Star like craft moving, hovers, changes direction

I was getting ready for work at about 135 am, and my dog needed to go outside. I almost never, if ever, have actually gone out with her whenever she needs to go out because I'm usually in a hurry to leave.

Something pulled me outside with her, I had the strong urge to go outside and look up. As I did, I noticed, coming from the east, what I at first glance thought was the International Space Station. It was moving in a similar trajectory, and had a similar brightness.

However after a few seconds I realized I would have an alert on my phone if any satellite, or ISS was passing over head. I also realized it was far too low, bright, and a little too fast to be ISS or any satellite.

I immediately thought, maybe this is a UFO? That would be very weird if it all of a sudden stopped. Which it did, as soon as I thought that. The ball of light hovered for about 20-30 seconds, and I stood at it in awe. It then slowly started moving toward my home, stopped, changed direction, and stopped again. It also dimmed its brightness to near disappearing, then lit up again during this time.

As it dimmed, I squinted and had to focus because I saw movement near the craft. I noticed 3-4 other extremely dim craft zipping around near the main one. There seemed to be some sort of interaction going on between them. The craft then lit up to full brightness again and I lost sight of the smaller, much dimmer craft zipping around.

I continued to watch in awe for a few more moments as it slowly started going to the west, towards downtown Antioch. I thought to myself I want to wake my wife up and go grab my phone inside, but had the feeling as soon as I went inside, the craft would be gone.

I had a missing time experience in 2008, with two other people in the vehicle, and a UFO sighting in this same area 7 years later. It has nearly been 10 years since my last sighting, and I am starting to believe these craft come back into my life every 7-10 years. I know what I saw the other night was not of this earth. And I will never forget it.

Look up saw a orb brighter than any star or planet in the sky floating north going towards Travis Air Force Base.

Walking my dog in school baseball field a bright white orb it looks like a floating planet catches my eye I look up and it's on top of my head I start flicking my lighter it stops hovers on top of my head with no sound bright now turns bright red this is at 9:00 at night it notices me it stops for about 3 minutes it's just floating over my head I'm watching it it's watching me and then it starts to float North towards Sacramento county then I go into the light it comes back towards me and it hovers over my head again bright red then it turns back to White then a jet started coming so the Red orb goes to the South and turns green stops and turns bright red and starts floating towards the Antioch bridge but now it's all red with green on the bottom and it floats towards Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield but right before this I seen bright white orbs they look like floating planets a planet floating brighter than anything in the sky get bright but when I show that I see them with my flashlight or get under a street light they stop and turn their lights off like a child then disappear then reappear and keep floating every evening I walk my dog for the last 3 years and every night I see the same things floating orbs brighter than anything in the sky Orange orbs that float on top of my house stop I'll get my neighbors and it'll just sit on top of the house and about an hour they float away and sometimes White orbs when I'm walking will follow me to my house but after a while you get used to it even people in my neighborhood when I'm walking say to me look up and see that in the sky and I say yes and they say the same thing we see them everynite and one neighbor pointed it out to me one night and it stopped right on top of the school and me and the neighbor watched it as it eventually floated away but she said that they follow her too Antioch is a hotspot but tonight it was different it was so bright bright red and a dark black sky and when it turned white you didn't know the difference between a star or a planet but when it turns back to red you knew it wasn’t normal then it noticed the jet turned white and floated South opposite direction stopped turn green then back to red floating towards the river so far it's the best thing I seen until tomorrow I don't understand how every night no one else sees these bright things floating hovering in Antioch right next to Travis Air Force Base and nothing is ever recognized on the news nothing I mean these unidentified hovering objects in the they're floating in the airspace that jets are in and Travis Air Force Base should know these things are floating right over there base I've seen so many everynite for the last 10 years I am not shocked scared or even pay no mind now for the fact that I know them and they know me they know where I live they know I walk my dog and I think that they know I am no one to fear but what I seen tonight was worth letting the world know that Antioch is the place to see things I was never going to talk about everything about Antioch but what I seen tonight it should be known

See in the sky a lime green oval object, up in the sky, moving very quickly without any other lights. 3x size of plane

My boyfriend and I took our dogs to the park across the street after swimming. I always look at the sky and stars and was admiring when I notice a huge sideways lime green oval light up in the sky. Moving much quicker than any plane, helicopter or even jet I've ever seen. No light trails or any other light source like blinking lights. It was only the glowing, kind of hazy lime green light. And I started asking my boyfriend if he saw what I did and we discussed and ruled out several things such as a falling star or aircraft. I would say it looked about 3x the size of a plane and seemed up very high although it's hard to judge. We watched it go from one side of the sky to the other until we couldn't see it anymore past the tree tops. We searched for any information online and found nothing.

I wish I had gotten a photo but originally I hadn't even wanted to get out of the car, but did so reluctantly and left my phone in it as we walked into the park.

We seen three lights moving in fast formations above the apartment across from us. They were at first in a straight line but very quickly moved into a triangle formation. They were moving very fast in perfect formation of a triangle. The triangle was spinning in a circle but staying in unison almost perfectly from what we could tell. Then the lights went dim until my camera could not register them and the night sky went black and about two minutes ago they reappeared as I'm typing this . There's no way a plane or helicopter could move like what I seen . I have a short video too but it isn't very clear. The light just went out out of nowhere one at a time . Idk how to explain it .

While walking my dog in the early evening on 5/7/21 in Antioch, California around 9:15 p.m., I saw lights about the size of stars moving across the sky. They appeared to be moving in pairs of two. They weren't blinking and seemed to appear out of one part of the sky and then disappear in another part. They faded in one part of the sky and faded out in another.

They were moving from West to East. In all there were probably 15-20 pairs before the phenomena ended.

My boyfriend and I were stargazing in our backyard looking SE at Jupiter and Saturn when what appeared to be a star in between them started to brighten. Object became unnaturally bright are large. It continued to brighten and grow then it shrunk and dimmed back to normal size star. It then brightened again and flew sideways to the right until it was above My. Diablo barely above the skyline. It brightened and dimmed, disappeared and reappeared back closer to the SE then is rapidly dropped down towards earth as it fades like a meteor falling to earth. It reappeared suddenly back in sky near SE and brightened then moved to a position right below Saturn. It stayed stationary for a minute then brighten and grew in size and started to move vertically until it was high above Saturn. It then stopped brightened and grew until it was difficult to look at then shrunk and dimmed and brighten and grew once more and then dimmed and shrunk and shot sideways toward the west! and faded to nothing quickly like a shooting star across sky.

Summary Description: Bright round object, grows,brightens, dulls,and shrinks multiple times as it moves around SE sky.

STRANGE ROW OF TINY STAR-LIKE DOTS TRAVELING IN A LINE, EVENLY SPACED AND GOING THE SAME SPEED.

Earlier this evening at approximately 8:30 p.m. in Antioch, California, I got on my bike and rode to my neighbors house to hang out..he was working on a car in his driveway so I got off my bike and sat on the curb. I looked up at the night sky and I noticed what looked like very faint satelite. Instead of just one like I usually see, there was at least 30 that i saw and they were headed in one direction, at the exact same speed, in a single file line but there were a few that werent. They were spaced apart evenly and there was no sound. There was no twinkling like stars. They were just dim points of light that looked exactly like a satellite.

