A light in the sky over San Francisco Bay in close proximity to OAK airport.

From the San Leandro Marina looking West over the San Francisco Bay, we noticed a small cluster of clouds with a pulsating pin point of light within the clouds This light would illuminate to the same brightness as the moon and then fade to a much dimmer light. This was repeated in the same section of sky for 30 minutes until we left the area.

The light was the same size as you would see on a jet aircraft as it heads toward you. This light kept pulsating very slowly. It would be dim for about two to three minutes and then brighten up for a minute before rwturning to a dim light. This was happening within a very small cluster of clouds and stayed in the exaxt same area of the sky for 30 minutes

I was on my way home and noticed a rectangular object hovering motionless above the trees. At first i thought it was a drone, but it had no propellers. It had a rectangular shape, blackish grey and sitting in the sky. i took two pics which really shows its shape and i video taped it. When i crossed the street to get closer look the things was no where in sight.

Was recording a video of our new exhaust on our mustang and caught a sighting of a UFO that came straight out of the sky and hovered above the building. We didn't notice the UFO until we watched the video a few days later, so recording was stopped after we recorded the video of the car.

I sit at the marina every morning for the sunrise to meditate and this morning I noticed above the cloud and fog line would appear to be part of the clouds at first but then I noticed it getting brighter and it's still there with the clouds dissipating at first I thought it was a planet in the distance but it's not it's staying in the same location however it seems to be changing from a cube shape to a sphere and back and I don't know what the heck this thing could be I do know that it is not a part of the landscape as I sit in the same spot with the same view every morning and I would have noticed something like this before and I looked through my pictures of the cityscape and see nothing to that nature in the previous photos I am approximately 36 miles from where this appears to be it's probably further for me but that's a guesstimate I've been here for an hour and the thing has not moved only change shape and gotten brighter and dimmer it's very odd

Strange Craft With Flashing Red and Green Lights Circling in the Sky

I saw at around 23:00 a strange object circling over San Leandro that had lots of red and green flashing lights. It made a strange buzzing noise and kept circling lower and lower. I noticed whatever it was circling for about an hour and then it suddenly disappeared.

I have seen some of the most activity in the night sky than I’ve ever observed before in my life.

First it was black, shimmering black triangles, seemed to have some sort of cloak around it. When the sun sets the cloak didn’t quite match the night sky, it gave a purplish cloud. Then, started hearing what sounded like machines during the day.

I now have seen what look to be stars detaching and traveling West, fading in and out. I’ve seen what appears to be stars in a circle, it’s too many in such a small space. They look to be activity moving within the circles.

I’ve seen yellow orbs coming from the same direction and travel one at a time, so close that I feel an magnetic energy coming off of it in waves.

Lastly, I’ve seen circular objects, with lights red, white, around the middle traveling slowly along freeways, places are busy such as pumpkin patch event that I attended. I thought drones until one disappeared right over my head, again so close I could hear the humming of the quiet engine.

Five, non-blinking red lights in triangle or A configuration, East Bay Area.

Monday night December 14th, I went out to check my car at midnight before going to bed.

As the crow flies, I'm about a mile from the edge of the San Francisco Bay.

If I look down my street in that direction, (west), I can see the big planes flying low, alongside the shoreline on their final approach to Oakland Airport.

I also see the planes climbing out of Hayward Airport just to my south. And I see the eastbound traffic from San Francisco International, straight across the bay from me. So I'm familiar with air traffic and their procedures in this area.

The ufo was about a mile and a half to the EAST, looking up the opposide direction of my street, which looks towards the Hayward hills. The ufo was, from my perspective, slightly higher than the telephone pole at the end of the street.

At first, I thought it was a large jet about to turn and head south to Fremont, where they make a u-turn onto the final approach to Oakland. But the lights were all bright red. And not blinking. I could only see the lights. I couldn't tell if they were part of one craft or five seperate, individual lights.

It was the size of a 747 and in the shape of a capitol A or triangle, if you prefer. One red light at the top. One at each crosspiece and one at the bottom of each leg.

It was flying towards me, but then unexpectantly stopped and held position. Almost as though it know I was watching it.

Then it began to fade, as though a wispy cloud passed in front. But it was a cloudless sky. Then it brightened again. Then faded once more.

