About 6 or 7 military jets flew over at high altitude about 10 minutes before this event. While out herping my family and I witnessed a bright light come from the east over a nearby hill. It was making impossible maneuvers/movements in a diamond shape. It would move in right, down, left, right, down, left, up and stop, come closer to us and do the same thing for about 4-5 minutes. The closer it got, the more we became uncomfortable. We jumped in our vehicle and drove west to leave the area. We continued to watch it behind us as we drove, it climbed and disappeared into the south eastern sky.

I was driving around 10 pm Friday 7-29-2022 and witnessed 4-5 very large silent bursts of pale yellowish/white light in the sky. Unsure of height, maybe airplane level? Also, light bursts were spaced and not in the same spot - they would move further along in the sky and then voila another burst. Each light wouldn’t just disappear. They enfolded into themselves quickly kind of like clams. I tried to drive home quickly so I could get out and get a better look at them, but I lost sight of them.

Several shadow entities observed in the living room of my neighbors directly across the street from my residence.

On April 28, 2022, at approximately 9:15 PM, me and my spouse were sitting on the porch of our house, when we noticed several shadow entities floating/gliding back and forth in the living room across the street of our neighbors house. The neighbors were not home at the time and they had their window blinds halfway open and the light in the living room was on. The shadows entities appeared to be playfully chasing each other back and forth, from left to right and back again.

My wife then asked me if I was seeing what she was seeing, and I told that I did. I then proceeded to walk across the street to get a better view when a thought entered my mind not to disturb them or approach any further.

I then sat back down and we proceeded to observe them for approximately 5 minutes before we decided to retire for the night. The following morning at approximately 8:00 AM, I went back outside and noticed that the blinds were completely open and the rising sun was from the rear of the house and noticed a tall dark shadow entity float from right to left and disappeared.

Several weeks later, we were watching a documentary on the ancient Native American petroglyphs at Sego Canyon, Utah and saw ‘the exact same’ shadow figure depicted on one of the canyon walls. The figures were approximately 7 to 8 feet tall, thin and black in color. They had no eyes or limbs but did appear human like in shape. The head did not appear round but looked like a triangle instead. Again, no legs or arms were visible on the entities.

At no time did we feel threatened or endangered by what we witnessed that night. Me and my wife are both prior military and I’m currently a retired federal law enforcement officer.

Cylinder object with circulating white light over my home. It sped off at over light speed into a portal.

Looking at stars and a meteor type of object travelled extremely quickly across sky travelling directly North and stopped for a second or so over my house at approximately 40-80k feet. After the object stopped, it drifted and appeared as a satellite, a second later the object quickly changed direction and moved at a 45 degree angle. As it moved, a bright white light like a old flash camera hit me directly in that the light did not illuminate my surroundings. The craft then stopped and the white light flash happened again. The craft was motionless for a few seconds just before speeding off into a white particle tunnel like plume.As it sped off into the portal, the craft travelled at faster than light as the craft was several inches ahead of the light trail emitted when it hit its warp drive. Also was dramatic take off from the stopped craft position in that it travelled straight up, stopped moved directly sideways, the straight into the portal. The whole sighting took only 10 seconds, however I checked my watch immediately before the encounter and it said 11:45pm. When I looked at my watch immediately after the incident, was 11:48pm. The sighting was too fast for me to record photos or video.

Traveling West on Hwy 18 between 7th St and the 15 Fwy 2 hexagon shaped objects appeared at cloud level pointed South bound. They were dark colored but transluscent. It seem like the were behind a sheer cloud cover. There were no lights. One object was flying on it’s side like a flounder and the other one was flying flat. They hovered over the 15 Fwy and Hwy 18 for about 40 to 45 seconds. The one flying on it’s side was in front and the other one was hovering right over the back of the one in front and did a tight circle around the one in front. They appeared out now where and disappeard the same way.