It was approximately 3:30 AM here in Antioch, California. I was on my front porch with my fiancé and I look directly in front of me and there is a tree in front of my home and I look up above the tree and suddenly a circular fire ball shaped object is going up into the sky very quickly and at first I did not know what exactly it was because it was happening so fast I told my fiancé to look quickly hurry and look quickly and suddenly the fire ball shaped object stopped in the middle of the sky and then it began to head off and change shape and to the opposite direction across the sky and it changed shape into some kind of saucer or object with jet thrusters on each side but in the middle it had an oval shape and it was blinking 4 to 5 lights or six lights very quickly, very quickly, different colored lights, very quickly it was not of a man-made flying device it was across the sky within 20 to 30 seconds completely across the sky and gone it was amazing I a! m in shock... I hope I am able to see this event again one day and if I am not I will never forget that moment in my life ever.

My fiancé tried to record it on his cell phone but he did not have a very good image visual but our voices were recorded over it during the time of the event.

Speedy orange oddly shaped ufo during twilight

Tuesday, April 3, 2018, 12:05 AM. Twilight. My fiancé were driving on a popular road in our city. As we are driving we see an orange ball in the skies headed towards us. Literally seconds later, the object is hovering above us at least 100 feet from landing. It made no sound at all. The object resembled like orange octopus shaped light with 3 legs/tentacles on each side up close. Its motion and movements as it hovered were as graceful as a jellyfish. Seconds later it ascends back into the sky flying in all sorts of spontaneous angles.

We follow it for a few seconds, and then poof like magic, it disappears into the night sky. Something I will never forget in life. Amazing and chilling all in one.

While driving Southeast on Interstate 24 I saw a Conical shaped extremely bright white object that appeared moving from left to right in the vision of my windshield covering about 90% of the area of my windshield. It seemed to take 5 to 6 seconds to cross the windshield. The brightness illuminated the interior of my vehicle but did not affect my vision. I felt a warmth across my face as I saw it traverse across my field of vision. During the sighting, I could hear a very light static sound.

It seemed to disappear once it had traversed my vision across the windshield.

In Nashville, Tennessee, on August 21, during the full eclipse, I saw what I believe to be a UFO. Everybody around me said yeah right that's a UFO whatever, you're crazy, yeah he's in the UFOs and all that, all the mean stuff that people say when they don't believe what they're looking at.I don't believe it to be any normal aviation aircraft as they don't move this fast. I did happen to click two or three photos of it but it had already gone from bright red to white. You do see the outline of it in the photos. Photos are always grainy it seems when you want to get a clear photo.

So we were about to see the full eclipse looking south of where we were and up in the sky wants the eclipse took over everything went pretty dark but you could still see a horizon if you turn 360°. It was absolutely beautiful we saw the eclipse through the eyeglasses and there is nothing like it. I turned around and was admiring everything else and as the sun started to come back out the area Brighton to back up and as it did I saw a red light in the sky. most red lights we see here in Nashville move around across the sky very slowly and generally are blinking because they're attached to an aircraft they don't move up and down and don't move very quickly at all. What I saw moved from in the clouds in my perspective about 2 inches down from the cloud area to below The cloud area in a matter of milliseconds. Absolutely no aircraft can move that fast. That's to my knowledge at least.

Now of course the 10 or 12 people around me I started telling them do y'all see that red light in the sky and as I told them it move down very fast and stopped the red light started to turn white and then it started to sending back to the earth and very slowly disappeared behind the tree line. Now this craft was not 100 feet away I'm sure it was at least 1 to 5 miles away.

In some of the photos that I took I pointed at where it was coming down after everything happened. So I could document exactly where it was and see if there was some aviation thing that the government may have been tested. I'd love for someone to check that out and get back to me but I'm pretty sure I know what I saw and it moved extremely fast from one point to the next as many UFOs that are reported do. And courage everyone to check this out as this is the first one I have ever seen if it is a real UFO and it was very exciting. Kudos to anyone else who catches something like this on video or photographs please always record it so we can all enjoy what just very few of us have seen. Red and Green lights moving over the sky.

My husband and daughter and I were sitting in the backyard around 9:00, waiting to watch for the meteor shower, when a red light, traveling in the flight pattern (west to east), came up.

My husband asked what it was, I thought it was a helicopter but it made no sound, and as it passed over our house, there were no blinking lights, and it appeared to be oval in shape.

A few seconds later, another light appeared, this time green. This repeated over a 20 minute period when another red light appeared then a white light appeared then another red. These lights moved in the same way a helicopter would and seemed about the same distance from the ground. Again, all lights were silent. We saw 1 red, and 1 green light about 2 nights before this, as well.

Good Morning Mr. Davenport,

The time was 2100 hours. The objects appeared to be moving from west to east with a local flight pattern. They seemed to be about the size of a helicopter. There were no noticeable winds or changes as they went by and they were silent. I will try to get further information. They were bright like LED lights but they were not moving like balloons or anything. They moved similarly like a helicopter would and at about the same altitude. Very consistent.

Red and blue lights in California seen moving fast in strait lines and slighly changing course.

I just saw two UFO's. Night, Sept 10th, 2015, at approx. 8:15 pm, Antioch, CA. A red, round light and a blue, round light traveling directly east, from west. I thought they were Mylar balloons at first, about 50 feet up, but traveling too fast and strait and the wind is coming more from the north/north west.

Then I thought “birds?” I thought they were balloons reflecting light from the street lamp. I soon realized (about 1 second after they came out from behind my tree and about 3 seconds after first sight) they were not balloons or birds, as they had their own light source.

Then the red one changed coarse slightly but both kept moving quickly to the east in very strait paths. When the red one changed course for a moment it seemed to be a very precise, yet playful movement.

They crossed overhead and out of sight towards the horizon in Antioch in about 10 to 12 seconds (total sighting including tree obstruction for 2 seconds). They made no sound (that I could hear). I was not sure how high up they were, so also not sure how big, but given the minimum distance they moved, they seemed to be going fast. They seem to fade away before reaching a normal distance of low visibility and while still above the horizon impediments. The sky is clear.

My neighbors are almost always on their front porch so I went across the street and asked them and one of them saw it too. They exploded in a flurry of slightly intoxicated explanation and agreement that one of them had just mentioned it, saying, “I guess you’re not seeing things.” The girl saw it as it was already well past the zenith and closer to the horizon. She also said she only saw a blue one, which I thought was strange because they were only a few degrees apart after going into the distance, but that was from my line of sight, which should not have been much different than hers. Maybe the red one faded out before the blue one, I do not recall. It seemed to go one or two miles in! about 13 seconds, but that is guessing that it was as big as a house and about 600 to 1200 feet up. It may have been 200 feet high, very hard to judge. It looked about the size of a 20 inch balloon just above the telephone pole. It was exciting. So exciting, it may have happened in 6 or 7 seconds and just seemed like 10 or 12 seconds.

