It moved slower than a jet or plane, then angled up intentionally and flew up into a cloud. No fumes coming from it. Eerie speed

I was in the passenger seat headed towards Hayward, I looked up and saw way up in the sky i’m guessing 45 degree s above horizon? It looked black cigar shape with no fumes or cloud coming from it. It moved deliberately and casually then it angled up towards a cloud then went up into (behind?) it. I then lost site of it as it was then in the clouds and we were traveling. My husband was driving and I described it to him as I saw it. The casual speed yet deliberate movement weirded me out the most. I am very sure about what I saw as it was a sunny beautiful day.

3 Triangle Objects Changing Colors Directly Over San Francisco. We have 3 Videos Approx 15 Minutes of Video Captured.

My wife and I witnessed 3 separate identical objects Sunday 3/22/2020 approximately 22:45 to 23:15 directly above San Francisco, Ca. 1 of the 3 objects stayed stationary the entire time and did not move while the other 2 slowly glided across the sky north to south and south to north crossing their paths above the stationary object. We have 3 separate cell phone videos containing about 15 minutes of footage using Samsung S10+ cameras. After about 30 minutes all 3 objects including the stationary object slowly headed out towards the open ocean due West to the Pacific Ocean. We would love to know what it was we witnessed.

High altitude craft splitting and instant direction change.

High Altitude craft I thought was a plane flying in roughly a northerly direction until it split into two craft with each craft immediately and instantly changing direction. One craft proceeding roughly east while the other proceeding south.

The direction changes were instantaneous with no long turning just immediately going in the other directions. No known craft can change direction like that at those speeds. I was in the Military and have witnessed a lot of military craft but these did impossible things and moved at amazing speeds.

Extremely fast, long, straight object with 20-30 lights.. no sound. Blocked out stars behind it and was followed by 2 smaller craft.

One super long, straight object with about 20-30 star like lights and one super bright blue light in the center. It blocked out the stars behind it as it passed by, I’d say it was 5-10 miles long and moving extremely fast. It looked like stars on a treadmill with a big blue light in the center. It made no sound what so ever and as soon as it passed 2 more little sporadic lights followed seemed to be bouncing from side to side as they followed behind..

About 5 min later 3 jets went by and these were not jets, the actual jets also moved extremely slow compared to the 3 other craft and I could also hear the jets, although the ufo’s looked to be way higher in altitude. Too dark to get any photos or vids.

Clear skies this evening, stars twinkling and no marine layer over the entire by, an absolutely georgeous fall clear sky day and evening. At time of sighting stood just a bit of pink over the pacific ocean, otherwise you could say its dark. With a lit of air traffic coming into st and Oakland international airports, typical for Sun at th8s time. As usual you can see 7-10 planes lined up awaiting their landing approval. This thing was brighter, bigger, more in the distance, looked as if it was surrounded by smoke or fog by the way the light beams were hazy, again we had a pretty good air quality day and the stars and planets didnt appear to be fogged or any smoke haze. When I noticed it wasn't moving but 8t light beams were, I looked around to see if anyone else was seeing what I was seeing. A familiar fella in the neighborhood seen it along with myself and I belief a person at a bar located across from Walgreens also stepped to the street whereas there was a perfect view without building obstacles. IT appeared to be possibly a get drop but square more like an exclamation mark, or 1/2 how turned to the side, the lights were very bright. When I first noticed it and compared to the air traffic in the skies, it as evident this wasn't a drone, not an airplane, and superman I heard is on vacation right now. The lights went from 3 white beams pointed down, gradually opened to a 5 pt beautiful Star like shape, trust me, I began praying, I thought perhaps the Bethlehem star, it was huge and beautiful, then the 5 pts came back to 3 beams again but pointed upward now then quickly went to 2 beams still pointing upward before it went wooosh, vanished in thing air and appeared as if ashes were falling from sky where it had been. there was a lot of air traffic, theres gotta be someone up there in an aircraft who seen it also. I sure hope im not the only one reporting this incident.

saucer through telescope seen.

I was wiping my car down by my detached garage and my telescope was set up just outside my garage door. Across from me, was another set of detached garages for the units in my condo complex. I noticed a object that was slowly flying at a distance but visible just above the top of the garages. I noticed a white light in front and a red light in the back with the red light elevated higher than the white light. I found that to be very odd. I went to my telescope and located the top of the end of the last detached garage and worked my way back till I found the object.

The object was as clear as day. It was a saucer shaped object, very metallic looking. The reason the red light was elevated was because the saucer was flying at a angle, the front of the saucer was pointed downwards and the back of the saucer was upwards to give that look of how the lights looked. I stayed on it for about 6-8 seconds till the trees were in the way. It was the first time in my life I actually saw a flying saucer.

Semi transparent triangle shaped low and slow object

I was standing on my back porch enjoying the night sky. I was looking up to my right at the near half moon. When I turned my head forward I noticed what looked like 5 or so helium balloons tied together, floating across the sky. They appeared to be dark in color gray or black but floating across the sky instead of up. They were moving the speed of helium balloons but stayed in a perfect triangle formation. It looked led as if I could only see a faint reflection of the neighborhood lights in them.

I walked down the steps as the object passed and when I got to the bottom saw the object from the back and it looked like a stealth bomber shape with less jagged edges at the back. It was silent and somewhat transparent (if that makes any sense.) as I took a step closer to try and see better I blinked and it was gone. There's no way it was moving fast enough to be out of sight in a blink.

The object was flying low. Not much over the rooftops and was no wider than a car is long and completely silent.

Nothing I can think of even comes close to explaining what I saw.

3 seperate sightings in one night

A line of 3 colored lights (green, blue, and red) traveling south in a vertical formation, changed into a triangle shape (still traveling south) followed by 4 sets of two vertical white lights. The collection spread out, changed from lines and triangles and into an almost snakelike shape slithering across the sky, the lights flowed together as one massive looking spineless serpant slithering left and right across the sky. The space inbetween the lights were darker than the sky and made the stars it passed over shaded or not as bright. The lights turned east and all of the colored lights turned white and spread into different directions. Less than 5 minutes later, another 3 vertical lights (red, green, and white) (moving much slower than the first set) shifted into a triangular shape heading south. The shape looked like it started sputtering, then turned onto it's side. I could then see it wasn't just a flat object there was a distinct thickness to it. It stayed sideways for about 45 seconds then flipped back and 2 of the lights went out. The last light went out as the object flew between 2 stars and disappeared. The last object i saw was circular, traveling north, the front of it was covered in multiple different colored flashing lights with no lights visible on the base. As the object flew over me, it turned face down with the multicoloured flashing lights staring down at me. I could see layers of different colors flashing in front of and behind one another. Once the object passed me the front faced back up and North. Again no lights visible from the bottom. No lights visible from the back until the object was 1 maybe 2 miles away. There were 2 orange lights, one on the left and one in the right.

Throughout this whole experience there was no sound made by any of the lights or objects I saw.

Strange eight light formation orange/red spheres horizontal in Northern California.

My husband was first to observe this Saturday evening, we proceeded to the end of our drive way to get something from the car, then looked up north south to the sky because he thought oddly that the stars looked really close. Not only because they were all visible but because they are an actually aircraft in the sky flying preparing to land, which is not unusual for where we live we always have planes flying over our house! We all know what they look like and sound like the Oaklnd Airport is 10 minutes from our house and hayward airport is closer just a 1/2 mile. He then called my father-in-law out and to his disbelief he said these are not planes there lights are different. Then they called both of us out, when my mother-in-law and I proceeded outside we were both stunned!! I immediately thought these are UFO I had seen some strange videos but I never thought anything of it, just people messing around on the Internet. But these were hovering in a formation 8 of them to be exact, if you could connect the dots they would have made a horizontal zig zag they were also flickering but not a candle, but as if it was rythmic, Slow as if it was a heart beat, they all were the same color a orange/red and circler!!! They then began to dispate one by one up toward the atmosphere then leaving two which filed into formation right underneath one another. Moving one from the left and the other from the right!! They looked as if they were sliding into formation and as this was going on there was a plane like I said traveling inward toward the airport!! So we all knew these were no way planes by any means!! And if this was a hoax someone was playing then it was a pretty damn good one, fooled me!! Then finally the top one dissipated upward and then followed by the second right into the atmosphere!! I'm literally still in shock as I'm writing this and I'm a very logical person by every sense of the word. I need proof or my own eyes and I know I'm not! crazy!!! What I saw was exactly how I saw it!!