We witnessed a strange cloud formation that went for about 100 miles it was unusual clouds never before seen clouds formation like it, it either came from or went into some sort of a Vortx it look like a worm hole vortex I was taking pictures of it in the first picture that we took capture a cigar shaped UFO. Very unusual but from the onset of the siding of this cloud formation I knew right away that it was not natural.

I kept talking about how it looks like some sort of a wormhole or Some sort of a time travel Vortx or I thought maybe they were bombarding the atmosphere with those Haarp frequencies So we were taking pictures and I look at the picture and lo and behold there in the very first picture was a UFO.

Large Chrome Metallic Missile Shaped UFO Travelling At High Rate Of Speed.

Was in the car with wife today and about about 1pm or thereafter we were traveling on a busy road and in the span of about 1 to 2 seconds I saw a chrome Missile shaped craft falling to the earth at about a 45 degree angle. About as fast as a meteorite, but cylinder shaped, sort of pointed on each end and long and super shiny metallic skin. It seemed to be about 2 or 3 miles away but who can know for certain. There was no noise or impact cloud or anything, we kept looking. Because there were home tops, I could not actually see where it went down, but it was over Apple Valley, California, today.

Really super bizarre thing to see. Also, it was very much solid looking and not a reflection in the car window. Very 3 dimensional. It had to of impacted at an super high velocity.

One of the trippyest things I have seen in the sky. Super fast! Almost thought it was an ICBM, but it did not have a trail.

Glowing orb hovers in southern Utah for over four hours.

On Sunday, September 25, 2016, I was in my backyard and saw a bright object in the sky and went into the house and told my wife that there was a drone flying over our yard. It looked to me to be about 600-700 feet in the air, above the mesa behind us. I watched it move slowly along the mesa from west to east until it was out of sight.

The following day, Monday, the object appeared again but was higher in the sky. My wife came out to look at it, and I called some neighbors also. This was approximately 3:30-4:00 pm. One neighbor had a rifle with a high-powered scope, and some binoculars. He said that the object was definitely not a drone, but looked like a disk. He described the object as having a red light and was glowing. His estimate was the object was at about 1500 feet. He apparently took photos, but unfortunately he left town for his work, and we do not have access to his photos yet.

I took pictures with my everyday camera but there is not a really good shot. The object appeared to change shape from round to triangular. I found an old pair of binoculars that were water damaged. I did manage to get a better look. My wife and I both saw the object as a glowing orb; it was luminescent and slowly shifted its shape and colors. Our small camera picked up bright pink “auras” or “energy waves,” which were also sometimes visible to the naked eye.

At one point a low-flying jet appeared out of nowhere, and not on a regular flight route or elevation. It looked almost like two aircraft were flying together, one just above the other. A few minutes later, another plane flew by. My wife describes them as “ghost” planes, because they were so out of place and looked like they were in a haze.

The object moved slowly, almost imperceptibly, towards the west and the setting sun. When the sun disappeared behind the mesa, the object remained in the same place above the mesa. I made a small fire and stayed outside well after dark to watch the object. Around 8:15 pm, I saw it become slightly larger and brighter, then it suddenly extinguished.

My wife and I are over 60 years old, and neither of us has seen anything like this ever. We have lived in our home for 18 years and have never seen anything unusual in our skies.

HUGE craft with 3 lights, moved very slowly and made NO sound.

On November 7, 2015, at approximately 6:00 pm, I witnessed what at first I thought were 3 airplanes following very closely to each other in the distance. I realized that the lights were moving too slow to be 3 aircraft, so I watched them as they got closer. When I realized that the lights were all on one “object”, moving VERY slowly and making NO sound, I went inside to get my roommate to witness this sighting too. The craft was “diamond” shape with one light (white) at the front, one light (white) in the middle and one light (red) at the end. It was heading in a northeast direction and moving very slow, like a blimp. There was absolutely NO sound. There were no other airplanes in the sky at this time. My best estimation of its size is if you were to hold a dollar bill up to the sky, the length of this craft would probably have been about the length of 1/2 of the dollar bill.

