Three person observed a 12' black ring that descended and vanished in 30 secs

Witness reported that this incident had occurred in his side yard and it had lasted approximately 30 seconds. The incident was also witnessed by a friend whose name was removed from the report. It had happened on a beautiful spring day with a clear blue sunny sky without any wind or anything else unusual. He and his wife, Lisa, were chatting in their driveway when he suddenly noticed some sort of unknown black object just appear about 50 ft overhead. The object appeared out of thin air in total silence. It did not seem to have any sort of propulsion. The object or "enigma" was a 12 foot ring or circle, black in color. He was unable to identify what it was. It had a gigantic 12 foot wide spiral "corkscrew" device that was slowly rotating under the ring or circle. He immediately alerted Lisa of what he was watching and she also witnessed the same strange enigma. They both just stared in awe as the weird object descended downward. As it was about to touch down, the object just vanished into thin air. It just disappeared. In less than a second. What ever this enigma was, is a total mystery. It did not leave any clues as to what it may have been, or where it may have come from or if it had any purpose. He could not even attempt an educated guess as to what he and Lisa had witnessed. It was truly an "out of this world experience......beyond bizarre."

Two ufo's sighted over Lathrop CA at 10pm.

I was heading upstairs at 10am when I spoted a light outside the second floor window. I saw that it was hovering in the air and had movement so I called for my wife and my brother to come see it.I took a picture and called my friend in the phone to come upstairs. We watched it move North West slowly but changing speeds and altitude. It dimmed the further it got from us until it disappeared after about 1min of me catching sight of it. My friend got upstairs and missed the first one. 1 min or 2 later a second one appears in the same spot hovers and then starts to move West. It slowly moves and has bigger changes in altitude towards the end as it also dimms away, lasting about 30sec. Winds were 3.4MPH South East that night.

I witnessed a hovering saucer craft with lights circling, not making a sound, flying over my city.

I was on my phone in the backyard when my periferal vision I saw what I assumed to be a plane. It kept getting brighter so I looked at and realized that lights were circling the craft and not stationary as a plane would be as it hovered gradually along the freeway behind my house heading towards the nearby river. I witnessed rectangular panel that lit up individually encircling the craft. There were yellow border lights around the panels that lit up horizontally and vertically every three panels or so. . Above that there were what seemed to be observation windows. I just stood in awe as it silently approached. The next moment it was so close I could distinguish the separate panels around the craft till it finally went behind a palm tree. That's when it hit me i must take a picture. I snapped a few shots. At that moment my dad looked out the blinds and I yelled for him to come quickly and I told him,"That's not a plane. He replied,"Well no! it's not those lights are going around it.". I hadn't told him what I saw but he confirmed it .

I witnessed a small, silent, unidentified low flying craft. It flew unlike other aircraft I have seen over 60 yrs.

I was returning to my tractor trailer at a large trucking depot. I have made a habit of always looking up as I have never seen a UFO in my 60 years. Always wondered if they were in fact real. This night I was 15 feet from my truck, it was parked in a row with other trucks that reach almost 14 feet high. They were blocking the flood lamps so I was peering at a hazy, few stars night sky. My estimation was the object came over at 100 feet. It looked like a rounded off square, flying corner first. It was bowed so the lateral corners were facing downward.It was smaller than maybe a Piper Cub aircraft, but not by much. Of course at that time it looked dark gray. Just lighter than the sky around it. It moved absolutely silently (the trucks were shut down for the night so it was dead quiet). There were very week pale white lights at the corner of each downward facing "wing". If I had not been looking up, I would never have known it came over. It vanished o! ver the top of the trailers and was gone.

Shiny silver disc shaped object hovering in sky for a few seconds, blinked and it was gone.

I was in stop and go traffic Southbound I-5 approaching the 205 Freeway. The sky was clear blue and I saw a shiny silver disk object in the sky.

I sat up in my seat to try to get a better look because I was thinking, is that an airplane? But the shape was long and flat with a raised top and it was so shiny. It seemed to be in the same place, hovering in the same spot in the sky. I blinked and it was gone.

I looked around the sky in every direction but there was nothing.

Bright light was stationary in the sky and then took off at an incredible speed before it disappeared completely.

We were driving home and saw what appeared to be an airplane at first glance, but was just a ball of white light that wasn't moving. My husband and I were looking at it when it took off at an incredible speed and disappeared. It wasn't close enough to tell what size or shape it was.

White disappearing ball of fire reappeared and then turned black.

Orange/yellow light, at first I thought it was a star, then maybe an airplane, but it appeared as though it was not moving.

It then started to look like it was getting smaller, so I assumed it was moving away from me, and then it disappeared.

