On a stargazing trip with 3 NASA scientists, a cluster of objects repeatedly flew overhead.

Two close friends and I joined a stargazing trip led by NASA scientist Gary Blackwood. He was using a high powered green laser pointer to give us a tour of the constellations. Suddenly, a group of gray ovals passed directly through it, lighting a couple of them up briefly as green. Their formation was loose and looked like a check-mark; it wasn’t entirely clear at first that they weren’t just a rogue arch of balloons. It was hard to see how many there were but I’d estimate 7-10. When asked, Gary commented that it was either balloons or a UFO. I watched as it flew from east to west at wind-speed towards the moon until it disappeared. Just before it did, however, one in the center flashed a quick white light, like a star.

Kimberly Miner, a fellow NASA scientist observing from a picnic blanket on the ground, began to excitedly talk to fellow scientist Carmen Blackwood, who shared the blanket with her — she was convinced what we just saw was anomalous. I approached her and mentioned the flash and we discussed what we saw. That’s when they passed over again in the exact same flight path. This time, it appeared as though there were 7 or 9 moving twice as fast and in a perfect v-shape/triangle. I can’t explain why but I had the distinct feeling they were trying to prove they weren’t just balooons. As it got closer to overhead, they became one line. Once again, they were caught by lazor pointer briefly. Kimberly also saw these, saying she’d never seen anything like it.

A few minutes later, they returned to fly the same flight path—east to west—in a new formation - 8-10 orbs in a symmetrical cluster, VERY clear and just a little bit closer this time. So clear, that when Gary suggested it was drones, Kimberly corrected him, “That’s a UFO, Gary!” This began a discussion of what everyone else saw and the reasons these were clearly not drones.

5 minutes later, it appeared in its 4th and final formation; just 2 objects appeared flying down the same path, weaving slightly closer and farther apart as they did - it almost felt playful. Only a handful of people, myself being one of them, were still looking and saw this.

An onsite photographer attempted to capture them on video but it was too dark; nothing showed up in playback.

I was doing my patroll work for talavera when I was coming to a end of my route to do list. I looked into the norther part of the sky and I saw a light, I usually see them. This time it turned out to be, that stood there consistently for more than 10 minutes and eventually Dimmed out ..one of the homeowners herd me saying this came out the the middle of the street and seeing the light just fade away ..not like flying away..like disappear right in front of our eyes.

One craft had red color the other was a white orb

My husband took the dogs outside at 3:47 am on 2-28-22. He came back to the bedroom saying he needed his glasses because he thought he saw a UFO outside. I went out and saw lights darting around the sky rapidly. I ran back in to get my phone to record it and both of us watched two interacting craft / orbs moving rapidly. Disappearing and reappearing thousands of feet away. The orb moved separately from the red looking craft . At the end of my first video, we can hear a small airplane in the distance so we feel someone other than us saw this. There was no sound up until the small plane. I HAVE THE VIDEO and it looks like there are 3 round (thrusters?) On the colorful craft. It moves incredibly fast and went from West to East , up and down within nano seconds. The orb was glowing white. My husband is 65 and I am 61. I have lived in the Coachella Valley for 34 years and am the owner of a business for 16 years.

After the meteor/fireball that most of southern California saw tonight, there started to appear orange lights in the sky. They appeared one by one, and then disappeared, sometimes together, and other times separate. They came into formation once or twice.

This was almost identical to the Phoenix light sightings, as well as others like it from around the world. I took full video of the event until it stopped. Very interesting. Definitely not flares or anything man made.

4 brilliant amber orbs, about the size of a house

4 amber orbs came from northeast. 3 went north of my house and 1 broke away and came towards my location. The amber orb was about 1500 feet away from me in the sky. What i saw was amazing. Pure radiant amber light. No metal structure. About the size of an average house. Within the orb of light, I saw a flame. The flame was like a flame of glass, also quite brilliant. In moving towards my location, it exhibted intelligence and a desire that i would see it. I've never seen anything like it.

Giant mass of clustered lights miles long moving through sky

My brother and I live in a gated community in Indio. Our mailbox center is at the entrance of the community and we decided to ride our bikes to get the mail around 19:00. We are both about 30 years old, very interested in other forms of life and UFO activity, although never seeing anything ourselves or looking for it. As we're riding, my brother stops me and tells me to look at the weird stars above. It was a line of stars about the length of 4 big dippers long, clustered close together. We both quickly realized that this was not a star formation and became overcome by the size. They soon started expanding and contracting to one another, not dramatically or quickly, but subtly. There were at least 70 lights above, each dimming and brightening. If they were more spread out, the average person would assume they were stars.