I am positive that other people saw this craft because when my daughter-in-law went to work the following Monday, one of her co-workers asked her if she saw the UFO. It really freaked her out. I sent an email on Sunday morning (Nov. 8, 2015) to the editor of the local newspaper (The Daily Press, Victorville, Calif.) describing what I saw and asking if there were other witnesses. The response I got was a joke. I was told that what I saw was going to be on the front page of the Sunday paper, a missile launch! I emailed him back, insisting that what I saw was no missile launch. The fact alone that it was NOT streaking across the sky should have been his first clue. I got no follow up response.

Large fast moving light over Mojave desert moving left to right as we observed it in the east with about 15 seconds duration

we noticed a bright light moving from the north west to the south east, east of our location. it did not streak across the sky like shooting star, but much faster than an air liner. I was unusual enough , that we went from our back yard to the front yard to observe the large bright light. we watched for about 5 more seconds stating to one another. What do think that is? then it just went out. Gone. This sighting was unusual enough that we decided to report it. Mysterious bright orange ball of light glides across high desert sky Easter Sunday evening

Easter night, clear skies, no wind. Noticed a bright orange light moving across the sky. There were several planes visible during this time too that were much smaller dots in the sky with blinking lights as you'd expect to see on aircraft. I'm also familiar with what satellites look like too.

This orange light was a solid light that almost seemed to twinkle as it moved across the sky toward the south. Much bigger in size than the surrounding aircraft flying in the vicinity, but still obviously distant in the clear sky. After watching it move in awe trying to run to every rational checklist I could think of for about 3-4 minutes it just suddenly disappeared. Like the bright orange light had been flicked off like a light switch.

My son witnessed this first event with me. I told my husband as we loaded our kids in our separate vehicles, after visiting family for Easter. He had just missed the sight and blew me off when I told him I couldn't logically explain wh! at I had just seen.

We drove around the corner approx 1/4 mi. to our home. As we both pulled our vehicles in the driveway I noticed the bright orange light again! It was back to the north of us again moving in the same direction the other light had.

This time my husband saw it too. We stood in our street watching this mysterious light move silently to the south for just under 5 minutes. Just like before it seemed to suddenly disappear.

My husband told me he was sorry for not taking me seriously the first time for he too could offer no plausible explanation.

We waited about another 10 min outside scanning the sky and only saw the obvious aircraft and stars in the sky. Then I spent 15 min. inside trying to assure my son it was a balloon or something, because he was very unsettled about the sighting.

I did not want him to worry so I fibbed and told him it was probably blown away from a nearby business.

I couldn't convince myself though because the object was way too bright to be a balloon, or a candle inside a plastic bag as my mom suggested wh en I called her and told her what we saw. And why the twinkling effect then? Was it surrounded by a material that bends light as it emits or passes thru the object?

I'm convinced this is not a case of mistaken identity. Something weird and curious passed thru the high desert sky tonight.

4 flying orange bright ball shape objects that I filmed at night. I have never seen anything like it before

I was standing outside having a smoke and I look to the right and I seen, then filmed 4 bright orange round objects flying in the same straight pattern coming from the top of houses and not going much higher all the way across the sky. The objects seemed to grow larger then they all glowed even bigger and brighter then they al got a bit smaller and then stayed lit. I'm only 13 miles from a major airport and very well aware of what any airplane is flying at night with their lights blinking and on. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life.

I can share the phone camera videos if you tell me what these are and write back

((ADDENDUM/REVISED STATEMENT FROM WITNESS))

I was standing outside having a smoke facing south and I looked to the right (west) and I seen a bright orange round object flying just over the tree tops moving to the Southeast.

