Loud plane flying over, I looked up and saw the plane which was normal looking and then 2 very large bright lights glowing with 5 to 6 small red lights below the large bright lights. It was hovering below air space and not moving when I saw it and as the small plane flew over it.

Went back to apt to get phone to take a picture and it was gone.

Object leaving trails in night sky

We have cell video. Walked out to dump trash looked at stars saw one that looked like you would see on a foggy night blury and hazy. I looked and watched it was moving with three trails hehind it got my attention because it looked like a cross. I looked at other stars they were clear. Thought it might be a comet as it changed and had two large vapor trails behind it. It moved too fast for that. It kept moving south the trails stopped and it disappeared. This moved to slow for a fallout no star and if it was a comet how did it disappear. I have about a minute on cell phone footage but did not keep it running to show it disappear. I can send it to you if you want it. I was in military this was no rocket launch something entering the atmosphere leaving a trail I would guess unless it was a comet but I have yet to hear of one or read about it and it moved too fast. I will send cell footage via email as it’s on wife’s phone

White boomerang shaped objects swarming and floating then immediately disappeared together.

Looked West into sky at 11:30 a.m. today and noticed what I thought was a flock of white birds. Their movement wasn't bird-like and they didn't form into any sort of distinct patterns together. The way they moved seemed as if in all directions including backwards and sideways and they sort of swarmed around like kites but independent of anything holding them. They were all white and shaped like boomerangs and kept moving in a swarm and all of a sudden simply disappeared. My friend and I both watched them trying to figure out what they could be. No idea. As for background, I have no scientific training and we were simply standing out by my car. I wish I had thought to take a photo.

Cigar-shaped UFO seen flying low to ground, and flashing, in Rohnert Park.

First seen from far away flashing. Moving too slow to be a plane as it got closer it had two flashing lights.

Then we saw it was pretty close to ground and us. Just above the trees.

Blinking slowed down as it passed us and when on up right over a line of trees. Could tell that it seemed to have two oblong round pieces in a cigar form.

Back part was made of something reflective, thats how we could see the roundness of it.

Super fast object with swirly contrail

At approximately 16:15, heading west, northwest a highly reflective seed-, or teardrop-, shaped object, moving across the sky at a very high rate of speed. Its contrail is what first caught my attention, best described as a curlycue swirl shape. Object moved across the visible horizon in only seconds, incredibly quick. This is roughly the same heading that the recent test rocket seen on the Pacific coast took, I managed to photograph that sighting. This time the object had the sun behind it and its contrail, so none of the photos came out. I submitted a report and photo from the previous rocket launch sight in a few weeks back, same city.

Firey flying funnel!

At 6:01 in the evening as we were starting our nightly walk with the dogs we noticed a very bright light, shaped like a funnel so that it had the appearance of a searchlight. So much so in fact, that we thought it was a helicopter. We quickly realized that it was something much different. The light was a bright white flame and there was smoke swirling around this flaming cone of light. No sound, spooky. I started to focus my phone camera and saw that at the front, leading the white flame was a dark cone shape. The shape was visible for seconds while we were at an angle to see what looked like the flaming bottom of a large cone shape. As it continue noiselessly across the night sky the flame disappeared from view and except for a few wisps of smoke the sky seemed to revert to its normal inky beauty. The streetlights made it hard to follow but we did pick up a faint outline of a cone moving up and away from us at what seemed to be a 90• angle to the horizon. The general consensus among our group was that we saw a rocket fly overhead. Still not sure what it was.

White sphere/orb high in the atmosphere that slowly drifted west over a 3 hour period.

Around 4pm, I was observing and recording all of the unnatural and odd cloud formations in the sky. I saw a white sphere/orb high in the northeast sky that I at first thought might be a balloon. It was not rising and disappearing like a balloon would. It was stationary, yet slowly coasting west and northwest. I have 4 others who witnessed this as well. For the next few hours, I watched this white ball in the sky drift west towards the sun that was beginning to set in the sky. It was intelligently controlled whatever it was. It would stop and remain stationary for a while, then it would start to coast west again. I have video footage of this orb and will send it.

Shiny chrome object flying across sky with military plane following.

I was in my backyard getting sun and heard a plane. I looked up and saw a black plane flying in one direction and then I noticed a shiny chrome oval shaped object flying across the sky in the opposite direction.