Then, I passed by some trees and saw it again; this time, it looked like a white ball that was on fire; the fire was at the bottom of the object. I thought it might be a lantern-style firecracker, but it was too high to be any kind of firecracker. It disappeared again, and when it reappeared, it was black; then, it seemed to be near the horizon and fell.

After I witnessed this, I called my sister to tell her about it and my phone made a static sound it had never made before, then all went quiet, then my call was dropped.

When I was trying to call her back, I was going to turn off my phone, and instead just the screen turned off and then came back on and my YouTube app started up without being touched.

Object was moderately descending from a Northwest to Southeast direction at a 35 degree angle decent. Pretty sure it impacted.

Strange Star viewed under cloud cover...

On December 11th 2011 at approximately 4:00am we were leaving Lathrop, California to go fishing at a local Lake in Foothills East of Manteca.

As we were getting into truck we looked up Southwest direction and saw one of those sparkling stars that flashes different colors. I know what is said regarding what causes this but this time it was the only star seen in the sky due to the cloud cover???

Last month I watched one, then after it got light out I had to use binoculars. I watched it intermittently from 5:00am until 8:00am which had not moved the whole time from Vallejo, California. Looked like it was over Suisun Bay near Travis Air Force Base.

Formation of floating lights in Thanksgiving night sky

This report is in response to your segment on Coast to Coast AM on Thanksgiving night concerning the red/orange lights in the sky.

On Thanksgiving night November 24, 2011 at around 2030-2045 I stepped outside my house to go to work as a night security guard. In the Eastern sky over Lathrop CA and headed toward Manteca CA the next city over, there were about 8-10 red lights in formation floating in the sky. It seemed that the lights were moving slowly West to East.

At first I tried to rationalize the lights as Asian Sky Lanterns but all of the lights moved in formation like a flock of birds and always maintained the same speed and interval.

My neighbor also saw the lights, though I cannot say that he was sober that night. Hopefully this report is part of a bigger puzzle from that night.

my wife and i went driving to the store, and we stooped at a red light. then we saw a bright red light. it looked like a disk with fire in the sky. well we kept driving till we reached the store, and to my amazement the fire looking disk was still there. we looked south in the sky. the object began to move slowly down then stop then it appeared to disapere then reaper around the same place we first saw it. i knew it wasn't a anything from the airport because it moved like it was from a star-wars movie. at the end the object got so bright we actually thought it would explode and it looked like it did, but it turned into six blue lights in the sky, the blue lights sat in the sky all night.

Lathorp near Mantica 2:34am Sun 6/20/99 driving W on 205 two mi before city limit of Tracy, approx 1200 ft S of 205 FWY I noted a single glowing white global fireball size of a Union 76 gas station ball descending & burning up in atmosphere downwards free-falling in an scythe blade arc pattern from left to right & disappearing behind hills; clear sky, stars very visible, no moon

At approx 2:34 am on Sunday 6/20/99 I was driving West on the 205 in Lathorp near Mantica in Stanislaus County towards Tracy Calif with a passenger who also witnessed the bright glow of a solid object resembling a glowing white fireball free falling to the earth in an scythe/arc like pattern from left to right as it free fell while evidently in the process of disintegrating in the atmosphere. Object was a firey white globe the size of a Union 76 gas station advertising ball and diminished in size and brightness as it fell a vertical distance some 1000 feet, and disappeared behind the hills south of the 205 FWY, 2 miles east of the Tracy city limits. The evening was perfectly clear and still, no moon visible, many bright stars visible; very little traffic on the FWY at the time except a large McDonald's Restaurant supply 18 wheeler vehicle who must have also witnessed the event. There were no colours visible either inside or outside of the (single) object, and no impact was noted (assumed to have burned up before hitting ground); no noise noted, although my driver window was all the way down at the time of the sighting. Did not resemble the normal traverse of a bollide meteor, but seemed rather to be some sort of wreckage free falling from space and distintegrating due to contact with earth atmosphere. Did not seem to be intelligently operated, but in a kind of free fall as it disintegrated. No parts of the object seem to fly off, nor were there any sparks of any kind noticed at any time during the event which lasted a total of 5 (five) seconds in duration. Eyes of both driver and passenger were on the general area of the event prior to the event occurring, nor did either of us turn away during any part of its fall but our attention remained fixed on the object. Only one alcoholic beverage was imbibed by driver and passenger that night, approximately 4 hours prior to the event, and both driver and passenger were of "clear minds" and were fully awake and alert both prior and after the event. No other objec! ts were noted accompanying the object which seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, probably gradually gaining brightness as it fell to earth before disintegrating. Only a slight trail was noticed which quickly evaporated. The trail was a pure white with no colours noted. No camera was available for imprinting the image on light sensitive film as it fell. Duration of event: 5 seconds.