As I watched it coming closer, it seemed to get larger all of a sudden then shrink in size then it glowed in a pulsating manner. I then pulled out my cell phone video camera and then all of a sudden there was another one coming from the same direction and it did the same thing. I filmed a total of four of them and they were in sight for about 30 to 40 seconds each. I'm only 13 miles from a major airport in Minneapolis, MN, and very well aware of what any airplane is flying at night with their lights blinking on and off. These were not airplanes.

Again, this was filmed on December 25, 2013 at 6:30 PM Central time. After more research, I have now ELIMINATED the thought of one of these 4 filmed objects in the sky of possibly being a recent sighting of a red meteor shower because they move downward and these had no tails, these objects were going sideways from west to east. I ELIMINATED the thought of one of these possibly being an orange chinese lantern because if they are carried by the wind, the winds were going SW that day and at the time recorded, and these objects were moving SE.

I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life.

Report of red lights in sky with vivid accurate discriptions and pictures of objects.

the night of Feb 3rd 2013 after watching the super bowl (alone did not have anything to drink) I was leaving my apartment to go to my office and get a file for an appointment I had the next morning.

As I am leaving the driveway I see a large red light in the sky to the south east. I think to myself this is probably mars. Mars behind some thin clouds as it also had a red glow I was assuming from shining through clouds. It seemed too big to me to be Mars but I was still going with that notion until it moved.

Some background about me. I am an avid aviation person. I have my own aviation website. I am a student pilot and have soloed. I have served in the Air Force and have 20/25 vision. Better than average. I can tell you what an aircraft is from a distance of miles and my head always turns to the sky when I see something (anything) flying. I keep a pair of binoculars in the car and pull over when I see something I want to check out further.

This night when I headed out the driveway I stopped when I saw the red light. I got out of the car with my binoculars and began watching. As I am watching the object faded out as if it went further into a cloud and just got swallowed up. I have seen that with aircraft before. As I took my binoculars from my eyes I instantly saw out of my peripheral the same object or one like it. This time it was east about 100 degrees. This time it seemed closer and had the same red center and red glow but this time it had a short searchlight about 35 degrees wide. Again I thought it’s in clouds and the searchlight must be hitting the outer edges thus stopping and not going to infinity. The searchlight was panning up and down and in every direction and seemed to me at least from my vantage point to be on a single plain, as in it wasn’t round it was a flattened light. During this time the object/craft is moving a short distance in its general area. Not hovering but not really covering any g! round just staying in a relative position in the sky. I realized then that there was not a cloud in the sky. None just clear sky and stars…

I decided I needed a witness so I was going to call my friend and get him to look outside. Instead I decided even if I got him on the phone he may not get out of wherever he was as see it in time so I decided to take my phone and take pictures instead… I got 4 good pictures at full zoom… With each picture I am watching the craft in between shots as what I see in the view finder is a speck compared to what I actually see with my eye. After the fourth Picture I pulled the camera/phone away from my face and see it is shooting down towards the ground it seems slow and takes about 10 seconds but the distance it went was a good distance across the sky so I know it was much faster than it seemed. An aircraft such as a Cessna could not cover that much ground that fast, and also do the slow hovering it had been doing… The craft shot to the ground and left a trail or light path of dashed lines to the ground I looked at the pictures after it was too low to the ground and had passed behind trees and houses. I did not realize I caught this on camera. I at first thought image 4 was a blur because I moved the camera. Upon examination and thinking about it. I had captured the first part of the shooting towards the ground. I realized this because there were 2 objects in the picture. One blurred and one not blurred. If I had moved the camera then both objects would have blurred. There is definite shape to the second object and with enhancement it becomes much clearer.

The other 3 images the craft were centered and the pictures came out with one image containing 2 craft.

I only saw one craft with my eyes but 2 are visible in the pictures. What I saw with my eye and what the eye of the camera saw were different. My eye sees subtle things like a glow while the camera picks up things fainter than I can see. Together they paint a picture of a craft I do not have knowledge of and cannot explain.