Fireball over Antioch California seen for 15-20 minutes travelling at varying speeds and making dramatic direction changes

I was driving eastbound on Hwy 4 on my home from work. As I approached my exit, I saw an orange "fireball" in the sky. It was moving unusually for any air plane. I watched it as I drove to my house, pulling over twice because it was changing direction suddenly.

When I arrived at my home, I called my son to come outside. When I showed it to him, he was speechless. We watched it for several minutes, now moving slowly north to south. It suddenly stopped. It stayed in one place for a good 5 minutes. I took a photo and video. Then it drifted slowly to the west. And then it disappeared but instantly reappeared far to the west within a second or two. Then it started moving south and we could no longer see it. We are both completely stunned by what we saw.

When I look at the enlarged photo, it boggles my mind. We could tell this thing appeared to be spinning and that is evident in the picture. I can also see what appear to be lights!

3 bright orange lights in a triangle formation hovering in the horizon.

My husband and I were star gazing and were getting ready to go home when I looked NE and saw 3 bright orange lights in a triangle formation in the sky. I grabbed my husband and told him to look and he was just as amazed as I was. They started to spread apart from one another, still staying somewhat in a triangle shape and their brightness began to fade which lead to the one on the right/top to disappear and then slowly the other two did as well. We could not believe what we had just experienced nor could we understand what they could have been. We thought about what city they were hovering over and realized it was near Fairfield and thought maybe it could have had something to do with the Travis Air force Base but then we both shook our heads and NO WAY!!! We both tried to video tape it with our cell phones but they were too far away.

Safe to say this will be a night we will never forget, we both know that this was a once in a lifetime experience and now when we look in the sky we wonder who or what could be out there!!!

I was laying on the grass looking up. I saw bugs, birds and airplanes flying by. Then I saw a white teardrop object that went straight, stop and then do a 90 degree turn up then stop and then another 90 degree right turn and sped off. It did a reverse Z but with straight lines. I figure that it was going about 4-5 thousand miles per hr. or more.

I am retired air force and I have seen all types of planes, but nothing that fast. Oh, the sky was blue.

5 bright orange fireball type objects appeared at a low altitude over lake Marie in Antioch Illinois. They descended from the west almost out of nowhere, And continued to the east. At first there were only two. One sped ahead, Then came back to the other, then passed it again. A few seconds later, Anther appeared. Heading from west to east. Then another, and another.

Both traveled from west to east. They were very low, and made absolutely No sound at all. The last one could be clearly seen to be a thick disk.

I observed a very bright stationary white light in the sky, within several miles of my home, at a relatively low altitude, to the northwest, toward South Nashville, in the general direction of the airport. It appeared to be hovering and have a set of extremely bright lights. As it sat there, not moving, I took several photos of it (attached). As I set up to shoot and began to focus, several bright lights going extremely fast and curling tightly, like a berserk firework, shot across my view finder. They never appeared again. I focused in on the bright lights, still stationary, and took a series of photos. To my surprise, the light did not show up...only pictures of a strange blue and red orb. See to believe.

20 silent large reddish-orange lights over Antioch, California, shoot something out the bottom then fly off to the west towards Mt. Diablo

I took video of 3 of 20 red and orange colored lights that were seen above davison and lone tree way in antioch California on the night of November 8, 2013, at 10 p.m. ,they were seen shooting down Orbs or probes or something and shooting off to the west after coming from the north. They came in groupings of 3 then 2 then 3 then 2 then 3 then 2 etc. Until 20 had gone bye. But with every 5th light it shot orbs or something out the bottom before disapearing to the west in the direction of Mt. Diablo.

This went on until 10:30 p.m. I'm willing to share my videos. Knowledge is everyones right.

Odd object moving at a high rate of speed.

I was taking photos trying to get photos of lightning strikes on the evening of 09/01/2013. I took over 330 photos this evening. When I took the memory card out of the camera, and was going through the photos, I found 2 photos that recorded an object going across a clearing in the sky. the object came from behind the clouds and went back in behind the clouds in a straight line, but at a Very rapid rate. I was taking photos in Burst mode, which for my camera is 10 frames per second on idea conditions. I have 4 photos. One photo before the object time stamped at 6:50:58 pm, next frame with the object timestamped at 6:50:58 pm, next frame with the object time stamped at 6:50:59 pm, and next frame without the object time stamped at 6:50:59 pm. The object in the photos looks like it is bow tie shape. The lens I'm using was an 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 SAM. ISO 1600, Lens setting was 18mm, F3.5, shutter speed 1/40th of a second.

Black Squarish Object Shifting and moving Slowly

Was driving down Murfreesboro road with a couple of friends heading south. In front of Publix on Murfreesboro road Antioch, Tn. I was in the back seat when i noticed a black squarish object heading in the opposite direction. Ended up at a red light and mentioned it to my friends that i saw something and the passenger acknowledged it also and wondered what it was. Driver has not seen anything by this point. The object was behind a tree during the stop. Light turns green and when the object became visible from behind the tree it did not seem to have the same shape that it had earlier. Maybe 1 and a half minutes prior. I started thinking to myself maybe it was a witch commonly known as Brujas in Mexico, and right as i thought that the passenger mentioned that it looks like a human flying, and i agreed. The object seem to have looked different from different points of view as if it were shifting in some way. We ended up parking in a parking lot to take time to ! look at it and it seemed to have become stationary and rotating slowly heading in a perfect horizontal direction north towards Nashville. The object must have been 200 yards to our right of the street and about 300 or 400 yards up in the sky. Black sqaurish object that eventually didn't look like it did in the beginning. It was more oval by the time we ended having to go with protrusions out form the bottom but were not pointed. There was good thunderstorms that night in Nashville that continued to the next day. So maybe there is a small connection there.

I went outside on the back porch to have a cigarette. There is a blinking star to the right that I saw earlier in the night. This time when I went out, there was a red/orange bright star-like object close to the blinking star. There were no strobe lights or any other lights blinking on it. 2 lights being chase by 2 fighters at night.

I was walking the dog when i looked up and saw a satellite so i thought. It was heading northeast and it was as bright as a planet. Behind it about 3-4 miles was another lite but 1/3 smaller. As it was heading more east now the bright lite was gone then the second one was gone within a second of the first. I knew then it was not a plane cause it should have had blinking lights.

When i looked back to the same area that i first saw them i saw 2 fighter jets with blinking lights. I figure they came from Moffet field. I figure that they might have been following the two objects that i saw. They also headed northeast and kept going till i lost sight of the 2 planes.

I am air force retired of over 20 yrs.

  On the night of August 29, 2012 at 2100 hours, I was driving south on Blue hole  road in Antioch, Tennessee. I was with my son at the time. We both noticed a saucer shaped flying object with a dome floating in the sky. It had a purple glow inside the dome and a green light on the left outer edge. The green light was only in one spot.

  I wanted to get out of the car and take pictures, but I thought if abductions are real, I could get abducted. The saucer seemed to have disappeared within a few seconds. The saucer had traveled towards the moon, but it had to have went at a very high rate of speed. It is impossible to travel so far away within seconds.

Reddish orange, large lights moving slowly from east to west. Linear, lighter center with pulsating orange/red on each side.

