First glance thought it was Venus UNTIL immediately noticing how much bigger, brighter, and flickering this object was. NOT Venus 100%.

9:47P.M. Pacific Standard Time, West San Fernando Valley. Seen from the intersection of Hackney Street and Independence Avenue. The object was a ball of VERY BRIGHT white light (just like a star) that at first glance one would think it is Venus only to immediately notice something very wrong here. This light/object was a full four to five times as bright and big as what Venus normally is. Its light flickered in out and just as the light started completely fading out it then STARTED MOVING fast and towards the North. The best reference point I can provide as to exactly where in the sky it stationary would be in vicinity of the star Vega at 9:47P.M.

This was NOT Venus. As far as from what location this object was seen, the best description from where it was seen from approximately the intersection of Hackney Street and Independence Avenue, 70 degrees up, towards the East. This is in the Canoga Park district of Los Angeles, California. This was not a drone, helicopter, or fixed wing aircraft. A high flying aircraft flying from the SouthEast to the NorthWest passed right by the same location only 30 seconds to a minute later. There is a good chance the crew in this aircraft saw this object/light in front of them as they were flying directly towards the same area where the object was floating.

This UAP looked just like the planet Venus white and blue light except th three times as bright and was moving.

The object was moving in a NorthWest to SouthEast direction above from approximately the intersections of Parthenia and Canoga to Roscoe and De Soto. The object can be described as a very bright looking star. I looked and listened very closely for wings, rotars, and jet engine sounds. This UAP did not have any signs whatsoever of having any conventional design. This was NOT a star or a drone. This was not the front light of a jet airliner. This was not a satellite or the Internatiinal Space Station.

Fourth of July, I saw three bright lights and made a triangle shape.

It was on Fourth of July. I was having a conversation with someone outside and I saw three bright light in the sky that was line up straight from the top to bottom. And did not move or any flashing until I saw one that made a tear drop that caught my attention because I thought it was a shooting star, but it wasn’t it’s like a teardrop then the three bright light made a triangle shape and it was a perfect shape! I was recording it and it was at night. I thought it might be a drone or fireworks but it wasn’t that. I couldn’t explain but we all saw that and i couldn’t explain how it works or what it could be.

Very bright white light, even glowing object, the size was about two 747 airplaines nose to tail

Driving north on Topanga Canyon Road, just over the tree tops in a residential area, their was a very bright light I would even say it was glowing. I just saw a side profile, so I could not make out the shape.

Then the trees block my view, so as I went around less the 100 feet, the object was gone. If it would have crashed, it would have been in a residential area. It was no a helicopter, because the object was long, probably, the size of two 747 airplanes, but made no noise. Also, if it was a light point up from the ground, you would have seen a trail from the light.

Whatever it was, it was something I've never seen before.

Craft appeared moving very slow at 10:30 am not a lot of movement, It was pretty high up, and I was taking the trails (smoke) left by the military airforce planes from a base near by I take this as a reference to have an idea of the altitude. after about 5 or 7 mins. the craft just simply dissapeared.

At 11:50 am a military jet was flying towards north at a very high rate of speed, but above the plane a much faster craft was flying, the craft was actually trailing the craft and after about 1 minute the craft made a turn and dissapeared very fast; for a moment I was under the impression that the craft was trying to either intimidate or crash against the airforce plane.

bright star/light moved for a couple seconds turned red and disappeared.

I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while watching the sky/stars around 7:30 pm MAR. 8..... i was looking at the stars like every other night. one star looked a little brighter then the rest. i dont know how long it was there for but when i looked at it it started moving slowly for about 5 seconds and stopped for 2 seconds. At this point im trying to see any kind of mechanical movements. but all i see is a bright star that stopped. after 2 seconds of stopping the whole entire star/light turned red and dissapeared like it was never there. i hope someone else saw this as well or else im seeing things.

Three lights in Thousand

On November 24th 2009 approximately 2302, I stepped out to the patio of my condo to smoke a cigarette. I was facing westward looking over the hills of the Thousand Oaks area and I saw what seemed to be three lights dancing up and down in unison. There were two colors red and blue. The single red light in between the two blue lights.

Now, granted our condo is under the flight paths of the Van Nuys and Burbank airports, so we do know what airplane and helicopter lights look like at night. Three things made us come to this website to report it.

1.) There was no flashing light that it would indicate it was your typical helicopter or aitplane.

2.) The rate of speed that it was doing it's maneuvers (up & down). I was in the military, and there is no way a helicopter can do these maneuvers at that rate of speed.

3.) This is the third time we have seen this! I just wanted to get the word out and see if any one has seen this as well.