Strange lights hovering over Highway 880

We were headed Northbound on Highway 880 at around 930pm on September 5, 2015 as I noticed about 8-10 strange lights in a zig zag formation in the sky as we approached the Winton exit. The lowest object was about 50 feet above the fence line and they were evenly spaced about 50 feet above one another. The strange lights were just hovering there with no movement and were circular colored orbs with no sound. (I thought someone was doing fireworks).

As we continued to drive Northbound I could see the lights in the distance still in the sky as I looked back. There was heavy traffic being a Saturday night so I know we were not the only ones who saw this spectacular event. We decided to exit the freeway to turn back around to see more but and the lights had disappeared in less than five minutes. I am so disappointed I was too excited to grab my camera because it was definitely something out of this world.

Large, Green UFO saucer sighted flying over San Francisco Bay. Size: 100 Yards across! Very clear details.

Map coordinates of UFO location: N37 46.199’W12210.448 I have seen several UFOs over the past 20 years, but most of those (except one) were smaller lighted objects at a long distance away. Erratic flight patterns and high speeds always told me that these were UFO’s. But the sighting I am reporting in this report is a game-changer for me! It was the diameter of at least 100 yard across…and at a much closer range!

I was driving my minivan across the San Mateo bridge heading east on the night of April 11, 2015. Time was 11:55 PM. The bridge traffic was completely deadlocked at a near standstill due to a highway construction crew of several trucks and men with jack hammers making repairs on the pavement of the number 2 and 3 lanes lanes. This construction zone stretched for a distance of several hundred yards from the approach to the bridge, and all the way up to the highest arch point of the bridge a mile later. The traffic was so dense, it took me about 40 minutes to drive the 1 mile distance to finally clear all the construction crews and bright work lights.

I had one male passenger, seated on the bench seat behind me. He was from Ukraine and he did not speak English. We could not communicate with a single word. I had hired him that night to be a sound man and photographer for a murder mystery show that other actors and myself had performed at a San Francisco restaurant. One of my actresses is Russian and she made all the arrangements for me to hire him for our show. During this long wait on the bridge, this passenger had his head buried in his texting device talking to his wife during the whole time I was driving.

As soon as the traffic bottle neck cleared at the highest point of the bridge arch, I hit the accelerator and quickly gained speed going straight downhill. At this point, we were out in the middle of San Francisco Bay and the weather was very clear with stars in the sky. We had another three miles to drive East before hitting land in Hayward.

THE SIGHTING! I was traveling over 70 miles an hour for only about 10 seconds when the interior of my entire van was blasted with a blinding green light! It came directly from the ride side of my van, but the light was so intense, I couldn’t even see my dashboard or out the front windshield. In a split second, I cursed the construction work crew for using excessive lights that made driving unsafe. But in the split second I thought this, I hit the brakes and hoped no other cars were close behind me. Then, I looked out my window to find the source of the green light and I saw a GIGANTIC UFO saucer traveling parallel with me at the same exact speed and about 500 feet above the water. The entire size looked to be well over the length of a football field and the distance from me seemed like about a quarter mile away.

The bottom of the saucer was the source of the bright green glowing light, and it quickly twisted to a more upright position where the green underside of the saucer was completely visible and tilted towards me. But, the tilt angle was enough to cover the top side of the UFO and I could not see what the top half looked like.

UFO DESIGN: To instantly memorize all the details of this UFO, I used a highly trained technique I have developed over the years. I call it the “SNAPSHOT” effect. My eyes and brain soak up as many details as possible in the shortest amount of time. I am a trained investigator and I am well known for having a better-than-average memory recall of live incidents and events. The main details I remembered are permanently etched into my memory just as clearly today as the moment I first saw them: 1. The saucer’s perimeter was lit up with two concentric circle rings of light that were the source of the bright fluorescent green light. The looked identical to a giant ring of neon light tubing attached to the outer rim of the bottom side of the space ship. A second ring was inside of the first ring with a small space between the two 2. Both rings had some sort of thin, dark separation strap that broke them into 5 segments each. (See attached photo shop picture of UFO reconstruction).

3. The whole bottom half of the UFO looked identical to a computer motherboard. It had a massive cluster of pipes and tubes and flat looking designs that intersected each other and overlapped each other across the whole surface like a road map. The color of this whole underside radiated a green color, but I believe this was merely reflected light emitted from the outer rings. It seemed like the whole motherboard underside was probably more of a white or light gray color.

4. Across this network of pipes and circuits were about 3 or 4 major square areas of a denser concentration of pipes. The re-created drawing I have made clearly shows these more defined areas.

THE PORTAL: The UFO imitated my direction and speed as we both moved East for another 5 seconds. And then, the entire craft slipped into an invisible black slot in the night sky where it completely disappeared! The speed of the UFO had slowed down quite a bit for this last maneuver. It was almost as if it was a car pulling carefully into a garage. This space craft did not dissolve gradually, nor did sip away into the outer space at a high speed. It simply glided smoothly behind the equivalent of a giant black door with a vertical hard edge. For all the thousands of UFO’s that witnesses have seen over the years, I realized that witnessing the ACTUAL PORTAL action of the crafts disappearance into another dimension was probably a rare sight, indeed! I quickly looked into my rear view mirror and noticed that ALL THE CARS on the bridge behind me had either stopped completely, or were traveling extremely slow since seeing the whole night sky lit up with the green UFO. I checked my speedometer and I had been cruising at 40 miles per hour during the sighting. I was in the middle lane of 3 lanes, and I breathed a sigh of relief that I had not been rear-ended by another vehicle.

MY PASSENGER MISSED THE ENTIRE SIGHTING: The second after the sky turned black and the UFO left, I yelled out over my shoulder to the passenger in the back seat: “HOLY SH_T! Look at this!” But he couldn't figure out what I was saying because of our language barrier. The best I could do was point my forefinger up in the air and spun it around in one foot circles while making a high-pitched (cartoonish) flying saucer noise. I was trying to convey it was a UFO without words. He nodded his head excitedly, then went down to his language dictionary on his mobile device. He then found something and lifted up his tablet to show me what it was. He had found a merry-go-round amusement ride. I shook my head “NO” and realized I would have to wait until the next day to call his Russian friend who would have to give him my UFO report second hand. This Ukrainian gentlemen lost the sighting of a lifetime just by keeping his eyes buried on his stupid texting device the whole time.

When I returned home about 25 minutes later, I called the California Highway Patrol and tried to make a report. The pretty much shined me on and thought I was coo-coo for Coco Puffs.

The next day, I checked all the news reports on the internet and local media the next day. For a UFO of that it actually made me feel great that I had just witnessed a very REAL UFO, but with more detail than I have ever heard anyone describe before. I was excited, but scared at the same time.

So, I have kept this a secret for the entire past year. About 3 months after this encounter, I entered a key word search on the internet for "green UFO San Francisco Bay April 11, 2015". I found a hit from another website that originates out of Florida. There was a report entered by another resident from Union City (near Hayward) who had seen a large green UFO on that same day, but early in the morning (05:20) as he drove to work. It was located above the SF Bay, EXACTLY WHERE I SAW IT late that same night! I am an artist and I immediately made a Photoshop drawing of exactly what I witnessed - including all the minute details. (Note: I am a 65 year-old retired homicide detective and graduate of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Academy). I am trained to soak in a lot of details and info in a short span of time. The photo composite I have created is an identical facsimile of exactly what I saw. I have been inspired to finally report this sighting after one full year because April 11th is TODAY, and tonight I plan on camping out along the shore of the San Francisco Bay, I will aim my video and digital cameras at the coordinates that match the location of last year’s UFO sighting. It’s a longshot chance that history might repeat exactly one year later!

Saw a bright orange light that appeared to go left to right in a slow and deliberate trajectory and disappeared. Another appeared from the West direction; it was about 45 degrees southeast from Orion’s Belt. It descended vertically and then disappeared. A final bright and orange sphere followed the same trajectory as the first orange light but disappeared halfway.

