8pm sun was still out large opaque oval in tree about 7 ft in height just up along the tree

It was 8 pm I parked my car the sun was still out . Me and my 3 year old were walking towards our apartment and I noticed a large oval shape thing on the tree I thought what is that let get closer I’m sure it’ll be more clear whatever that is. I got closer and it didn’t make sense all it was was like an opaque oval up against the tree it was neither shiny nor translucent it was a dull gray metal oval . I’m catholic and I had my son so I said nope let’s get inside and I started to pray Our Lord’s Prayer as we turned the corner and continued to the apartment we were asked on past our window and it was like I startled a tall shadowy figure I said Omg come on Noel let’s get inside ! I told my boyfriend as soon as we got inside I literally did not make the connection all I said to my bf was I think I just startled a ghost that was looking into our window and he laughed then I told him about the odd shape thing in the tree and I asked him if he would come outside with me to make sense of hat it was he said why didn’t I record it I guess I went into flight mode . He also didn’t believe me I’m still scared and can’t seem to make sense only conclusion I came up with is that shadowy figure came from that craft why was it looking into our window idk idk this sounds crazy

A small, very bright object was seen racing across the sky at extreme altitude and speed.

The very bright/shiny object was observed in the sky North of Brea, California. Brea is located in the Northeast corner of Orange County. At the time the observation was made, the object was traveling very fast and at a very high altitude (possibly the fringe of space) in a West/North/West direction. When first sight the object appeared to be at about 70 degrees above horizontal (from the base of the Brea foothills) traveling from East to West. The Object approached the brightness of Venus when seen in the night sky, but was much smaller. There was no sound associated with the observation. No lights were seen. As the object moved quickly across the sky it was followed by a very small and visible white trail, however, it was nothing like any vapor trail previously observed on other occasions associated with high altitude military aircraft or the vapor trails of rockets. The object never "left a trail" as it moved. The trail follow the object, never increasing in length or width and immediately appeared to dissipate (it's size remaining constant.) At least one commercial airliner was seen in the sky at the same time as the object's sighting, also traveling East to West at an altitude consistent with an airport approach for landing. The airliner appeared to be motionless in the sky when compared to the object.

Star-like abject moving randomly across the sky.

This afternoon, my wife and I witnessed a small, star-like object moving across the sky. We observed it for over thirty minutes and in that time, it randomly changed directions and speed. It also stayed in one place for over ten minutes.

It shined brightly at times, then became faint and even disappeared at times. At its fastest speed, it was comparable to a shooting star, (but never "burned out").

The object hovered for about an hour and a half over the City of Anaheim

I was sitting on my (third floor) patio in Brea California on Sunday, 2/01/2009 afternoon (about 1400 hrs), looking south toward John Wayne Airport. I noticed a small dark object, stationary unlike a bird or plane. I watched it for a few minutes to see whether or not it was a plane, helicopter, bird, etc. It had none of these obvious characteristics. It just hovered. It was difficult to determine exactly how far away it was, but I would guess between 2 and 5 miles, based on the geography of the hills.

When I saw the object rise, I would guesstimate a few hundred feet, I alerted my friend Phil. He immediately wrote it off as a bird or plane. I told him to keep watching it, it was stationary and would move slowly up and down, then horizontally some distance. We measured the movement and it’s position by the distance between the telephone poles that are about 3 to 4 blocks away.

We continued watching it for about ½ hour as planes flew by it and we then realized it was not an aircraft, plane or helicopter. My next-door neighbor "Elli" had stepped out of her front door when I pointed it out to her. She was as mystified as we were.

The only explanation I had is that it might have been a kite. The only problem with that explanation was there was little or no wind, plus the altitude of this object was at least 1000 to 1200 ft high and it would not swing from side to side as a kite would naturally do. After about one and a half hours, the object seemed to drift in a south west dierection out of sight.

On the night of the lunar eclipse my dad called me out to witness his last full lunar eclipse in his lifetime.

As we watched I saw a red light dart upwards toward the moon.