RED SPHERE travels in West San Fernando Valley sky New Year's Eve 2008/2009

I was at a 2008 to 2009 New Year's Eve party, in the backyard of a house near Shoup and Saticoy Street in Canoga Park, California, when my friend and I saw a UFO in a clear night sky above us. Just after the count down to the New Year, my friend and I noticed a bright red sphere moving unusually across the black sky. The red sphere moved sideways, up and down, and back and forth; unlike a plane or satellite. When it came to a stop above us in the sky, we thought for sure it was a UFO. My friend took photos of it on my camera, but he didn't zoom in or take actual moving video, which discouraged me later. The red sphere made no noise or sound whatsoever. It looked like it was parked to view the fireworks going off in the West San Fernando Valley. It looked like it had large round "windows" around the orb itself.

The first photo shows the red sphere moving, and the other photos show it still in the sky. After a few minutes, it either disappeared or its lights simply went out. I am not surprised it disappeared, because a bunch of people were standing around with us in the backyard pointing at it yelling, "Look! A UFO!".

Golden Bright Saucer

There was one UFO. It was unbelievably clear. It was a bright, rich golden color. It was very large, and swift.

It passed by my window with no noise, as i was star-watching. It had a bright, gold circular light system that wrapped around the whole aircraft.

As it was leaving, I noticed that on the bottom of the aircraft, there was a circular concave formation. The top was smooth. It was a disk shape.

I was standing out on my balcony having a smoke, when I saw an object clear my entire view of the sky in about 5-7 seconds. It made no sound at all, that was what really got my attention. I know what air planes sound like at that height, I have seen my fair share of comets and meteors, and have also witnessed MIR (space station) on an occasion when it passed by a few years ago.

This was like nothing i've ever seen and I am utterly baffeled.

Cigar shaped object glowing orange over topanga canyon blvd.

I was taking out the trash last night and noticed a cigar shaped object hovering in the air to the north past topanga canyon blvd. The object appeared to be an orangish white color. I quickly went inside and told my wife to check it out. She looked out the window and observed the object now moving towards the north. We both went outside and watched the object kinda bob along then move away to the northwest at a pretty fast clip.it then appeared as if we were observing the object from the rear as it now appeared as a star but still moving. 30 seconds later we observed it again as a cigar shape. it was getting farther away and a helicopter approached it then flew away. the object then disappeared high in the sky.

many craft change color shape and differant sizes, I felt an eletric/magnetic sensation

first just white light just like the one I saw 02/8or9/2006 midday black sauser like a black top hat. 4 to 6 hundred feet off ground abought same distance from my patio close shot with vido cam. off and on all day. then abought 1:30 am setting up my computer to play back video and clear up image. this is not a fake I dont have the computer knowledg. I felt wierd and saw a cuple of whith flashs on wall and computer maby it was from looking at the screen. but that dosent explane how I still fell right now and I sware I am hearing muisc and voices cant make out exsept my name last two days. As far as I and my last doc visit I am helthy both mentaly and phically. my ear's are poping I am prety shaken. anay way it was like a calling so I humered it and as soon as opened I saw a white light way up ther and a cuple of smaller ones flying around it. saw another to my left witch is north I saw the most amazing thing in my 30 years of living flashing ogangr,red,green and looks like a white tale light rotating around disk like on film as well as the last few months. ps. I WAS FINISHING UP MY LUNCH BREAK OUTSIDE WHERE I WORK IN CANOGA PARK AROUND 4:30AM AND NOTICED A FUZZY ORANGISH/YELLOWISH BLINKING LIGHT ZIPPING LEFT TO RIGHT, RIGHT TO LEFT AND THEN CIRCULAR MOTIONS OVER DESOTO AND PLUMMER CROSS STREET AREA. THIS WAS JUST A MILE OR TWO NORTH OF ME. THERE WAS NO SOUND.USUALLY IF A HELICOPTER IS THAT CLOSE WE CAN HEAR IT BUT THERE WAS NO SOUND. THE BLINKING FUZZY BALL OF LIGHT WAS NOT BLINKING IN A CONSISTANT ON/OFF PATTERN AS IT ZIPPED AROUND BUT IT WAS INDEED BLINKING. THEN I SAW IT GO EAST. THE SUN HAD NOT RISEN YET.

V-Shaped UFO appears over canoga park california.

It was around 9:45pm I was walking home in Canoga Park, California when a V-Shaped UFO flew over my head, I looked up just in time to see it cleary. It had 7 Lights under the UFO in V-Shaped formation and it flew 7-8 stories up from the highest building in the city which was 10stories. I am still unsure about how many people saw the craft since I was the only one walking in the streets at such late of a night. The craft moved slowly at least 10-20 miles per hour or less for about 3mins then just dissapeared without a trace.

