A small craft approximately 100ft above the ground

The craft, with flashing or blinking lights flew overhead very low in the sky. Maybe 100ft up from the ground over Safeway in Green Valley AZ. It traveled from the Southwest to the the northeast toward I-19 making it's way to Duval mine. At first looked like a small plane but it was flying too low to be a plane. With different light patterns than any standard aircraft we know about in the general public. If it had traditional propellers it emitted no sound. It flashed different colors from the same light sources, which is not what happens with standard planes and helicopters. I followed it with my cell phone camera as long as I could but had to go inside and lock the doors to close the store for the evening. There were also several light anomalies that appeared to move their the craft and pass it by.

We see these things that seem to be replicating small air planes and helicopters literally all night long every day.

A very bright glowing white orb passed near our house and jetted into infinity without making a sound.

My wife and I observed a brightly glowing orb 1-3 feet in diameter moving slowly (30 mph) from east to west about a hundred feet off the ground at 7:04 PM. Immediately after passing overhead it suddenly disappeared, seemingly jetting into infinity without making a sound. Streetlights and night lights are restricted in our area due a nearby telescope on Mt. Hopkins making night viewing optimal. We are accustomed to watching for aircraft in the night sky on a regular basis and frequently use the "Flightradar" app on my iPhone to identify aircraft and helicopters in our region. At first glance we thought it was a drone, but a complete lack of noise and the round, brightly-glowing orb shape with undefined edges were unfamiliar. The floresent 'glow' it gave off was as bright as burning posphorous, much brighter than a floodlight or car headlight. It was difficult to determine the exact height above the ground because we were uncertain about the diameter of the sphere. We are accustomed to viewing, satellites, planets, meteorites, aircraft of all types. Most of our lives we have lived in the presence of coyotes. Just before the orb appeared, we heard the loudest outburst of multiple coyotes howling ever experienced.

yellow to white round light came from the sky and travelled parallel with the mountains then then simply disappeared, it seemed to be about a mile distant and a complete guess of altitude would be 2000ft which is far below the mountains that would be to the objects immediate left, or behind it from my viewpoint.

it was hard to discern color, it appeared to be both white and yellow during the one to two minutes, the disappearing in the air was most unusual as it was obvious that the object was on the same side of the mountain range as I was.

I had gone outside to collect laundry I had left to dry in the sun on chairs, I just happened to remember it before bed and didn't want to leave them out all night.

Note: I did not include a phone number or my address as I dont want to be contacted, I just wished to relay what I saw as it was so unusual......it was no plane or helicopter, there were no clouds, and the moon wasnt out yet.

I stepped outside to take a picture of the sky after sunset for a photographic group challenge.

I was unaware of the detail in the photograph until I loaded it on my computer and viewed it in Adobe Lightroom. The greenish object stood out as an oddity to me. Enlargement of the image gave a little more detail, but as with many pictures like this it leave a great deal to the imagination. There were no other lights associated with it, no sound or any indication of aircraft in the area. I'm a retired design engineer, and an avid photographer, but in this instance was taking a quick shot of the sky to fulfill a photochallenge for a group I post to on a weekly basis. I am not prone to wild flights of the imagination, and am certainly not an attention hound, in fact I was a little reticent about filing this report, but thought you might be able to interested in it. I've not contacted anyone else about this and only published it to the photogroup 52 Frames.

3 bright Spheres in a line north to south

When exiting I-19 at exit #56 observed 3 bright glowing spheres in a line from north to south in close proximity to each other. Looking through my windshield at about one o'clock at an approximate altitude of 3 to 4 thousand feet, as I entered the round about they when south at a great speed. I was able to pull over on W Canoa Rd and saw them in the south scattered and intermittently flashing and randomly flitting from here to there.

A small slow moving orb was viewed to the right of the Moon an hour after dusk. It disappeared above Venus. A second orb was viewed through a telescope shortly after the first viewing. Triangular craft blended into the sky on Oct. 24th in Green Valley AZ, the cut out appearance of sky moved south along the I-19.