We then watched this massive unity of lights move across the sky from the west. We could see a tip that was the front of what looked like t! he biggest object. To be clear, we couldn't see any object, but because lights were around it's perimeter, we could make out the shape of the front which was pointed. The best way to describe how it moved is almost like a caterpillar, certain parts moving away and toward each other (expanding and contracting) while the thing as a whole moved forward at the same speed. I was in complete awe.

We watched a few planes come into view which moved much faster and were much closer than this thing, which was so far away, it had to be in space. All the lights slowly dimmed except three at the tail of the mass, which formed a perfect triangle. I was instantly frustrated because what I saw couldn't be explained but I was grateful my brother at least saw it, too.

The duration here was approximately 8 minutes and the size was miles long. It's unimaginable and looked like it was a detached piece of the night sky with controlled hinges that moved.

Not sure if we were viewing one giant obje! ct or multiple small objects linked together somehow.

Unknown black, diamond-shaped craft, slightly smaller than an F-16.

11:20 this morning, I was sitting at my desk at work, when I heard what sounded like the cracking of a whip followed by a low level hum or vroom sound.

I got up from my desk and went out the front door of the shop. When I looked up (north – northwest direction), I saw a Black Diamond shaped craft with what looked like 2 triangle- shaped fins off of the back end of it.

As soon as I saw it, 2 F-16's flew over head in pursuit. They were at roughly 5500 feet. I'm guessing on the altitude here…

The Black Diamond shape craft made a sharp turn to the right over the mountains and headed east. The 2 F-16's made their (much slower) banking turn to follow. I'm not sure what type of engine was in the Black Diamond shaped craft, but it took off straight east faster than anything that I've ever seen.

The 2 F-16's light up their engines and gave pursuit. But not anywhere near as fast as the Black Diamond shaped craft.

This all lasted maybe 20 seconds before they were out of sight, heading east towards Blythe.

A massive transparent diamond shaped object.

Massive formation lower than the clouds. You could see the perimeter of it, but it was transparent, like if you were to put a clear shaped dining piece of glass underwater and then moved it. You would still be able to see it, even though it's transparent...that's the best way we can describe it.

There were 3 lights along one side, and appeared to be flying slightly askew. The noise that it made was a deep massive, ground rolling roar, almost like a jet plane.

It flew parallel to us as we stood in the backyard, watching and it veered off to the right until it was out of our line of sight.

5 round fire like balls in flight pattern over Coachella Valley

Was in back yard looked up and what appeared to be a helicopter but bright continous light (no flashing indicators) I followed the object as it was heading from the west to east as I then noticed 4 others following same flight pattern. the objects flew east then b-lined upward due south.

The object was foreign enough for me to run and grab my wife who also acknowledged it as a foreign object. The objects were round almost fire burning with zero sound and fluid movement. Both wife & I are very skeptical of things like this but it was not anything we have ever seen before.

There had to be other sightings of this as they were all to obvious.

Around 1 am, the night of Easter Sunday, I witnessed what I thought was a comet heading in a slanted direction to my right.

As it grew slightly closer I realized it was way to small and slow to be a comet, but maybe a helicopter. I then knew it wasn't a helicopter because it was too fast.

After moving at a slight angle to our right it curved its direction and starting heading away from us.

My friend had said it might be a flare, but we all knew otherwise and it had been getting further and further away slowly.

It looked like a fireball at first, but without any fire, then more like just a big orange ball of light, but was too far away to see any detail at all.

After moving further away it disappeared.

We were shocked, but I knew it just was too far to see, until it came back into sight heading back in our direction. It came back to the point that it had been at before, moving slowly compared to any meteor, but fast compared to a firework.

It then turned back around almost instantly without rotating and then slowly disappeared again.

This lasted for about 8 to maybe 12 minutes in total.