Stealth bomber looking craft, maybe drone, silent, low-flying, 25 ft wing tip to wing tip, probably US military

I was on my back porch smoking a cigarette. 11:00 PM at night. Clear night, just a few scattered clouds, but otherwise starry. Looked up. Saw a stealth bomber shaped object coming my direction from the northeast and flying southwest. It appeared to be flying really low, maybe 300-500 ft. It appeared to be probably 15-25 ft or maybe a little larger wing tip to wing tip. It was COMPLETELY silent. Black or dark grey in color. The strangest thing was that around its edges it appeared to reflect some sort of light, but didn't look to be emitting light itself, at least not like a plane does. Then just OFF the edge of the craft the sky seemed to "distort" a little like sound waves. This distortion was odd, sort of like it was bad special effects for "cloaking" that looked like sound waves. The distortion was just around the edges of the object but not on the object itself. On the edge of the object itself, right around the edges of the whole obj! ect, it seemed to reflect light, if that makes sense, but not emit light. Odd. When I saw it I was shocked, I felt compelled to blink and shake my head a little to make sure I was actually seeing what I was seeing, which I was. It was flying maybe 60 miles an hour or something like that, again absolutely quiet and in a straight line. It flew out of site because of the tree line and it was gone.

I know it wasn't a bird or anything else. It was a craft of some sort. I'm thinking it was a military drone or other stealth aircraft from the government. I live in a populated area. The East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area, so I know other people had to have seen it also.

Bright White Circular light object high in the sky.

After a plane seemed to spray what looked like 3 to 4 lines of a white chemical that seem to disappear as soon as it was sprayed, a Bright round light appeared very close to the airplane for a couple of seconds. It would appear and disappear. Moving only a short distance. This occurred about 4-5 times. As soon as this bright light would disappear we could see tiny bright lights floating around right in front of our eyes. I thought I was imagining these tiny specs of floating light until the other 2 observers told me they saw them as well. The sky seemed to be getting a hint of a smokey color. After this happened about 3 more aircrafts were above the sky spraying behind them. Each of them spraying 4 white lines of a cloudy substance that disappeared after being sprayed.

Hello, I was given this link from a friend after i told him what happened.

At 11:00 at night right across the street from my house in Hayward CA I heard sort of like a loud bottle rocket sound like a screeching sound and i looked just above the pine trees next to the street pole light across the street a ball of electricity whipped across the sky and made a upright turn, i could easily see that it was as if it was wrapped with lightning.

My wife heard it and seen it as well we do not know what it is?

3/17/2012 -Hayward - Wisconsin.- pulsing light - 8 minutes,high altitude changing direction instantly then speeding up

Was observing the Big Dipper and the Little dipper when I notice easily a star moving very slow high up in the sky,moving from the north to south It was pulsing light every 2 seconds.this occurred for about one minute, my first thought was a satellite since I've seen many before, but this was a bit strange, the pulse stopped and it proceeded from the little dip to the third star closest to the cup of the big dip. it reached about 3/4 of the way to the third star and it instantly change course back tracking in a V shape now heading to the north east increased in speed but no more pulse in the light.

I've seen one like this back in 1966 in Tinley Park Il. and reported it to the Air Force. this is not the only sightings my family and I have witnessed. don't know why these things keep happening to us over time.very strange. six in total.all different types.

At 1:45 as I was getting off the 880 south freeway exiting to get on A street to make a left turn heading east bound on A street I look up at the sky south east direction I see a large diamond shape object slowly moving east it was spinning make a light on top but had a shadow at the bottom as I was waiting for the light to turn green I was trying to take a picture but I wasn’t fast enough so going under the overpass I try to keep it in my view but as I made it to the other side of the overpass it took off going faster than I ever saw going in the south direction trying to get myself together I park my truck and about 5 mintes went by a black helicopter came by going in the same direction where this happen there is the Hayward airport the sky was clear no clouds no wind the tempter was about 65 degrees

STARS RE ARRANGING AND LIGHTS FALLING FROM THE HEAVENS.

EXITING FREEWAY AND SAW WHAT APPEARED TO BE TWO LARGER THAN NORMAL STARS WITH A REDISH GLOW TO THEM.

I TURNED THE CORNER AND ROLLED MY WINDOW DOWN TO GET A BETTER LOOK AND NOTICED THE LIGHTS STARTING TO MOVE TOWARDS EACH OTHER VERY GRADUALLY. I WOKE UP MY PASSENGER AND THEN PARKED THE CAR AND GOT OUT.

I was walking my dogs in the morning and on my way back I saw like a disc object floating in the air. A passenger plane passed by, then this object move up and to one side, later a jet (white/red) passed by this object very close, and this object disappeared. it probably lasted more than 5 minutes.

Amber Lights in Northern Wisconsin

Was up in Hayward, WI on a fishing trip. We decided to do some night fishing this night. The lake was Chippewa Flowage, it is a lake in northern Wisconsin, pretty secluded and surrounded by forest. We had are boat anchored right by an island, and we were looking east. Right above the tree line I seen two bright amber yellow objects and by the time I asked the guy in the boat if he was seeing this, there was 5 and then we watched the 6th one rise straight up from behind the tree line. It seemed like the other 5 were waiting on the sixth light. Once they were all there they formed more like a check mark formation. They moved north for about 30 seconds. I lost 3 of the lights behind the trees on he island but I still seen three and they were headed east now, and fast. Just as fast as they came in our field of view they were gone. I know they weren't planes, I live in Chicago and right by one of the busiest airports in the world. I am used to seeing hundreds of ! planes everyday. Plus, I know it wasn't military. I was in the Air Force for many years and I never seen a formation like that, and plus the distance between the objects was two far for military. I checked maps of the area and there isn't a airport in site that could handle such aircraft. The lack of noise and the way they moved ruled out choppers. So I am puzzled, but it was definetly something I can not explain.

Very bright light over northern Wisconsin

My cousin's and i were outside working on a three wheeler. My youngest cousin noticed something in the sky and pointed it out to us. I looked up at what appeared to be a really bright white light. I thought it was a satellite at first, but noticed it was way to big to be a satellite. The object was approximately three or four time's bigger than the brightest star i could see in the sky and was traveling at a very high rate of speed. Almost like a shooting star. The bright light slowed way down and almost came to a stand still. It didn't completely stop but it didn't move very fast either. By this time we were for yelling for my friend to come outside and witness what we were seeing. He came outside looked at it and couldn't figure out what it was either. He said the same thing i did, that it was to big to be a satellite. It stayed at this slow speed for about thirty to fourty seconds before it changed direction and took of at an even faster rate of speed fr! om when we first saw it. The object vanished from our field of view behind of the tree line. My younger cousin told me that he's seen three of these same bright light's the past week. I've only witnessed this one sighting. I've also checked the heaven's above website just in case it was the ISS. The ISS was nowhere near anybody of land. Even if it was, i don't think it could have maneuvered the same way this object did. The ISS Was also moving in the opposite direction.

I saw a perfect triangle with lights at each point

At around ten minutes after mid-night on 8/29/09 my son and I saw a UFO. My 12 year old son, 5 year old son and I had just returned from the grocery store, Safeway. It was a hot day today and an unusually hot night. I backed my truck into my drive way and started to get out. My truck was facing East.

I turned to the left/North to get out of the truck and I looked up at the sky. I was staring at the stars and saw what I thought was a bird but as I kept looking at this object I noticed it was a triangle. I shouted, "Oh My God," at this point my 12 yr old son shouted its a UFO.

We both watched it go toward the San Mateo Bridge which would be West. We both stared at this object until we could no longer see it.

The object was what a perfect triangle with lights at each point. It was silent and moved very fast. I was shocked and speechless.

My son and I came into the house and went into two different rooms to draw what we. Without telling the other person what we were ! going to draw. We exchanged drawings and both drew the exact thing.

Unbelievable. I was always suspisious of persons claiming to of seen UFO's, but not anymore.

Bright reddish object flew directly overhead from South to North, moving like an airplane but with no sound.

About 10:00 pm tonight I was sitting on my living room chair talking on phone when I saw a bright light out the picture window coming from southern sky, at first thought it was a helicopter but it was too bright so I ran outside into yard and it flew, a little faster than a plane would have, directly over our house right in the city of Hayward and as it passed over I saw that it was a circular object with a bright orange-red glow at the center with very dim lights going out to a circle and there was no sound whatsoever.

I called my wife out and she also saw it as it was already passed our house but we both watched cruise North until it was out of view. It probably lasted nearly a minute for the whole sighting.

