by the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek, 1973 inturn my case was transfered to (MUFON) Beverly Hills, CA Mufon Chapter, investigators the Late Idabel Epperson and her investigator daughter Marylin Epperson. Finally, it should be noted in 1964/67 while serving my country as a United States Marine, Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA I was subjected to a (MILABS) experience, along with other Marines, as we were taken via military bus with blacken windows & black curtains over the black painted windows. We went to a desert location where a UFO craft was housed.

I saw 4 white dim lights cruising together and thought it was a plane when I noticed there was no beacon light. Suddenly the lights separated from each other and returned back to the original formation going southeast towards Anaverde, Palmdale, CA from over the 14 fwy. I only saw this for about 30seconds. They made no sound; I only heard the freeway traffic.

The neighbor’s dogs also started howling at the time of the sighting. I’m still kind of freaked out.

Too low to be a satellite for sure. Not a meteor falling. No marker lights during the 3 minutes I viewed it. after which I also saw another light high up. Could have been a satellite. But it was NE and traveling in an arch in the same northern direction towards Mojave. Could be Military? Objects were seen out my back yard.

Abnormaly bright light hovering above the western horizon for 20 minutes. Very strange, piqued my curiosity.

A very bright white light hovered 5 degrees above the western horizon for at least 20 minutes and proceeded in an easterly direction at high velocity. The white light was as intense as the moonlight but much smaller in diameter,very sharp and crisp light, more than a pinpoint of light. Usually there is a lot of military air traffic in the area, and stealth fighters are regularly seen in the area. This light caught my attention immediately when I came outside for a cigarette. It hovered and drifted very slowly too the south for 20 minutes. At first I thought it was a planet but it was much brighter than normal. I noticed the very slow movement of the object and decided it was not stationary. I observed the light for around 10 minutes and decided it was too cold for my comfort. My coworker observed its speedy departure to the east about 10 minutes after I went inside. Way too bright to be an ordinary aircraft and no blinking lights which would be expected on a helocopter.

It appeared over head, as if materializing, I saw no heat trail from entering the atmosphere, just a spot of light.

It first looked like a satellite as it came over the horizon, from the west. It then appeared over head, as if materializing, I saw no heat trail from entering the atmosphere, just a spot of light, and it was moving very fast. At first, and this happened quickly, there was only one, a green tubular shaped light. Then another slightly behind it. The second light stopped or appeared behind the first, then the two slowly circled each other without changing orientation. That is to say they were still pointing east. They slowed to a stop and hovered for a moment side by side. They aligned and moved east, slowly, maybe a hundred or so mph(?). And absolutely no sound. Coming or going. They were shaped like, and looked like, a fluorescent light bulb. They glowed like a black light but were green. To say the least I was very excited. I couldn't tell how big or how high they were, I had nothing to reference from. Clear sky, no clouds no moon. But it was very clear that these were not any type of airplane or aircraft that I have ever seen. And moved like nothing I know of can. It looked like something you would see in a movie! Better, it was real!!

orange oval shape sat in the sky then disapperad and re-appered when two jets approached.

MY wife and I were heading home in west palmdale ca. when I observed a oval yellow orange like object just sitting in the sky not doing anything,all of a sudden I noticed to jets headed in its direction coming from the tehhachappi mountains,when the jets got close the object just disappered straight up then re-appeared under them and made a huge camera like flash and began to look like a missle flying in the sky.What I saw was definetly very strange it seem like the object was watching our town then got distracted by these jets.I'M reporting this because im not sure if anyone also saw this, it wasn't even dark outside which made it easy too see. Friends and family in the A.V.had told me ufo stories,but none were like this, makes me wonder what lockheed and nasa are also doing out here. I'M now a believer of ufo's!

Unidentified orange light travelling at high speed with sudden changes in direction.

A little before one o clock this morning I was laying in my friends room talking with her. My friend called me and told me to go out side and look up into the sky for an orange lighted unidentified flying object. We ran through the house to go out side and at first we did not see it because it was behind a tree but after passing the tree it became clearly visible. It appeared orange travelling at a very high speed thus confirming that it was not a usual aircraft seen in the sky. The craft travelled about five miles with in a minute to a minute and a half moving in sudden different directions. At one point it seemed as if it were moving towards us, soon after the light dissappeared. We did not take our attention off of the light at any moment.

Red ball of light in the eastern sky

I have been in the Air Force for 18 years,as an aircraft mechanic (Crew Chief) and the only thing I can say this thing looked like was a flare.