My fiance' and I were on the phone. He was in El Cajon/San Diego and I was in Indio. This is 163 miles apart. He mentioned seeing a satellite crossing the bottom of the big dipper, so I stepped outside to take a look. This bright light was very high up-far above any possible planes (which we could see underneath). It was maintaining a course, so it seemed like it could be a satellite but it was moving very quickly and then it zig zagged a bit. The trajectory was from the Northwest to the Southeast. As it lowered to the southeastern horizon, I noticed a bright light shoot upward from the UFO, it zig zagged again and then faded.

A unidentified triangular object with three white lights in each corner, flying West to East in a fast pace.

I was at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival when my spotting occurred. I had just got back to my camping spot right after the concert had ended, around 1:00am, which means I was away from the festival lights. A friend pointed out an unidentified object flying overhead. It was flying fairly high at a fast pace, from West to East. The object was a dark gray, triangular shaped, with a white light in each of it’s corners, and about as large as a jet. It did not seem to be like a jet, nor did it make any sound. I watched as it disappeared into the night sky. There were several planes flying that night, including advertising planes for the concert. I do recall seeing the object after a plane flying by. In addition, I saw a fast moving white light that resembled a moving star, which I concluded as a satellite.

I read on a Coachella message board that other had seen unidentified objects as well, however not similar to mine.

Two perfectly shaped oval white clouds suddenly appeared,then a pod flew out and returned back up into the cloud.

Early October 2010, my wife and I were traveling east on I-10 at the Arizona border. We just fueled up and traded drivers. It was just getting light and the sun had not come over the horizon yet. I just commented how blue the sky was.

As I looked to the south I noticed an unusual perfectly oval white cloud that seemed to just appear. I made comment to my wife.

As I was talking to her, she looked up and saw a pod come out of the cloud do a figure 8 and go back into the cloud. When I looked back there were 2 clouds not one. We were doing the speed limit of 75 miles an hour and the sun just broke over the horizon. The clouds were traveling slightly faster than we were driving.

They stayed in a perfect formation headed east parallel to the highway. They gradually advanced in front of us until they went into the rising sun and we no longer could see them.

The pod was oval in shape with one-forth a clear canopy, which allowed her to see a pilot.

one white light with 3 red lights, the red lights were faint but then shot out like missals.

A white light was coming from west to east it was surrounded by 3 smaller lights darting over it. Then 4 red lights flew from the white lights and then stood stationary on one side of the white light, while they were moving the whole time. The white light kept going east while the red lights were motionless for about 30secs.

Then all of a sudden they shot forward going in the same east direction as the white light but in a different path they moved faster than any jet fighter i ever saw. They lit up like missiles and they traveled as fast as a shooting star. It lit up like a reentry vehicle trailing fire behind it. The color of the red lights were very faint like the lights weren't meant to be noticeable. They looked like dull red comets I looked through my local news and researched but i guess no one else saw/reported it.

It was a red light that would turn blue and then back to red. It would alternate colors about every two seconds. it could climb wiggle turn descend. It was similar to watching a fly or insects fly pattern, very erratic. It was flying 2 or 3 times as fast as a typical air plane. As I was watching it i felt so confused as I couldn't explain what I was seeing to myself. It is a strange feeling because in this age there is hardly anything we can't explain so I was mezmerized.

Comet-like fireball with Red & Green lights seen in Coachella Valley, CA

I was on my back porch (facing south) and saw what looked like a shooting star falling from the sky. It lasted approximately 5 seconds. It seemed to burn out toward then end, then all I saw was a blinking craft. It turned the oppsoite direction and lit up again. It was a bright light with a long flaming tail. It kept moving in all directions randomly and sometimes it would "burn out" to a dim blinking (like a normal airplane). After it continued for over a minute I called my 4 year old daughter to come see. She thought it was fireworks. We watched and the "tail sparks" turned into circular lights and glowed red at times and green. At some point it looked like it was heading straight for the ground then it would curve up and the tail would light up like a tail of a meteor. It continued for 5 minutes or more. I kept telling my daughter to go get her grandma, she has to see this. It kept changing directions and would glow red then white/yellow and then green. I ran inside finally and grabbed my camera. I was able to capture 3 short video feeds and one still picture. I am convinced there must be some kind of explination for what we saw, I just haven't been able to find anything in our local news. Maybe someone else saw it too.

Observed 2 white clouds of identical shape in clear blue shy with object becoming visible beneath one cloud.

