We saw a round, spinning object that looked like a breast, moving through the night sky. Not a star, not a plane, not a weather balloon

My ex-wife and I were observing the night sky, laying on top of our 12 foot trampoline with our two boys (11 + 8) at 8:05PM when we suddenly noticed a bright light. When we zoomed in, it looked like a spinning ball, or like a boob for lack of better term. It was much brighter than any star in the sky, it moved at first from right to left - very steady - then changed directions and moved away from us. I zoomed in many times to show the object better. But the shakiness of the object is due to my camera movement, not the object itself. The object moved very smoothly.

Funny enough, we had just come from a C5 meditation at a neighbor's house to summon crafts or beings and when we got home and hopped onto our trampoline, we essentially saw one :)

Unidentified aerial object somewhat bright in the sky

While my wife and I were in our spa 30 minutes ago a bright light appeared fairly low flying from the North to South over the OHIGH IFR intersection traveling toward the Ventura area. It almost appeared to have a canopy above it, totally silent with varying intensities. It went out of our site probably over Casitas Springs. A second somewhat dimmer unidentified object followed withing 2 minutes on exact same trajectory.

I am a current IFR pilot and could not identify the object seen tonight.

Silver/white cylinder object hovers then vanishes

I was driving at the time, heading North on the 33 toward Ojai, afternoon sunset behind me. Saw what looked like a plane in the sky. It grabbed my attention because it looked taller than a commercial aircraft (as if the passenger area was 4 levels tall), and it also seemed to be moving too slowly to stay aloft.

I kept an eye on it with the understanding that it could easily be an optical illusion created by my position relative to the object. As my physical location became clearer to see this thing, it became obvious that it was barely moving forward at all. The size and its speed did not follow the known laws of physics. The last moment I looked up at it, it simply became less and less opaque until it vanished from sight. This vanishing (fading out) lasted about 2 seconds.

An interesting sighting that could be off Earth, or may be advanced military. Who knows.

UFO Sightings in Ojai Valley, California First Sighting Date: I am sorry to have not recalled the specific date of this occurrence. It was roughly between August 2012 – November 2012.

Time: Approximately between 12noon-3pm
Duration of Sighting (Before my departure): 4-6 minutes

My location started at the east end of downtown Ojai. There were no visual obstructions in my view. I am a person with 20/20 vision. Approximate location of UFO was above and possibly slightly behind a mountain ridge of North-east Ojai valley. The distance between the object and myself, judging east downtown Ojai to the mountain ridge it hovered above, is approximately 2 to 2.5 miles.

The objects size from my perspective could have been from 100 ft long and 20 ft tall to 300 ft long and 60ft tall. It appeared to hover above, either directly above or back and above, the mountain ridge. There was a very slight distance between the object and the mountain ridge at about a 16th of an inch, if I were to hold my forefinger and thumb to measure from my location.

It was a clear sunny day without a cloud in the sky. I was walking down the sidewalk looking at the scenery along the Ojai valley mountain range. My first observance was spotting something metallic, noticing sun reflection on its surface. My first impression was that is was either an airplane or a satellite dish. There are airplanes in flight traffic pattern in the east end sky of Ojai valley.

However, as I noticed it was not moving along the mountain ridge or diminishing or growing in size, I knew it could not be an airplane. I then, thought maybe it’s a Blimp, but again, it was not moving in any direction, just fixed. Also, the shape was very much more oval or disc shaped to be a blimp. So, then I presumed it to be a Satellite Dish I hadn’t noticed before. I did think it seemed much too large to be a satellite dish atop a mountain ridge at that distance. I simply came to the conclusion that that is what it must be, a Satellite dish. So, then I got to my car, proceeding to drive in the opposite direction, still observing it and wondering about it, since it had such a mysterious and odd looking presence.

The next day I was in the same area, I remembered where I had seen the supposed Satellite Dish. I kept looking and looking along the mountain ridges. It wasn’t there anymore. I thought “No way, it couldn’t be what I think it is.” I have been going over and over in my mind about this sighting. I tend to take a scientific approach to things. I thought, there can’t be any denying it, it has to have been a UFO. I have heard from others in the Ojai Valley that they had had some experiences of the UFO or extraterrestrial kind, though not sounding as clear and present as my sighting.

I had never had an encounter of this sort before. Even though I knew it was possible, I thought it had to be impossible to happen to me. I do believe there are other technologically advanced life forms in our universe. The age of the Universe and the time it has taken for us, alone, to develop to what we are today and know what we can be capable of, is a good enough ratio of time for others to have developed far and beyond what we have accomplished or can imagine.

This is a chance for me to add to the plethora of genuine and growing evidence out there. I wanted to finally share this to help to bring awareness that there are other beings and forces out there and around us. I believe that there are those that would harm us, but also those that wish to aid us.