I was coming home from work heading eastbound when I noticed a large red ball at my 11:00 position slowly decending and appearing to get bigger or brighter. I first thought was it was a firework, because of the bright red color, and the way it was decending. But after it had dimmed, it stopped it's decent, and headed north looking like a red star. I really do not know if the government has flyable flares, and if they are red, but that seems to be the logical answer. It did light up the sky, and there was no smoke trails like you see with flares. Also I could not see a parachute, like you can with flares if you are close enough. This thing did not seem close, and appeared to be at least 10 miles away, although I really can not judge do to being at night. It was bright, and it did fly away north, and I have never seen anything like it... Except Sunday or Monday night at about the same time but over El Mirage dry lake bed area. That night I was taking out the trash and noticed what appeared to be a red firework going up stopping at the top of the apex and then slowly decending and fading as it decended to a red star and continuing on east. I had dismissed this, and figured it was some kind of test with the predator. The object that I saw tonight was roughly 35 to 40 miles south of El Mirage, and I just can't explain in words just how bright it was and how red it was.

4 lights in sky do strange things.

While laying in my backyard watching for falling stars, i witnessed 4 reddish lights enter the sky with no trails (almost as if it was glowing hot metal), one light broke off and faded away, and the other three did 2 tight circles in the sky then faded away, i almost thought it was a cluster of satellites, but then they started to do the circles, and that made me do a wtf. no idea what it was, and i have no way to explain what i saw.

Bright light hoers over high desert

Coming home from shopping, it was dark at 19:30 PM hour, my family of 4 were in our SUV, but only my wife and myself saw the oval light, flyig low over the high desert of Palmdale, CA. The oval light was brighter than a welders arc, that is a blinding bright light, the oval light was 1,500 feet in the sky, and was floating in a north, south direction over the (14) freeway. The light gave the impression, it came from a dome round clear window source, or like a giant light bulb flying in a slow motion travel.

Moreover, this light source was noiseless, and had only the very bright white light, there was no red & blue lights as in helicopters or small 2 seater airplanes.

The 3 of us watched the closest object for 30 minutes and noted 4 more farther out and higher up and could not figure out what it was

at approxamately 8:50 pm i sat in the jacuzzi facing west when i noticed a sparkling set of lights thru the tree branches. i called my son and boyfriend to see if they could tell me what it looked like to them. my brother came out to see as well and he thought it might be a satelite, we continued to watch it move alittle lower and in a circular motion flying like a moth does, irratically.we then went to the front of the house and found that there were 5 total of the objects spaced all around us. some higher up and farther out. we tried to get a picture of it, it seemed to be very far away, but we could still tell that the other ones were of the same sort of blinking colored lights and movements.

Giant triangle stealth like craft hovering over California dessert

Just wanted to report that My wife and I saw a craft, which we think was man made in the area east of Palmdale ca on our way back from a trip from Las vegas. As we live in la, we where traving south on the 1-15 and we had either just passed or were just approaching the 210 connection.

What was super strange about this sighting, is that this plane was huge. I would guestimate at least 4 to six times the size of the biggest bomber plane that I have ever seen. To say that it was about the size of a football field would possibly be accurate, but I have no way of accurately reporting the size for sure.

This palne was incredible, and my web research it looks identical to the Black mantra or giant stealth bomber other peoples have seen.

What made this most remarkable is the craft drifted, at a very slow speed, that of the speed of a blimp, and maybe ever slower. In direction it seemed to be doing large circles around the town to our drivers side, and it would go way west of us, and then circle back. It seemed to be even holding its position for an instance, but we later realized it was just on a perspective that it must be moving in a direction towards us.

But this object was incredible, it was so massive and flew so slowly I felt it best to be reported here. It may not be an alien space craft, and I doubt it is, but l would bet this remains unidentified for some time.

My wife and I drove at 75 mph for about 15 minutes and the plane was still in view circling the city.

This craft was also silent, for its size we expected to here some engine, but when we rolled down our windows we heard nothing. Maybe we were too far away, but I'd guess we were between 1-2 miles away from it.

This was all a daytime experience.

More Dissolving "Stars"

We posted a report on this site last week regarding "dissolving stars" at our location in Lancaster, CA. We now want to report 3 sightings within an hour while we "dog sat" for my sister in the hills of Palmdale last night.