About 9:30 pm, Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012. Driving west on Stateline Rd. between Hwy 45 and Deep Lake Rd. A large, bright orange, circular light caught my attention through the trees. It was just north of the road, and west of my vehicle. When I passed some of the trees, I noticed that there were actually three of the lights/objects, located in a triangular formation and slowly moving west. I started to lose the lights in the trees again and turned north onto Deep Lake Rd to get a better look, thinking they were probably just helicopters. When I turned onto Deep Lake Rd, I pulled over onto the shoulder and realized that there was absolutely no sound coming from the objects/lights. At that point, they changed into a linear formation and continued moving west, past Deep Lake Rd. While I was watching, they just blinked off as if someone had turned off a light switch. They went off at different times, not all at once. At that moment, I noticed another ligh! t coming from east of Deep Lake Rd., following the same course as the first three lights. It continued further west than the first three, and I turned back onto Stateline Rd./North Ave. heading west to follow it. I lost the light at that point because I could not keep an eye on it and keep driving. I never saw it again.

I do have a crummy still picture of two of the first group of lights on my cell phone, but it really doesn’t do them justice. As the first three lights passed over Deep Lake Rd., I noticed that they actually seemed to have a cigar-shaped center that was bright white orange in color, and the red-orange color was pulsating from side to side. The best description I could think of without drawing it would be a butterfly sort of shape.

I cannot believe I saw something so strange, and other than this report I have not said anything to anyone. I do not see any similar reports to mine on your website that took place at the same time/place. The other really eerie thing about this experience is that the entire time I was watching these lights, I did not see a single other vehicle on the road. I cannot think of a time when I have traveled this stretch of road without seeing another vehicle.

I consider myself a skeptic when it comes to UFOs. I have always told myself that there is an earthly explanation for all these strange sightings and events. However, I have never seen anything even remotely close to this in the sky. I would really love for someone to tell me what the heck I saw, and I would feel a lot better if it could be explained by something simple or familiar. I don’t object to being contacted if someone has a serious interest in investigating this, but I do not want anyone to think I am completely nuts either. If you have any idea what I may have seen, please let me know.

Star like object grows in brightness then fades away

Was having trouble sleeping so got up and went outside for fresh air.

While on my front porch, looked up to see a very faint star light object in the eastern sky. While looking at it, it suddenly flaired up in brightness to a magnitude similar to Venus.

It then slowly faded till it was no longer visible. There was no apparent movement.

I did not see any indications once it faded of running lights like those on aircraft.

My first thought was a pilot had turned on his landing lights but the way it faded on then faded off is not indictive of that. Aircraft lights instantly come on and off rather than fading as this object did.

we really do not know what it was we do not drink or do drugs but we know we saw something in the sky

First we saw 2 round fireballs traveling to the east and then on large fireball to the west of us it was if it was floating but pieces of fire were dropping to the ground and eventually it all fell to the ground we could not see the location it fell to but it was in antioch ca east of us

we called the police non emergency number and they transferred us to fire i think they thought we were crazy just hung up on us this happened about 10:30 PM and lasted for about 20 minutes for the one that dropped the fire

A bright fireball seen with some movement in Nashville, TN area...

At 11PM I stepped out on the front landing/porch of my house to call the kittys in for the night. I live in a subdividison neighborhood in Nashville, TN area. In the sky above the neighborhood, high but not up in the plane lanes, I suddenly saw a bright fireball. From my perspective it could have been two inches round. It was bright orange/yellow/with some red like fire colors. It did move from left to right some, then disappeared. I waited for awhile for it to return, I even checked about 30 minutes later..but didn't see it again.

Once outside, I got the first glimpse of what I believed to be a UFO. There were four Red/Orange illuminated orb shaped objects. A single orb disappeared as three began to form a triangle. I ran back inside shocked, amazed, and a little spooked. That's when I briefly described it to my cousin Chad and my roommate Elly and my Mom. Quickly convinced we all sprinted back to the porch in time to see the red/orange orbs drifting in our direction heading West to East. The three remaining orbs formed an Isosceles Triangle with the high point of the triangle leading. The lit up orbs were flickering the entire time. It drifted to the point that it was almost right above us. At the first glance there seemes to be a transparent craft causing blurred vision between the triangle points. Almost as if the three triangle points were holding something together. It continued East for a moment and one of the back orbs disappeared. And the left back orb headed South and disappeared momentarily. The tip orb of the triangle continued on East and disappeared within 40 seconds. Ffreaky stuff. any questions reply back to

Red lights in triangle form flying in sky

I was sitting in my room video chatting and I heard my roommate scream "UFO!" I ran outside to join my roommates and looked up. Sure enough I saw one reddish dot off in the distance if I was looking West towards Pittsburgh. And closer to us there where three more red and orange dots traveling together in a Triangle formation. They were changing between the two colors probably due to reflections.

They would not break formation and seemed to slowly disappear. First one then the second. You could almost see right through them as if they were turning inadvisable.

The last one kept going and I ran inside scared because my son was getting scarred because I had the computer in my hands still doing my video chat with my son.

I am not too much of a believer but I know those were not falling stars or air planes. I'm not stupid so i know something is up with that!

That's not cool at all we're all pretty freaked out!

4 lights in the sky in a formation

My cousin came in my room and said there was Alien UFOs in the sky. At first I did not believe what he was saying at all. But I got up and went outside anyway. What I saw was 3 Blinking Lights and another one to the right below them. It was coming from the West heading East. At first all 4 were there then the bottom 4th light disappeared. The other 3 went into (A) triangle formation. Then the bottom light went out then the right bottom light went out. So only the front light was there. Out of no where a little light appeared from the right of the last light that was left. It past in front of the last light and moved from right to left. Then they all just disappeared. The color of the lights were orange and red. They were blinking and able to become translucent.

A flash of light lit my whole house. My dog freaked out. At the same time a friend who lives 15 miles away witnessed this same light and his dog freaked out aswell.

I was wondering if anyone else noticed this. I have never seen a UFO and don't nessasarly beleive in them, but I can not think of another explaination.

My girlfriend has witnessed a similar occurance. Winter lighting???

We were standing on the porch, I saw a large, bright orange orb shaped object. It came closer slowly, then it hovered for a minute or so. Then I noticed red, glowing small objects that appeeared to be falling out of or from the orange orb. I saw 8 of these red things falling off or out of the orange orb.

Then the orange orb disppeared, and then 30 seconds later it was back, then it traveled towards the direction of Mt Diablo (north east) and then it was gone.

A friend and I were star gazing last night at approximately 22:20 to 22:50 and when we were commenting on the star right next to the Big Dipper blinking brightly then dimming, we had noticed this boomerang shaped flying object passing right in front of it. at first we thought it was a low flying plane, but we didn't hear a sound from it..it passed so silently by, heading from the West to the North...it shimmered and glowed amber, green and yellow lights...it could've been huge had it been grounded.

We had been impressed by it and it will be in my memory forever.

We live in Antioch, IL so something like this is just...there are no words to describe this!

At extaclty 11.20 Pm I was outside on my balcony trying out my new app on my iPhone. The app is star walk. It's a clear night with a slight breeze.

