As I mentioned, three different items sat above which caught my eye. Clearly a baseball diamond was visible, as well as a disc like item. Above both a small item which I couldn’t make out. Watched it for about twenty-five minutes and went home.

Collection of small bright lights hovering, moving, dispersing, and coming back together.... would disappear together and come back

I looked up and saw a number of white circles / dots in the sky. They were clumped together... hovering... then would zig zag in the sky....break apart and come back together....forward and backward / side to side ....would disappear completely and come back..... very, very irregular and odd patterns.... NOT normal animal behavior (if an animal or bird).... all looked exactly the same. Very, very high up. At one point, they formed a V-ish formation and moved across the sky, then disappeared and came back. They were mainly concentrated in one area, and would move about - but always staying together. This was THE most bizarre thing I've ever seen. There looked to be some sort of "field" around the collection.

It was incredibly frustrating I couldn't catch a clear picture on video -- couldn't see them through my phone's screen and focus in, though I did manage to catch glimpses of them on video-- I tried several times.

My dad took these pictures on his phone at 3am. He watched this blue circular object move up, down and to the sides for almost two hours. Some people say it could be a satellite, but I didn't think they moved in different directions in the same place for almost two hours. I have 3 short videos also if there's a good place to upload. My dad thinks is was maybe a mile or so out, but it seemed close and pretty large.

For the course of 30 minutes we witnessed what we thought was just a satellite moving across the night sky, but then shortly after (10 to 30 seconds) there was another from the same direction forming a line. There were at least thirty in a row moving west from Lake Elsinore area toward Riverside/Moreno Valley... these were small lights, moving very fast. It was very odd especially since planes are not flying at the moment. There was no sound either. After 30 minutes there was no more activity and the sky was quiet.

I was driving my children home from dinner and my son pointed at something in the sky that looked like a large floating city. I pulled over my vehicle to get a better vantage point on what he was seeing. We could see what appeared like an enormous craft moving from west to east. I took out my phone and began taking pictures. After taking several pictures, the craft appeared to combine intro one large bright light initially and then the light multiplied into several separate bright lights totaling around 12 separate lights. The lights appeared to be descending from the craft towards the ground at a very rapid descent. Within seconds of their descent, the lights vanished along with the larger craft. I have photos of each step of this event captured to the best of my ability. I was shaken, and could not believe what I had just witnessed. During the entire event, there appeared be several helicopters circling the large craft. We could faintly make out the sound ! of the helicopters, which numbered at least 6-8. They remained in the area circling the same area even after the craft disappeared.

Disappearing white light over Temecula, CA.

I was about to enter my home with my brother around 9:00 pm on June 13, 2017 after a couple hours playing Pokémon Go when I saw a bright white spherical object moving at about the speed you would expect an airplane to move almost directly above my location. It was a fairly clear night but the elevation of the object was unclear. The object was brighter than the stars behind it and was moving north to south from my location in Murrieta, CA.

I decided to watch the object to see if it had the blinking lights that you would typically see on an aircraft such as an airplane or helicopter. As I watched the object I never saw any of those blinking lights.

Then the strange part happened. The object gained speed over the Temecula valley and it also started to rapidly gain altitude. The once bright spherical object that was over my head was now abruptly getting dimmer and further and further away and eventually completely disappeared over the constellation Scorpios.

This all happened in a time span of about 2 minutes. I continued to watch the sky for several more minutes and I did not see any sign of the object again.