We’ve had rain tonight and I checked the weather and the clouds are at 3,700 feet so it was somewhere below that level but at least 2,000 feet I would guess. There was no sound whatsoever so I know it wasn’t a plane or helicopter.

I called local police to see if they had any reports, he mentioned meteor showers tonight but there was no way that was a meteor, moved way to steady in flight in straight line and height and too slow across sky and below the clouds.

First time I’ve ever seen something like this and it was most incredible! I am the editor of a local newspaper so i'll most definately be sharing this experience with my readers.

I was being driven to work by my girlfriend, it was about 2130, about a week and a half ago. For some reason, I don't know why there appeared to be a commotion in the sky and my eyes just naturally focused in on the area.

All of a sudden, out of nowhere I was looking at an object that I have never seen before. It appeared to be a miniture moon with a collar around it. It was pink and red in color and it was low, probably less than 8,000 feet. The body of the craft appeared to be irregular as far as the texture. It appeared to be pink and some parts red like what the moon would look like if it was going the speed of light. The collar around it looked like it was manufactured and almost appeared to be opaque with a red outline. This thing was there for only a split second and was gone. The craft moved so fast that it appeared to dissapear. However there was a very short, bright trail of sparks in the sky when it left.

Okay, now for the real kick, did you ever recall looking skyward and seeing these short burst of sparks and saying, "wow, I just saw a shooting star". You know what, its not a star its them. Nowdays if you look skyward at night for any length of time you'll see these trails of sparks often enough. Never use to but now we do. I had made an attempt to bring this to someones attention but instead I spoke to what can only be called the smartest person in the world because this individual didn't want to hear anyone but himself talk.

SF was dark, bright light split into two lights, both travel off in opposite directions, both disapear at different times.

Walking out the door to go meet my wife, I spied an unusual bright light in the sky. I am very familiar with the night sky here, and the normal forms of air traffic, and I instictivly knew this was out of the ordinary. 15 seconds into the sighting, the bright light split into two separate lights, one moving off in an approximate south bound direction, and the other moving in an approximate north bound direction. The speeds seemed very slow, almost as if they were sattelites, but they were definelty at a lower altitude. The north bound light disapeared suddenly at about 1 minute into the sighting. At this time, I broght the south bound object to my wifes attention, and we both observed this light traveling across the sky slowly. It was traveling in our general direction. At about three minutes into the sighting, the object was observed to dim greatly in an instant, but was still observable. It then was observed that the object appeared to move straight up, and instantly disapeard. This was no normal sky traffic, and to top it off, it all happend at the same time that San Francisco went dark for their annual "Lights Out San Fransico" event, where much of the city's lights went dark for one hour. This sighting left us shook up, and slightly frightend.

At around 13:30 I was throwing the afternoon trash at work and I looked in the eastern sky and I noticed a White Cigar shaped object flying overhead from right to left. It was not going that fast and it did not make any type of sound. I thought maybe it’s a plane and I just have not seen its wings yet or something was hiding its wings because it might be to high, but then I looked toward the southern sky and there was a commercial airplane flying at about the same altitude as this object and I noticed everything about that Airplane. So if these two things were flying away from each other at the same altitude then I knew this was no airplane. So I looked back at the Cigar like object and figured it must not have wings. So I kept looking at the object until it flew out of sight.

6 Revolving Spheres over Hayward Calif.

I was standing outside looking up at the sky.

It was 8:09pm. The UFO was very low,about 100 feet above.

It was 6 spheres about 3 to 5 feet in diameter.They were blue/grey in color with silver tracing running on the outside. These spheres were inline with each other,like touching each other but in a straight line,and were all spinning in different directions. The speed was about 5 miles an hour.There was no sound of propulsion. I saw it for about one minute, then walked out front and saw it passing Hayward City Hall,it continued North.

Formation of white lights circling in Hayward skies on Nov. 12, 2006

My wife and I observed a formation of 5-6 circular lights circling over our house in heavy cloud cover over Hayward, CA for over 2 hours last night. Two stationery, white circular lights were also observed hovering nearby. We called a neighbor and he also observed the strange lights that eventually moved north, but we could still see them circling the sky for over 2 hours. There were no indications of ground lights beaming upwards into the sky, and there were no mechanical noises of helicopters or other aircraft heard. I took video footage of the formation, but due to the sky being very dark, I couldn't tell whether my video camera was picking up the circling lights. I will send the video clip within the next couple of days if usable. I need to upload to my computer to see whether the footage was caught.

low altitude flourescent light

I was walking to the garbage bin at the apartment complex where my friend lives.

I looked up to the sky facing the west. When I thought a low flying small airplane was heading towards the Hayward Aiport which was roughly 5 miles from where my friend lives. It was rectanglar in shape and was lighted like a white flourescent light bulb. It made no noise whatsover.

It glided on a downward slope as if it was hugging the terrain, and then disappeared into thin air. I realized it wasn't a plane when it made a dip as it descended and no other lights were visible, it seemed to be like a flying flourescent piece of white plastic.

A triangle craft with five glowing circles passes in front of Jupiter.

It was 10 pm, my wife was outside under our patio smoking a cigarette. I don't smoke but like to go outside and look at the stars when she's smoking.

I was looking at Jupiter, which was almost directly south, when I see five glowing circles cross right across Jupiter travelling North. The glows weren't lights like on a airplane but circle shapes that glowed; they glowed dim, real dim. There were five glowing circles that were underneath a triangle shape; one was in front and two on either side. The glowing circles were in a chevron shape but the whole craft was a triangle.

When I first noticed it I called my wife over to see it. Neither of us had any idea what it was, it was not an airplane and it had no sound, no sound at all. It went across all the sky we could see in about 20 seconds, at least three times faster than an airplane. We thought it could've been the stealth bomber but we didn't think even that could go that fast. My wife is a computer programmer and I an animator; we are both intelligent well-educated people.

More UFO's in Hayward

I reported a sighting about these same craft last week. It happened again but only there were more craft and one of them actually 'buzzed' the University at a high rate of speed.(It went between Warren and Micklejohn Halls then over to the hills. From what I could tell it probably didn't land but it only took a few seconds for it to dissapear. There were quite a few witnesses. Everyone kind of looked at each other then went off to do what they needed to do. The sky was clear no real breeze. No special noise or funny feelings, etc. There were the same craft up high like the last time but many more, sometimes single simetimes in pairs. They seemed to change altitute and direction alot. Most of the craft seemed to head east. There was a high altitude jetliner passing fairly close to one at one point. Normal air traffic that comes over the hill is pretty low, they stack a little to the south and east of the Campus.

Lights above Hayward, CA

I was sitting back on some warm brickwork getting some sun between classes up at the University. The sky was crystal clear, blue, slight breeze, warm, and we had the usual panoramic view of the Bay Area. We normally have a lot air traffic coming over the hill. This was nothing like that, especially since the altitude was so high. 3 white lights were in a triangular pattern, spaced a distance apart, and were pretty high up there. It was like seeing the North star during the day x3. One was especially bright and the other two were just a little dimmer. They stayed static for a few minutes then one zoomed off, looking like a meteor but left no trail. A second dimmed and took off. The third one zig zagged a little, may have come down a distance since it got a little brighter, and then vanished like it was sucked away. I've asked a few other people I know if they've seen things like this around here. They've said yes but usually at night or early evening. I read some of the other reports and tend to believe something special is happening around here. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Earthquake activity in the area and a little south? I know from some reading that the ground 'sings' when we have a tremor.

Oval object with a rotating tethered object in the middle, observerd Oval blow up

This is for the record on May 3rd 2004 at approx. 5:57 AM daylight savings time in Hayward Ca. looking south almost straight up I saw a bright light, it appeared like Venus so I pointed my telescope at the light using the low power finder and I then looked in the main telescope eyepiece and ... it was nothing I had ever seen in the past 5 years of observing or ever in my life.

The object was oval in shape (grayish almost transparent) with 2 dots evenly spaced half way from the outer edge of the oval (1 on either side of the oval) think of a lady bug, then at the center of the oval there was a tethered object rotating around the oval in perfect symmetry (between the 2 dots). It looked like a string with an object connected at the end and it was rotating around the center the oval in the direction it was traveling. Almost as if it was the propelling force that caused the oval to move. Think of pedaling a bicycle.