The sky was clear of any clouds where the object was flying. I stared and watched the chrome oval flying (it was flying faster than the plane). Then I saw the black plane (military?) had turned around to head in the direction of the chrome object, as if it was going to see what it was. when I looked back toward the area in the sky where the chrome oval was, it was gone. I watched the black plane continue flying in that direction until I could no longer see passed the houses.

8 floating lights.

From outside of a school office, five other people of varying ages and I saw a series of floating lights in the sky relatively close to each other which appeared to be moving slightly around fixed spots in the sky a few hundred feet in the air. After about a minute, these lights began moving slowly as if blown by the wind, but in different directions. Some of the lights raised into the sky while the lowest light moved horizontally until one by one, they went out as if burning out like a candle. All of the lights were of a uniform color and luminosity.

Silent red sphere/circle seen just before 9pm on July 4th, 2014, that flickered out and disappeared

On July 4th, 2014, at about 8:50pm, in Rohnert Park, Ca., I went outside to take my dog out for a bike ride in the neighborhood. I could hear fireworks going off so I was standing in my driveway looking at the sky to see if I could spot any fireworks before we embarked on our ride.

The sky was overcast with cloud cover so I couldn't make out any stars yet and I couldn't really see anything BUT cloud cover.

If there was a plane in the sky, I guarantee I would not have been able to see it. It was that overcast.

Right when I got out into the driveway, I looked towards the east (the direction of where I take my dog on her nightly run) and immediately saw a bright red sphere in the sky, slowly moving/hovering.

I thought it was strange because it was SO overcast- it stood out because it was the only thing visible in the eastern sky besides cloud cover that I could see.

It was NOT a firecracker or firework. I saw fireworks later in the evening and they were nothing! like this.

The red sphere was large- about the same size as the sphere I'd seen on New Years Day of this year at 12:05am. About the size of Jupiter x 3.

The sighting only lasted about 30 seconds. It stood out as a bright red orb, it hovered, and pulsed, about 25 degrees from the horizon (low).

Then it began to slowly descend, and then it began to flicker out like a candle would. The red color started to get dimmer and dimmer before it disappeared completely- exactly like a candle would when it burns out. Or when a light bulb is at it's end. It "flickered out" is the best description I can give.

I immediately knew that this was unusual because of how overcast the sky was.

It was completely silent- no noise at all.

Huge red stationary, pulsing sphere in the southeast sky just after midnight on New Years Day 2014

On January 1st, 2014, at 12:05am, in Rohnert Park, Ca., just after the new year rang in, my girlfriend and I went out to the backyard to listen to people shoot off their guns and fireworks.

We were on the deck looking south when we both noticed a red orb in the sky, stationary, just above the tree line towards the southeast. It had a presence that seemed unusual. My g/f said at the time "it must be a NYE blimp". We did not get a picture.

I thought it might just be a blimp too, but it wasn't moving. It was stationary, but kind of hovering like a blimp would, and gently pulsing. It was much bigger than any star in the sky. We would estimate the size to be about 3x that of Jupiter- easily.

We went back in after a couple minutes because it was cold. Two weeks later when I read an article saying that multiple other witnesses had seen the same red/orange orb(s), I knew that what we'd seen was not a blimp, because throughout the southeast part of the stat! e (it was southeast in the sky) people had seen what I'd seen.

We are both in our mid-30's, we enjoy star-gazing and we were not under the influence of drugs at the time. This is not my first sighting.

I have now had 4 legitimate UFO experiences/sightings, with the latest ones being this week, one on the 4th of July, and then again the next night.

My first sighting was in January 2012 of a huge black triangle which I will now document as well.

About 30 degrees into horizon for 90-120 seconds.

Witnessed by myself and 3 other family members.

Unexplainable.

One small orange orb or ball of fire that changed direction and drifted across the horizon

I began driving Eastbound on Allan Avenue after leaving my fiance's home when I noticed a bright orange orb descending vertically and sort of flickering like a flame between the moon and what I believe was Jupiter in the Eastern sky. There was some sparse cloud cover and I pulled over after I realized that the object did not display any typical required aircraft lighting. The area is in the path of several major and minor airports in the Norther Bay Area so there is a lot of air traffic and the object was moving too slowly to be a falling.