Saturday 08/24/16 Approx: 12:20-12:30 I was making a right turn heading northeast. As I turned the corner at the light, there is a group or a very large palm tree right at the corner on my left as I start up the street. To the right of the palm tree, I observed something in the sky that I had never seen before. There was a white rectangular object hanging in the sky. It looked like a flat screen TV. I slowed down and rolled down my window to see if there was any sound and there wasn’t. I was expecting it would move but it didn’t. I thought it might be an ad on a blimp and I would see writing but I didn’t. I looked back several times over my left shoulder, and could tell it wasn’t attached to anything, nor did it produce any advertisements. There were no lights attached. I was curious that it had a mist behind it, as well as a clumpy looking cloud on the left hand side. I can’t remember if it was upper or lower but was on the left hand side. I was so focused on the object that I don’t recall any other vehicles around the area. I was concerned about causing an accident, so, I started driving faster and paying attention to the road. Further up the road, before reaching my left turn I thought I would take one last look over my left shoulder and see if I could see it. I was startled to see a black one directly to my left. Same exact shape, mist behind it, as well as the exact same clump of cloud appearance, only this cloud was darker. The mist and clouds did not look a real cloud produced by nature. I slowed down almost to a stop and stared. It didn’t move. Once again I felt I was a hazard so drove to my left turn to get home. I thought I would never see it again, but, took one last look back. my sight was obstructed by tall trees and houses so, I couldn’t see it if it was still there. I thought, I will just focus on getting home safely. I proceeded to my last left turn to get home and as I looked to the right to see if there were any cars coming I saw a grey one. It was moving fast an! d was already quite a distance away. It was headed northeast. ! Instead of turning on my street, I followed the road to the right and was going to stop and get a picture. By the time I stopped it was moving so fast I couldn’t get my cell phone out to take a picture. I couldn’t see any dimension to the objects other than they were rectangular, and they were not shiny. They were more of a matte.

When I first saw the white object, I voice texted my sister and told her, “I am looking at the closest thing to a UFO I have ever seen.” Neither of us had ever heard of any rectangular UFO sightings before my event.

I don't know if this was one UFO turning colors or if it was in fact 3 separate.

A bright silver blue illumination lit up the southern horizon south of Temecula, Ca. It was not a single beam of light but a radiated glow emitting from the ground upward. There was no sound that followed consistent with an explosion.

Two white flashes with a green line from a moving white object.

Observed a growing white light in the sky while looking north. It caught my eye as the light appeared to grow from a slow moving light. The growth of the light spread in perfect circular shape while the circumference grew as time elapsed. Then there was a second flash of light which then grew within the first originating circle. The craft appeared to be moving slow leaving a blue/green trail in a horizontal linear shape. Then as the original white flashes continued to grow the craft then moved quickly north/up leaving the area of the dissipating light. However, the blue/green light took much longer to fully dissipate. I've seen many planes fly but have never witness such a visual as this before.

Objects are attracted to model rocket launch(es) and were captured by video.

Our family, including wife, myself, son, and grandson enjoy launching model rockets skyward at a suburban area, free from aircraft and people in general. I video recorded the launchings. In further review of the videos frame by frame, small bright white to grey-scaled and colorful spherical objects larger than a basketball were found moving east to west and back, near ground level at high speed.

Although very bright, we did not notice the object's presence at the time of capture.

The subject videos were taken during midday. While reviewing videos taken in February and March of 2015 at a later time, I noticed objects near or touching launched rocket components at altitude (approximately 1500ft) after parachute deployment. One video was shown to Terry Ray, a MUFON Field Investigator, in person, at our residence on September 25, 2015.

The objects were of several shapes and colors. All of them were less than two feet in length/diameter. Some were elongated, while others were bright white, orange, yellow, blue, or neutral in hue.

The videos were carefully analyzed, then imaged with a still camera, the same Nikon D5100 and 18-200 mm ED lens used in the original capture. While advancing frames I noticed extremely fast spherical objects moving east to west to east in front of a tree line located about 100 yards to the south from the launch pad. There is also a surveyor's marker approximately 3-feet tall located about 100 feet, also south of the pad. Using the marker to scale the objects close to and in front of it, their size could be roughly determined.

From video, I also captured eight objects of uniform size above a small mountain crest to the southwest of the launch pad. They appear static and in sharp focus.

Additionally, a series of images show a fast, diffuse object traveling south-south east in the sky, then in front of a mountain crest, before becomming a static grey metallic orb-like object much larger than the other bright and colorful spheres indicated above.

Spherical objects can be seen near the top and in front of the surveyor's marker. They are white and/or orange in hue. The only sound heard were rocket launchings and human responses.

I recently checked the rocket with a ultraviolet light and did not notice any unusual marks on the rocket components. Nor were there any marking on the tube, fins, or nosecone.

