A short appearance and disappearance of an orange light.

I was driving southbound on the I-215 freeway heading away from Perris, CA. I was stopped at the Bonnie Drive intersection when I noticed a light seemingly appear out of nowhere approximately 40 degrees to my left (East) and up about 20 degrees from the horizon. At first I thought it might be a helicopter spot light, Venus or the Space Station I kept my eye on the object while stopped at the signal. When I moved the object disappeared. it was not a glare from my windshield as it stayed in the same place in the sky as i pulled away from the intersection. It wasn't the space station as it wasn't moving, and it wasn't Venus since it disappeared. I kept my eye on the area of the sky while driving away looking for aircraft marker lights, or any other possible source of the light, with nothing visible.

Saw red blinking lights in formation evenly spaced out and blinking in synchronized manner.

Several lights about 6 or 7 blinking red and appeared to be evenly spaced and and blinking in synchronized manner from right to left. Appeared to be all one solid piece by the blinking and spacing all moving evenly across the sky. Obtained some video of it. If lights were one solid object then this object was massive. Estimate about 300 yards across. Disappeared as it floated out of sight moving west toward Orange County Ca.

Dark, dull Chevron shaped object flying over Perris, Ca

We were passing out candy for Halloween outside. In between passing candy out we were watching a video on my tablet while my wife was looking up at the stars. all of the sudden she noticed that there was something flying in the sky that was very dark and was Chevron shaped. She asked both of us what was that flying in the sky, so we looked up and all witnessed the craft flying. The sky was dark but the object was just slightly lighter grayish color so it was slightly visible. it was just bright enough so you can make the shape of it out but there were no lights and no sound. The object was flying southward over our house. We were all amazed at what we saw. About 15 to 20 minutes later my wife was in the backyard and witnessed yet again the object flying this time North. we have seen drones fly by before and you can hear the engines on those when they fly by but with this there was absolutely no sound and the shape was different. We are used to seeing milit! ary aircraft being close to the March air reserve Base and have seen a lot of planes flying at air shows so we know it was not a craft that we were used to seeing.

Large cluster/array (about 150 small and 5-10 - much larger white ones) of multi-colored lights slowly descending below the tree-line.

I saw a huge cluster of lights in the night sky shortly after 10:00 hours. It is difficult to estimate the size of the array but the majority of the "lights" - about 100-150 - were primarily multi-colored (not vivid but soft hues pink/yellow/green/light blues etc) with several white lights - 5-10 - that were much larger in size. The cluster was low on the horizon above the tree-line when I noticed it. My best estimate is that it was at least 2 or 3 miles across and 1 mile from top to bottom and 5-10 miles away, perhaps even 20 miles away. I stared for a few seconds before going inside my house to ask my wife to come take a look. I immediately realized the cluster was slowly descending below the tree-line and we could only see the upper portion. The array was still clearly visible and she witnessed it too. She went to get her mom from inside the house but the lights had descended out of sight from our viewpoint.

Three white or metallic spheres flying in a modified triangular formation

I was at lunch and heard the sound of a prop plane overhead.

I work near the Perris Valley Skydiving center and the prop planes are making trips several times a day. (March Air Reserve Base is also within 5 miles of the location).

As I looked directly overhead I watched the white plane slowly pass by in the clear blue sky. As it passed, I noticed a small group of what appeared to be white or metallic dots/spheres, which were above where the plane had just passed.

The plane's altitude I would estimate was approx 1500 feet. My guess on the spheres would be 2500-3000 feet if not higher. I probably wouldn't have noticed them if they weren't in a modified triangular formation and moving apart but maintaining similar formation.

I continued watching as they moved Northeast across the sky, at a relatively slow speed. Although they grew further apart they kept the triangular formation.

All I had was my cellphone and I took several pictures and a somewhat grainy video as I tried to zoom in on the objects. My first thought was mylar balloons, until they kept formation as they moved in the sky. The event lasted about 5-10 minutes.

Metallic Round Craft w/ Lights traveling Southeast over Riverside County.

I observed a round metallic object traveling southeast at a speed of about 80 miles per hour. It is hard for me to distinguish the altitude and size of the craft, but my best guess is that it was about the size of a small car and was at a height of about 800 meters. I figured it was metallic because the sun appeared to reflect on it. I also distinguished two lights on the underside that glowed intermittently; they turned on every ten seconds and were red and green. The object came from a Northwest direction and traveled in a perfectly straight line, and made no sound.

I was watching parachutes free fall, when a barbell shaped craft flew overhead toward airport in a sideways position. I could hear airplane of parachuters but no sound of craft. It flew approx. 1000 ft overhead at approx. 200 mph.