I began to shoot digital photographs. A neighbor and two others were getting into a car in the adjacent driveway and they asked me what the object was. I told the neighbor that I did not know and that is why I was trying to take photos, to which he replied "Beam me up, Scotty" indicating that he did not recognize what the object could be either. It then changed direction and brightness and began to drift Southward over the University area, under the cloud cover, an estimated 200' to 500' above the ground and about a mile to my East.

I continued to take digital photos and tried to adjust settings on the camera to get a better image until it drifted too far away for the optics to capture an image. At least five minutes from the initial sighting to the object drifting over the Southern horizon.

I was driving home from my grandmother's house with my mother when I saw a faraway black sphere moving through the sky. It was the second time, actually, I had seen something of this nature. The first time I was at a friend's house, and her sisters and I were laying on the trampoline when we saw it.

both of these objects were the same. They were clearly very far away, smaller than an airplane, black, and spherical. Occasionally the sun would hit it and there would be a bright, silver reflection. They moved slowly like airplanes do, but because of the apparent altitude, it was probably moving pretty swiftly.The speed was very regular, I never saw it speed up or slow down, just move in a straight, slow line accross the sky.

I don't know what this could have been, but I'm sure it wasn't a bird or a plane. Neither fly that high!

Bright yellow fireball made right angle turn and disappeared.

It was a beautiful clear night as I walked along the residential sidewalk heading north about 10:25 pm when I saw a bright yellow fireball heading south, toward me out of the north, moving at approximately the same apparent speed as an airliner, but as it drew nearer I could tell it wasn’t an airplane, as it had the appearance of a bright yellow flame, not trailing anything like a comet, and not appearing to go as fast as a shooting star, but as it approached and got nearer and brighter, I could distinctly tell it was not any sort of craft, airplane, or Chinese Lantern, (which I have seen frequently over Rohnert Park, this being much brighter, faster, and obviously directed somehow) but as it drew close, almost above me, seeming to be maybe not much more than 1,000 to 1,500’ up. Just as I thought I'd get a really good look at it, as I knew it wasn't an airplane, as it was just a bright golden yellow flaming light, as it drew almost directly above me it made ! an abrupt right angle turn towards the east and quickly disappeared. It did not steak off to the horizon, but faded rapidly and disappeared. There was no sound or other evidence that I noticed.

Triangle object dropping fireballs

I was facing west looking up at the moon when I caught a bright flash of white light out of the corner of my eye. I turned north to face it, it was high up but it's shape was clearly visable as it was heading south-southeast it moved slowly and pitched from side to side. I knew at this point that it was not an aircraft. There was no noise coming from the sky, it was shaped like a triangle with a slowly dimming red/white light emanating from the center. The light would at times, look like a dimming campfire. As it moved slowly across the sky, I called my mother outside and as soon as I looked back up we saw that this craft was being "followed" by an aircraft (military) which we could now hear. It seemed to be following this object from underneath because the object looked so high up. Then the object stopped and hovered for a second and it dropped a reddish white fireball toward the ground, after it fell the craft picked up speed, I guess it noticed it was being followed at this point. It moved faster toward the south, then dropped another fireball. We watched this fireball drop somewhere in the distance, it seemed to burn out before it hit the ground. After this last drop it disappeared rather quickly going eastward, maybe toward sonoma/napa area?. Then the aircraft/jet took off southeast.

Sunday, February 1, 2009 Sonoma County, California 38 degrees, 20’, 47” N 122 degrees, 41’, 54” W

At approximately 7:30 pm PST, I witnessed a strange light in the western sky approximately 35 degrees up from the western horizon west southwest from my position. At first I thought it to be the planet Venus (as I am accustomed to seeing this planet in the sky at around this time of night during this season) but it was very reddish in appearance.

I then spotted Venus off to the right and lower in the sky than the object in question. I then went into the house to get my binoculars to have a closer look.

After retrieving my binoculars, I looked again and the object began to emit what appeared to be flare-like objects which were the same color as the object and they drifted downward, appearing to be affected by gravity but had some velocity to them as well. I could not resolve the object any better with my binoculars than I could with the naked eye. I could not see any detail besides the color which was an orange-red.