On our 5:00 AM walk, my husband stopped and pointed to the sky. He had seen a triangular craft enter the sky. He describes it as similar to a crocodile surfacing in black water. He was not sure if it had lights or if it was just reflection from the highway. It was over the I-19 freeway about a quarter mile high. It emerged near Duval Mine Road and the I-19. shortly after it entered, it blended into the sky.

I missed the initial entry. When I saw it, it looked like a piece of the night sky had been cut out and was moving south. It was large, about the size of our house. There was no noise. At first I thought maybe it was a large owl, but there is no way. I watched the piece of the sky move slowly for about 4 or 5 minutes until it disappeared to the south of us.

Date is approximate, and viewed a similar event about two weeks before this one, but in different part of the sky.

I stepped out of my casita to check weather and look at the stars about 2300 hours. (I did this most nights when wintering in Arizona.) Weather was clear; no clouds. I was looking west/northwest and at an angle of about 50 degrees watched a small, bright white light blink on and off very quickly followed in one second or so by a much brighter light which lasted only a second. When the second flash of light ended, I noticed a very dim group of white lights in a triangular pattern move from right to left where the light was just a second ago. The individual lights were very small, perhaps as small (or smaller) than a small star, and the entire triangular pattern would have been entirely covered by the the fingernail on my pinky finger held at arm's length, so if that light pattern indicated a vehicle, that vehicle was at a great altitude which I'm estimating at 30,000 feet.

About two weeks before this event, I witnessed only one bright light blink on and then off in about 1 second and at an angle of about 35-40 degree while I was looking directly south. There was only that one light during that event, and I noticed no triangular pattern of lights after the flash. I noticed no sound during either event.

I checked to see if a rocket had been launched in California at the time of the event mentioned first above, but I don't believe a rocket was launched at that time.

I am a retired industrial sales manager who winters in Arizona for a couple of months each year. I have good eyesight.

2018/02/01, 18:35.

Driving up Calle Tres, almost to Via Montana Vista, 7-9 identically-sized white lights, evenly spaced in a straight horizontal line, directly ahead of me, low in the sky.

Notes: *The lights alternated on/off in what looked like signaling, then all turned off. I don't know if every single light turned on/off, or in what order they did so.

*I'm not good at estimating size or distance, and it was dark, but my impression was that it was airliner size, maybe a 727's wingspan. My first reaction was that it WAS an airliner, but that it was far too close to the ground. Because I couldn’t see the mesquite ahead of me, I can’t guess how high up it was – it just felt “really close” to the ground for something so large.

*I was driving home from work. It was after sunset - 18:35 - and the sky was dark to the west.

*I observed the UFO for approximately 1 minute, driving up Calle Tres. As I stopped at the T intersection, the UFO had disappeared (lights all off). It did not reappear, that I could see, after I'd turned south/left, although it now would have been on the passenger side of my car, so would have been difficult/impossible to see if it did.

*The area over which the UFO was is State Land - no buildings of any sort. There are recreation vehicle trails through this, but I don't believe there is land at the elevation at which I observed the UFO (upon which ATVs could have been gathered). And, would ATVs be able to turn headlights on/off independently? I did, definitely, see that lights next to each other were independent of each other in turning on/off. I did not hear any ATV sounds.

*Sierrita Mountains are west, and just north, of my location. There is a lot of mining going on there, and a mining equipment sales area which shoots off fireworks when they make a sale. This was not fireworks of any type I have ever seen: fireworks don't go on/off at each spot of light, nor are the spots identical and evenly spaced. The known fireworks are shot off quite a distance from my location, but I can hear the reports; there was no sound.

*There is a lot of activity from Davis-Monthan AFB over my area, and a lot of BP plane & helicopter activity, as well. I'm used to these, but there was no mechanical noise of any sort. There was no discernable movement, either - the line of lights was stationary the entire (albeit short) time I observed it.

*I was playing music in the car, so might have missed fireworks reports, but would have heard an airplane/helicopter.

*Coincidentally, a few nights later, I watched the Smithsonian documentary about the solar plane's flight around the world - there was a definite similarity to the night shots of that craft landing - the long row of lights. However, on the UFO, there were no other lights typical of known aircraft - no smaller red or green wing/tail lights, no rhythmic blinking of the white lights. And, again, a known aircraft would make noise, would not turn off all lights at once, would have exploded if it hit the ground.