2 Red and 2 yellow teardrops seen "playing" over Apple Valley, CA

I went outside and immediately saw two bright red teardrop lights moving south to north. I estimated them to be 1/4 -1/2 mile from the ground. From my perspective, taking into account that they were about 300 yards from where I was standing, they looked to be about 18 inches tall, so up close they would have been pretty good sized.

They appeared to be playing, moving in random directions. The one in the lead would stop and go back toward the second light which would move sideways. It reminded me of a slow game of tag. The first would stop then move ahead of the second light again. They also moved in a slight crescent pattern at times.

After a few minutes, they ascended at a fair rate of speed, both following the same path. It took 1-2 minutes for them to be too small to be seen through the camera lens but they could still be seen with the naked eye.

Within 30 seconds of them being too high to catch on camera, a bright yellow teardrop came from the same direction and followed the same path the red ones had taken into the sky. As the yellow light began to ascend, a fourth teardrop, also bright yellow, appeared following the same path as the first three. They were completely silent and all four lights went directly towards Saiph Kappa, part of the Orion constellation. None deviated from this path.

UFO with lights and Several planes flying underneath with only one plane coming from North got close to it.

I was on my front porch sitting and looked in the sky to the east and seen a craft with lights flashing Red, Green, Blue and it would fly up, move left and right. Also there are so many little planes with lights that are flying under it like every few minutes..then one flew back from the south that plane flew closer to the UFO then any of the others. Most of the planes appeared to be coming from North/East and going South under the UFO. This leads me to believe that Military are aware of this. Ive sat on my porch and Never noticed all the little planes with the lights flashing. I know the difference cus I seen many big planes flying tonight that was not around this. I witnessed the UFO flying up higher when the little planes were flying underneath it. Now I see two lights maybe little planes staying still not directly under UFO.

i was taking trash out to edge of street about 9:45 looked up and over to my right and thought i seen the northern lights but after continuing looking i seen like a circular form of lights in the clouds, you could see it perfectly slanted and light formation in the sky, it seemed if though the lights turned slowly,and you could see the lights beaming off of the clouds, i myself and my children tried to get footage but it would not come in on our videos,we tried several times and finally gave up ....occasionally i would go back out to look to see if the object was still visible, it was for several minutes. after a while i went again and the clouds were no longer there and neither the object,

the sky was extremely clear, as if there had never been a cloud in the sky, i mean it was so clear i could count every star.

Large star like object , moving with a high rate of speed across the sky.

Object was first sighted in the northwest traveling with great speed on a definite route to southeast. It was lower than a star but higher than a commercial aircraft. It was all white like a bright star, no blinking, no sound, no trail of any kind. There was no change in speed or direction, it appeared to be on a definite flight path which never changed and it was observed until out of sight. There was considerable cloud cover however, due to its brightness, we were able to follow its path even through the clouds. We had expected a meteor shower, but never anything like this.

10 witnessess saw a redish orange glowing silent object starting in the south hemisphere and dissappearing 3-4 min later in the north

There was 1 redish orange glowing object. It didn't flash like a plane it glowed redish orange and made no noise at all and went in any path it chose. sometimes in circles as this picture attests.

My wife attempted to photograph it coming at us but the camera wouldn’t focus. This picture captured it's behavior going away from us . . . . the tree is not moving but the object is going in what ever direction it wishes as it headed north!

The color never faded until it disappeared in the distance. It started in the southern hemisphere and after about 2-4 minutes disappear to the North.

as i was heading east on a dirt road approximately 5 miles west of interstate 15, i noticed 2 small orange lights in the distance, above what seemed to be apple valley, or lucerne valley ca.

as i stopped to watch, one of the lights turned into 2, then 3, then 4 going from right to left. and the other light followed suit.

then the all faded off one by one in the same order leaving a faint trail that didn't last but 2 seconds. then the lights appeared again but going from left to right. and again disappearing.

these lights were well above the height of any of the hills in and around the area.