Orange light in sky that makes explosion sounds.

It started 2 nights ago, on 08/20/16, my brother was driving home at about 10:15 PM when he saw the object flying in the air. It was a single glowing red-orange light floating about 150 feet in the air, irregularly pulsating. He immediately could tell it wasn’t a plane or helicopter, as he came closer to the neighborhood he said that the light grew in intensity and brightness before flashing and exploding in what he described as looking like “sparks and drops of liquid metal”.

I was at home at the time, I was organizing some papers when I heard a loud explosion, I couldn’t tell if it was a gunshot or fireworks but didn’t think too much of it. When my brother arrived home he told me to come outside and check out the strange light. It definitely wasn’t a plane or helicopter, my first thought was a quadcopter drone. But those are often loud and usually have red and green lights, if any. This was a single orange light that was floating silently from southwest to northeast. I was only able to see it for about 5 minutes before it just suddenly vanished. Frustratingly, it disappeared before I could get any pictures.

It happened a second time tonight (08/22/16). It was about 2:40 AM, I was staying up late doing some reading and I heard an extremely loud and percussive boom from outside, it sounded like a grenade went off across the street. It was echoing off of nearby hills it was so loud. I ran outside to see what was happening, dogs were barking all around the neighborhood because of the sound. I thought about the light from 2 nights ago and started looking up to see if it was there, sure enough, the same glowing orange light was silently floating above my neighborhood, this time it was much higher in altitude, maybe 500-1000 feet. Again, it was floating from southwest to northeast, irregularly pulsing in a red-orange hue. A bit redder than a campfire usually is. This time though, it kept moving until it suddenly stopped moving and was stationary in the sky. I was able to get an old telescope out to get a better look, but I couldn’t see any definite features. Even in the telescope it ! was just an orange light. To the naked eye it looked completely stationary, but in the telescope you see it slowing moving around, hovering in place.

It slowly faded away until it disappeared about 20 minutes after I started watching it. This time I was able to capture a few pictures of it on my cellphone, which doesn’t show much other than a dot in the sky, but it does show up. Very weird experiences. I’m going to try and be watchful and study it more, if it happens again.

Slow moving bright light shoots pyrotechnic toward ground over rural Perris, Gavilan Hills.

I saw an unusual light in the sky Mon. 8/22/2016, between 0225 and 0305 hrs., moving from the SW. It was reasonably bright and not moving fast like an airplane, I suspect it was a drone. As it got closer it released or fired a pyrotechnic mortar that went down a 100 or so feet and exploded with a very loud boom, this was an airburst apprx. 150 feet above ground with a smoke cloud that drifted north this was at 0245. I continued to watch as it turned east and continued till I lost site of it at 0305. I reported to local fire dept as this could have started a brush fire had it made it to the ground. Their response was no response.

2 vertical lines of red lights seen and were moving right to left like tilting right to left

weird lights in Perris. I walked out of the house and looked to the left to see what looked like two sets of 5 lights, the top light on each side would go off and on same time and the whole thing moved left and right. I know the top of that hill I have been up there. There are no homes there for about a mile or so. If you could imagine a string going vertical 15 feet up with 5 red lights on it and then another string same as the first with the same 5 red lights on it about 5 feet apart is how I can kinda describe it.

If you would like to check with any of the Los Angeles, Ca., news stations, you will find that several reports were made to the stations, and to police, of objects in the sky that could be seen all around Southern California, Las Vegas, Nevada And Arizona.

It was reported on all of the 11 p.m., news stations this evening. Some people have video. One woman in Glendora, California, has a distinct video showing the lights moving back and forth and then extreme acceleration. Reports of a round light(s), changes colors from green to blue, then orange to yellow. Griffith Observatory in L.A., thinks it might have been a meteor, but they did not see it. This is three different state's reporting this event. In California, the cities of Perris, Corona, San Clemente, Hesperia, Victorville, Burbank, this is widespread near the coast of California all the way to the high desert in California. A news station in Arizona also filmed it. What do you think it was? Thank you

Large object with a variety of very birght colors in the sky moved quite rapidly......for no appearent reason?