I observed it for about 10 seconds and looked back up in the sky and it was bright. Now being sure I could find it again I ran inside to get a witness. It was almost 6 AM and I pulled my sleeping son out of bed and aligned the object again in the telescope and his comment was "what is that?" I've shown him may astronomy objects such as nebulas, star clusters, and most of the big planets so this was also new to his eyes also.

Now 2 minutes at the most passed as I tried to get a camera up and running but no luck and the object was moving overhead so I looked again through the telescope and just at that point ... the oval blew up. The explosion looked like a firework that just went off in the sky.

What was observed next was unexpected ... the tethered object in the middle separated intact and continued to rotate. So what I saw was an explosion the tethered object separate and the rotation continued (only now end over end instead of rotating around the oval). And now instead of moving overhead the tethered object is starting to move downward. (My hand tracking of the telescope now has me moving the telescope down instead of > up and over as with the original path the oval was moving which was south to north.

The tethered object now had 2 distinct ends one was the pivot end and the other was the original object that was rotating around the oval. So the rotation stayed the same but now moving downward as if falling from the sky and rotating around a new pivot.

The new pivot point is now interesting as it now takes shape and color. It appears like an elongated cone, orange in color and it appears as if there are 2 "strings" coming from the "cone" to the tethered object rotating around this "orange cone." The "strings" seem to come together as one, half way down the length of the tether.

I watched this for about 1 to 2 minutes and even tried a higher power eyepiece but due to the narrow field of view of the higher power eyepiece I only saw it briefly and subsequently lost track of the tethered object. The orange color was more evident at the higher power and the 2 "strings" appeared more evident.

The telescope used was a Meade 8" Newtonian on an equatorial mount,ironically the mirror was just cleaned the day before so it was perfect and the only reason I was still out at 6 AM (the Sun was rising and ruining the star gazing) was the tracking motor was malfunctioning and I wanted to test the tracking on any bright object I could find before total Sun rise washed out even the brightest of stars and I would have to wait till night fall to test again.

The weather condition was clear with good transparency (no haze)and the temperature was in the high 50 degrees F.

Chrome colored object in western sky.

Not sure if this is the right thing to do, but here it is.

Ever since I witness this strange object on March 29th 2004, I have had many strange things happen.

The evening was partly cloudy, and windy, and unusually warm, so I went outside to see the sunset and have a cigarette. While looking to the west at the sunset, I noticed a chrome ball in the sky, and I immediately dismissed it as an airplane coming towards me. After several minutes of watching this object, I decided to run in the house and get my video camera to film this, in case it was a UFO.

After I came back out side, the object had moved to the north, but still hovering over what looked like the Oakland area. As I started filming the object, it swiftly maneuvered towards my location. As it passed me directly overhead, roughly the height of the high clouds, it disappeared. It made no noise as it went overhead, and I could then see the object was oval or roundish, about half the size of a large airliner.

I went into the house and turned on the TV news and my radio, to listen if somebody else witnessed this. Nothing was reported on the stations I selected. As I listened to the news, I hooked up my video camera to the other TV to see the video, which I was expecting to remarkable.

I rewound the tape, and pressed play, and nothing appeared but fuzz. Now I had goosebumps all over my body. Something happened to the tape. The entire tape was dead, just fuzz. Then I started thinking, maybe this thing knew I was taping it and that’s why it flew overhead, but I still to this day cannot figure out why the whole tape is messed up.

Here’s where the fun begins.

A day after this event (which has dramatically altered my life) I notice items in my patio missing. An old electric keyboard is gone, and so was my fishing equipment. I quickly dismissed this as a neighborhood kid theft, but then I started noticing other things missing too. My hair brush, my dirty laundry, my tooth brush, and even some old video tapes that I used to record my friends wedding the week before.

I am the only person who lives here, except for my pet Doberman, who is very old, and semi-senile.

The next part of this might freak you out, as it did to me, and to this day I am afraid to sleep. The following two nights after the sighting, I heard noises in my garage, which is adjacent to my bedroom. Through the walls, I head movement and rattling noises, and what sounded like voices, but squeaky.

The third day after my sighting, I decided it was time to check on things in the garage, and swung open the large front door. All of the light bulbs had been removed, but other than that, everything seemed to be in order. Maybe kids? The doors were locked and remained locked, so I’m unsure what it could have been.

I have decided to move out and sell the house, as I am just too freaked out to stay there, and have been staying at a friends house for a while.

i am now worried I might be abducted.

Clear blue day with three lights in the sky while being at the park.

me and my wife with our kids where playing at the park, the day is very clear with no clouds at all. Iwas looking at the sky and notice lights ! two where red orange lights nexts to each other and the 3rd was a white light was about 2 inches away? if you put your hand in the sky.

thy where still in the sky and after 2 minutes or so the white light started to move around the other two said to said . I told a person that was at the park what I was looking and he said it must be some people in pairashuts ! then all three stareted to move leave to one said. and disaper! all three of use started to talk about what we saw and then we notice a jet with white smoke passing where we saw the lights . after that the three lights came back in a three stairs line,one on top of another two orange red and a white one , you can tell their not a plane becuase their to high in the sky and a commercial plaine passed lower then them.what we saw was no plane or bollons!

I just read the other Hayward report on your site. Sound like the same thing I saw this weekend. It was along the Hayward hills, near the quarry, and they were headed north. They looked like they were taking their time and didn't seem to care about the airtraffic around. Someohter people I know have seen stuff like this too but haven't posted on this site. Do you post everything you have submitted? I'm going to keep an eye out more now that I've seen this and others have too. Is anyone from your orgainization investigating this?

3 egg shapes over Hayward, CA area

We were driving southbound on Mission blvd. passed Carlos Bee Ave. near Harder ave. As we passed Carlos Bee we saw 1 object in the sky coming from the south about 100ft above the street and surounding buildings. At first we thought it might be a loose balloon from one of the many car dealerships that line the street. There was no wind and the object was larger than the balloons, it was white and egg shaped. The light reflected off of it but not a flashy or metallic type of reflection. The object moved northboound just over us as we drove southbound. It was about the 5 feet in diameter at it's thinnest point. Then I saw 2 more objects, about 3/4 that size. I decided to stop and pull over to look and grab my camera. They were also egg shaped but grey, non-mettalic. The white egg shape then changed shape slightly into a smoothened diamond like shape about 200ft above and North of me. The two grey craft stopped in mid-air and the white craft joined them briefly in a delta formation over our heads. The white craft then again sped off towards the north a few hundred feet. The two grey craft quickly went straight up and dissapeared. The white craft followed us slightly southbound as we drove off then sped off. I took several pictures with my camera which has special black and white film that I'll need to take to special lab to process, not a one hour service. There were several car salesmen in the lot of the dealership I had pulled up in front of. The car salesmen also saw what had occured. They saw me taking photographs and then realized that the object were not balloons. All the balloons at the dealerships in that area were red, white, and blue with only one using green and red balloons. No grey balloons. Deninately no baloons that large nor Diamond shaped. There was no sound nor lights with the craft. None of the vehicles passing had diffulties nor did my own car. I had no special sensations nor were there any strange smells. The wind did not stop or start with their presence. I felt no bad ! feelings nor felt any fear. There were aircraft in the area but not close, none were in pursuit. I will send copies of what photographs I have taken once the film is developed.

I didn't see a solid object, but I saw some crazy lights!

I was driving north on highway 880 from Thornton ave. My wife and I noticed what appeared to be a cluster of blinking lights or airplanes. We seemed to be getting closer and then noticed that is was only one object not few as we originally thought. It appeared to be bouncing in the sky going up and down unusually fast. Then it flew across the horizon at incredible speed, and it looked like a smaller object was following. Then it flew in front of us and remainded there for another minute or so. When I was directly in front of us we noticed that the lights appeared to be spinning and and not blinking.

last night i was checking out the eclipse,(few cloud's here and there),when i saw a shadow like object that at first kind of resembled a plane,then it moved into the illumination of the moon and i saw i triangular shape to it.It was moving a pretty good pace,i really couldn't tell you exactly how fast it was going?The size of it from where i was standing in my drive way,i'd was about the size of an eraser on the end of a pencil if you were to hold it at arm's length.

pyramid-like/triangle un-identified object - colorful lights, only three - seems to be moving - Hayward, California

This was taken a while ago, I was interested in getting some pictures of the moon itself. When I uploaded the pictures onto my computer, and looked over them, it was then that I realized what was so unique about two of them. A friend of mine claims they might possibly be helicopters... but I don't know, I immediatley thought UFOs, basically, because I -want- to believe it is one.