Two aircraft looked like they were gonna collide and after passing there were 3 or 4.

At about 5:03pm today Feb 18, 2011, I looked up into the sky facing west and I saw 2 seemingly to me jet aircraft heading towards each other. One was heading east and one was heading west. The aircraft that had 4 vapor trails was heading east. The aircraft that was heading west had 2 vapor trails.

Both aircraft looked like they were heading for a collision when the east bound aircraft seemingly pulled up and appeared to have dropped something. The west bound aircraft seemingly maintained its course and dropped something as well. The aircraft that was heading east seemed to have accelerated significantly.

It appeared that both items dropped had vapor trails and started heading east. My dad came outside and saw 3 aircraft’s vapor trails 2 heading west and one heading east.

My Husband and I were out for an evening walk. We were walking South on Fort Ln. we turned right on Pearl Rd. We were now heading West. My brother in law and I went to get pizza in Ontario. We were driving back to my father in law's house, who lived about a 1/4 of a mile away from me. We were heading South on Fort Ln. We were almost to his house, when we noticed a UFO hovering over the field in front of us. We sped up, and the closer we got, it started moving North, slowly. We turned right onto Pearl Rd, heading West. Then we turned left onto Pitman Ln. We were now heading south again. The UFO was now to our left & the faster we drove, the fast the UFO was going. We reached speeds of 70 mph and the UFO shot off very fast into the sky and was gone.

High Altitude Bright Objects appearing in the sky accompanied by smaller, faster objects.

At 9:00 pm over Apple Valley Ca, my family and I witnessed a huge, stationary bright amber and white object that appeared out of thin air. As the object got to its largest size a smaller object zoomed past it at a high rate of speed and stopped.

It then continued north towards Barstow Ca. As the small craft left the area, The large craft/object faded and shrunk until it disappeared.

After the first sighting we started to see high altitude objects that looked and maneuvered like the first small craft. We counted 10 of these strange UFO things in the same vicinity, one after another.

This is the first time reporting, however, we have been witness to several unexplainable sightings over the past couple of years.

This was by far the most exciting and the most objects in the same area at the same time that we have seen.

I was driving home on Yucaloma Rd, when I looked in the sky and saw 6 very bright lights. I pulled the car over and me and the passenger watched as the lights floated silently fairly close to the ground. The lights, which originally were 4 in a string, and two more off to the side, suddenly became 3 on each craft. They started flying North East and as they came overhead we could see that the lights were two seperate triangle shaped crafts. They seemed to be black or some other dark color. It wasn't completely dark outside, so when they flew over us we could see their shape.

They were also very silent, and started to move very quickly and eventually were gone. Me and the passenger both believe in ufo's, as in, we believe there could be aliens, or it could also just be a secret military craft. But the area they were in is no where near a millitary base.

Dancing White Lights In The Sky During Bright Day

At 8:43 am, Saturday June 14th, in Apple Valley, Minnesota I was woken up by my mother telling me that they are seeing UFOs outside their bedroom windows.

We looked out the window and there where dozens of little white lights, way for out in the sky in the South East direction.

When we watched, there where a few seconds where there was nothing, then lights, some brighter then others, dancing, spinning, and shooting across the sky. Many stopped and changed directions, shooting up, down and all around.

We stood there for about 15-20 min, they where there still where dancing. We moved to the other side of the house to see form a different window; we only saw one or two.

Panoche Experience three lights three crafts three witnesses

While driving north on I-5 near Panoche Rd my friends and I noticed a craft approaching us from the north east at a low elevation it had three large white lights under the craft that turned on and off. I could see the glow from the heat when the lights turned off. I also looked under the craft briefly as it passed over us, it didn't have any characteristics of a helicopter nor any sound for being so close to our car. A couple more started circling around us while one got behind us and followed us for a awhile. I saw a UFO that was brightly lit, with a pattern on the side, in the middle of the night.