From my balcony I was looking straight up at the darkest part of the sky. Then I looked straight ahead to the south to where the city of livermore is located; my compass said it was 190* south. I was looking at a bright part of the sky when I noticed a orange light with appeared like a star.

I started to focus on the orange star like light, and I noticed it moving very slightly like it was wiggling.

After about a minute the light started to gain in altitude, it took about another minute to the ufo to reach its peak. When the ufo reached its peak it started moving slowly to the right, and then its picked up speed heading to the southeast in a straight line. I wouldn't say it had blazing speed but it was most defenatley way faster than an airplane.

I lost sight of the ufo when it keeped going right; west. In all it probably lasted about 3-4 minutes.

UFO sighted over Antioch, CA 08/16/10 Stationary for 10 minutes.

Two of my friends and I had just arrived outside my friends apt. complex. We were waiting for one of my friends to get out of the car. while we were watching him take forever to get out, i noticed a very bright pulsating light in the sky directly lined up with his car just miles in the distance.(i'd say it was over the delta near travis air force base)Due North.

One of my friends thought it was a planet the other thought it was a star going supernova. i'm well versed in my astronomy and told them that there was no star or planet in that direction (due North), especially none that bright.

We watched as it sat completely still, hanging in the sky for about 5 mins when two men got out of their car and were going into the apt. complex; so we stopped them and asked them if they thought that it looked like a helicopter. they said,"hell no! that's a UfO." they watched it with us for about one minute and went inside. it was still stationary at this time and still very bright and pulsing.

At that time two of our friends came out of the complex because one was getting a ride and the other was walking her out. As soon as they saw it one of the girls said that's a UFO, we didnt even tell her what we thought it was. The other girl saw it and ran into the house because she was afraid. The girl got her ride and we still sat watching it.

The object then started to dim, then brighten, then go even more dim still. as it did this it moved slightly up, then stopped;slightly left, stopped; and up once more and stopped. The whole time my two other friends were trying to call the people we knew in the apt., but none of there phones were working.

We were thinking it was getting bigger for a moment, then i realized it was coming straight toward us. the object moved very slow and was completely silent. when it did reach us, it was 100% lined up with our position, i mean when we looked up it was not to the left or to the right, it was right on top of us! we waited for it to pass a little then ran inside our friends apt. to try and get them to come out to see it. they came out as it was nearly passing the apt. complex's walls.

We watched it fly into the distance when it suddenly split into to separate lights with a good amount of distance between the two. we watched it until we couldn't see it any more. The whole experience lasted about 15-16 mins. After the experience was over my two friends that saw it the longest with me, and myself, felt very ill and shaky.

After we went back inside we stepped out for a cigarette , this was about five minutes after we went in; we saw a black stealth bomber, running below super sonic, flying in the exact same direction as the UFO.

I checked MUFON's website the next day to see if anyone reported it. The stealth bomber was sighted slightly more south than my town, which is the direction it was heading, coming from the north. The object was not reported that night, but for the previous night there was a report of an object moving in the exact same pattern,(up,stop,left,stop,up,stop, and then flew right at them) just about 20 miles North of my town.

I viewed an Unusual Flying Object at 1:59 A.M. traveling eastbound from the city of Pittsburg, traveling eastbound towards the Antioch bridge/City of Oakley. It was red-orange and looked like a small planet or fireball at first. When it flew over head, it appeared to be oblong, larger than a small airplane and flying about the same altitude of a small airplane cruising low to land. The glow of the object made it impossible to identify, almost like an entire plane was engulfed in fire, but holding a consistent altitude. It’s sound was low, unlike an airplane and resembled a pulse. After it was out of view, I ran back into the house and called 911 to see if there were any other reports. The operator checked with the sheriff’s office and said there was no boat distress flares reported. I guess, when I described it flying, the operator decided it was a flare since I didn’t describe the size or just thought I was out of my mind and didn’t want to be part of an U.F.O. report.

Objects in sky over Antioch California 12:03AM January 1, 2010

Three minuets after midnight we went outside in our backyard to pop fireworks. I looked up and seen what appeared to be an Airplane flying overhead. I ignored it for a few seconds, then looked back and saw that it had seemed not to move. I noticed there were no blinking lights on it, and It also was orange in color. We often see airplanes overhead heading North and sometimes in the East. This was different much slower and no sound. I went and got my Video Camera and started filming. As I watched it, I walked toward the back of my yard and could see another one over the top of my house. Then I noticed they were moving very slowly because as I stood still I could see the change in height compared to the top of my roof. They seem to be five spheres or lights together in an arc. The middle light being the biggest, getting smaller toward each side. As I watched and filmed another appeared coming from the same southern location in the sky moving in a straight line! . I filmed one near the Moon as the other two rose in the sky. Then the one near the Moon disappeared fading out as I watched. Then I noticed as I watched each faded as I watched them get higher in the sky from over the top of my roof to above my head. But I started to realize by the time the fifth one appeared it had rose from the south but was disappearing more to the west and not directly overhead anymore. To me this meant it may have been moving outside of the earth’s atmosphere, and the earth was moving below them. Each faded out to the naked eye as they past slowly overhead. But if I used my night vision on my video camera I could still see them as they faded away.

This was seen by my wife and two children ages nine and ten.

On June 2009 approx 12am, clear skies, twinkling stars trillions a miles away, nothing but quietness and peace, in Antioch, CA: I saw what appeared too be a very large, gigantic bright shooting like star which was fluorescent-white in color with a reddish-orange aura around it like a fireball, but it was not that at all.

I have never seen anything like it, before. I meant it was such the amazingly beautiful sight I have witnessed looking at such the distance that it was at. It looked as if I could reach out and touch the sucker, where I was on the lanai smoking a cigarette when it shot right by me! Yes! Nearly right pass my eyes, a block away from me! It was so close to me for 10 seconds and vanished into where???? I wanted to see it again! This is not a hoax! What was it???? How can this thing have made it to earth??? It looked like a shooting star, really up close and personal. And if it was a star, again I ask, how did it make it to earth??? I thought earth was too far away for a star-like object to travel to.

I do know it was not a UFO. I never told anyone but one person and we were on the subject on UFO sightings, a month later. I had to tell him. Frankly I absolutely DO NOT believe in any UFO’s at all nor do I believe in Alien like creatures. I only believe in what I see. And what I saw that night was of something not from earth.

This is a night I will always cherish and remember for the rest of my life.

Five lit objects high in the sky... New Years Eve in Antioch, California...1/1/08 at 12:05 AM

Right after midnight on New Years Eve, my girlfriend, her daughter, daughter's boyfriend, and I saw four lights high up in the sky, mvoing slowly accross the sky. They traveled about halfway accross the sky and then disappeared. Then we saw another similar light. It stopped in the middle of the sky and just hung there for about five minutes, not moving, then disappearing. These lights were way up there, and were not planes, no blinking lights, and no sound. Daughter's boyfriend conjectured that they may have been some type of lit weather ballons.... But there were so many of them, and their flight pattern was so fixed.

Multiple red llights in a row sighted from my home in Antioch , Calif.