I instantly started to follow the light. I moved up the street to re aquire the light due to trees in the way. I watched it speed towards the west then north at an unbelievable speed.

I asked my dad to look at that light but he was fixated on the eclipse. He said it was probably just an airplane. Then I pointed out an airplane and how slow it was moving and he admitted that what we saw was moving way to fast to be a jet or an airplane.

I thought it might be the missile fired at tha satellite but that was earlier in the day. we saw something very very strange.

several balls of fire fall from sky and then hover a few hunderd feet above the ground,disappear and then reappear.

9 people seen the object.it came down from the upper atmosphere like a falling star with a enormous tail obviously on fire and stopped about a few hundred feet from the ground. it would come down a little bit at a time , it disappeared for a 30-45 seconds and then reappeared at the same location withe the same fire intensity ,and then danced around. one then disappeared and the other then fell to earth with a long firey tail, it then disapperared agian. There was 3 to 4 objects . As it fell to earth one aircraft flying right past as it happened circled about 5 times . Then about 10 to 15 minutes later a military jet circled 2 or 3 times in the same area that it happened.

I briefly saw a formation of lights over norht Orange County, California late Sunday night, July 20, 2004.

I was driving West on Imperial Highway in Brea, California, after having turned left from going northbound on Kraemer Boulevard. There are a lot of shopping center lights and traffic lights around there, but as I was looking up and towards the west at either of the first two upcoming traffic lights - I don't remember precisely where I was along this stretch of Imperial Highway - I was startled to see a formation of lights gently angling from the southeast to the northwest, and from there, symmetrically back to the northeast. There were about seven lights making up the south-lying line, and one or two making up the north-lying line. There seemed to be one light at the tip, but it may have been my mind filling that spot in with a light. It was like seeing a marqueed side and tip of a triangle pointing and possibly also moving in the sky in the same direction in which I was moving in my car. I would estimate that the lights were located above Brea, La Habra, or Whittier. The color of the lights was uniform - a pinkish gold, similar to street or parking lot lights. The size of each light was not impressive - about the size of a light from an airplane or jet. It was the formation of these lights that was startling. The lights moved completely uniformly, causing me to think that they formed the perimeter of a dark triangular or arrow-shaped object in the sky. The formation disappeared in a couple seconds, and did not reappear. I called my brother on my cell phone as I arrived home because he "believes in UFOs" and I "don't". I decided to go back to the intersection where I turned left to see if I could reproduce the optical illusion, and he agreed, asking me to be careful driving. I retraced my path, but the second time I saw no such formation in the sky, nor could I see how any reflections or glare from Kraemer Boulevard to Placentia Avenue, looked anything like the formation I undoubtedly saw earlier.

Silver craft followed by an odd flash

I was on my way to work traveling on the 57fwy just thru the Brea Canyon when I noticed a small silver disk shape craft hovering about 1000 ft up. Not even 3 seconds passed when the craft just shot off... Later that evening I notices a strange white flash in the general area of the earlier sighting...this wasnt lighting, it was more localized in a small area in the sky. Also I couldnt help notice that there was an odd number of aircraft in that area...5 of the aircraft seem to be lined up in a search pattern...

CIRCULAR DISK OVER BREA IN ORANGE COUNTY

A PERFECTLY ROUND OBJECT WAS FLYING NORTH/EAST. IT WAS MOVING FASTER THAN ANY AIRCRAFT I HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE. THE OBJECT FLEW PAST US AND HEADED TOWARD MT. BALDY MOUNTAIN. WE WERE NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS BUT THEN, THE OBJECT STOPPED DEAD, MOVED DOWN (SOUTH) AT A LEFT ANGLE, THEN DOWN A RIGHT ANGLE, AND THEN SHOT UP TOWARDS THE NORTH EAST AGAIN. IT DID ALL OF THESE MOVES WITHIN A 15-20 TIME SPAN. THEN WE KNEW THIS COULD NOT BE ANY TYPE OF PLANE, JET OR HELICOPTER. ALL FOUR OF US SAW THIS AT THE SAME TIME.