This either happened on the night of November 9th or 11th 2004, as I remember it being that week and a Tuesday or Wednesday night. I was 11 years old and was sleeping in my living room as I couldn't sleep in my bedroom. I could not fall asleep. I noticed around 1 am I noticed a bright light coming through the shades of the window. I got up and looked through the shades. As it was winter time, there was no leaves or trees blocking the sky. When I looked out I saw a very large disk that appeared to be close by, but I could not tell how close, or where it could have possibly landed because this was in the middle of the neighborhood. I felt as though I was hypnotized and stood there staring at it for over five minutes while it slowly, and silently, moved down below the horizon. It was a disk shape and completely glowed like the color of a highlighter. I remember staring at it and seeing a pattern on the side of the disk that shined in white. It was hard to make out because it was white on neon yellow. However, the pattern I was able to make out and later recognized as a meander pattern from greek mythology. I do not know why I didn't run to wake anyone up. It was completely silent and completely calm. I am unsure how close the craft was but it was close enough to see great detail. I would estimate 300 yards or closer. There were no negative feelings and I do not remember what happened afterwards. It has been nearly 20 years and I remember this like it was yesterday.

approximately at 16:19 I was observing the sky (it was beautiful) and there were a few passenger planes passing, going in and out clouds. Then I noticed from far away an object coming towards me from the north (i think); it was far away so i thought to myself "hm that plane looks like a UFO, but the closer it was coming the more obvious it became to me that it was UFO! It never hit the clouds, so i can say its size was smaller then the passenger airplanes (more than twice), it was flying approximately twice the speed of the planes (constant speed), but i didn't have any means to capture the image. It appeared to me as a silver shining ball, very vivid. This is first time in my life I've seen a ufo during the day time and that vivid. I've seen them at night many years ago, but this was something.

My son and I were heading south on Kiowa road around 2:45-3:00 pm,still plenty of daylight.I had an urge to look up in the sky.The reflection,like from a mirror in the sun caught my eye. The craft was cheveron shaped, light in color.The top was more of a white color and the bottom portion was metal, shinny. I told my son to look as I also said it is a UFO.Look at it it has to be, the shape isnt like a plane.Then it just vanished.I asked my son,ok if it wasnt , then where did it go?

Sphere shaped object floating next to moon.

My friend and i were jumping on his trampoline at about 3:00 in the afternoon when I saw a shpere shaped object floating in the sky, easily visible with the naked eye, next to the moon (this was one of the days when you can see the moon during the day). My friend looked at it and called for his dad. His dad didn't know what it was either so he called his wife and daughter, but no one knew what it was. So after a few minutes my friends dad got out a telescope for a closer look and we all looked through it. It was big but i don't know how big and it was just floating there very very slowly moving closer to the moon. It was silver and very shiny. We all just went on with what we were doing and i checked for it again and it was gone.

Slow moving light very simular to airplane landing light with long trail of red sparks.

I was riding in our minivan stopped at a red light waiting to make a left hand turn. I noticed what appeared to me as a airplane landing light slowly moving towards the north-east. While looking at the bright white light I noticed a trail of red sparks coming from the light,formimg a tail. It appeared as a airplane was crashing to the ground. I followed the light until it dissapeared over the horizon. I did not tell others until after it was gone, what I had seen,Because I was unsure of what I had seen. Within two minutes I explianed to my wife what I saw and she told me she had read about a meteor shower in the newspaper that morning.I did not see any sign of it hitting the ground.I am a computer specialist with a B.A. degree in Earth Science.

Canyon Balls in Apple Valley California.