From what I see, it looks like a pyramid almost; with lights on every corner. It was about a few months later that I came upon a television program on the Discover Channel (?) about a similarly described UFO in (Bermuda?) I can't remember. but it did creep me out a little.. In one photo, it looks as I first described it; in the second, it looks as if I caught it while it was moving, and three little beams of color or almost.. shooting? out of it. I really can't say.

A black object that was stationary for at least 10 minutes in the clear sky. Flat and circular base with a strangely shaped top.

Around 5:34pm Pacific time, when I was leaving my work and I saw a black object in the sky. At first I thought it was a crow or a hawk flying, but then a couple of minutes later, it was still in the same position. My office is located in the middle of an industry park, so there are planes that fly by every day. But the object I saw was not moving and it was all black in color. The sun was setting to my right hand side, I tried to see if I can determine its shape by the reflection of sunlight reflected from the surface of the strange object, but because it was all black, I could not see any sunlight reflecting on top of the object, therefore I couldn't see clearly what the top was shaped like. But I believe I saw the base was somewhat circular and flat, but then the top is a bit strange looking. The object I saw did not appear to have any wings and tail like the airplanes I normally see in the sky. I walked away from the office building and toward the bus stop, I waited for the bus to come and the duration was about 6 minutes. When the bus came I could still see the object in the skey in the same position, so I decided to call my co-worker who was still at work to go outside. She came back to the phone and told me she also saw a black object in the sky but it was not moving.

Tonight(10/4/03) around 10:45 pm i was hanging out with a few freind's,we were outside on the third floor balcony of my freind's apartment,when i noticed a amber colored light flickering in the distance,it didn't seem to be an airplane or any other type of "normal" light,i brought it to everyone's attention and as we watched it it slowly drifted in our direction,it was slightly cloudy so we could clearly see it was under the cloud's.It then moved to an area of the sky where the cloud's were parting and then it just seemed to "turn off",disappear right before our eye's!We all thought it was very strange.Then about 11:30pm i saw the strange amber light in the distance again!It was traveling along the same trajectory as the first one(not sure if it was the same one?)it traveled as slow as the previous light,same amber color,this time the light seemed to pause/stop momentarily along the way it did this twice before it stopped!!When it came to a halt this strange light seemed to drop another light from it,it fell very fast then dimmed out!Then suddenly the amber light moved slightly upward then vanished like the previous sighting.We all were shocked by this,some of the people there have never seen anything like this before,so you could imagine the reaction's.Needless to say this remained the topic for the rest of the evening.What was it?Your guess is as good as mine....

UFO in Hayward, CA , more activity seen within last couple of days by others.

There is a lot of air traffic just to the south of where I live. It was warm outside so I decided to go out and look at the stars. Light pollution was fairly low and the moon wasn't out. From the east a light travelling much slower than the air traffic came over the ridge and made movements that were not consistant with commercial airliners or helicopters. There where no blinking lights, no sound, and I couldn't identify any solidity due to the intensity of the orange light. I took pictures with a disposable camera which show the light and also a commercial airliner in the same frame. I hope they turn out. I tried to call a friend to come look out of their house but my cell phone made a weird noise then cut out. I later went inside and called, it worked fine. I talked to the same friend and they said that a lot of sightings have been in the area latey and some during broad daylight. He also said, "it's a wonder the press isn't doing more to address it. But you know." I looked on your site to see if anyone else had seen the same thing but it looks like updates take a while. I hope the film I have turns out.

Strange craft over Bay Area

It was about 4pm in the afternoon,it looked like a planet or star except i did'nt shine like one.I quikly ran in the house and grabbed my binocular's*(12x50)through them the object appeared to be the size of a dime at arm's length,it was'nt round more "egg shaped"like Billy D said,it had a strange black "scaffolding" structure behind it,the object was pale yellow in color,it was there for a good ten minute's,Billy D was trying to steady himself on my shoulder to get a better veiw when suddenly a flash of light appeared below it and a orb like object streaked to the left at an incredible speed,i veiwed it with the naked eye and at arm's length it appeared to be the size of a dime,i was suprised and moved trying to show Billy D the object streaking away,it headed out over the bay,Billy did not see it.We then tried to find the first object again but it was not there?I don'nt know if it was the same object or a different one that zoomed out over the bay,but the original object was just not there. A minute later a chemjet flew over head leaving a huge ploom of chemtrail almost in the same spot the UFO was hovering!!!coincidence???Very strange sighting

we saw pure a light that occasionaly split into 3 to 4 different lights.

Me and my friends were walking down the road and we noticed a flashing pure light. this light was never there before, because it was by our radio hill. then we stopped and the flashing kept moving around and then the light would ocasionally split into 3 to 4 different lights and go back. but we only saw one mainly. The light was at a 30-35 degree angle horizontal from or location. It apeared to be a sphereical light becase when it flashed the light came out in all directions and i can allso tell that it was below the clouds because when it flashed it lit up the clouds behind it above it and below it. I have lived here many years and have never seen a light like that before . We could also see it moving slowly we could tell this because we compared it to a tree branch by it and the light of the radio tower. it seemed to spit one flash but by the time the next flash took place it rejoined to one; possibly could be tight formation at long range doing maneuvering and the rejoining formation. Sorry for the miss spelling but i am a little shaken up. i hope i included all infromation. needed.the event duratoin is only how long we were out there we just came in and it was still there we're kinda freaked out sorry if that affects the report.

on my way to work this morning heard on the radio station (KKIQ) that people reported seeing lites in the sky over Hwy 880 at about 5am. There was no other mention or info on the lites reported from the station later in the morning.

Also last nite 11pm-11:30pm military helos were flying low enough to rattle the windows in our home.

My kids and I witnessed a round black object in the sky, that moved drastically at night with unbelievable disbelief.

On June 13th 2002 at about 9:15pm, my wife was at work and the kids and I went into our new hot tub.While they played a game my daugter noticed an object in the sky which my kids debated over.At first I was out of view from the patio overhang,when my son asked me to take a look.We were all stunned and silent for a moment watching it sit motionless.I remembered a video camera sitting on the kitchen table,so I made a run for it.After jumping back in,I filmed this object darting back and forth.It appeared black but gave out flashes like a strobe,going in and out of unusualy thick cloud cover.As if it was trying to avoid the camera following it.This lasted a few minutes while I tried to focus,catching some of these images.My kids were very scared at this point,while I assured them it finally dissapeared.

On June 13, 2002 I video-taped a round dark object in the sky, my kids had noticed as we sat in our hot tub just after 9:00 p.m. The object sat motionless until I started filming. Then it darted in and out of clouds, also back and forth as I tried to follow it. This was a very scary experience for my kids. I live in Hayward, Ca. and noticed on your website another sighting in the area. I've never witnessed anything of this shape or speed in my life. I just want to get a professional opinion from someone else. Any ideas? Telephone follow up below: I had a pleasant conversation with the witness on the telephone. He described in detail what he and two other family members has witnessed on June 13, 2002. The man said it was something he had never saw before and was stunned at what they were observing. The fellow explained that on the night of the sighting he and the family were spending an evening in the hot tub and his daughter was playing a game , who could spot the most airplanes flying over head. The gentleman said that it is an active area due to two airports which are fairly close by. The Oakland and the Hayward airports.

It was the daughter who first spotted the object and said "there is a plane". The man's son looked and said he didn't believe it was a plane. The son asked his father to look at the object in the night sky. When he looked up to see what the kids were looking at he saw a black spot which was just sitting stationary in the sky just below the cloud cover. They all could see the clouds moving but the dark object stayed in the same spot, not moving. They all wondered what could this be as it certainly looked unusual and it sat in the one position for approximately one minute and again it was not moving. Some quick thinking on the Dad's part ... had him running into their home and grabbing a video camera which was sitting on the kitchen table. He ran back outside with it. He had borrowed it from a close friend a couple of days prior to this sighting to take some footage of everyday things. Also not being really familiar with the camera he was trying his best to catch what he could of the object.

