As I was right beneath the craft on north bound high way 101 I looked up and it looked like the craft cabin was lit up with white light

I was driving north bound highway 101 when I approached the sub power station the craft was hovering over the sub station flashing lights about 200-300 feet off the ground, completely silent. When I was directly under the the craft I looked up and it looked like the cabin had a white light on. I couldn’t understand what I was seeing. As I drove into east San Jose there were more crafts creeping in the San Jose foothills. I seen a helicopter pursuing them in the distance .