I am a county employee employed by Riverside County. I am 26 years old and a mother of four, i am married. I went to bed around 11 o'clock at night. My aunt which lives with me, who is 39 years old witnessed it first and woke me up to observe it also. She didn't believe what it was she was seeing. I woke up and walked over to my front door and watched it through the screen door from inside my living room. I couldn't believe my eyes...I was in complete shock. I have never seen anything like this before, I also never witnessed ghost's either we are not big fans of the paranormal. But .....this is crazy....it was round and bright and had a variety of different colors. Very very bright colors. A mixture of them. It was red, green, blue, yellow and others also. It moved very rapidly... that is what scared me....if from here it moved very fast as a blink of an eye imagine how fast it really moved up there... it would move from left to right, right to left and slow! ly in a circle movement up and down. Then after a while I noticed there were four more smaller ones to the left of it they were all lined up side by side....you couldn't see those as clear as the biggest one we seen first. Eventually it started to move farther and farther away due to the size of it, it was appearing smaller. The other four stayed in it's places but the big one did appear be moving farther away. We came inside and talked about it. We are still amazed about what we saw.

Large black triangle hovering between 1500-2500 high then slowly crept northward at 50-80mph.

Date: Jan28, 2010 Time: ~ 6:00 pm.

I was driving southbound on the 215 from Redlands, CA towards Temecula. I saw lights hovering for many minutes wondering what it was off in the distance. Typically I see planes flying low along this stretch of highway because they are landing at March Air Reserve Base, but this was no jet. I was just north of Ethanac exit when the object was directly overhead. The object had caused many of the drivers on the freeway to slow and gaze upward. I pretty much stopped and stared up at a huge black triangle. There were 3 lights, white, not blinking at all at each apex. The triangle was equilateral in shape. It did not make any noise. The object was between 150-250 ft across, from tip to midpoint of opposite edge.

I exited the freeway and made two rights to head north again. I phoned home and told my girlfriend what happened. I tried to catch up to the object but with recent rain and poor quality of roads as well as obeying traffic laws I could not get underneath it again. Eventually I pulled over and watch it float northward directly over the base and continue going.

Background of witness: • College Graduate: BS Geography • 31 year old male • Long time resident of area where triangle observed • Working professional for large geographic science software company • 20/20 vision – good health (mentally and physically) • Familiarity with commercial and military aircraft shapes and sizes. Personally witnessed B2 stealth bomber flying over Chargers stadium during super bowl. What I saw was not a b2 bomber. Lived just north of NAS Miramar for many years.

Followed by pulsating triangular lights in the night sky for 45 mins through the desert

We were followed by these lights that were triangular shaped but pulsated from the center out and back in again for approx 45 mins. From the CA State I15 hwy north to the I60 east to the I10 east to Palm Springs CA they stopped when we stopped at the whitewater turn off.

I told my wife as we were being followed to slow way down just to see if it was nothing but then it slowed to our speed too! My 2 girls 12-13 were getting very jumpy as was my wife the driver.

Me, I didnt know what to think.

Finnaly I told her to pull off and stop. I wasn't going to take this thing home with us! The lights then hovered over us pulsating in and out in a triangular formation.

I called the CHP and explained the situation. They said they would have a car dispathced.

At the off ramp there was a trucker who was also looking up at the unusual activity in the night sky.

But why where they following us? We sat there for a good 10 mins waiting for the CHP and of course they never showed, when all at once they were gone just as fast as they showed up. No trail or nothing just gone, no noise nothing just the lights pulsating then nothing.

We got back into the car and headed on down the I10 east to home. A night to never forget.

Now my girls freak out when ever we travel that stretch of highway.

And at times they swear they see them in the night desert sky.

I guess they'll never be the same.

7 SPHERIC OBJECT HOVERING

I WAS IN THE HOUSE WHEN MY BROTHERS WIFE CALLED ME AND SAID, YOU ARE GOING TO WANT TO SEE THIS.

WHEN I WHENT OUTSIDE SHE TOLD ME TO LOOK UP AND SHE POINTED. AT FIRST I DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS POINTING AT BUT AS I LOOKED IN THE DIRECTION SHE WAS POINTING AT 7 OBJECTS IN THE SKY.

THESE OBJECT WERE HOVERING IN THE AIR, GOING UP AND DOWN, SIDE TO SIDE, THEN THEY SEAM TO BE GOING IN SOME SORT OF FORMATION. THE FORMATION SEAM TO BE A 3 AND ARROW FORMATION. THE OBJECTS SEAM TO BE CHANGING COLORS FROM WHITE TO GRAY AND BLACK AND ALSO A TITANNIUM COLOR.

THESE OBJECTS LOOK LIKE THEY WERE HALF A SPHERE. I TOLD MY BROTHER TO GET THE CAMERA, THE OBJECT WENT INTO A V FORMATION AND TUCK OFF TOWARD HEMET AND DISAPEARED.

Two USAF Jets from March Air Force Base fly in circles over my house! I saw the UFO!

I'm a private wildlife rehaber for the CA Dept of Fish and Game, I had many birds of prey at the time of my sighting. I also had a pair of Redtail hawks that had been released back to the wild a few weeks earlier who stayed close to my home.