Hopefully someday we will all be able to witness and know the Truth that has been so well kept through deception and secrecy. As for my account you can take it or leave it. I simply would like to add my observance to the collective. I hope that this will help for further investigation or for confirmation of other eyewitness accounts in this area and beyond.

i have seen many ufos liveing in the mountians of ojai 93023 they live in groups and in tunnels inside of mountians

(goto http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeQtnheMM6c for a small portion of the video) I was in Ventura County California and in broad daylight(2PM PST - 10/22/11) I witnessed first what looked like a ball of neon blue light as bright a giant star, to my north-east, moving slowly across the fully lit sky moving north.

My first instinct was something from space falling to earth, like a meteor but it surprised me that it was moving so slow and I was able to see it in the daytime. After 30 seconds I suddenly noticed there were many more of these "lights" (around at least 6-10)across a good portion of the sky northeast of me, all moving north.

Its kinda funny, I kept thinking to myself "wow these things are so bright how could I keep losing sight of them" and as soon as I'd think that they'd be gone and I have to refocus my eyes to find them. They were barely pinpoints in the sky but they were super bright.

What really stood out to me at this point was 3 lights that were in a triangle formation(I will admit at this point I was seriously contemplating if they were UFO's) The leading "light" was bright red(I remember thinking it was the color of those tiny little red mites you find in grass). This was the only red light I saw.

I ran in, got my camera, and filmed about a minute and a half of, what before editing looks like, a blank sky. Because it was so bright outside I didn't realize what I had caught on video until I edited the brightness/contrast the next day.

After what I saw I don't know what it is. My best guess is I filmed a satellites reentry into the atmosphere.(a faulty German satllelite was supposed to fall to earth later that evening over the Indian Ocean/Thailand around 7 hours later and, as of yet, there have been no sightings and it been almost two weeks) Whatever it was changed speed and at one point one even appeared to stop, and on the video one appears to split into two "lights", and one of those split into two. Red meteor like object streaking, stopping completely, looking like a satellite, then extinguishing altogether.

I observed a red object with a tail that traveled very quickly across sky. It really looked like a red meteor! I expected, that as a meteor, it would quickly burn out. However, it then stopped and stayed in one place, still red. Meanwhile the tail had vanished, and looked like a satellite. Then it went out altogether. Could it have been a satellite burning up? Then why would it maintain it's red bright color, with no tail, then extinguish?

I expect that many others also saw it, as it's a pleasant night and many folks might head out for a stroll.

Red, white, changing object moving around erratically over Santa Barbara, Ventura, Ojai area

We saw a shape that seemed like it was about 50 miles away north closer to Santa Barbara. It started as a red flickering dot that moved very easily in all directions, slowly, then fast...then it changed color to white and became a long vertical light, then blue or green...and to a tall triangle and continued to move around, but more slowly. It mainly stayed red, but the way that it was moving was what held our attention; side to side in a zigzag pattern, circular, up and down. The whole thing lasted about 15-20 minutes until it slowly moved out of our view line. Totally amazing sight and we have never believed in this before tonight. There also happened to be meteor shower of some kind going on simultaneously.

three objects above field in ojai ca

driving, saw three sperical objects in the sky above some powerlines about 1/3 mile away in a field. Thought they were aircraft power-pole safety markers at first. They were tightly bunched, one on top, two below like a triangle. As we got closer we could see that they were not solid, seemed to swirl and quiver like jello. Were silverish white but changed to orangish color. The top object shot straight up into the sky, followed by the other two following slightly slower. Hovered very high in the sky for a few seconds then slowly started to dim/disappear. Almost looked like baloons, but moved very fast.

There were two other cars on the road that runs parallel to the road that we were on (on the other side of the field). Objects were closer to them than us. Both cars stopped.

Luminiscent lights dancing in front of large cloud bank.

I live on the side of a mountain in Ojai and have a clear view of the entire valley and the night sky. This is a remote area and at 10:45 pm there is no ambient light. I stepped out on to my porch and looked up at the night sky. There was a huge cloud bank covering half the sky. In front of the cloud bank were 5 maybe six very large luminiscent sheets of light. These translucent forms danced and darted around the night sky and then all of them came together. After a couple seconds of being together, they would shoot out of the center and dance around the sky again, then back to the center. Each explosion from the center started a new direction for each light. This lasted for about an hour. It slowly diminished, to 4, then 3, 2,1 and then gone. And so was the large cloud bank.

A ship that glowed an emence blue with a long blue streak, about the size of a truck, and spead at about 6 g's.

I was outside playing some basketball with my little cousin when I look up toward my house I see this blue streak that was a definite object. It looked exactly like the ship from the last scene of M.I.B 2 that is driven ny Will Smith but it was blue. I didn't notice that till after my grandpa died. He was the only one too believe me. I don't expect anyone too believe this but it only matters if I believe it. THe only two explanations that were possible to rule out was an alien space ship or a really advanced jet made by human beings. It was going about 6 g's and about a 100 yrds away from me and about 60 yrds from the roof of my house. This object left a very long trail that dipersed all most instantly behind it. This was the most memorable 15 seconds of my life.