I was hiking with my father and brother in the rock hills behind our house when I noticed a flash of light coming from a canyon about 2-300 yards away. I turned to look at it and I saw a small metalic ball hovering above the canyon peak. Just then It started to move slowly, then shot away in a weternly direction. I think it was about the size of a BB held at arms length.I got a good look at it. It moved so fast I could hardly follow it with my eyes. My father saw one of these almost twenty years ago, and chased it with his airplane.

3 observers witnessed a "manta-ray" shaped craft move west over mountain range for 30 min. No lights or windows were visable.VERY LARGE!

Witnesses observed very large "manta-ray" shaped object approximately 7 - 8 miles away move slowly west over a mountain range. The object was larger than blimp size and was solid black with no reflective surfaces. Observer 1 ( writing this summary ) huried into house a got a pair of binoculars ( 10x50 ) and observed the object for a couple of minutes. I then proceeded to locate our 35mm camera and snap off 6 pictures. Unfortunately when I went to rewind the film for developing it was no longer in the camera and is still missing. The first thing I did when I picked up the camera was to look through the little window to see the type of film and number of exposures on it ( 200 ASA 24 exp ) I then looked at how many exposures were left ( all 24 ) and proceede to the back porch to take my 6 photos. What happened to the film is still a mystery, but this object was a very symetrical structured craft that was so black it looked like a hole in the sky. There were no lights or windows visable.

Three bright lights moving in a triangular pattern and then seperating

One summer evening when I was around twelve years old I observed what appeared to be three bright lights moving in the sky.

At first these lights seemed to move together in triangular formation, but then would seperate and move in impossisble geometrical patterns. The lights did not appear to change color and made no sound.

Excited about what I was seeing I ran to get a friend of mine and he also observed the same strange lights moving in the sky.

My friend suggested that I get my binoculars and when I came back he said the lights had just shot off.

Not long after observing the lights a helicopter appeared circling the area.

Daytime / air to air near miss / sighting

This incident occurred on a cross country flight from Palm Springs CA, to Apple Valley, CA at approx. 2:30 in the afternoon , July 1979.

I was flying one of the required cross country practice flights needed for a private pilot’s license. I was with my instructor at the time and had been flying on instruments only (IFR) for 20-30 min. At the time we were mid-way between Palm Springs and Apple Valley, which was our destination.

We were approx. north-east of Big Bear when my instructor said to me that “we have traffic at 12:00”. This statement was to notify me that we had converging aircraft directly in front of us. This in itself was alarming because federal regulations state that all west and east converging aircraft were to fly at 1000 feet separation plus 500. This aircraft was obviously ignoring the rules because he was heading straight at us! As this object approached closer and we prepared for evasive maneuvering, we noticed that this object was void of any type of wing surfaces, propellers, engine nacelles, or landing gear. As we drew closer the object seemed to veer and passed off our left wing at approx. 100 feet. At this distance it simply appeared as a metallic sphere. It left no contrail, had no cockpit, and was most certainly moving under its own power on a flat trajectory.

My estimation of its closing speed was that it was flying close to ours, based on my past experiences with other aircraft in close proximity. At the time we were flying in the 120mph range. The time available to see this machine was probably no more that 5-6 seconds at the most.

Once it passed, I banked sharply to get on its tail. But by the time we were in position…it was simply..gone! Nothing had been said between my instructor and I during this entire event, until after we had finished looking for the object. I asked him “what was that?” His response was that he had no idea, and then told me “when we get back, don’t say a word about this ok?” And I never did. Not until almost 20 years later, when I found him again flying for a major airline, and had a chance to speak with him about it. All our recollections matched, and we both were still perplexed as to what that thing might have been.

Since those days I have acquired a commercial pilot’s license and flown professionally. I have also acquired several degrees, one of which is in Aeronautics. And in addition, I became a federally licensed aviation maintenance technician.

Now I am a public school teacher at the secondary level and teach technology education and aviation science classes.

And NONE of my training, education, or professional experiences has helped me to explain what I saw that hot summer afternoon so long ago.
