Three orange lights forming a triangle 2 people saw them, moving east to west cailf, central coast.

Moveing east to west in a triangle formation, the east being the tip an the west two lights made the base. The lights where orange, like hologen street lights in color.

Flying just belleow the clouds at 2500 to 3000 foot above sea level.

Then just vanished, no noise, very smooth flight path. As they where vanishing they seemed to dim them grow brigther them just truned off or vanished.

I have seen a UFO with no lights. UFO= Un-identified Flying Object

I heard about you guys on Coast to Coast AM, so I have decided to share my story. My story differs from most on Coast to Coast in one way: lights. I live about 40 miles north of Vandenburg Air Force base. They are the western United States site for launching satelites. I dont exactly remeber the dates when this experience occured so the day might be a little off. Vandenburg was supposed to launch a missle at 9:30 PM on the night in question. I enjoy watching the missles launch so I always try to observe them. The night was clear and there was no wind or moon shining. A perfect night for a missle launch. I was sitting on my back porch, which looks south, waiting to watch the event. 10:15 rolls around and still no launch. They usually run late. So, being stubborn and having wonderful weather, I stick around and start going through constellations in the night sky. At this point I had been looking at the night sky for a while. From the north an obj! ect, cloaked, flies by at an alarming rate headed south. The only reason the object caught my eye is that it blacked out the stars behind it. There were no lights. It came into my view and was gone in less than five seconds. My story tells of a UFO with no lights. Im sure a rare sighting. If I had to guess the shape, I would say a diamond shape or that of the Batman Logo. It flew incredibly quick and directly toward VAFB. There were no sounds related to the object and the speed itself should have created some sound. I could not estimate at the size since it was hard to see it but would guess the speed being somewhere near 600 MPH. It was there and gone. I would estimate the size to be about the size of a twin engine airplane, maybe 50 feet across. The thing that makes me wonder is that Vandenberg did not launch the missle that night due to "weather delays." It was delayed for two days after and launched early morning. You want a background? I am a wa! rehouse specialist for a local company. I have a diploma with! some co llege, mostly geology and history. I have passed psyche exams for jobs with law enforcement but havent passed backgrounds. I dont exactly believe in extra-terrestrials, but know that God made a giant universe with endless possibilities. Are we over-run with them, or are we just being "visited?" I dont know and could really careless as long as my paycheck is cashed. I feel that if ET's were going to visit us, they would treat it like a military operation. Lights out! Which is why I am sharing this with you guys. I could not identify this object.

The craft had 2 solid blinking red lights and 2 at the top. The middle portion was green and red and white neon kind of lines style. The craft was moving slower than an airplane. When I put my thumb in the direction of the craft, my thumb covered it. It was also going south to north (approx)

I thought I saw a shooting star, then maybe a rocket launch, then maybe a plane crashing.....but itjust disappeared!

First of all I would like to know if anyone else saw this, they had to! Can you at least get back to me and tell me if they reported it? I would greatly appreciate it. At first I thought maybe I was seeing another lift off from Vandenberg airforce base south or here about 35-40 miles. But after 2-3 seconds I knew it wasn't since there was no "trail" of thrust rockets. And sice the base is due south of my house, it couldn't have ben a lilft off because it was going from left to right, east to west, between the cresent moon and venus ( or jupiter). Also. it was going on a downward angle from my vantage point about 15 degrees I would guess. All I can say is that it was a fireball of sorts, orangish in color, not blue or white. And, it was going relatively slowly compared to a shooting star. In the few seconds I saw it, it had moved accross the sky about 8-10 inches at arms length. I don't know how many degrees that would be. All I can say is that if you stetch your arm out and point to the sky,move your index finger about 10" and that's about how far I saw it travel. The size is also hard to judge or determine. Again, if you hold your arm out like before and make about a quarter inch gap between your index finger and thumb, that would be about how big it was. It was "on fire" and flickered then disappeared, not much of a trail. I thought afterwards that maybe I saw a plane crashing, God forbid!