*I had an impression of a V shape, but that could've been subjective interpretation, since I couldn’t see any body shape, only the lights.

*I don't know much about drones - are they quiet? And, if drones, why would they all turn their lights off at once? It would have to have been multiple drones, or one huge single drone.

Observer: 61-year-old female. Have never before seen a UFO. Have lived in same location for 19 years. Educated, intelligent, logic-based.

It moved slowly from north to south untill I lost sight of it l, because of tree's obstructing my view. The blue white light was still visible for several minute's after i lost sight of the object.

It looked like a comet, or what came to my mind was a "silver seed."

The clear distinct shape and symmetry of this object seem to suggest a UFO.

At the stated date and time, I noticed a brilliant cloud formation that caught my eye. I stopped and gazed up to the SSW and took a picture of the angelic cloud shapes. Two days later, I looked at my phone camera pictures and noticed a small round object in the sky on this shot. I enlarged it and was astonished as the detail and amazing symmetry. 25 miles south of Tucson.





Bright white light emerges on cloudless clear night like the moon breaking out of clouds. The light gets very bright and well defined like a bare clear spotlight bulb. Then the center bright definition turns into a gigantic glowing sphere of light filling a area in the sky that would fill the area of outstretched arms spread apart 6 inches outside of body. Huge. Then it stayed that way for 10 min and then slowly drifted away over another 10-15 min.

This glowing sphere of light was very bright and well defined. There were no aircraft lights or movements. It was at an elevation of maybe 30 degrees off the horizon.. We have pictures but they don't show the clarity of the actual event. One of the witnesses is a retired NASA engineer. We are close to the border, and an airforce base. We see helicopters and jets all the time. This was not either. We also saw a faint beam of light going to the ground from the side of the sphere for awhile.

Bright light orb

This incident happened on August 12, 2014 at about 1:30 PM.

I work at a molybdenum mine south of Tucson, AZ.

My co-worker was operating a D10 Caterpillar dozer on one of our waste dumps at an elevation of about 4300 ft. He was doing something on his I-phone when he glanced in his mirror and thought he saw the lights of a haul truck coming to dump a load. It took only a moment for him to realize the light was not attached to anything.

At this point he turned in his seat and saw a bright light coming right at him, and had the good sense to take a picture of it with his phone. When he took the picture the object moved off at a high rate of speed across the open pit of the mine.

The second picture was taken approximately two seconds after the first and he estimates by this time the object was two miles away over another waste dump. The photos were taken out the back and side windows of the dozer and the suns position was just about overhead.

Sighted 3 unidentified objects in triangular formation over Green Valley, Arizona

Saw three crafts, spaced well apart in a straight line and at the same altitude cross the sky at high altitude moving west to east. All 3 appeared as bright white dots that were strobing simultaneously with each other. Pulses were at about 1 second intervals. At certain point they formed a triangle in and then appeared to drop lose altitude together, remaining in the triangular configuration until we lost sight of them behind hills and objects at ground level. No engine noise whatever accompanied this event.

Took my dog for a walk tonight on my block. Live Green valley. Saw craft over the hills to the East far off in the distance. Craft appeard to remain very stationary, or or times to drift very slowly upward and off toward the South. Saw three lights. 1 at the top and two at the bottom, forming a triangle. Light on the bottom right hand side appeared to flash mostly red while top light and bottom left light appeared to change color, remaining mostly amber. All lights flashed or pulsed. Flashes appeared to change in duration of pulses and color of lights, so that lights appear two twinkle. Seemed sometimes to wink out entirely. There is a mine in operation over there but this light appeared to be above the hillside rather than on top of it. Please note that we are just to the North of the Mt. Whipple Observatory. Update. 19:24 object is still out there. 19:33 just had my son come out and look at the object and her also saw it and saw it move. 19:41 moving directly up and toward the East imperceptibly slowly. 19:44. Still there but stopped watching. Note: Saw possible companion craft much higher in elevation and much farther away a bit to the North. This object looked like a star but flashed very brightly once in a great while very brightly like a flash bulb. Hard to know if this was a star or just what it was.