On New Years Eve night me and three other friends went outside at midnight to bring in the New Year. We had some confetti we were trying to throw into the air and after I heard alot of fireworks go off in the distance. That caught my attention to look to the left of me and I saw four reddish orange circular lights appear out of no where. I told everyone else to look up to the left as well and we all saw the same thing. We couldn't figure out what it was. They were all four in a row . Then all of the suddne a fifth one entered from the left side of the formation. They stayed there for what seemed about five minutes then they all just disapeared at the same time into the dark like magic they were gone!! It was quite strange. Never had we seen anything like this. However there have been quite a few sightings of other things in this general area of Antioch, Pittsburg , and Oakley, Calif. A few friends of my family have actually had a UFO hover over them in their cars . That was really strange as well. They were so shook up they thought for sure they were going to be abducted. Lots of real life stories out here. I have had alot of ghosts in my houses out this way as well. The police said they have even seen them and have had so many calls about strange things happening in their homes. My last home that a sold at least five more families have moved into it just to move out again. I know why !!!

The UFO was a triangle shape and a light would flash on one point, then the next, then the third. Two of the lights were normal colored and the other was red. As I watched that one I looked past it and saw another light flashing erradically, got a little spooked, and went inside. I shook my head and blinked alot to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

Bright red flash of light hovering over Fairfield/Antioch area

This is my first sighting and I am hoping that someone else will come forward to verify what I saw - others must have seen this!

At 10:46pm I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep. On my right side is a sliding glass door and a balcony, my home is situated on top of a hill in Antioch with a very wide view of the Delta and Valley below. My area of view was towards Rio Vista/Fairfield/Travis AFB.

Anyways, I was lying there, and noticed that out in the distance (maybe a few miles) was this huge ball of blazing red light hovering - probably at like 5,000 feet altitude approx? At the same time I heard a helicopter flying over my home (there is a hospital trauma center nearby and the emergency helicopters fly over sometimes)..... I thought that was the helicopter, then the helicopter passed right above me and I realized the red light was not the helicopter.....the red light object I saw was not making that noise.....

I got out of bed and walked out to the balcony. It was a very clear night and I swear that it looked like a bright light, steady, very bright, just staying in one spot over the hills..... probably for about 2 minutes.

At first I thought it might be a space shuttle landing or possibly a plane that had exploded, but it was stationary and didn't move....so I knew it wasn't either of those.

I stood there and all of a sudden it became a tiny white light (like a star) and dissapeared up and away towards the night sky until it was gone, almost instantly.

I know that someone out there had to have seen this besides me.

I have never experienced anything like this and am kind of scared/interested in what happened.

I do not use drugs or drink, I am 31 yrs old.

My friend and I were driving down the street of our neighborhood when we saw four lights hovering thousands of feet above us. The lights were all aligned perfectly in the sky.

My friend noticed that these objects were decsending. One of them fell close to us. I noticed that it looked like burnt fabric. Pieces were coming off of it and when it landed, it dissappeared.

The second one also descended several feet before us in a residentail area.

A couple of people noticed this and stood out in front of their homes looking up into the sky. When the object landed it disappeared.

One of the homeowners looked at me in disbelief.

On Friday, March 18th 2005 in the afternoon while looking in the sky with my 18 month old daughter to spot birds,I saw an object in the sky moving at the rate of an airplane. 3 fireballs dropping smaller balls of light seen in the north sky moving east over antioch california

e bright lights, red in color spaced equally apart. the lights were in a straight line at first moving in a upward and eastward direction. then the fist light stopped, and the other two continued on. they seemed to be dropping smaller balls of fire-like lights out of the bottom goig straight down. the dropped lights burned out shortly, about 5 seconds. the two continued about halfway accross the sky moving higher as they went. one light stayed still for about 5 mins and dropped several of the little fireballs and them moved onward abruptly. a few moments later the light went out all together. the first one that had atayed in position slowly went out, like it burned itself out, slowly getting weaker and weaker. what would have been the middle light was still bright and strong and appeared to be very high in altitude, but still very bright. brighter than an airplane light or the brightest star in the night. the size of all three light were much larger than aircraft lights, like looking at a very big bonefire in the distance. the lights dropped from them were weaker in brightness, but you could clearly see the movement and the red glow. i would estimate they were at least as high as a comercial jet in the sky. this was whitnessed by my entire family as we were called outside by my uncle who was having a ciggerette break. every one coul;d clearly see the movement, see the lights stop and hold position and see the lights dropp the other small er lights out of the bottom. the ages ranged from 8-70years. the location was the backyeard of my granparents house in antioch california, looking towards the north. the lights traveled in a northeasterly direction. the entire event lasted 15 to 20 mins. the lights started very bright and and low and as they dropped thier loads they grew weaker in color and brightness untill they went out all together.

Three metallic looking objects found in sky over Antioch on morning of 9/15/04.

Three objects in the sky right as the sun was rising, spaced maybe 1/2 to 1 mile apart from each other. I was driving toward the sunrise. They were very bright, metallic looking, almost as if there were four very bright lights on the bottom of the object. They looked as if they were maybe a mile away from where I was, although that is hard to determine because I don't know how big they really were. The objects did not move and as I got closer, they got larger. As I was stopped, I saw them in the same position and used a tree as a measurement to movement. They did not move. I continued to watch them for at least 5 minutes. I pulled over to take a picture and they disappeared out of thin air.

blue flashing light with undulating whisp traling seen south west of downtown antioch from 10:30-11:30 pm on 08/08/2004

a blue flashing orb was seen by myself, my mom, and my aunt southwest of the downtown Antioch sky. we first saw it at around 10:30. it moved in a steady back and forth diagonal pattern, it had a white wisp of something that trailed it while maintaining it's own undulating motion. it was about three times bigger than a averaged sized star. when it finally moved from it's pattern it went down and moved off to the west. the undulating wisp maintained its own motion. I did see the common air craft activities to the north over the river/delta.

dear sir or madam

Lets just say that some friends and i were out at the black diamond mines entry gate on Apr 4 2004 around 11:30 to 1:45am The thing look like oval shaped but not round with two extentions that held a elongated wing, but that were not flat i have four pics of it but there is no way to send them with this description sence i am not giving you my real name and no way to get a hold of me.

I am no sure if this socalled ufo stuff is real or not, but we saw somthing in the sky that night. I forgot i had the photos but one of my friends seen your web site and told me to submit them to you but if there is no way to send them to you in this report, oh well?

also i am not going to waist my time trying to send you stuff that you will probably say its a weather ballon with 7 lights on it or somthing like that.

A bright round yellow/orange pulsing object that moved slowly and silently.

I saw a glowing,round object almost overhead.Moving in a North to Northeast direction.It was yellow/orange in color,moved slowly and silently.Pulsing and dipping a little.It moved out over the river and started to descend towards the delta islands.

I drove down to the river attempting to locate it again but could'nt do so.The object had a bright pulsing intensity from all angles.