My sister lives up in the hills of West Palmdale. We went over to the house around 9pm. We checked on the dogs, and went out by the pool to relax and watch the stars. The house is situated on the hill in such a way that provides a panoramic view of the sky and the entire Antelope Valley. As is our usual custom, we were viewing the sky.

The first "star" came from the southwest corridor, and even while planes were flying around, this "star" almost "hovered" as it flew in a slow, steady, northeastern direction. Like our previous sightings in Lancaster, this object dipped occasionally and then eventually "dissolved". We both confirmed what we saw: no sound, no flash pattern or lights with the exception of the objects "brightness/ sphere shape". We waited a while longer, perhaps 8 to 10 minutes, and the 2nd "star" appeared out of south heading in a northerly direction. This 2nd star was different, however. This time, while it made a slow, almost "hover" like pattern, with slight dips, etc. it made it's way into our northern view, stopped, hovered, then suddenly became extremely BRIGHT, as if someone turned on a spotlight, while it remained motionless, felt like a signal to us that we see you seeing us. Then it dimmed again, and dissolved into the same spot as the 1st "star". We waited awhile longer again, this time it was approximately 15 minutes, and eventually, another "star" came out of the direct west direction, made a slow, dipping, hover like pattern, and again, moved across the sky and "dissolved" into the same exact area of the sky (due north) As previously stated in our post of last week, we are very close to Edwards AFB, and see many flights of different aircraft all the time and are familiar with private and military craft. These objects are not airplanes. No sound, no flash patterns, no direct flight path, no usual flight path taken (as we are used to seeing here in the Antelope Valley) We are reporting this again in the hope that some other people in the valley have seen the same objects in the sky. I was in the field behind the old Walmart by ave P (Rancho Vista blvd) and 3rd st east, lying on my back in the dirt, because I had just been in a heated argument with my girl friend, whom I lived with at the time, and I had to leave the house, and the field was the only place I could go without having to walk around for a few hours. While I lied there, just clearing my mind, and looking at the stars and planes in the night sky, I noticed light /sphere approx. 30-60 miles away in the dist, high in the north sky.

It danced, almost doing loop d’ loops up and down in an erratic pattern. It seemed that it was above Lancaster , but cant say for sure. Not beleving what I was seeing, I put my right thumb up next to it and a star nearby and held it still to see if possibly my eyes or head were moving , but sure enough, I was able to assure myself I was not hallucinating. After a couple of minutes of watching this thing, and assuming it was some experimental craft or missile from Skunkworks, I lost interest for a few moments. When looking back to see study the object more I noticed it bob and weave, then rapidly move out of sight in a north bound direction.

For the longest time I thought it was some experimental guided missile. But why would the Gov. test the object near a populated area. I've seen the YF22’s hovering about the palmdale airport area before and the donut shaped contrails in the nineties, but only seem something similar on future weapons. This thing was to crazy to test around here. that’s all my gut feeling tells me.

Pale green light moving slowly from west to east and then going straight up at a very fast speed and disappered.

My girlfriend and I were fishing at the California Aqueduct in Palmdale, CA, on Sunday, February 27, 2005, between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. We had just started packing up our stuff into my truck and from the corner of my eye I noticed a light, or reflection. I looked in the direction of the light, and saw a pale green light moving from west to east (right to left) over the mountains in the distance. It wasn’t moving very fast, and at first I thought it was an airplane or helicopter, but the color of the light looked odd. I pointed it out to my girlfriend and she confirmed that she saw it too. We watched it move in this direction for about 10 seconds or so, and then, suddenly, the light went straight up at a very fast speed and disappeared. My girlfriend was spooked and wanted to leave immediately. We could not tell how far away or how big it was.

Palmdale, California 3 Triangles Sighted While out photographing the meteor shower show to take in the skies of East Palmdale California, 2 gentleman "Mike" 22 and "Lance" 22 on the evening of August 16, 2004 sighted 3 triangles in a circle spinning at fantastic speeds then stop and disappears. There were no clouds. While they sighted this event "Mike" called his girlfriend on his cell phone and while taking the cell phone died. Then the camera they had which was fully charged died and would not work. The camera noted "Battery Dead". When both returned home the cell phone worked and the camera as it was placed in its charger stated it had a full charge. Location was 47th and "S" streets. Time of sighting between 1:00 - 2:00 am Aug 16th. The craft were said to be at the height of high altitude jet flight patterns 20,000'. At arms length holding a quarter the craft seemed to be the size of a quarter. No noise was associated with this event. The triangles had a half sphere shape to them. The men saw high definition shapes in the crafts bodies.

oval shape craft,very bright,many blinking lights.