And then it completely "winked" out. Gone, right before my eyes. I waited for another five minutes, but it didn't reappear.

3 orange spheres moving in a line, no sound, leader stops momentarily, disappears straight up in to the sky, other two follow after.

Three orange spheres, one further ahead than the other two, all moving in a straight line at the same speed. The outlier sped up and moved straight upward in to the cloud cover. The other two continued on their path, then the leader circled and took a left turn and disappeared. The remaining sphere continued straight, stopped for a few seconds suspended, then went up in to the clouds and vanished. There was no sound at all, which is how I knew they were not planes, as we walk there often on a path near the Oakland airport. I am a local school teacher, my friend is an accountant and we are both graduate students. We know with absolute certainty these were NOT planes, as we see and hear them fly over us all the time when we walk this path.

Two flat disk shaped long objects hovering in sky

This happened back in late June of this year. I am not sure off hand of the exact date but I know it was at the end of the month and on a Saturday early evening when it is still very light outside with daylight being summertime. My husband who is an aviation engineer and I were both in front of our home. My husband was near the side of the house shearing the shrubbery and I was sitting on the garden bench we have out front near the lawn with my dog. I looked to my left past our neighbors house and I see two silver objects in the sky. Both were the same shape, flattish, long and disk shaped. This is not my first time seeing UFO objects and my husband being a skeptic, I decided to wait a few moments to see if they were just airplanes or whatnot. We do live below a flight path. After approximately 2 minutes of these objects just sitting there, I then call to my husband and tell him to quickly come here. I point to them and he then sits at the curb in fro! nt of our home and tells me to get the binoculars. I hurried inside and came right out with them. He looks through the binoculars at them and by this time they have moved more to the right, one is higher than the other, and they are at a diagonal position one from the other. He gives the binoculars to me and helps me to know just where I should hold them to see the objects. What I saw was amazing as they looked to be spinning incredibly fast yet not moving. Hard to explain, you would have to see them. Also there seemed to be a red tinge at the bottom of both objects. After looking what I felt to be long enough, I then give the binoculars back to my husband. After looking for about another minute, he informs me that they both just disappeared. He is skeptic. I am not. His explanation is that they are unlike anything that he has ever seen before. This will sound unbelievable and strange, but I had a strong feeling that I would see a UFO four hours before. And this had happened to me when I was younger.

A quiet, dark and large floating arc moving from south to north towards downtown Oakland at 4:40 a.m.

I have a hot tub in my back yard and mostly use it very early in the morning between 4:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. - this morning (Saturday) I went out and as usual, I stare up into the sky hoping to see satellites go by (I usually see on or two) but this morning what I saw was dark against the sky, you could hardly see it but it was very large. At first I thought it might be a hang-glider or a big kite. It seemed to be a swept back arc with a darker front edge just floating north above Oakland towards Lake Merrit. No lights, not fast moving.. balloon? Giant Condor? I could not of course tell how high it was, but I got the feeling it was a couple of thousand feet up. Anything less would not explain the size of the thing.

i was outback looking at the stars i saw a few lights that seemed to be moving fast they were kinda faint at first. than i saw it was a giant triangle. i live by the airport i know when somethings giant. it was way up there i could only see the bottom 3 lights. than my eye focuses and sees the triangle. It was going straight headed north. I ran in the house and said i saw a UFO my wife got off the couch and we ran to the front door. I didnt see the triangle anymore. i looked hard tried to focus in the area. I couldnt see it anymore. than some faint light very small and moving much faster than the triangle for a few seconds. it got bright like a star in an instant it was gone. not sure of the time i was overwhelmed and still am. around 10:15 pm i have tried to write this so its legible. that shit was cool. i can basically draw this i have seen similiar images of these triangles and bursts on the web.

Wierd lights in the sky of the SF Bay.

I'm an avid night watcher that has not seen much activity since hanging out with Ed Grimsley. But this week my friends mom, sister and niece reported strange lights in the night sky of our neighborhood for the last week or so. They stay out to watch it nightly till 1am. It was foggy in the SFBay last night so I waited until tonight. From San Leandro, CA looking in the direction of San Mateo (probably beyond)they called and said to look at the star in the sky. Upon further observation with the naked eye, I can confirm movement on behalf of the "star". It has a light rotating around it and every now and again it would move in circles and other intelligent patterns. At times it will expand and grow faint for about 10 seconds and then reform itself into the red and white glistening "star". It's pretty intersting.