Peculiar lights over the Antioch, CA sky

we were sitting and watching the stars and I notices what seemed to be a large circle of light moving to the left of the sky. I alerted other people in the car with me.I could tell it wasnt a star because it was so close to the ground it seemed like it was a little further than lone tree rd. It was moving consistenly to the left at a very slow slow pace and then it just stopped and hovered in the same place for about 10 min. Then another person came out and we showed him the light in the sky because we were tripping out. It wasnt blinking, like a plane it wasnt going fast like a shooting star it was moving and now hovering in the same place. Then almost as if it knew we were watching it moved to the left about 20 feet again but out of our site. We got out of the car, moved so we can see it again and then it moved again and hovered and all of a sudden we looked up and it was gone.

Four lights circling inside storm cloud

At about 20:00, while I was watching weather reports on TV of a big storm moving due south into the Nashville area, a very strong gust of wind hit my house and I decided to go outside and check out the approaching storm. It hadn't started raining yet, but the wind was very strong and the street's electricity flickered on and off several times. After several minutes something in the sky southwest of me caught my attention--- there were four lights circling inside or above the clouds. They were large and diffuse, much like those of an airplane coming in on approach above a low cloud ceiling, but there was no aircraft noise and they just kept circling. The path of the circle they made must have been at least a half mile in diameter, but it only took a second or so for each light to complete a rotation.

I had been watching for about a minute when my next door neighbor came out on her front porch, so I pointed it out to her as well. While we were watching, my wife arrived home from the store and all three of us stood in the front yard staring and trying to come up with a rational explanation while the storm got closer and closer. The only thing we could come up with was that it was a group of spotlights, though not once did we see a shaft of light from the ground, nor did it seem to be striking the underside of the clouds. Instead, it seemed to be coming from behind the clouds. Every so often one or two lights would break from the circle and swing very wide. I have no idea what kind of promotional spotlights are on the market now, but I can't imagine one that could spin a cluster of lights that fast, or why someone would be trying to promote their business in this manner just moments before a huge electrical storm moved into the area.

The rain began shortly thereafter and eventually obscured the lights from view, although we kept watching the storm from our porch. The storm itself was somewhat odd, but I don't want to take up space describing that here. My wife and I came outside again at about 23:00 and saw the lights again, this time almost directly above us. The storm had passed but it was still overcast above us. We watched and tried to determine a point of origin, but could not pinpoint one. Several times we noticed little clouds lighting up that must have been between the light we could see and its source, which reinforced our belief that the light source was above the clouds. We still never saw a beam of light from the ground. Also, if the light was coming from the ground, it seems like the spots of light in the cloud would have been elongated at their furthest point from the source and rounder at their closest point, especially after the whole thing moved from its point before the storm to its later point that was miles closer, meaning the the angle from the ground would have to have been much sharper, but the lights seemed to be pretty uniform throughout their rotation. At about 23:28, all the lights disappeared but one, which stopped moving and then disappeared also. I half expected to see them again tonight and discover that they were just regular spotlights being used for some sort of promotion, but there was nothing to see.

Fireball like object, dropping flare like objects then disappearing

The craft this morning was bright orange and seemed to be closer than last nights. It traveled across the sky dropping first one flare like object and then another which split into two objects before it disappeared. This all happened at 5am this morning and lasted for about 7 minutes. My daughter was with me and witnessed the entire thing. We also noticed no planes but it was rather cloudy. The flare like objects that fell from the Fireball were the same color with sparkling Fire-cracker like tails. They faded before falling completely to the ground. About 10 minutes after the sighting a helicopter was circleing the vacinity were we saw the fireball craft. And I remember helicopters after the other craft sightings. I believe these might be pre-ordained drops. But what's being dropped and Who or What is dropping it I'd sure like to know.

Fireball like object, dropping something then disappearing

The object was a solid round orange fire like ball it moved across the sky in a strait line it didn't blink nor flash any lights but stayed a solid glowing orange. Something expelled from the bottom of the light like a flare toward the earth and disappeared. The object itself then began to flicker the orange light diappearing and reappearing until finally it was all togeather gone. I've sighted this twice now within the space of a week.

Glowing ball that left a vapor trail.

Light was seen in the southern sky about 19:00 or so.The glowing ball of light sped up and when straight up out of sight.It left a vapor trail that seemed to glow in the sky.The vapor trail looked as though it had loops in it spaced evenly through it.

Air Force Test Missile Out West

VANDENBERG AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. (AP) - An Air Force missile test Thursday provided a spectacular light show seen over California and much of the West, as far away as Utah and New Mexico.

The colorful contrail was seen soon after the unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile blasted off at 7:36 p.m. from an underground silo at the Vandenberg military base north of Santa Barbara.

"The smoke went up in spirals as the sun was setting and turned into an orange, amber color. It was like a flower going into bloom pretty quickly," said Simon Cox, who saw it from a restaurant terrace in Santa Barbara.

The missile traveled about 4,200 miles in about 30 minutes, striking a predetermined target at the Kwajalein Missile Range in the western chain of the Marshall Islands, the Air Force said.

Vandenberg spokeswoman Kelly Gabel said clear conditions were responsible for the spectacular light show.

"We do this two or three times a year, but because the weather was so perfect we decided to launch it early," Gabel said. As a result, people were still awake to see it, and although the sun had set, sunlight below the horizon glinted off unspent fuel particles and water droplets.

"Suddenly we're getting calls from people as far away as New Mexico who saw it and want to know what it is," Gabel said.

The mission was directed by the 576th Flight Test Squadron at Vandenberg and the 341th Space Wing and the 341st Space Wing, from Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana.

The purpose was to test launch systems and the missile's accuracy and reliability.

Witnessed three glowing objects in sky in a perfect isoceles triangle and watched two accelerate into the distance very, very fast.

I was driving home from school (Diablo Valley College)heading east bound on highway 4. I always look at the sky when I drive just to see if I can see anything out of the ordinary. Well this night I did. What I witnessed were three lights. They were larger than any star, and had a yellowish orange glow to them. They were in a triangular patern like an isoceles triangle, almost perfect. They seemed to bee about a kilometer up maybe less. They just sat there for about five minutes and then two of them on the northern most sides of the triangle took off so fast they seemed to be at a constant velocity, not acceleration, but velocity and were gone in a matter of seconds. The last one stayed and hovered for at least another ten minutes, but I wanted to go home and show my girlfriend so that I didn't think I was crazy. I was talking to her the whole time on the phone explaining what was happening. When I arrived at my house the last object was no longer visible. I know none of our aircraft with the ability to hover could have accelerated at the velocity that those two objects left at, it was just to fast.

Fireball Frequesntly Seen In Antioch CA

The instances of this fireball are becoming frequent in our area. My fiance and I have witnessed this fireball about 5 to 7 times now. I have filed a report on here once already for an event on 01/18/02. The same type of fireball object travelling across the sky, this time from east to west. Tonights siting, the object was moving extremely fast. I estimate about 500 NMPH. Altitude is too hard to determine at night. Also this siting tonight was not dropping sparks as the other sitings have done. This is driving us crazy trying to figure out what it is. But, since it is un-identified by us, we consider it a UFO.