At around 10:20pm sunday night i was driving back from a friends house,when i obseved a very bright yellow light.I kept watching it as i was driving towards my house,which is only approximately 1 mile away.I noticed it was brighter than any other lights in the sky.We have many satelites in the sky near our town,and i'm aware of how those appear.I finally pulled my car over to the side of the road in a dirt embankment,shut the engine off,got out and just stared.I noticed that the craft was oval shape and had red and green blinking lights on the top.It was defineatly pulsing and staying in place.There were no sounds like you hear in a helicopter or jet.We have many that fly over,since i live near edwards air force base.Here's the creepest thing.As i watched it,it started to move toward me,very quickly.It was like it knew that i was watching it.If i had stayed where i was,i'm sure that it would have been right over the top of my car.I got back inside and sped off quickly.

I am always watching the sky,very excited,my first citing.

UFO'S IN THE SKYS OF PALMDALE CALIF

I saw two UFO'S in the sky of Palmdale Calif,It was about 2:00pm thursday October3/2002.I was painting a patio and I looked up and saw one UFO at first it looked like a saucer it was silver in color,I know it was spinning because the sun was reflected on it making it flicker while it was spinning around .It moved as fast as lighting in deferent direction than I saw the second one and when one moved the other one follow the same way then they both took off as fast as lighting straight up and was gone.It was only about 1 minute long what I saw.

I noticed a circular craft in (not moving) high in the sky.

Note, probably hundreds of witnesses also driving on the freeway that morning.

It is kind of hard to estimate the size of the UFO, but I would say it was at least 5 thousand feet in the sky if not higher. The disk was not moving at all and appeared to be silver/grey (a little darker shade of grey. During a 5-minute period I glanced up at the disk 2 or 3 times while driving. I was moving at around 65-70 miles per hour and did not think it would be safe to keep glancing up in the sky while driving.

The disc-shaped craft seemed to sense my presense as it zoomed toward my house.

When I heard Peter mention a sighting in Palmdale, California it reminded me of an experience that I am still not sure if it was real ir a dream. I was in highschool. I was awakened around 3AM by a strange noise outside--A "Whooo--whooo--whooo" sound, fairly high-pitched. There was a sliding glass door leading from my bedroom to the back yard. I stepped outside. It was a clear night and cold. About 1/4 mile or so I saw a dics-shaped object in the sky, about 500 feet off the ground. It was hovering over a residential neighborhood, making that "Whooo--whooo" sound. Suddenly, in the blink of an eye, the craft darted towards my house, as if it sensed my presense. It scared the crap out of me. It looked to be about 100 feet in diameter. The craft was dark, with a band of glowing orange light around the middle. Since it hovered over my house I got a very good look at the underside. There were 3 half-domes of glowing bright blue light. I gaped at the craft with a mixture of terror and awe. The next thing I remember, I was waking in my bed the next morning. To this day, I don't know if it was real or a dream but I have never been able to shake the image of that craft hovering over my house. I have never had a dream that felt as real as this experience felt. But since I was the only witness, I will never know for sure.

A flaming cylindrical object crossed the entire sky, north to south, in about 3 min.

3 of us were in the street in our neighborhood on a dark cloudless nite in Aug of 1970 (?) when we noticed a bright, red-orange-yellow flaming object crossing the sky. I first noticed it at about 40-60 degrees above the northern horizon progressing towards the south, straight overhead. There was no audible sound. It appeared to be a cylinder, but only flames were visible against the black background of the night sky. Pieces seemed to be falling behind burning up as if they were peeling off the sides of the cylinder. It's speed could be compared to a jetliner crossing the sky at 30,000 ft, but it gave me the impression of being much higher, as the flames seemed to be peeling off in slow-motion (indicating a very large object at high altitude), so we had time to consider following it in the car, as it appeared to be headed for an impact in San Gabriel mountains just south of town. There was no impact flash as it disappeared behind the mountains. It travelled in a straight line the entire time.

Summer 1960 saucer with flashing lights (antenae?) hovered above Lilac View Street then shot straight up and out of sight.

Summer of 1960 in Palmdale CA, on Lilac View Street, mom was out watering the lawn and brothers playing on street when a saucer with flashing lights and perhaps an attenae hovered above them.

Within 5 minutes shot straight up and out of sight.

Mc Donnell Douglas had a "Top Secret" hangar in Palmdale desert at the time.