Group of 2 or 3 colored lights attached to a triangle in a square shape.

Sighted directly south of my house.

Approximately a square of 4 yellow/orange lights in the outside ring/square.

Possibly 2/3 blue lights behind these lights; it was apparent these lights were behind the 4 yellow-orange lights as it seemed there was a triangular structure holding everything together.

I am an amateur astronomer, on the board of the Sonoran Astronomical Society and outside every night starting at 11:00 PM. I have seen planes (Border Patrol), helicopters (military from D-M Air Base), commercial aircraft, comets, MIR, etc., etc. You get the idea. I also know a couple of the astronomers working up the mountain at Whipple Observatory. I called them today to see what they had to say. Nobody on the mountain does astronomy anymore sitting at the telescopes. They all sit looking at computer screens. So, nobody saw anything.

Eliptical craft/formation sighted over Green Valley, Arizona 5am 8/12/06

Early dawn. No stars visible in sky. Through front room window facing East I saw a bright Eliptical shaped light low in the Eastern sky just above neighbor's roof. Resembled aircraft with red and green running lights. Saw red and green light in flashes. Object was not travelling across sky but appeared stationary.Ran outside to end of the block at Esperanza Blvd. and W. Paseo Solana to observe looking Northeast. Object Rose almost imperceptibly slowly in the sky to a greater height gradually changing shape and size,to a round shape,the back to somewhat of an elipse, growing smaller and larger and smaller again (very slowly) until it appeared to my perspective as a pinpoint of light, like a large star. At this point I saw that there was another identical craft in a line directly beneath the first one but at a lower altitude.These lights did not pulse but remained at a steady luminosity. Second craft only observed during the pinpoint of light phase. Second craft was observed for a good period of time and was definitely present and was not a reflection or trick of the light.Importantly, My position was in very close proximity to the Mt. Whipple observatory atop Mt. Hoplins,directly to the South. Running lights were no longer able to be observed from my perspective when the craft had reached these higher altitudes. Craft apparently were travelling up and away toward the Northeast from my position, since Light apeared to grow smaller, grow larger, get smaller again and then wink out. Observed phenomenon for a good 10 to fifteen minutes from around 5:05 to 5:20 am from when I came in and imediately noted my impressions. Have previously witnessed Belgium triangular style craft over Marcola Hills (Springfield) in southern Oregon in fall of 1997, and had quick glimpse of boomerang wing craft over this location last year.

dim cluster of lights over southern arizona

I was on my back patio which faces west, when I noticed what appeared to be 2 starlike objects slowly floating east just above the horizon, moving up. its position in the sky was near where saturn set and it moved east/southeast toward the star arcturus. it then changed direction about 20 degrees above the horizon and moved south toward saturn. i then realized it was not a satellite or planes flying in formation since there is an airforce base nearby. i am a novice amateur astronomer so i ran inside an got my 4 inch telescope to see if i could resolve what it was. through my telescope i followed it for another 5 minutes as it moved north of scopio and out of view to the east. it consisted of one bright blueish light which i estimate to be of the 3rd magnitude with a small cluster of fainter blue and red lights just above it. it appeared to wobble as it moved. the only thing i could compare its movement to is possibly a large cluster of party balloons with a lantern or other light source tethered to it. which, is what it could have been, only the location where it rose from is desolate, uninhabited desert.

as i said before, i am an amateur astronomer. i have spent many hours looking at the night sky. i have 2 telescopes, a 4 inch refractor, and an 8 inch SCT. i am 31 years old and of sound mind.

Overfly of I-19 of triangle shaped-three light object

As we were coming home from a trip to New Mexico, I spotted three bright blue-white lights almost directly infront of me on a frontage road along I-19. They appeared to be moving very slowly and maybe 50-75 feet off the ground in relation to telephone poles nearby. They continued moving slowly across I-19 heading East to West , then abruptly picked up speed , then altitude. they were completely out of sight on the Western horizon about 1 minute after this abrupt speed and altitude change happened.