It was a nice sunny afternoon when my husand and daughter and and I were outside cleaning animal pens when all of a sudden I heard the pair of Redtai hawks flying over the top of my house in a circle, both of the hawks were screaming vocal warnings of something they viewed as a dangerous, and or threatening to them.

I went into the house to get my binoculars, when I heard and feel my house rumble from the jets over the top of my house. When I went back outside I could see the jets over my house they were jets hundreds of feet over us, while the hawks were flying above the jets.

I looked up above me with my binoculars to see what was all the commotion was all about. This is when I saw the UFO! It was a couple of hundred feet over me! It blended in so well with daytime sky that without the bionoculars you would have never been able to see it! It was about 30 feet across, round I shape and almost the color of the sky, gray-blue-silver. No sound came from the UFO! Only the noise from the two Jets!

I could only see the bottom of the UFO. I was able to observe the UFO for approx 7 minutes before it took off. It went straight up and was gone in a flash!

At first glance I thought it was a street light, but it was a little to high. When I relized that it was an unusual light I thought SPACESHIP. The dull orange light was only about 100ft from my car. I kept driving, not really staring at the light, due to fear. I then made a right on Placentia. The light was now about a half a mile away and now moving north at a rising 30 degree angle. It was heading towards March AFB. I finally got home, told my parents and my sister to come and see the UFO. When they got out side the light was moving slowly up. The light was, at the most, four miles from us. I did not see it move that distance in that short of time. The light then made a fast U-shaped turn in the sky and went out. The whole ordeal only lasted about three minutes. We were awe struck and went in; telling ourselves that there was some simple explanation for that. Ya right. I am a college student at UCR. I have always been trustworthy and honost. My mother grew up in Orange County. She sings in a local church band. My fatheralso grew up in Orange county. He plays drums for that same band and preaches every third Sunday of the month. My sister graduated From Rancho Verde and now has a child and works as crowd control at Disneyland.

Incredible flying triangle of immense proportions with unbelievable speed and eerie stealth!

I was gazing into the early morning sky at around 03:00 during the time that Haley's comet was supposed to be seen, hopeing to view what was supposed to be visible by eye. It was a very clear, quiet night with no moon visible. As I was looking southwest I noticed movement in my periferal vision from the west and glanced in that direction. I was stunned by what I saw. An object traveling from the west to the east was blocking out the stars in the sky as it flew past at an extremely high rate of speed directly over my head. The object was triangular in shape with the widest part being wing tip to wing tip. The shear size of the object took my breath away. It flew low to the ground, less than 600 feet. From wing tip to wing tip I would estimate it to be 300 yards across. From nose to tail approximately 100 yards. It appeared to be rather flat from top to bottom, no more than 20 yards thick. All of the edges seemed rounded, not sharp or crisp. This object had no external lights that could be seen from below. It had a dark, dull metallic sheen similar to the dull side of aluminum foil which reflected city light from below. It's stealth and speed was nerve shaking. As it passed I looked for exhaust flames, ports or vapors and I was astonished that there were none. I waited for the sonic booms to follow as I new that this aircraft was traveling in excess of Mach 1. I have seen small Air Force jets at Mach 1 or greater and know the speed and sounds they create at those speeds. This huge object flew faster than any aircraft I have ever seen and did not make a sound, not even a low rumble. There was nothing but silence. I was in awe and disbelief of what I had witnessed. I stood there for 30 minutes or more hoping to see another flyby and still contemplating what I saw and if I really did see it. The total length of time of this brief veiwing lasted no more than 5 seconds. I waited for days to read something in the newspapers to verify what I saw by others. I lived very close to March A.F.! B. and t hought that surely they picked this craft up on radar and would leak something. I have told only a select few friends of what I witnessed that night, not wanting to be labled as crazy. They think I'm crazy. I just happened to be at the right place at the right time, looking up at the sky. What prompted me to write my account at this late date was an account by someone else that was very similar to mine, who posted with your site. The occurance date was 4/27/2001, location-Alpine, CA. and Triangle shaped. My mm/dd/yy may be off slightly as I am not sure of the exact date but I can pinpoint very close due to certain events that took place during that time. Haley's comet was to be visible by eye and a certain pilot of a famous politician or celebrity died in an experimental aircraft testing crash in the Nevada desert I believe. I am an honorably discharged veteran of the Air Force and have seen many of our government aircraft including the stealth bomber and stealth fighter aircraft as well as the SR-71. This craft is none of those or even close. I only hope that it is one of ours, if it's not, we are seriously outmatched!