There are many images taken that show in detail all of the above sightings. I shall return to the launch site for further study with better equipment, including a chair to sit on at the surveyor's marker during launches and after.

Large chrome sphere moving quickly in the sky.

Sitting in front of my business with a co-worker we saw a large metallic sphere (like a pinball). Size was the same as a 747 jet. It made quick moves (approximately two thousand feet), both up and to the side. Each move was made in a split second. The craft would stop on a dime. The starting height was about ten thousand feet. It then took off across the sky towards the western coastline.

A light ball was seen shooting away from the local military base.

This sighting occurred on June 10, 2014 at approximately 0:50 I was driving north on the 15 freeway, on a three mile stretch of road between California Oaks, and Clinton Keith. It was seen shooting north across the sky.

With a quick glance I first thought it was a shooting star until it came to a sudden and complete stop in the middle of the sky.

After this occurred I gave the object another look, this is when I noticed the actual size of the orb, it was made of pure white light. There was only one orb seen at a size much to large to be an aircraft, the light did not flicker or dim, it stayed exactly where it had stopped and did not bob up and down or move side to side at all.

After staying in place for approximately 45 seconds, it shot off again this time at an unfathomable speed within a few tenths of a second it was out of visible range.

One interesting thing is that after looking at maps and trying to see where the orb came from in such a hurry. Almost exactly the direction it appeared from is where Camp Pendleton military base is located.

I saw three falling balls of fire that turned into three bright white triangle lights.

At approximately 9:40 Pm on 01/06/2011 for the second time tonight I had a U.F.O sighting in Murrieta, Ca.. My husband, son, mother and I were outside when we saw three falling balls of fire falling from the sky. The balls of fire then turned into three bright white lights that looked to be in the form of a triangle. The same triangle we saw earlier tonight. The lights then stopped and stood still n the sky for several seconds then just went away.

Fireball splits into 3 balls and hovers

LOCATION: Murrieta CA 92562 DATE: 01/06/11 TIME: Approximately 935pm PST FACING DIRECTION: NW First observed at about a 45 degree angle in the NW sky from where I was standing what appeared to be something that looked like a fireball moving straight down. Initially I thought it was a shooting star BUT the size and slow speed did not support this. The coloration was yellow-orange and it had a fireball like tail as it moved. An additional note of an interesting observation: the object(s) looked blurred around its edges as it came down, which seemed very odd. I almost thought I was watching a plane that had exploded in air fall to earth.

When the fireball-like object reached about a 23 degree angle it began to split into three balls of yellow-orange light, still connected at the top with the fire-like tail. Then, once completely separated, the fire-like tails diminished and the balls of light stopped moving downward – just hovering at about a 20 degree angle or so, each ball moving around, separate from each other yet staying at the same level in the sky. This is when I! knew it was not a flaming plane. The three balls of light remained visible and moving around for 3-4 minutes. The balls of light seemed to dim so my thought was that they were moving away, hence getting smaller/dimming. This whole process was only about 5 minutes in total. And literally in the blink of an eye the lights disappeared.

I cannot explain what I just witnessed. I was alone taking my dogs outside to the backyard. There were no sounds associated with what I saw.

I was driving down a road in murrieta heading toward lake elsinore and i was going to change the music on my ipod in my car and when i looked up i saw three huge yellow lights, hovering in a triangle formation. it looked as though it was about 1,500 feet above ground and was just moving at a constant speed at what looked about 80-90 mph. i pulled out my iphone and began to record this object while driving and could only get about 5 seconds of good footage before i pulled into a parking lot, to watch it disappear behind some trees. another man pulled up next to me and asked me if i saw the same thing.

I saw and object with three very bright lights that made no sound in a triangle shape just above local homes

At 7:30PM on January 6 2011 I saw a U.F.O. in Murrieta, Ca. I was out on my porch, looked to the west and saw three very bright lights in a triangle shape. What I saw looked like the three lights were the headlights for one giant object. There was no sound and no flashing of the lights. They lights were very bright and at eye level with me. The lights looked to be the same height as the local hills off in the distance and the object was just sitting in the sky not moving, just above houses several streets away.