As he lined the camera up on the object, it started to move very quickly. It would duck into the cloud cover then pop back out. It continued doing this a couple of times but always remaining in the original area, not moving any distance from where they first noticed it. It was night and I wondered how they were able to see a dark object against a blackened sky. The witness said, even though it was dark out you were able to see a whiteness of the clouds and the dark object which sat below them. So it was the lightened backdrop which enabled the family to see the darkened craft.

At one point the object moved into a darker cloud and as everyone watched it .... the cloud started swirling around and seemed to pull more of the surrounding cloud into the swirling motion. As it was doing this the cloud was growing darker. Again the object poked out from the cloud just slightly and moved back in again and this is when they all witnessed a strobing light coming from inside the cloud cover with the cloud starting to move closer in the direction of the family until it stopped and pretty much straight away moved back to it's original place. The total length of this sighting was approximately 2 to 3 minutes. The fellow said all the time they spent outside that evening they had not seen any other aircraft in the area.

The man called the Hayward airport to make an enquiry about what they saw. The folks at the airport told him there were no flights going out that night. The witness felt that was rather unusual in itself. He thought maybe because the weather conditions were not that good and socked in very badly, that this may be the reason why no flights left that evening.

A still picture was made and blown up from the footage at one of the local universities. The Astronomy Department of the University and others checked the photograph out and saw that there was an object in the photo but no one could figure out what it was. So again the witness was left with no answers to this puzzling sighting.

The fellow told me after the sighting was over, they all went into the house as it certainly was a bit frightening to see such a strange sight. He told me he just paced around the home and wasn't at all sure what he was going to tell everyone about what they had seen and videotaped that night.

Blue and White lights over Castro Valley and Hayward California

While driving on highway 580W I saw a huge formation of lights over the hills near the highway. 4 huge blue lights in the shape of a diamond and 2 small white lights way out to the sides, one white light on either side of the blue lights. They were motionless and hanging in the air space above the hills. I heard no noise nor did I see what the lights were attached too. I continued home and as I exited highway 880S at Tennyson I drove under the overpass onto a loop to get onto Tennyson East I saw the same light formation in the distance towards the Bay. Neither noise nor motion. The lights were bright but didn't seem to illuminate with a beam forward from the light. I called the Hayward Airport which would have been near where the lights were and they said they didn't see anything. I also called the newspaper to find out if anyone else had reported seeing the lights and was told no. I even left a message with the air traffic control office, but never! heard back from them. I researched where I could report this, but wasn't able to find a reputable agency. I forgot about what I had seen until I just watched a UFO show on TV. I honestly do not remember the date at all. The time was about right because I wanted to stop and look at the lights, but I had work the next day and needed to get home.

Fast, bright and low flying UFO seen over Hayward, CA.

I was looking in the clear dark sky when I suddenly and accidentely saw an object which I can not explain.

The object was shining bright in a white color and it moved westbound towards the Bay of San Francisco. The object was flying very fast. Much faster than any plane at this altitude and it didn't make any sound at all. I guess the object was about 500 hundred feet above ground level. Although I saw it just for about 2 sec. I can tell for sure that I have never seen such a thing before in my life. I am absolutely sure that it was not a airplane, altough there is much air traffic in this area. The object had a similar shape like a comet when entering the atmosphere, but it flew too low and it was too big to be considered as a comet.

Tuesday Jan 15, 2002 at 8:48 PM 45-48 degrees, dry, crisp and very clear dark nite.

I am an amateur astronomer since 1973 and very familiar with not only the night sky but local air traffic and weather.

Lights or objects sighted in Hayward, Ca, 15-25 degrees above the horizon looking east and my position is East of the Hayward Airport and west of the east bay foothills with Lawrence Livermore and Sandia on the other side about 50 miles.

I had just got out of my car and removed an item from the trunk and as I turned looking up at the very clear starry night, looking east, with no traffic, and Gemini just right of my view above trees and power lines. I then noticed a very large bright red stationary light and quickly discounted Mars, a satellite, plane but not yet a helicopter. I assumed it was a helicopter at first by its apparent static movement but it slowly moved in circular pattern and then the light flickered and got dimmer/brighter. It appeared 10 times larger then any planet and many, many times brighter then Sirius in the winter. As I watched I noted the background stars (2 faint ones) and I moved away from the neighbors porch light and positioned myself with a better view. I moved around to see it pass behind the power lines and to get a different angle of view. I noticed when I stopped moving that it was making a slow circular motion in a small area. I continued watching and heard nothing and it started moving in a linear manner to the south. I then alerted my neighbor. He came out and observed it. I asked that he turn his porch light off and he stated it would take forever to turn back on but he turned it off anyway. We both continued observing it and then I stated, "Stay here while I grab my binoculars." I quickly retrieved them and came out and started viewing it in a wide angle and saw that it seemed to have no shape other then seeming very broad. I zoomed in and still no shape, I zoomed out again and focused to see it better and followed it as it moved. I noted no other lights or surface. It seemed to have a sphere shape but more like a very large bright red orb or sphere shape. I handed the binoculars to my neighbor and he looked for 10-20 seconds. I regained the binoculars and spotted it quickly and as I did it dropped a light from the bottom (not as bright, and much smaller and slightly orange/red) which moved very quickly at a right angle to the bright red light. I stated loudly "What was that?' and continu! ed follo wing it by eye and binoculars, it then dropped 4-5 more small bright reddish/orange lights that dropped quickly at a regular interval and they seemed to drop just over the hills or tree line. We both witnessed this. They seemed to be like flares shooting down with some sort of trail but they moved quickly, much faster than I would expect from a free fall. They were each slightly different in intensity/size and color. At this point the larger red light continued moving away and dimmed giving the impression of moving quickly away and out or dimming and moving away. I was watching with the naked eye at this point and could no longer locate the large red light nor the multiple smaller lights. I heard no sirens after and no other witnesses. My neighbor returned to his apartment and I sat at my computer recollecting any and all details.

I walked outside with my dogs early wed morning and noticed how bright and pretty the stars were. I noticed a bright bright light up in the sky I watched it and wondered what it was cause it was moving towards me,I thought it might be a plane but it was hovering then it would fly than it hoverd, by that time it was really close and I thought its so quite theres know noise not at all then I looked at my dogs and they were looking up at it also it was right above us and all I could see four bright lights and a huge red pusluating light in the center my estimatation it was as long as a football field it was just hovering there in the sky going over my house.I watched it move away till it was know longer in sight then I ran in the house and noted the time it was 6:08am.

4 bright oval-shaped white objects hovering over my house in Hayward, CA.

I and two other wittnesses saw 4 very, very bright white oval-shaped lights from our window during a lightning storm. Every six seconds they would pulse to form one light in the middle and then go back to their four positions (square shape.) They seemed very low in the sky or else they were extremely large. I caught some interesting pictures. The lightning was flashing horizontally in the far background, the lights were directly over my yard and the neighbor's yard, when the lightning reached out like a pitchfork twice straight towards my window and these 4 objects. It was like something out of a movie! I have been wondering about what the heck this was for a year now.

UFO as clear as day! What you can find in YOUR videos.

After reviewing a home video and seeing our pictures, we captured a few disk shaped objects in a few different frames. My husband shot it on a 5.2 digital camera & I have a video camera. It looked like on the video, that 2 disk objects were either chasing eathother or playing games with eathother. We were filming Hearst Castle in Central California right on the coastline. My husband took a still picture of Hearst Castle & it show the dick object as clear as day. The image frozen. These two objects flew fast! Oviosly too fast for us to see while filming & having fun while these object were having fun flying over us a few times.

Vertical column w/3 lights in linear design moved silently across sky. It disappeared behind thin fog/cloud and never reappeared.

At around 9:30pm on Sat. Oct. 23, 1999, 10-11 guests at our outdoor party saw an UFO. We were playing music and and singing by the bonfire. No one was intoxicated. Someone pointed and said, "there's a UFO". Everyone stopped playing music and stood up. I saw, without my glasses unfortunately, a column-shaped object vertically and silently glide across the sky. It appeared to have 3 muted lights lined up vertically along the column. The sky was very clear with a bright full moon except for a few light wisps of fog. The object was seen for around 30 seconds before it went behind the fog. It never came back out! There were different descriptions of the object seen. One person said that she saw a column of 4-6 hazy lights that was traveling at an angle. Another person (who might file a report too) said that she saw a grey- colored vertical rectangle, that was backlit and that had a triangular shaped exhaust coming off the back. Everyone was very matter-of-fact about the whole thing.