On april 28 2009 at 3 am pacific time an alien appeared in the living room as i was sleeping on the couch.

I was sleeping on the couch in the living room. It was about 3 am. I was on the couch facing the french doors.

I dont know why but i awoke to see an alien standing in the living room next to the kitchen cabinet.

It was looking towards the kitchen to the left.

From what i could see by the light on the stove and night light it was about four and a half to five feet tall.

Its skin looked almost oily and was muddy to gray in color. It was very smooth looking..

From the side its head looked larger than its body. It came down and bulged out at the lower back of its head.

It had long skinney arms and legs.

I couldnt see the lower trunk very well. It had a skinny neck.

I sat up and when it turned its head and looked at me. It had almond shaped big black eyes a small nose and mouth. I dont recall any ears.

As it looked at me i stood up to walk towards it when all of a sudden in a flash of light it went t

Walking from our home to a shopping area an extremely large disc shaped ship sideview was above us stopped then woosh it went up

I can show pics and drawings, wife and I where walking on a summer day to the mini mart accross the street and parking lot. Ice cream for the kids. As we entered the parking lot about straight above us was an extremely large edge of a disc shaped ship, so close we could see the what looked like windows around the edge. Then woosh it took off up to the the right and gone. This all happened within 2 min or so. Now as I reflect years later I feel it was falling and corrected the issue before crashing.

We looked at each other and asked the obvious questions, did we just see what we saw. We looked around and the only people where working in the stores and would not have been able to see it. I just want to record this before I am to old to remember.

My husband was driving on the I580 freeway from Oakland to Hayward, California. We were driving by San Leandro California when my 13 year old son, screamed at me to look up at the sky, asking Mommy what is that???

first I did not where to look and he said on the sky. I saw a saucer-like craft with lights at the bottom, drifting on the sky and heading down, intermitent lights were flashing on the bottom.

It looked like a hat. The top of the craft was dark but the lights at the bottom were very bright.

I saw it for about a minute trying to figure out what it was, I could not make up what type of craft it was and I couldn't believe how much it looked like what I always seen in pictures of UFOs.

Then all of the sudden I did not see it anymore. My son said he was still able to see it a little longer after me.

My husband was driving so he could not turn his head to see.

As soon as we came home I told my son to run to go draw what he saw. I also did the same. Both of our pictures looked the same. We both saw the same saucer-like spacecraft with flashing lights at the bottom.

four round ligths flying in triangle formation spoted over san leandro

I saw four round ligths flying in a triangle formation, they did not seem to be flying very high maybe 500-700 feet over head but they did not make any noise at all they extremely quite and moving maybe 5-10miles per hour my son and myself observed these ligths for maybe 2minutes at the most the they disapered from view.They seem to coming from the south and disapered in a north-northeast direction.

I am reporting this for my neighbor she told me she heard a loud humming noise or like a tuning fork noise ( she never heard anyhting like this at all) and looked outside of her house and saw a oval shaped disk ( she has never seen any plane that looked like this) comming over the tree tops and moving very slowly It passed over our apartment complex and was moving very slowly and had lights around it It passed over the apartment complex and then headed up towards the hills we live right down the street from Lake Chabot. On 5/30/2004 at 3 am my son was listening to Coast to Coast am and suddenly heard a very loud noise just like our neighbor said ( he wasnt aware of what she told me) He grabbed his flashilight to see what it was and as soon as he went to the window it the sound started to fade when he looke outit was gone

Bright white disk, stationery for ten minutes, and then in an instant disappeared completely.

I was at the San Leandro Marina and stopped walking to watch a FedEx plane land at nearby Oakland Airport. Then my eye caught an extremely bright white disk across the San Francisco Bay. It just hung in the sky for almot ten minutes, then lighted up to a brighter white glow. Then in an instant disappeared. Completely gone. This should have been visible from the control towers at Oakland and San Francisco airports. I don't know what it was, but it definitely was not an airplane or blimp.

I first saw two bright yellowish beams in the sky, higher than clouds, and as I got closer, a black disc over the beams, tilted, and then triangular shaped on the bottom.