The object was way under the cloud level, I could not see a shape of the object just the lights. I kept my eyes on it for a few minutes when the lights/ object then turned facing the north. The object was about three hundred feet away and about three to four hundred feet from ground level. I ran into my house to get my video camera and it was gone when I came back out to look for it. I have always wondered if they were real, just never thought I would! actually see a U.F.O myself.

My friend and I were driving down the street I looked to the right and I said that's a funny airplane. So my friend turned around and we were flowing it slowly.

Then we turned left down mt street and I looked back and it was right behind us I said run as we were driving-- she looked back and said ho ---- and she speeded up she almost hit a white van and it was chaseing us we passed my house a little then I jumped out as the car was making a u turn I was running toward my house and I stopped and it was huvering over a huge tree next to my house just huvering.

I haven't been able to sleep and my brother told me that his friend was also chased by one the same night and several people from his school were talking about the UFO too please check into it I'm going crazy... It was huvering over my house!!!!!!!!!!!

It was round with white light's going back n forth!!!! My mom said she heard nothing and so did my brother. My brother said there was something out side his window ealier and so did his girlfriend-- Monday night I was alone my parents were out to pizza and I have 3 dog's one of them heard something her ears went up and then I heard the door open and closed she ran out to the hallway and growled and know one was there.. I don't know what's going on what do you think?????? I also remember it didn't make a sound..

I was driving home on Saturday night towards my house in Murrieta California dropping my friend off at his house and my other friend was staying the night at my place. We were coming back from a party and driving right next to Murrieta Valley High School on Washington. My friend Brandon was looking at a empty field by the school and saw a light speeding though the trees. He yelled out “what the hell is that” I looked and saw a flying object so quite and low to the ground and the only way I knew it was a circle is its bottom faced us and all I could see was red, blue, and green lights that mad a circle, then It zoomed off so fast and I couldnt see anything any longer we were so shocked that for the ten seconds it was there all we could do was stare at it. I will never forget that moment of my life and will forever believe in aliens.

extremely rapiding blinking red light meets with other, then both go back from original spotted location.

went outside to see what the dogs were barking at. they were barking for a at least 30 mins. shortly after walking outside i saw a red light blinking rapidly. i would compare the blink rate to a eeg test. it was very rapid. it flew across the sky toward me at an angle from my left. i was standing out in front of my house. it then went out of sight. i ran to the back of my house and saw it flying toward another light which was blinking mildly fast. the light that was blinking mildly fast then headed back out in front of my house. then red light which was blinking extremely fast then followed the slower blinking light back to where it came from when i first saw it, and then out of sight. the objects were extremely high. no way for me to tell the altitude. i can say the distance the rapid blinking light covered was about 30-40 or so miles within 15-20 seconds. i judge that by it appearing to be over the mountains way off in the distance 30-40 miles away. there was no noise from the crafts. and i don't think the dogs were barking at the crafts. was just a coincidence i happened to see it while outside. over the past few years this area has had a lot of "sky bombs" i call them. loud noises that shake the very ground under your feet when they go off. very deep sounds, there is nothing as deep and loud that i have heard that i can compare it too. its what i think a nuke might sound like. or a planet colliding with another planet. the other thing we would get is a "sky rolling" i call it. rolling sounds across the sky that i would compare to a huge steel ball rolling on a table. but much deeper and fast. it gos from one side of the sky to the other repeatedly, making the trip in seconds.just the noise that is. i don't actually see anything. on a side note. this just happened mins before i sent this to be sure its clear and not distorted.