A light emitted other other lights

This is another strange thing I have seen in the night sky as an amateur astronomer. I was out with my telescope around two in the morning and about ready to call it a night when I noticed a star directly overhead. It was not especially bright but I knew that it did not belong in that constellation of stars. As I looked at the constellation and was telling myself that it didn't belong, it grew brighter and brighter. It did not move at all; it just got brighter. It came to a point when it was brighter than any other star in the sky, which made me think I was about to get nailed in the face by a meteor. You know what they say; if it ain't moving, it's coming straight for you. So, you're saying to yourself, big deal! That's around the time of the Persied (maybe Leonid, I forget) meteor shower. I know that and I know what meteors look like. Well, the best part was that , as I watched for the impact, the light sent out about 5 or 6 dimmer lights in quick succession, one at a time, in separate directions. In fact, it seemed as if they shot out in a perfectly geometrical design. The little lights moved off in straight lines then the central light that first drew my attention started going dim. It grew dimmer and dimmer until I could no longer make it out. It never moved laterally. I figure something came into the atmosphere straight down over me, let smaller craft loose, then went vertically back out of the atmosphere. I've seen meteors that fragment but they never break up symetrically.

Night-time flight of lights changes formation suddenly.

i became an amateur astronomer around the age of 14. One night, I was outside with my 8" Cave newtonian telescope when my father came out to tell me it was time to go in. I happened to look to the north-east and saw a V-shaped formation of lights moving in a westerly course. I knew that the LAX flight corridor is in the same area but I had never seen a flight of planes in that corrider as it is for "heavies" only, and not for military planes. I told my father to look at the formation. It moved to the western horizon and dissappeared into the L.A. light pollution in about 7 seconds. That was faster than any jumbo jet would have moved in that corridor, and it made no sound. I could always hear the jets flying by but these made no sound. The best part was that as my father and I watched, the V-shaped formation suddenly shifted. It seemed as if each light flew across the path of the others and it became a stright-line (line-abreast) formation. The change was almost instantaneous, but slow enough for us to see them move. We looked at each other knowing that military planes don't fly in the LAX approach corridor and they sure don't switch formation like that, especially at night. Plus they made absolutely no sound; we would have heard that many military jets. Like I stated earlier, I am an amateur astronomer and have seen everything under the night sky, from flocks of geese, to meteors, to planes, to balloons, and this was none of the above. I had another experience like this but I'll submit it as a separate incident.

A light in the sky which first moved South to North, stopped briefly then moved again West til out of sight.

I was an BSA Merit Badge Counsilar at the time and was helping 5 young Scouts learn the names of various consellations. Suddenly, what appeared to be a light about the same size of a bright star started moving in a South to North path and then stopped moving almost directly overhead. Then, several minutes later that same bright light started moving again at a 90 degree angle to its first movement directly to the West.

going so. on the 57-fwy appox at brea cyn. rd. in the city of brea. I was in the back of my family station wagon. I looked up and saw a slow moving craft appox. 1-200-ft. above and to the west of our car!

I was appox. 16yrs old when I saw this craft. I am now 43 yrs old and can see this in my mind as clearly as it happen only 5 mins ago! also a day never goes by without me remembering the event. we were coming back from a camping trip at crystal lake. as i stated eariler i was in the back of our family station wagon ehen i looked up and saw what looked like to be a giant bird flying appox 1-200 ft. up and to the west of our car, just below the top of the mountains and seem to be go the same speed and dirrection as us. what really gets me and why i am finnaly telling someone about this is, i have heard David Davenport on Art Bells show now several times, and never heard any discription like what i saw. this was now what i call "bird of brey shape"the color of this thing was dull green. what it reminded me of in regards to color was that of copper when it tarnishes. the shape was very close to that of the "bird of prey" seen on star trek! I know this was a long time ago and I hope I dont sound crazy, but I got to know now if anyone else has ever seen anything shaped like this?