Rectangular gray object glided silently across the night sky and disappeared behind a cloud

A small group of friends sitting around an outdoor campfire witnessed a large gray rectangular/columnar object glide slowly across the night sky. It was about 21:00 and there was a full moon. The UFO was seen in the west and toward in a southwesterly direction. Several witnesses saw lights around the perimeter - I could only see that it appeared to be "backlit." The night had been cloudy but was clear when the object was seen. As it moved to the south, it disappeared behind/into a cloud and was not seen again.

My brother called to me to come outside . Upon exiting our residence he told me to look toward the sky as hed seen a UFO . I looked up and watched two small lighted objects move slowly across the sky. I estimatew thier altitude to be above 40,000 feet. We then observed three objects in a triangle formation all of which were different colors and glowing. These three objects moved as if they were being dropped by parachute. The other objects moved about the same area. Then three or four other lighted objects appeared in the same general area. The whole time lasted approxiametly 60- 90 seconds.Fortunately my brother was able to get his digital camera out to film these observations . It may be possible that this was military aircraft, but the observation of the glowing of the objects sent chills through my body.

I observed several types of crafts over this period of time and many were daylight sightings.Also may have seen entity(e.t).

The objects i observed at night were spherical and moving up and down never side to side ,the 5 objects after 2 min. came to a complete stop then began to "lobb"green "embrionic"looking fireballs.The fireballs were slightly transperent with aslight yellowish interior.Me personoly in the past have never seen a u.f.o but had some intrest in them.I consider myself to be very rational and never jump to conclusions to quikly. AND I ABSOLUTLY IN THE PAST OR PRESENT NEVER WOULD MAKE UP A STORY EVEN CLOSE TO THIS . I have a sense of humor but this is'nt funny at all!

I don't knowhow to measure distances in the sky but it waslike the size of a grapefruit in front of myface.

I was with my brother at the airport fuleing up a plane. After that we drove the turkback to the fule center. I was looking toward the northward end of the runway and saw a UFObut ny brother didn't see it because he was looking the other direction while putting the ladder in the truck. It zipped across the sky at around 400 M.P.H and was bright green, really bright and it wasn't a plane, it was crossing the landing approach pattern. It came down from around 1000 feet to about 200 feet, then speed extremely fast westward while hugging the groung,about 150 feet above the local houses and dissappeared westward toward the bay. The object, to my caclulations must have been at least 70 feet in diameter and was circular. I am a current student as well as my brother in high school. I have seen many pictures of ufo's onTV and on the Sightings UFO report video. It looked similar to a ufo that I saw on TV that just zoomed across the sky in Mexico City.There was not any noise heard and the sky was very clear that night, the first clear day in about a week after large storms.I am not sure if anybody else saw it, but there wasn't many people at the airport in the area that we were in, but some peoplewho live in the houses next to the golf course, which is at the end of the runway towards the direction that the object was seen,might have seen the UFO. It was definately not a Learjet and didn't have flashing lights.P.S I will try to find a map and draw some pictures and e-mail them to you

Father in-law was outside smoking. He observed something in the sky, he then called out for us to come out and tell him what he was seeing in the sky. What we observed was a main Saucer above us facing south. It had lights of red, yellow, blue and white and maybe one other color spinning in a counter clockwise motion..

We then noticed to the left of us three smaller disk moving in high speed towards the saucer and once all three reached underneath the saucer they stopped in an instant, danced around in a slight up and down motion for a about 10 seconds and all of the sudden shot out in a blink of an eye over the bay area in the direction of San Francisco.

All three smaller saucers were lit up like balls of at least four different colors of light. They made triangular moves all together for about 5 seconds and shot back to the main saucer in such high speed if you blinked you would have missed it. Came to a stop again underneath the craft and in an instant the! y looked like they were sucked up into it and the saucer shot off in the sky, south over the ocean, towards what would be Hawaii and gone it was.

Unexpained laser like beams over the lake.

This was at a vacation cabin on Spider Lake. The cabin owner came out and asked if we wanted to see the northern lights. We went down to the lake and saw a pyramid of laser like lights emanating from a vertex 500 to 1000 feet above the lake. There were six or eight beams of light that had no deflections in them like a flashlight beam has. These were like lasers shining into the water so that the base of the pyramid had to be at least 200 yards across. Each beam was probably 12 to 18 inches in diameter.

We returned to the cabin to finish our pinochle game and no one ever mentioned it again.

Occasionally I think of the event and wonder what it could have been. If you have any idea as to what it was I would appreciate an email explaining it.

Hayward, Wisconsin UFO Sighting in 1966.

It's still clear in my mind, even though it happened over 50 years ago. It was the evening of May the 24h, 1966, in Hayward, Wisconsin. I was outside the house near the lake, scanning with my telescope and standing in the little open area in the grove of trees where I docked my little fishing boat. It was about a quarter of 10. Then, I had that feeling we all get sometimes, that something is watching you.

I looked up, and there it was, a flying saucer. It was just above the treetops, maybe a hundred feet across and twenty-five feet or so high. It was silvery white in color with a reddish circle of lights around the center. It made no sound. It was not swamp gas, I've seen that before. It moved out over the lawn and hovered in the open near the house. The reddish lights began blinking and shining on the ground, my telescope, my boat, and the house; it reminded me of a camera taking flashbulb photos.

I also remember feeling I was in no immediate danger. In any event, I was transfixed on the spaceship. At that moment, the object began to slowly rise up and gain speed. It then accelerated and raced into the stars, it was out of sight and was what would have been thousands of miles beyond the moon and the farthest stars I could make out in a manner of seconds.

I rushed into the house to tell my mother what I had seen, and the news was on. There were reports of sightings by others in the area, and in several areas in Minnesota and the Midwest. So, I wasn't alone in seeing something that was quite obviously out of the ordinary. Other than my mother, I never told anyone about it until years later, family and a few friends.

Something that happened a few months later, on November 18, 1966, made me believe that something might be going on we don't have all the details to explain. A military plane mysteriously crashed nearby. Some friends of mine and I went to the site even though it was off limits and saw hunks of metal skewered into trees, an obvious area where the plane had sheared off trees as it plummeted to earth and the like. I had the feeling that it was looking for something that day, maybe another UFO.

We where very close to five bright gold saucers for approx. twenty minutes. ((name deleted))

IT WAS ABOUT SUNSET, MY BROTHER AND I WHERE PLAYNG MARBLES NEAR THE ROAD. WE LIVED IN THE COUNTRY, WE WHERE SITTING ON THE GROUND, I LOOKED AT MY BROTHERS FACE AND SURROUNDINGS, EVERYTHING WAS THE BRIGHT COLOR OF GOLD, I LOOKED UP AND SAW A ROUND SHIP. THERE WHERE FIVE SHIPS, THE LEAD SHIP WAS JUST SITTING ABOVE US, A LITTLE HIGHER THAN THE TELEPHONE POLE,THEY WHERE IN THE V FORMATION, THERE WHERE NO WINDOWS, NO SEAMS,THEY WHERE GLOWING A BRIGHT GOLD COLOR, THERE WAS A MULTI COLORED RING OF GAS AROUND THE TIP OF THE SHIPS,NO NOISE, JUST A HISSING SOUND, THEY HAD A SMOOTH ROUND DOME ON TOP, THE DIMENCIONS WHERE APROX, 65 TO 75 FEET ACROSS, ABOUT 25 FEET THICK AT THE CENTER OF THE DOME, THEY BEGAN TO SLOWLY MOVE, I WALKED ALONG WITH THEM OUT INTO THE ORCHARD, I COULD HAVE HIT THEM WITH A ROCK, THEY STOPPED FOR A MOMENT ABOVE ME, THEN SHOT OUT INTO SPACE, WITH A BLINK OF THE EYE, THEY WHERE GONE, NOTE; TWO WEEKS LATER ON THE FOURTH OF JULY THEY APPEARED ABOVE THE FIRE WORKS AT LAKE MERRIT IN OAKLAND CALIFORNIA, THEY PUT THE SPOT LIGHTS ON THE FIVE SHIPS, THE SHIPS DARTED OUT INTO SPACE, YOU CAN VERIFY THIS WITH THE OAKLAND TRIBUNE DATED; THE FOURTH OF JULY, 1947,