Small Triangular object seen while flying at 9,000 feet over Grover Beach, California

This sighting occurred in flight on 8 September 07 at approximately 1400 PDT in the area of Grover Beach/Arroyo Grande California. I was flying a single engine civilian aircraft on an IFR flight from Monterey California to Santa Barbara. We were southeast bound flying direct to the Gaviota VOR (a radio navigation beacon near Santa Barbara) at 9,000 feet. We were in visual meteorological conditions with clear skies and 30+ miles of visibility.

I really don’t know how to describe what I saw. This wasn’t a classic “flying disc” type UFO. As I stated earlier, we were in cruise flight at 9,000 feet pretty much directly over the Grover Beach area when I noticed a small object or objects at about our 10-11 o’clock position perhaps 300-500 feet below us and traveling in the opposite direction. It passed under the wing and I lost sight of it for a few seconds until it reappeared just behind the wing. I lost sight of it as it passed to about our 7 o’clock position. I observed it for perhaps 15-20 seconds. Not long, I know.

The first thing I want to emphasize in my description of this object(s) was that it was small. I would say no more than 5-10 feet across. At first, I thought I was looking at two birds flying close together. There were two distinct “bodies” or shapes that were either attached to one another or flying in a very close echelon type formation. One object slightly behind and to the right of the other. As it approached, I became unsure if I was looking at two separate objects flying close together or a single object. As I said before, this thing was small but as the object got closer, I thought the two separate bodies looked somewhat triangular or diamond shaped. What was really remarkable about the object though was its color. This thing was an amazing blue color. I find it difficult to describe the shade of blue but I would say it was slightly darker than a “sky” blue but not much. The color is what really made me think I was looking at something artificial. It stood out against the generally brown/tan color of the ground but if you were below and looking up at it, it would have been very difficult to see.

A wayward kite? Some sort of remote controlled aircraft or UAV? Something else? I have no idea.

light over south san luis obispo county septmeber 10

this morning I took my dog out to go to the bathroom.Lookin up like i always do i saw a light moving in a north east way. it was going pretty slow at first but seemed to start to go faster and faster until it went out out of sight. it was wierd beacause they way it went from slow to fast was not anything of earth orgin. another wierd light over the central coast of california. if anyone around san luis and santa barbara county see wierd lights. Let people know. i wonder if vandenberg falls into place??

It was about 5:40 in the morning , I was leting the dog out and in the sky looking south I saw a bright light traveling west to east At first I thought it was a air craft but since I live very close to Vandenberg AFB I know that there is a no fly zone there . The light was traveling very quickly faster than a satellite would have been , or at least I think so . At about highnoon it grew brighter then disapeared . Could this have been a ufo or a satellite . ??

Grover Beach UFO coming from ocean

See below: I saw the same thing but in 1977-1978, it was coming from the ocean at about 9:30 pm. It was shaped more like a mantis (the fish). This was also seen by another person that same night and reported to the news paper( Five Cities Times Press) there was an article in the news paper about this.

My husband and I rented a beach house at Pismo Beach back in February of 79. We arrived there at approx. 2 am. My husband had already taken some of our baggage up the twenty or so steps to the house and was unlocking the front door. I was unloading the few remaining items from the truck. My little dog jumped out of the truck and ran to some nearby garbage cans, I assumed she saw a cat. I just happened to look up to admire the clear, starry night sky. Almost directly above me was a huge, dark triangular shape. It had three lights, one in each corner. I was terrified.

I shouted to my husband " what is that?" he said "a helicopter". It was no helicopter, this thing made absolutely no sound whatsoever and the sheer size of it blotted out the star filled sky above me. I called my dog a few times until she finally came back to me and I grabbed her up. The object will still hanging above me, motionless and without a sound. I ran up the steps to the house and as I reached the porch, the triangle darted off toward in a northeasterly direction.

I have no way of knowing just how high it was in the sky but it seemed to me that it must have been quite low due to the enormous span.
