A silent disk went over me, my fiance and my son's head and out over the water of Clear Lake. It was mostly a sphere but a narrow band was around it. It was brightly metallic but had dark shadows on it. There was only one. It went over our heads and across the water, disappearing into the distance. It was moving fast, but I got a good look at it. It was fast, made no sound and it moved with kind of this weird wobble, kind of gently tilting. As it was directly over the water, there was a puff of white cloud or smoke around it which dissipated quickly then it moved very fast and I couldn't see it any more because it was moving into the distance. Even though I saw the saucer clearly over me, it moved fast. when I saw it moving into the distance, eventually it appeared as a single white dot. It seemed to bother the ducks. I am an artist. I can draw this.

I live in a UFO Substation area. I see so many UFOs that dates and times are completely useless. I have videos and screenshots of hundreds things flying in our skies here in Upper Lake California. I take footage daily. I am not a “Crack Pot” I’ve been following UFO reports and researching UFOs for most of my life. I just always seem to wind up living where UFOs are stationed at. UFOs have Substaion areas - “Hot Spots” and I live in one of them. This is the second place I’ve lived in where it’s a Substaion. Wilseyville California was the first Substation Hotspot that I lived in, I didn’t have an IPhone at that time to take footage from Wilseyville California (UFO Hotspot) when I lived there in the early 90’s. . I accidentally captured a UFO photos. I stumbled upon UFO photos completely by accident by taking photos of our town for someone who lived in the East Coast. When I developed pictures, I noticed a UFO in the photo and I’ve been busy taking photos and video ever since. RARELY do I get a day of NOTHING in my photos and videos. I have to say in all fairness, it’s a bit of an Art finding these UFOs in a video and photo (you must be Sluthy) but once you figure it out, you know what to look for. I’m willing to share my stuff with someone if they make a trip over my way. I have too much to email or print from my phone. Very bright red light Hovering in the south horizon.glow very bright red then dim out and random secondary flashes of red

walking in the house when i noticed a very bright red light Hovering approximately 20-30 degrees in the south horizon seemed to be pretty far away The light would glow very bright red then dim out and random secondary flashes of red (almost make out a craft but it was very dark outside) it appears to move slightly east(still in southern sky) the altitude of craft never changed observed for an hour watching the craft glow and flash not a strobe effect I was outside 20 minutes prior to event and object was not in sky

Flashing Light Sighting 5/9/11 in Nice (Lake County) CA

Sighting was in Lake County California, driving north on Hiway 29 from Lakeport to Nice (pronounced niece), and continued as we turned onto Hiway 20 heading east.

I was driving north on 29 with my son and his girlfriend riding in the vehicle, as well. We all noticed the lights about the same time as we drove up onto the hiway from 11th street in Lakeport. At first we thought it was lightening strikes but I realized that the flashes were not from the sky to the ground but in fact were coming from the ground and shining into the sky.

As we drove north along Hiway 29, it actually goes up hill somewhat, so as we gained altitude we could see that the lights were actually coming from behind the foothills, behind the town of Nice along Hiway 20.

The lights did not seem to flash with any regularity or pattern but seemed to be very random and the intensity would shift, as if the direction of the craft emitting them was changing angles or manipulating the lights in some sort of search pattern. There are no roads along the ridge that the lights were traveling; this area is far to steep and jagged for any wheeled vehicles to have traversed so easily and as quickly as we saw the lights moving.

The lights continued as we arrived at home in Nice. At this point we got out of the vehicle and walked to the front of our property and we saw the lights flash several times more. We wanted to see them but we also were attempting to listen for any noises, like a possible rotary blade "whooping" sound, you would expect to hear from helicopters. We saw the lights but heard nothing.

My son spoke with some of his friends the next day and several others from Lakeport to Upper Lake to Nice, all saw the lights but heard no noise.

This is a very rural area with only small towns (the entire county of Lake has just over 62,000 population) and the entire northern area of the county is like a big bowl, so sounds and noise travel easily over a great distances.

If these light emitting UFOs were making noise at all we would have heard it.