Flashing disc of red blue and white lights over Murrieta/Temecula that left with a comet looking flash

I live on a hillside in Murrieta, California. Our home overlooks a large portion of the valley below and we have fewer glares than homes below us. I think that really made the difference in this sighting. I was helping my nine year old get ready for bed this evening, at approximately 8:50 p.m. I went into our 2nd story loft to open a window, and due to the pretty view, I peeked out through one of the windows. I noticed a strange flashing object hovering over what seemed to be roughly over the Promenade Mall in Temecula, or maybe south a mile or two, over the power lines off of Route 79 south. The object was not moving, and I watched it for at least 10 minutes to see if would reveal itself to be a helicopter, or plane. It just stayed in the area. It was barely moving around, except for the spinning motion, going clockwise. It could easily see white spinning lights, turning blue, then back to white, and then red and then to white again. It seemed to wobble a few times, but remained over the area without moving away. I had to step away to tuck my daughter into bed, and when I got back it was still there. I grabbed my telescope and ran downstairs, but when I went to the front door, the house across the street was blocking my view. I ran to the garage and tried to find it, but the same house blocked the view. I went back upstairs, frustrated, and found it in the sky, but it had moved about 2 inches to the right, from my viewpoint. Then, it flashed like a camera flash, and then I saw a yellow streak fly across the sky, moving upwards at an angle of about 45 degrees. I remember thinking it looked like a comet in reverse. The streak was gone in an instant. This whole process took 20 minutes.

Triangled shaped craft in Murrieta, CA

It was around six thirty pm; when I saw the first UFO.

I was working outside my grocery store taking out the trash. Suddenly; I looked up and saw a triangle craft; that was not really pointed tips, but rather round tips of the craft. I noticed it for about a couple of minutes; and it moved a bit to the north of the horizon, and it hovered over an area for a few more minutes and suddenly disappeared.

I also noticed no sounds and it was almost see through triangle craft, it also had one red light on the tail but it was like in the middle of the end of the craft, so it was not an air plane or a helicopter. It blended well into the dark sky.

I kept a close eye on it for a couple of minutes; no one else seemed to notice it but me. So; I didn’t have any witnesses.

I work at a grocery store; here in Murrieta, CA.

I wonder if this is a new military craft; or is it an actual alien craft?

Pulsating light in Murrieta with jet contrail intercepting

On 01-28-07 at approximately 1830 hrs., a family member noticed a pulsating light in the sky above my home in Murrieta, Ca. (Riverside County).

The rest of the family including myself were summoned outside. The weather was less then partly cloudy with an almost invisible layer of patchy mist or fog closer to the ground.

About 20 degrees south of the full moon, I noticed a pulsating white light. About one pulse every ten seconds. It appeared to be in a vertical rotation, which is why I initially thought it was the beacon from nearby French Valley Airport.

But that beacon rotates horizontally, and the light appeared to be coming from above the strand of clouds which rolled past. From above the cloud cover downward.

The pulses were more intense from a direction above the clouds and to the south (Away from the moon.).

We watched this light for about 15 minutes, then it stopped.

I never saw what was making the pulses of light. After going inside, we came back out about 5 minutes later to send the family off and now noticed one contrail in the moonlight (35,000 ft.??) going from the N/E to the S/E and intersecting the same spot we saw the prior pulses of light.

I had not seen th light again.

Moon like object moving abnormally, unlike any aircraft, location not reasonable for it to be a spotlight

Looking to the west, just above Santa Rosa Plateau, noticed a moon like object. This object would move briefly, then seem motionless for a few minutes. The motion at some points began to zig-zag up-down / right-left / in angles as well... Too much movement for it to be described as a distant planet or an aircraft. This happened just prior to an incoming storm (low pressure system). Spotlights were ruled out due to the location of the object. Observers: 32 y/o M Naval Engineer, 38 y/o F, 14 y/o F.

Went outside to bring the trashcan to the front yard. Looked up , saw what i thought was a reddish star. Didnt think much of it.

On the way back I searched for the same star. It was way off to the right from when i first saw it. Stopped and looked at it for about 30 seconds. It MOVED SO FAST close to me. It was still high in the sky, but it was SO big. At first I thought it was a star, twinkling. The 'Twinkling effect' was really long rows of light coming from the object. I dropped everything and ran because it seemed to be studying me. I was scared. I went outside and it was gone.

Triangular shaped craft with 3 red lights and smaller blue lights.