Finally the object began to wane and then it would come back brighter then wane again. Finally it disappeared altogether. During the episode, the object did not appear to move across the sky, but remained stationary. A neighbor saw it as did my daughter-in-law. The neighbor said he saw it change position in the sky but did not think it to be an aircraft as it moved very slowly.

When I first saw it, I thought it was Venus. Then I thought it might be a distant star undergoing some sort of change but when the flare-like objects started to emit from it I was reminded of a combat aircraft dropping flares to avoid heat-seeking missiles. However, there were only about six flare-like objects released from the main body of the object, and they were not brighter but rather they were the same color and brightness as the main object. There were no flashing lights or different color lights. The only change in appearance that I witnessed was the eventual fading of the object and the reappearance of the object only to fade again and finally disappear for good.

Reddish brown disc appeared due east, sighted as I pulled out into the street from my driveway. I thought it could be the moon but it was too small. Also, I thought it might be some space junk entering the atmosphere, burning up as it moved west to east and descended. I turned my attention driving. By the time I reached the end of the long block I looked up. There was no sign of the object then.

Cluster of four bright lights in clear blue sky.

I was out on my backyard porch while on the phone. I looked up as I noticed a helicopter overhead. That’s when I spotted the bright lights that looked like stars up in the clear blue sky. One was separated from the other three. The three were clustered together and traveling in a pattern of swirling in and out of each other. At one point they looked like a snake in the way they moved. They were in the east and up pretty high. They moved slowly across the sky.

I asked my friend on the phone if she could see them from her location, but she could not. She advised me to video tape them, so I did. The time recorded was 18:44 hours.

I didn’t think anything much of it until I showed the tape to my friend and than we found this website. They were pretty fascinating. I had to leave the house, so I only watched them for about 10 minutes.

I am a 41 year old female U.S. Air Force veteran who never saw anything like this while on active duty!

Iwas coming home when i saw a blue light in the sky i tried to follow it but it was really fast so I went home

I was coming home from Hansom court at 9:00 when I looked up in the sky and saw a blue light flickering. Thier was only one they sat their the shape was unknown the light only blue. They just sat there for 6 seconds and then took of It was to low to be a plane and it was super fast. I tried to follow it but it was going at least 100 miles fast I couldnt catch it so I just went home.

A light dancing and shooting in the sky , lots of diferent fast movements, changing in diameter.

I saw a light, looked like a star, It was moving in a strange way. At first skittering like a bug. So I was curious, I watched for a few minutes and it was dancing all over tthe sky. I went to get my camera and tried to take a picture with out much luck. Then I got my video camera and started to shoot it. It was a round circular light that was growing larger and smaller in diameter, it seemed to have some red and blue smaller lights spinning, althought this can't be seen as good on the video. It was also exploding like a firework on the 4th of July many times. This can be seen on the vidio. I continued to tape the light it was shooting across the sky faster the a shooting star at times. I had my zoom on it and it shot right out of the screen and back through it afew times really fast. It exploded out of sight. I went to get a new tape so I could try to get some more. It came back in sight. I shot some more without the zoom so I could get all of the movements. I got some more but not as intense as the beginning. After awhile longer it vanished. I was totally amazed I had called a friend to tell her. It was really something!

flare-type unidentified light over Rohnert Park, CA

I was driving south on Highway 101 at about 5:45pm. There were many cars on the highway, so it is possible that many other people witnessed this as well. I looked to the left as a bright light caught my eye. It looked at first like a shooting star, but then it slowed down and moved erratically before disappearing. I thought maybe it had been a signal flare shot off, but it was bright white and did not appear to have a streak following the path of the light, the way a burning flare does. Plus it's descent was not in an arc, but moved around in a squiggly pattern before disappearing. I probably would not report this, except that I got a call from someone else in the area who saw strange lights in the sky last night in nearby Petaluma, CA.

Horseshoe flat disklike craft with oval shaped white strobing head lamps with pale yellow lights each outer edge.