I was with my cousin who was driving on the fast lane of the freeway, on the edge, and I first noticed two bright yellowish beams in the sky, a little higher than a jet, the sky was still light even though the sun was going down, I saw the two beams for about 15 minutes, then when we got up to it my cousin and I saw a flat disc shaped object, black and tilted, over the two beams, which appeared longer. And then as we got up to the beams, even longer, it was off the side of the freeway, we twisted are heads up as much as we could, following the beams, and we then saw this large triangular shaped object, like an arrowhead, with round corners, silver, with three large oval shaped white lights on each corner. The two beams, which were not very wide but very noticable they were so bright, were coming from the center of this object. It was just sitting there as I saw from miles back the two beams, they were not moving. I do not know if anyone else on the freeway saw it. I know the area, it was in a residential area. I have not heard any other report on it, so I do not know if anyone in the area has seen it. It seemed to be able to make itself not so obvious.

A huge, maybe 100' wide, metalllic flying saucer. It hoovered quickly and swift, colorful lights at bottom

I was 17 years old, it was the summer of 1977. A male friend and I went over to Lake Chabot,it was late about 3:00 AM. We stood at the deck which overlooked the lake. Mountains surround the area and it is lit by the moonlight. It was very peaceful and pleasant, no one was out at this time of night. I remember feeling safe with guy friend, then suddenly from behind the mountain, a huge, maybe 100' wide flying saucer hovered into the valley like area, almost like it was hiding. It made a very swift humming sound and took over the sky. There were colorful lights twinkling on the bottom of the saucer. I was amazed, I looked over to my friend and he started running and left me there! I realized then how dark it was. The saucer had taken up the sky and the moonlight. I couldn't see the road which would lead me back up to the car. Oh my god, this guy left me! I said "Wait"!. Luckily, I found my way up the hill by memory, for have often visited Lake Chabot. There he was, my so called friend, taking off in his car. I was able catch him. He was very frighten, where I was more amazed. We went back to my house to share it with my roomate and she thought we were on drugs. Well, we weren't. We talked alone out in front of my house for a few miniutes, then he left. I haven't seen him since. I don't even remember his name. Hopefully, one day he will read this and want to contact me. If he is reading this, please place an add, do something, come find me. I would like to talk about that night, plus I will have proof, that I did see what I saw. I am not one to make up things, I have no reason to do this. I keep telling my children and family, "Come on.... do you really think I would make something like this up" and they say no, but find it hard to believe in UFOs. Well, that's my story and honest to God, I did see a flying saucer.

The night of Sputnik, a drag race in the sky of 5+ objects stole the show for us.

It was the night that Sputnik was supposed to be visible to the naked eye in my hometown of San Leandro, California. The night was clear - no cloud cover at all. My brother (about 11 yrs old at the time) and I (about 8 yrs) and our 16 yr old babysitter were out in the back yard, laying on the picnic table watching the sky for the spectacle of man's first craft in orbit! Sputnik was expected to be seen after dark in the southwest sky (going just over our fig tree in the S.W. corner of our yard. The house was on the north side of the yard so we had no fear of any obstruction of our view.

As we lay watching, we saw [no less than 5 nor more than 8 - I'm thinking it was 6]what we initially thought to be our subject sighting. The two problems were: a) there was more than just one object and, b)they were traveling from the wrong direction - coming from the east, traveling west! Their time to go from the eastern horizon (which was the roof of the one story house of our neighbor to the east) to the western horizon (trees - quite a ways away) was about 1.5 minutes - possibly 2 minutes but not more.

The objects were quite bright but looked like Sputnik did when we finally DID see it - it was just where we expected to see it, too. The objects had no specific formation but their flight pattern was direct: east/west. No side trips at all BUT one ship or the other would race out in front of the group then slow and wait for the others to catch up. This happened about 3 or 4 times while we watched them traverse our field of vision. We called it the "Dragrace in the Sky." We did talk about whether or not it HAD been the Sputnik, discussing the direction and number of vehicles, or had INDEED been 'flying saucers' and decided we had been treated to a very special show before getting to see our (meaning earth's) Sputnik. Seeing the first man made space craft was pretty exciting but, honestly, the "dragrace" pretty much stole the show that night - for us, anyway.