At around 9:30pm I looked out my window. I stood there looking at the stars for a few seconds. That night had a few low cumulus clouds. As I looked at the clouds an odd craft silently came into view through a break in the cloads. After observing it for a little while I called my two friends into the room. As the object approached slowly It looked like two rows of three golden lights. I thought it was a disk at first, but when me and my friends ran into another room to get a view from below, we could see that it was triangular. From the bottom view it had three red lights, one on the tip of the craft, and two on the back. In the middle of the bottom of the craft it had a large blue speckled light. There was also small blue lights scattered all over the bottom of the craft. And like I said it made only a small humming noise and was low to the ground. It was traveling at about 20 mph. When it went over my house, me and my friends felt some sort of energy...I don't know what but there was a charge in the air. I had never seen any UFOs before and I wasn't even a believer but after seeing this craft, which was unlike anything that I had ever seen before, I have become curius. Thank you

Dim Luminous Large Triangle / Grouped Lights

Hi Art I was just listening to your show and felt compelled to write you.

I have two different events to share with you.

First off, some background on myself. I own my CNC machining business. Have been a race engine builder for years. Worked with GM for years. Studied astronomy, physics and engineering. Very down to earth person. I don't look for phenomena, but have always had a major interest in the natural world. I quest for knowledge in all my endeavors. I not easily swayed, I seek facts and details.

I could go further, but that being said, here's my events.

September 04; I was driving home from my shop ~ 11:00 pm. I turned right on Jefferson from Date Street heading north. It was a warm night and I enjoy the solitude of the night sky. I had the drivers window down and was glancing up to view the night sky and stars as I normally do. A dim luminous object in the sky caught my eye at about 11:00 above and to my slightly forward left. I had to look out the window and look almost straight up to see this object. I drove almost two miles to Murrieta Hot Springs road while slowing and viewing this object. While driving the object never moved from it's position in the sky. The object was the size of my thumbnail at arms length. To not alter it's position in the sky over two miles horizontal on the ground says something of the height and size of this object.

The object was exactly triangle in shape. It's luminosity was about a 10 watt bulb viewed from across a large room with an old lampshade covering the light. It was a dull brown/gold in color. It had a distinuished dark band that outlined the perimeter and appeared to be darker than the moonless night sky. However the most strange element of this sighting was what appeared to be the underside, the side I could see. The surface seemed to be in turmoil. I would describe it as what you would see on a TV set with a screen full of snow on a channel without programming.

I pulled over just before I got to Murrieta Hot Springs Road to grab my camera in my glove box. I just got back from Lake Mead with my boys and had not yet turned in the disposable camera for developing. I stopped my truck while still watching the object. In the time it took me to reach over to my glove box for the camera and look back out to take a picture, the object was gone. I was standing outside the truck with a complete view of the sky and saw no hint of the object anywhere.......

I had not noticed any sound. The object appeared to be very close to me, but with the distance I traveled and the object maintaining it's position in the sky, it had to be very large and very high.

February 2006; I was again driving home late at night, ~12:00 a.m. from my shop. My girlfriend was with me at this time. We were heading north on I-15. Just pass California Oaks off ramp, we both noticed a very bright light hovering just above the horizon about NW, 10:30 from our position. It was very strange in that there was no traffic in our direction. No lights ahead and one set of lights very far behind us. Very unusual for the busy I-15. We commented on the brightness of the lights. Like they were pointed right at us. They were brighter than any aircraft lights I've ever seen. But there were 3 together but distinctly separate. We thought it may be a helicopter. It moved ever so slightly towards us, maintaining it's altitude. We continued to comment on the strangeness. As we approached Bundy Canyon, the object seemed to start to draw a bead on us. Again there was oddly no other traffic in our direction, but a sporadic car passing on the opposite side heading south.

As we passed Bundy the object was now even with us and within a 1/4 mile to the direct West of us and falling slightly behind us, say to the 8:00 position. It's altitude was maybe 200'. It then turned and maintained running parallel to our direction exactly off at 9:00. It maintained that distance for ~ 1/4 mile, then moved in to us. It continued to fly directly over the truck. I become very uneasy and speed up to around 100 mph, because I felt like it may hit us. It flew directly above us for maybe a 1/2 mile and then started to veer off to the East and disengaged slowly. I could not see it off the passenger side except for just a couple of glimpses. My girlfriend continued to eye it. She said it then shot off to the East at an extremely high rate of speed. Faster than a jet she said.