After getting over the shock, we both remember that there was a faint outline of a straight wing or structure on one side of the object. I opened my drives side window and heard zero motor noise from the object(s). My wife then told me of her previous sighting a previous night of the same three blue-white lights heading in the opposite direction over mountains in the southeast.

I was watching the twilight fall over the mountains southeast of my house, when I noticed three bright bluish-white lights moving very slowly and fairly low in the sky.

I watched these lights for maybe two or three minutes, then they quickly picked up speed and altitute disappearing over the mountains near madera canyon.

This was not the first night I saw these lights so I'll start at the begining. Last month sitting on my porch I looked up and there was an bright rectanglar amber light not to far away or very high in the sky. It seemed to have 3 dark rings in it and after about 5 seconds it slowly faded out. Fifteen seconds later it slowly came back on for 5 seconds and then slowly faded out again. I stood up to look closer because there was no sound or flashing lights which all airplanes have. It just disappeared. Then about a week later my nephew and I saw the same lights, this time there were two, at a distance and both slowly came on for 5 seconds and slowly went out. They had to be about a mile apart yet they both did this at exact the same time. They did it 4 times then they were gone. Then on the 6-25-02 three of us on the porch saw the same lights come on over Greenvalley. Not very high in the sky they slowly came on and went out several times. Then it came on and before it went completly out another one would start coming on beside it and before it went completly out another one would come on beside it and so on. There were 5 of them. At first I thought that it was just one light moving accross the sky but then realized that before the first light went out the second one was coming on. Greenvalley is west of my home and to the north is an AF base. After I saw the lights on the 25th a small plane came from the direction of the AF base and flew around in circles over Greenvalley for 30 minutes then returned to the base. I feel some one saw this besides me and they were checking it out.

Had I not watched the Peter Jennings report, I probably would not have reported this to anyone!

It appeared in the dark sky as a bright orange circle (very similiar to the sun setting on a hot summers night!) As we watched it, it let off four (4) smaller circles (bright orange) off the lower right and as all were in complete view; everything suddenly vanished.

My Dad had checked the evening news and the morning paper and nothing was said about this.

However, at the breakfastroom at the motel we were staying at in Green Valley, we had a comment from a neighboring breakfast couple stating that "You saw that too???".

Moving bright light that disappeared and seemed to become a faint moving light

At sunset, I arrived home (I live in the mountains north of Los Angeles) and stepping out of my vehicle I looked up into the sky (south and about 1 O'clock from directly overhead, as 12 O'clock) there was a bright light in the sky. At first I thought it was a star or planet (was brighter then Jupiter) as it was starting to get dark and stars were starting to appear in the twilight. Then I noticed it was moving slowly south, and my impression was it must be an airplane landing light. (To the east and southeast is the landing pattern for flights coming into Burbank Airport.) But as I watched the light suddenly went out. I noticed a very faint star like appearance in the same vicinity moving in the same direction for a few seconds as I searched for the object, and then it was gone. I thought that was odd. I then noted a couple of planes coming into Burbank further away than what I had seen and a light plane flying in the northeast, none of which looked like what I had seen. Thinking about this now, it was as if something had jumped from near to far instantly. Also the light went out and I didn't see anything until I noticed the very faint star-like object in the area and it also seemed to be moving southward, albeit more slowly. I also see planes coming in from San Francisco or so in the western skies (to LAX), but have never seen anything flying above Jupiter Mountain using landing lights. Jupiter Mountain is south of me and across the valley. I am at 3000 foot elevation and Jupiter Mountain is 5000 foot elevation and about 1.5 miles away across the valley. I am in the Angeles Forest, a 50 mile drive from Burbank, 18 miles south to Santa Clarita and 18 miles in the other direction to Palmdale. The time was about 5 PM.

White lights 5 to 7, 1/4 mile away, no sounds, just disappeared,

There was 5 to 7 lights (windows). It just appeared and hovered in the same place then just disapeared. It was a hot August night, we were Threshing grain that day. My brother about 9 years old went with the neighbor lady to put the cows in the pasture. Myself who was 7 at the time remember my brother coming home and being quite scared.

My brother says he doesn't remember the incident.

It was so surreal. I remember it very vividly.

Finally I get to tell someone whom might believe me, it feels good