Walking South toward Besant Meadow, the sky was dark with no street light and the evening and sky was very quiet. Before Moon came up behind hills, I looked to the East over Topa Topa Mtn. and saw a very bright object. My first thought was that it was a craft just hanging still in the sky - the discussion at the moment with my partner was about life in the Universe, etc. and Hope for Mankind. It was at that moment I saw spherical light that I think became momentarily brighter ( pulsed). I told my partner "Quick Look!". He looked then, as it began to dim - more and more dimming as it moved out and up in oblique angle --- and then disappeared. It felt special and significant to both of us and seemed to be carrying some consiousness(subjective impressions).

My girlfriend and I took an evening walk, saw a brilliant stationary object which suddenly began to move outward and vanished.

This siting occurred on Besant Road, in Miners Oaks, a part of Ojai, CA at approximately 10 p.m. in the evening on May 27th, 2002, Memorial Day. Weather conditions were quite clear, beautiful stars and a nearly full moon just rising. There was some humidity in the atmosphere that gave a slight halo to the moon, as well as to the object of interest soon to appear.

My girlfriend and I took an evening walk, looking at the stars, waking east, with the moon just peaking through the silhouettes of trees ahead and to the right a few degrees. We were discussing the large amount of water/ice just discovered on mars. I was just commenting about how the prospect of life on other planets would affect many people's religious beliefs and how it would shake up the world …when my girlfriend called out for me to look up …and said that she had just seen a big pulse of light! I looked and saw a very bright star or planet, brighter that any object in the sky with the exception of the moon. It had a small visible halo, the only planet besides the moon that did, and was basically a very brilliant single white or yellow/white light. There was no blinking or movement. At first I thought maybe this was the ISS reflecting or a possibly very large satellite. From the time I saw it, the light sat frozen in place for what seemed at least 5 seconds, then suddenly it began to move. Its intensity began to dim quickly, the halo vanished, and then it then appeared more similar to a satellite in motion, except that it reduced in size very quickly, so quickly that in approximately than 5 seconds it was gone completely. To the eye it appeared to be going away very fast from the earth's surface.

Specifically, I was facing east and the object was positioned overhead and forward some, maybe 10 degrees East from directly overhead and slightly to my left or North, surrounded by a group of stationary stars. It moved diagonally toward my right and forward or in a generally southeast direction slightly, and at the same time outward very fast. It was positioned near a small cluster of stars, maybe three or four fairly bright ones, but none comparing to it in intensity. They were my reference for the object's motion. The total length of its movement in the horizontal plane appeared to be less than 10 degrees while the movement outward appeared infinite.

Saw one Small craft and one large craft ,Both very bright.

The two of us saw this triangle/triangle pointing up.It was about the same size of a large car,very bright,moved sideways,upward,and downward movements. When we flickerd our porch lite on and off it responded to it.It flew very close to my aunts house.We experienced our sighting for opproximetly for 20 minutes. The second Craft was much bigger than the other.It would fly sideways,and woul manover like nothing ive ever seen before.It had big flickering bright white lights.It was flying wright beside the smaller craft.The bigger one we only saw for 5 minutes.They were both about 40 or 50 feet fromour window.

In 1987 a UFO passed a few feet above our car near old Creek Road in Ojai, CA.

Some time in 1987 my wife, childeren and I were driving home at night along Old Creek road in Ojai California. I was shocked to see a glowing object pass a few feet above our car. I was so socked I woke my wife and childeren but they never got a chance to get a look at it. Although it was just a few seconds, the object appeared to be emitting a faint red light and I could see it rotating (reminded me of the rotating craft in Close Encounters of the Third Kind movie) as it went over the hills. Strangest thing I've ever seen in my life, I'll never forget it.

UFO sighting in Ojai, CA in 1948

This is a historical UFO sighting report. I am writing this down for my mother, who is now elderly. She is a native of Ojai, California.

In 1948, she was working in the Ojai Valley as a waitress. Her sister was also working at the same place. On a summer evening in July, she and my aunt left work after 10 pm. They drove in their car to a small hill looking in the direction of Los Angeles, towards southeast.

They parked the car and looked out at the bright stars and clear sky. Suddenly, they saw all of these peculiar little white lights, more than a dozen of them, hovering and darting around in the sky. They couldn’t distinguish whether they were small and close, or large and far away. They watched them for about 15 minutes. They darted around in every direction, so fast they could barely tell whether it was up or down or which direction. Then they disappeared, quite suddenly, as if they just blinked out.

Three or four days later, mom returned to the same spot, with another friend, and they both observed the lights again, spinning and darting around above the Black Mountain area. It was still very difficult to tell distance or size. They appeared to be round, similar in brightness to the stars. Mom says if they hadn’t moved, they would have thought they were stars.