Thanks for responding. My Fiancé and I saw this again tonight and we think we have determined it to be a type of flare. Tonight when we saw it, it seemed to fizzle out and we could see an object floating down thanks to the moon light we have tonight. I guess our only real mystery is who is sending a flare up on a regular basis.

Two orange objects seen one dropping smaller orange lights underneath it.

My fiance and I were walking from our house to our car and looked up in the north-western sky and saw an orange ball travelling westbound. As it was travelling, smaller orange lights were dropping from it. The smaller ights looked almost like sparks and we at first thought it was a flare from a flare gun. Once the object travelled out of site, a second identical object was seen coming from southern sky heading northbound. This object was not dropping smaller lights as the other one did though. While the first object was visible, my fiance ran in and grabbed our digital camera and several shots were taken of both objects. Unfortunately, the detail does not show up in the picturers.

Sept 6 2001 4:50 a.m. Contra Costa co. Ca Looked like shooting star but right to left.Slight left turn before gone.

Went outside to view early morning stars in southeast sky when I saw what looked like a shooting star but was moving right to left instead of the typical north to south plunge.Before in vanished as shooting stars do,made a slight left angled turn.(kind of rules out the shooting star theory)Local news station reports bright green and yellow lights in the sky that night witnessed by many.Strange thing is Channel 2 news reports it as a meteor at 9:00 p.m. or so.My sighting occured 4:50a.m. next morning. If anyone else saw what I saw let it be known.

An Orange/Yellow Ball of Light from No where.

It was really nice outside and dark where the sky was clear and I could see the stars. Well I decided to mosey on out and roller blade a little while since I was bored! Ok so I went out took off my shoes and put on my blades. I skated a little bit up and down the side walk a car went bar shortly after I went into the road I moved out of the way then I went back out there and all the sudden as I gazed up at the sky this orange/yellow ball object came out of no where which also seemed to be pretty far away from where I was like close to the stars Well It Inteligently flew around and Dissapeared. I have never seen anything like this before But I was thinking Omg ((deleted)). Wow haha. That's probably dumb because I have no idea what it was but Who Knows. It really didn't look like a weather Balloon To me! Haha PS: Even if I had gotten the chance to take a picture! I don't got any camera Film (Nobody has to believe me, but It's not like what I saw had to be alien in origin it could have possibly been from Earth right? But, then again Is it even possible to construct a space ship that is totally round.? Was what I saw a giant Computerized Compact Scientist. Perhaps here to collect samples. Mmmmm Is anybody missing any Cows! Geez

I was driving to my paper route (east bound). It was a full moon here in Antioch and no clouds were in sight.The time was 11:23pm, I looked because of habbit.i thought it was a star, a very bright star at that. But then realized that that it moved slowly. Mind you I was driving at the time.I glanced up and before my eyes all the lights turned off. And whamo! gone. It seem to be a box egged shaped craft. It happened so fast.

Extremely bright green object, with red lights and a strob, randomingly changing its position in the sky.

On the way home from the grocery store I notice an extremely bright and pulsating light above the foothills of Mt. Diablo. I have never seen anything quite like this. At first, I thought that it must be a plane as we have a lot of air traffic in our area. But the object did not move, it just seemed to hoover there in the sky. As I tried to keep my eyes on the road and watch the object at the same time, I noticed that it appeared to have colored lights, in a random blinking type pattern. Then I thought it had to be a star. After I got home I checked to see if the object was visible from my backyard and it was. So, I quickly unloaded my groceries, grab my binoculars and went into the backyard for a better look. Through the binoculars, I could definitely see that the object was trianfular in shape with primarily bright green lights, it had sort a strob light coming off the left hand side and then there was a red light that seemed to travel in a circular path, counter clockwise around center of the object. It remained stationary for about 15 minutes, then it traveled very quickly up and to the right to a new position. It remained there in its new position for another span of time, then quickly darted down and to the left, to another position in the sky. The object did not move along with the other stars in the sky. I went inside and got my husband out of bed, I felt like I needed someone else to say that I what I was looking at was really there. He watch the object with me for about 15 minutes and finally said, "Humm, that's kind of wierd isn't". The object stayed primarily in the same vacinity for more than an hour, making sharp, sudden and random changes in its position. I finally went inside as it was getting late but my curiousity got the better of me and I had to go back out and check to see if the object was still there. Only about 15 minutes had passed by since I came inside the house and when I return to my backyard to look at the object one more time, it had vanished.

We observed an orange fireball moving slowly, under the cloud layer. First moving in an easterly direction, then turning north.

I observed this object while driving home from work. I watched this thing for approximately ten minutes, while on hwy 4 east, between Pittsburg and Antioch. After driving into my driveway, I observed the object change direction to the north. At this time I ran inside the house and called my wife outside. My wife and I watched the object for another three to five minutes. The object moved slowly toward the San Juaquin river and began dropping smaller "sparks" over the river. I have 20 years experience in law enforcement, and flew helicopter patrol (observer) I have seen many strange flying objects, but not like this.

Glowing orange light, much lower to the ground than any kind of aircraft. Saw similar event on 12/31/99 - three lights at that time.

My boyfriend was leaving for work around 5:30 in the morning and called up to me from the apartment parking lot. As I ran down the stairs, he was looking up at the sky, muttering "What the hell is that?" A glowing orange light was hovering above us, much lower to the ground than any kind of aircraft. He said it came from the eastern horizon, and by the time I got downstairs it was heading west. At one point it actually appeared to slow down as it went over us. We stared at it for approximately 5 minutes before he left for work. I remained outside for another 5 minutes or so as it continued moving west over our apartment complex. I left the house about 6:00 a.m., and it was still visible. It began leaving a "trail of light" for lack of a better term. It's like it was about to fizzle out, but never did. He and I and a few others experienced the same lights on 12/31/99. There were three of them at that time. I dismissed the event since there were quite a few fireworks in the area. He kept insisting that we saw something quite unusual - I doubted him until this morning. I have never experienced anything like it.

Observed a bright orange glowing light in controlled flight which abruptly disappeared, replaced by spark like lights which continued on and slightly downward

I am a middle aged college educated male familiar with astronomy and modern technology.At around 10:40 in the evening on the 29th of February,I got up to turn off the table lamp in my front room.I observed through the window a bright orangish light coming from the north, over the Islands, on the other side of the San Joiquin river,across from the town I live in.Lights from this direction are not abnormal as transport jets from nearby Travis Airforce Base often use this approach in their training.The color and shape of the light was unusual.As it turned to the East at the northern edge of the town, I noticed the lights on the object did not lessen in intensity as it turned away from me.It moved approximatly 1 mile more to the east before abruptly disappearing.As soon it did, spark like lights dropped from the same spot in the sky and continued onward and slightly downward.

Rectangle Over Antioch

I was 14 years old, it was Halloween and I was sitting on the porch handing out candy. There hadn't been any trick-or-treaters in a while, so I was watching the sky out of boredom when I saw the UFO flying almost directly overhead in a generally northern direction. It was very large, I would guess roughly the size of a football field. The entire bottom side was glowing lightly and there were 4 brighter circular light sources closed to each corner. It passed overhead slowly, taking about 2 or three minutes to pass by. It appeared to be only a few hundred feet above the ground.