On the morning of 10-10-07 my wife and I had just left a gas station in Indio, Ca. .We were traveling East on I-10. My wife was driving at this time. It was just getting light,and the sky was a perfect blue. There were no clouds visible at all.

Then I looked to the south,and over the top of a moutain was a perfectly oval cloud. I turned to my wife to comment how unusual the cloud was. When I looked back there were 2 identical clouds. I looked back at my wife excited at what I had just witnessed. When she looked at the clouds,she saw a smaller object come out of the bottom,front, do a short figure eight,and shot back up into the cloud .Being upset that I didnot see this.

I watched both oval shaped clouds until they dissapered into the rising sun. I do watch the clouds more often.

Bright object breaks off into three objects and then joins and breaks off again before making an abrupt turn

Was laying down and observing the shooting stars. Then what appeared to be a very large bright star came across the sky from the east and was heading in a westerly direction. The object then broke off into three stars and that is when I told my partner to look at that shooting star, within a second the object came back together as one and then broke off into three seperate units. Within a few seconds the objects make a sharp turn to the north. We could not identify what we saw, as a pilot, I knew it was not an aircraft, due to the speed and abrupt maneuvers the object was making.

Multi-colored ball

Girlfriend and I were driving back to California on I-10 about 20 miles outside east of Indio when we both look up to see a mutliple colored ball falling to the earth. Naturally we freaked out thinking we were being nuked when we look up again to see it go up in a zig zag pattern. It looked massive and I know others on I-10 had to have seen it. The colors of the trail or whatever it was looked like the colors of the rainbow. It reappeared but at a further distance away and went from white to red and disapeared. As far as size, it was about the size of the moon from where we saw it. It looked as if were going to crash into Indio itself, we were 20 miles outside of Indio, so imagine how big this thing had to be. I wish I had never seen it....

shooting star shoots upwards!!!

i was on a rooftop at a apartment buildig helping a buddy change a fan motor , and i always look up at the sky in case i spot a shooting star when i look up i see what first seems to be one i dont know becase it started to shoot down when all of a sudden wham !! shoots upwards fast!!!!! and the not 2 sec. go by its gone before it vanished it had like a red color to it

Bright light or dot with orange tail shot upwards and south across the sky. Tail stopped and so did light. Hovered in sky, then flew parallel to horizon extremely fast (w/o tail) in a stright line, stopped again. Hovered, then traveled downwards(?), tail reappearing in a circular spiraling pattern like a fishhook around object, then disappeared.

My girlfriend(graduate student in music at a university) and I (housepainter) were driving westbound on I-10 returning to California from a trip to Phoenix, AZ. At approx. 7:30 PM we saw what looked like a plane or a rocket taking off or flying slightly up and souhtbound in the sky directly ahead. It had a large orange tail. It got to a cretain height and then stopped cold. It then moved across the sky parallel to the horizon very fast and covered a lot of sky quickly. It stopped again, sat there for a minute, then it moved downward, tail reappearing and swirling around it like a fishhook. It then disappeared. We could make out no characteristics of the object except that it was as bright as a star and the sun had set behind it in the sky.

Ball of light hovering over 2 story apartment

I was outside playing with some friends and saw an object of light hovering in the distance.
I was 13-14 years old at the time and Im now 42.
Seeing the object I thought it was a helicopter because helicopters were common at night in our area.
Slowly the object of light started to move its way to the apartment and eventually hovered above our apartment complex about the height of the two story building.
The object was spherical in shape of pure white light, No sound was emitted, no wind was felt, the light was not bright to the eyes, we could stare at it without squinting.
I realized it wasnt a helicopter. My friends were there and so was an adult who was a father of one of my friends (she went into her house to call him out).
It just hovered above us for some mins and we were all asking out loud what it is.
I ran to my apartment to call my mother for her to see the light but she just said "thats nice" and ignored me.
I ran back out and just looked at the ball of light trying to figure out what it is.
After some mins the ball of light started move backwards and away.
It moved backwards slowly, I couldnt tell if it rotated to move. It just moved away without changing its orientation.
And eventually moved out of our sight. It did not zip away that I could tell because we just left the area or simply went back to playing.
Till this day I still dont know what I saw since I couldnt feel anything from it to indicate it was an aircraft or helicopter.

Saw 7 orange orb type at night around 8:30 first night Didn’t have camera and didn’t want to miss it.