Strange facts: NO noise. This object made absolutely NO noise, even flying about 100' above us.

Three aircraft type landing lights up front and two of the same type lights in the assumed "Rear" of the object.

NO traditional navigation lights or strobes.

And the most amazing aspect of all is that there was no visible body. We could not make out any physical type of structure to the object. NO wings, NO fuselage, NO body. Just lights and void between the lights. Even as the object came over head, we could not see any type of body. The object did appear to be circular only becuase of the way the lights were positioned.

I would estimate the size to be maybe 20' to 30'.

I figured you may like to add these sightings to what ever compilation you may have.

Appeared as a flying spider through binoculars. Traveling from west to east at estimated altitude of 10,000 ft at an airspeed of 400+. Several "legs" of different lengths projected outward from a center mass, but were rigid. Estimated span of object from end of leg to end of leg is 500 feet. I am am FAA licensed pilot and this is the strangest thing I have ever seen in the sky. About 5 minutes before the sighting, dogs in the neigborhood began howling and my Macaw began to screech.

I was in the car with my dad going to an event, when ahead in the distance I saw a light over the Santa Rosa Plataeu. I pointed it out to my dad but he didn't think it was anything. Erraticly wandering star-like object travels from north to south at a consistent, slow pace

At 9:20 pm my husband and I were standing on the roof of our house watching fireworks displays in the Temecula Valley in Southwest Riverside County, California. I noticed he was looking up. As I looked up he said, "Do you see that light, or am I not seeing right?" I looked in the direction he was peering and noticed a star-like light in the sky. It had the luminosity of Mercury or Mars (certainly not as bright as Venus or Jupiter). If it had been still it could have easily been mistaken for a star. However, it was its type of motion that distinguished it from a star, a terrestrial aerial vehicle or a satellite. It was heading from north to south and traveling quite erratically. It wobbled on an irregular basis from left to right, sometimes speeding up and sometimes slowing down. Sometimes the wobble was a long slow move to the right; sometimes it was a quick, short burst. Sometimes it went a short distance backwards, but mostly it moved forward. If it had been someone driving a car I would have said they were drunk as a skunk, weaving all over the road. It did not move in a straight line with a consistent speed as a satellite; we heard no sound and there were no other lights (i.e. wing or landing lights) as an airplane. Its average rate of speed, although erratic, was generally consistent and not very fast. It traversed 40% of the sky in 3 minutes, and if one held his or her fist out at arm's length, it would have traversed the width of the fist in 10-12 seconds. The object was too high up to ascertain any detail other than it was a point of moving light. We watched the object for approximately three minutes until it could not longer be seen because of the haze of light pollution.

group of red/orange objects over plateau followed car down road

my mother and i were driving home up clinton keith road. to the east we noticed a group of sevural red.. id call them orbs, or lights they were a red/orange color... in the sky just to the east of the road as we passed Avanida La Cresta. they seemed stationary because when we first noticed them.. they were at about 10 O-clock from the front of the car, but the were moving around each other.

then they all broke off and went different directions when they got to about the 9 O-clock position from the front of the car. one stayed in the air next to us.. and followed us as we drove down the road.. to the left of the car, at about 700 to 1000 feet at about a 75 degree angle to the drivers-side rear passenger seat, it continued to follow us from about the point where you pass the Santa Rosa Plateau vistitors center.. until about 2 miles after Clinton Kieth Road turns into Tenaja Road where it broke off and went north twards ortega.

as i was watching the one as it followed the car.. it was Very steady in the sky and moved at a constand rate. unlike the car that was going up down and around corners. it was always in a steady postion in the sky... but moving.. not like a reflection on the windows of the car.. when we first noticed the group.. they seemed as if they were moving around each-other.. circling around a center point. but they were all seperate and completely individual..

possibly they were coming out of another unseen object.. it was a very dark night