I was going home headed south west in 6:00 traffic. I was on a very busy street with no place to pull over. As I was waiting in a rather long left turn lane for some reason I felt compelled to look up and what I saw was what looked like a pair of flying eyes coming almost directly toward me but is was actually to the right of me. I realized I was looking at a flying object that I could not Identifiy. I was in lot of traffic but none the less I kept looking at it untill it passed on the right. What I called eyes were oval white lights that were strobeing back and forth from their ends to the center and back again. They were not doing this quite at the same time giving the impression of a nano second where one was not lit. At the outer edge of these lights there were very pale small yellow lights that stayed on. This object was very low and it looked as it was actually moving beneath the tree but it was I think about 300 feet above the trees and it made absolutely no sound. It was moving very very slowly it looked like it was floating . It went by me and I could not see it to many trees I turned arount to follow it but when I got to a clear space and I could see the sky there was nothing there nothing! I have the feeling this craft might have been kind of a flat horse shoe shape. I will send you a drawing. I called the police department but they had not had ant other reports. I had the feeling I saw a bight blue thin band of color kind of outlining the lights

Two Steel Colored, Almost Rod Shaped Craft that play cat and mouse. Sonoma County/Marin County Sighting. Day Time Sightings both times.

They were playing cat and mouse with each other. I think they are being used by the local Military Base known as Skaggs Island off of Highway 37.

They shoot straight up in the sky and head straight down so fast you think they are going to crash then they pop back up like a rubber ball. They are Steel colored. They reflect the sun off of them.

They move so fast but thanks to the reflexion of the sun you can follow them with your eyes.

There is no known military craft than can do the things I saw yesterday in the sky. I know other people must of seen this.

They fly so quick with or without trails. They can't be regular navy jets. The way they pop back and forth at the speeds they go. This is a new technoligy if it really is military. I think this is UFO technoligy. I have seen it twice now. Once a month ago and now just yesterday.

I will try to get it on VCR Camera if I see this again.

Brite white light with a downward tail

My wife and two daugthers were leaving for the store, and I walked out with them. My dauther ((deleted)) asked if when she came back from the store, she & I could setup the telescope and look at the stars. I said it would be ok and then we looked up at the sky toward CASSIEOPIA when we saw a bright light that was about the same size and briteness as Venus is when it is in the night sky, just one hand to the right of Cassieopia and about two fingers lower. It made a little ziz zag side to side and appeared to have a tail/beam appx. a finger width shining down and comming to a point at the bottom. We all saw it for about 15 sec, then it just got real fuzzy looking and just blinked out.

While driving, I noticed a round torquoise colored sphere falling from the sky to the North East of Rohnert Park. The object dissapeared just prior to reaching the ground. At first I thought it was a comet, but there was not a trail. In addition to myself, my two children saw the object.

The whole incident lasted only a few seconds. In addition to myself, my two sons witnessed the sighting. There was also an aircraft of some type, to the North, that should of had an eyeful of the object. I am a 33 year old male. My present position is a licensed wastewater treatment plant operator. I have been employed in the water/wastewater treatment field since 1985. I was a member of the USAF active duty from 1985-1992. My sons ages are 8 and 5.

Summary :

I 1st noticed 3 small objects/stars/points "excited state", were Iscoceles. Their locations from each other. One then vanished, two remained, became very active, then the largest white shooting star tail/streak wen directly between the two.

To me, it seemed as if the 3rd object "took off" into space. The white began and ended in a direction from Earth towards space. It was very 3-Dimensional and I believe the object exited our atmosphere from a stationary position to a 1 second blast towards space.

The sky remained very lively while numerous larger objects/crafts floating like hot air balloons, changing colors from blue-green-red-gold. 10-30 degress above horizon remained active with 'excited'small colored objects, defitely moving in all directionns, above were many slower but larger and clearer object, color displays and changes were very mech/electrical, not slow changes as if reflected light from Hale-Bopp,which was always present in the North Eastern sky.

Many totally vertical risings and decents of objects of different size and color. Helicopter? Hawk planes?

Sky quickly became less active, darker, as many objects exited view. Sky black with few stars @4:00am.

Sunrise brought about much actvity on black sillouteted hills. Huge dark craft rose vertically to top of hills and remainded. moonrise 6;00am

Summary : Saw black monolith type object

I was outside in my driveway smoking a cigarette, I looked up at the stars and there was this very large black rectangle silently moving above me. There were no lights and it made absolutely no noise. It seemed to be very low, 20 to 40 feet above.

I watched it go south until it was not in my sight. I am the kind of person who would be the first to call others over to look at some interesting thing, but I never did. In fact, I forgot about it until recently, which is weird, because normally something that unusual I would recall.