UFO Sighting At The Turn of the Century In the SFV , CA

My neighbor and I were talking one night. It was the end of summer, beginning of fall, I remember, around the year 2000. I was tempted to report the incident but was too baffled as to who to tell and who would believe me, as it occurred so fast, but the incident has always stuck in my mind. I found this web site and realized other people did report the incident. Anyway, my neighbor and I noticed 4 saucers in the sky to the west above the SFV, over Canoga Park, near the Pacific Ocean. The clouds were streak like that evening and the red sunset was beautiful in the sky. At around 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (unfortunately not sure of the exact time) but right as the sun was setting that year, we noticed 4 aircraft with colored lights around each of them. The aircraft were flying in uniform formation, all somewhat close to one another. I think the lights were blue, orange, red and yellow (not sure how many colors I saw). Anyway, the 4 aircraft hovered down ! for a short period of time (not sure how far down to earth or how large they were as they were miles above earth)and then as if by mental telepathy they knew we spotted them as we were commenting on them to one another. Then, the 4 aircraft stopped, changed course and with a fast trajectory zipped into some sort of hyperspeed out of eyesight and were no where to be found. We have never seen airplanes accomplish such speeds, trajectory or disappear so quickly.

Saucer shaped craft hovering near Zody's dept store in Canoga Park

I don't recall the exact date. I believe it was early 1980. I was 12 years old at the time. My mother, grandmother, brother and myself were going to go shopping at Zody's in the Canoga Park area of CA. Zody's is no longer around but the location at that time was at the corner of Topanga Canyon Blvd and Roscoe Blvd. The sun was setting so it was still fairly light but getting dark quickly. After we parked and were heading to the entrance of Zody's, my brother and I were lagging behind my mother and grandmother. I then realized that my brother was not beside me and so I thought he stopped to tie his shoe so I stopped and turned around and that is when I saw the lights flashing. My brother was looking at it too. The craft was a disk shape, appeared to be made of metal and had white lights around the perimeter that flashed in sequence and gave it the illusion that it was spinning but it was close enough and still light enough outside to see the underside of the craft and I could tell that it was not spinning. It hovered completely still and made no noise at all. I watched it for about 10 seconds and then realized that mom and grandma may have already gone in the store and I didn't want them to miss out on seeing this. I turned and looked towards the entrance to the store and saw that mom and grandma were also watching the craft as were a bunch of people who were either on their way into the store or had just come out. I don't know the size of the craft because I don't know how close it was and I don't know the altitude because I don't know it's size. From my perspective it was the size of a dinner plate held at arms length. After watching the craft for about a minute it suddenly began to move to the right without changing altitude. Then it slowed to a stop and just as it came to a stop it suddenly shot straight up and was gone in only about 2-3 seconds. The entire experience lasted approximately one minute. By the time it took off it was dark enough to see the stars. We stayed there and watc! hed the sky for a little while thinking it might come back but it didn't, at least not while we were out there. My family acted different after that. They were more quiet than usual and I kept wanting to talk about it and I'd say, "Wasn't that strange? What was it that we saw?" but nobody said anything. It seemed like we should have had more time to shop but it didn’t feel like we were in the store very long when they were announcing they were closing and that we’d have to bring our purchases to the front. I don’t know if this was an indication of missing time or not. After we did our shopping, on the way home I still couldn't get anyone to say anything. It was as though my family were in a trans-like state, except me. It wasn't until we got home and we were getting our purchases out of the back of the car that my mother started saying, "What was that thing we saw? Wasn't that strange?" There were many witnesses but I don't know if any of them reported it at that time or since then. We didn't report it at that time..

Observed a very long, shiny object over the San Fernando Valley in or around 1968.

About 1500 hrs, being an avid aircraft enthusiast, I noticed a very bright object very high in the sky over the west end of the San Fernando Valley. It was very narrow and very high in the sky, but was very bright (silver in color). The sky was very blue and there were some small puffy clouds that passed in front of the object which remained stationary for about five minutes. It then moved in the direction the clouds were moving for about 5 degrees and stopped. After a minute or so, it then moved in a direction opposite of the travel of the clouds. By this time, most of the neighbors in the neighborhood that were home were outside, watching and commenting on the event.

After a few minutes of remaining stationary again, it then simply shot off (apparently upward) and was out of sight almost immediately. No noise was made and no other objects were visible. As a neighborhood, we all commented on this, went back to our homes and afternoon activities, and really never commented on this event again.

blue cigar shape ufo seen over home in california 1966

my mom and me came back home from the store about sept 1966 8pm we parked in the drive way of the house as we came out of the car noticed blue cigar shaped object over the house hovering about 100 foot over the house it was bright blue, it was not a blimp or anything her or I had ever seen before there was no noise at all i was 9 yrs old but remember it well,all the sudden it took off at a great rate of speed and gone, but later that night was the weird thing, i woke up to a bright blue light glowing in the windows next i heard a voice coming from outside the window it was very rough, growdy, then it stopped as fast as it started i lived in terror of this night for many years but the fear hit me again when i watched the recent movie "the 4th kind" when they showed real video of people dealing with alien life encounters the voice that was as they claimed real recordings of the beings talking was the exact same voice i heard that night in my room many years be! fore....i have not talked to many at all about this much not even to my kids who are now in their 20s i believe there has to be life out there, we are here and life does not happen just in 1 place.
