A light crash landed east of I5 near firebaugh, Ca around 3am on monday, 02/12/18

Me and my girlfriend left North LA to Vacaville, CA, at around 10 pm on Sunday, arriving in Vacaville around 5 am monday. While on I-5 north we witnesses a strange bright light crash or land quickly in the valley a half mile ahead of us and a few hundred meters east of the highway. I approximate the area being around firebaugh near I-5.

Agoura Hills, over Santa Monica Mtns. South of Kanan Road two white orbs traveling south west toward Malibu and ocean. Leaving diffusing contrail/puffy white cloud backlit by moon. Cloud/contrail appears as puff of smoke left as exhaust when car suddenly accelerates. You and I have spoken before re saucers appearing clearly over Federal Way WA a decade ago. Bright shooting star shot across sky then froze just above Malibu Hills

Was driving westbound on the 101 through Agoura Hills and saw what appeared to be an enormous shooting star coming downward, due west, toward Ventura. Instead of fading away like every other shooting star I've ever seen, it jumped across the sky, seemingly several miles in less than a second, southwest, then froze somewhere just above the Santa Monica Mountains. I've never seen anything accelerate, cover that much distance, and then come to a halt so fast. It defied logic.

I kept my eye on it for about two more minutes and exited the freeway at Kanan Road. It looked like a really bright star. It was moving ever-so-slightly over what looked like the middle of the Malibu Hills, maybe near Sandstone Peak, then disappeared behind them.

Intense bright white round light with purple blinking within it; darted up, down, sideways, circling around & repeated the motions.

My daughter and I saw a "UFO" high up in the night sky, far to the north of us. A very intense bright white large round light with a purple color blinking intermittently within it. It was darting around - up, down, sideways and circled back around again. It repeated the motions again, up, down, sideways, etc. Lasted about 3-4 minutes then darted in the opposite direction but appeared to be slanting downwards towards Earth and disappeared. There was no noise.

We live in an area surrounded by mountains. The object was too far above the mountains; there were stars around it in the night sky.

Strong, pulsating light that changed colors from red to green to white. Object appeared stationery in sky

I was having trouble sleeping during the early morning hours of June 22, 2008. I had the TV on, and after the cable had gone out for the second time, I opened up the curtains to look out at the night sky through the sliding glass doors that are in my bedroom. It was around 3:00 am.

I saw what at first appeared to be a bright star. It was in the west, at about 45 degrees elevation. After looking at it for a bit longer, I saw that the light seemed to be pulsating much more intently than from a flickering star. As I continued to look, I was able to perceive that the light was also changing colors…..going from a yellow-white, to red to green. And the pulsating effect seemed very strong. At this time I thought it might be a plane far off in the distance, so I waited to see if I could detect any movement, by seeing if it was coming closer to me, or moving laterally to my position.

After viewing it for about 2-3 minutes, it was apparent that it was not moving towards me, away from me, or to either side. It was in the exact same position relative to me, that I had first seen it in. The very strong, strange pulsating was continuing, so I decided to get a pair of binoculars that I had in the other room.

When I trained the binoculars on the light, I was now able to more clearly see the pulsating and changing colors of light. With the aid of the binoculars, it now appeared to me that the lights were extended outward in a somewhat circular or oval pattern. I could not detect an object within the perimeter of these lights. But the lights seemed to almost be dancing in a strobe like fashion. It gave off a very strong electrical effect.

By now about 6-7 minutes had passed by, and I realized that the object was slowly dropping, much like the sun setting over the horizon. There was a large hill in my line of sight, so in the next minute or so, the object dropped out of view behind the hill, whose apex was at about 25 degrees.

I’ve never reported any kind of sighting before this, but felt compelled to do so, as I have never seen anything like this before. It was clearly not a star, planet or a meteorite. As I stated, I was able to rule out a conventional airplane. I was also able to rule out satellites and the International Space Station, after going to several websites and reading what the visual characteristics of such a sighting would be.

The only other thing that I could think of would be some kind of helicopter, but the nature and shape of the intense pulsating and changing colored lights, seems to make this likelihood remote, in my opinion.

Three white dots flying across the sky in Agoura Hills, CA

I was working in Agoura Hills, CA in the evening.

I walked out of the office to take a cell phone call and saw three "dots" in the sky - circles of light, not sparkly or shining and refracting light like a star or an LED, just smooth sort of matte white dots with a discernible diameter (a bit less than 1/4 the size of the moon on a typical night). The dots were north of me, and they appeared to be several miles away from me, about 70 degrees up from the horizon and falling very rapidly in a formation pattern, much faster than a plane or any object would normally descend, but I thought I was seeing a plane flying straight down and I said so to the person I was talking to on the phone, then the dots seemed to swirl around each other for an instant at about 30-40 degrees above the horizon and then immediately turned out of the descent and began moving parallel to the horizon, moving directly east for a few seconds, then they seemed to swirl around each other again and went straight down again, descending below my field of view which was blocked by a bunch of tall trees across the street. And that was it. I didn't see an object attached to the dots - just the white dots themselves. No trails, no haze, no glow, no sound, just white dots moving in a formation pattern descending, then flying east, then descending again below my field of view. I kept watching and did not see them reappear. A person was on the phone with me while this was happening and heard me reacting to the event (various exclamations and four letter words).

Two brilliant white lights hovered in the Southeast near Malibu Canyon and slowly faded at the same time

I was bringing in my garbage cans for the night and something caught my eye. There were two luminous white dots that were in the southeast and looked liked they were over Malibu Canyon. One was slightly higher than the other and I watched them for about a minute and they did not move. They appeared as bright as Venus, however they were much larger. After about a minute, they pulsed brighter and then they both faded at the same time! I stood there looking in the same area of the sky after they faded to see if I could detect anything moving, however I could not detect any objects moving. This is not the first time I have witnessed a UFO. I am an amature astronomer and I am very familiar with the night sky and what I saw was not a plane, helicopter, satellite, planet or star!

ufo sighted with 6 kids in my car in Agoura Hills, CA @2004-2005?

I was with my young son, about 5 years old, picking up 5 girls from a dance class in Agoura, CA.

When I drove on the road parallel to Highway 101, at a corner, and just above a telephone pole or electric pole, was a craft floating above us. I asked all in the car if they were seeing what I saw, and they confirmed it, and it hovered for a short time and then we watched it cross over the hills and I kept moving in the car toward the 101 freeway (driving South or East depending on the road) and it disappeared over the Santa Monica Mountains. I tried to figure out where to report it that night, to no avail. I know that it was not technology from the earth as I know it, and it looked just like someone might picture a UFO disc with different colored lights spinning all around it’s “middle” - it really looked like a UFO I might picture in my minds eye. Anyway, I enjoy your reports, and have never known quite how to properly share this. Thank you!
