I saw a multicolored pulsing cluster of lights. Pulsing off gone. Pulsing on amid the sparkling colors very distinct triangl all 3 side

I went out to my front yard to water plants at about 9pm. Something caught my eye and I looked up. What I observed was light. It was pulsing on and off, nearly directly overhead, and moving to the SW. It was not a single light but more like a cluster of many different lights and colors. The brightness varies as it pulsed on. Pulsing off it disappears completely. And when it pulsed on there was a very distinct triangle. All 3 edges were very clear as if it must be a solid object. However nothing of the object itself is observed except for the edge. The on and off occurs many times as the lights keep moving at a leisurely pace. The triangle appears several times, but at least one time the triangle was replaced by a rectangle with again only the edges visible. So it seemed the hidden object was capable of changing shape. Just as I thought it was about to move beyond my field of view the lights made a hard left turn moving back to where I had a clear look. There are many large trees where I live so I can only clearly see a limited part of the sky. The lights made a single loop to my east and.then returned to the orginal heading. And was gone from view. I could cover the triangle completely by holding my thumb above my head at arms length. So unless it's a tiny object it's probably pretty high up. No noise at all. And the movement was odd. Hard to describe but it seemed almost that it was sliding not flying. And then to my amazement it returned again. I had originally observed the lights from my front yard. For the 2nd sighting I was on my back deck. As I'm looking basically south it emerges from behind trees to my right. I've grabbed some binoculars and I'm trying to get a better look at it, when it's just gone. But in an instant I realized it's now all the way off to my left. To achieve that new position in a fraction of a second it has to have been nearly instantaneous travel. Trees to my left made viewing difficult. But I don't think it was at that spot for more than a few seconds. The trees made it hard to see exactly when and in what direction it went. Throughout the event the lights kept pulsing, and the intensity varied. And every time it pulsed off it was completely invisible. So at each off pulse I'm wondering where it will reappear having kept moving while invisible.

I was standing in my backyard in the darkness looking towards the west when I observed an oval or teardrop snapped craft traveling parallel to the horizon on a northerly heading at an altitude between 800 and 1200 AGL. It made no sound at all, yet it was less than 3 statute miles away from me with a velocity well over 500 kts. The entire craft was glowing very brightly, mostly orange, with some yellow in the center. The exact shape was not discernible, due to it being completely veiled in the aura-like glow.

single lights all in a row moving slowly then disappeared

A single line of lights, first moving from south to north, just above (the big dipper), then the lights re-appeared, this time from west to east. the lights were moving all in a row, no sound, in groups of 2, 4, 5 with spaces between the groups. they were in the sky for only a few minutes, then disappeared, then again in a row west to east direction.

I have never seen anything like this before.

Flying craft, morphed shapes, disappeared, and flew at very high speeds.

UFO had running lights on, very similar to what you would see on a police helicopter. It was stationary, but very still. I noticed it and remarked on why is a helicopter sitting like that, right there? Then it moved, morphed shape several times, changed color of lights, disappeared all together several times, and flew at very high rate of speeds, at very low altitudes, and even though it appeared to be very close to us, it had no sound. Shortly after it left the area, several military type aircraft circled around where it had been. And up very high in the night sky, what looked like moving stars (not meteors) much like a commercial airliner up high in the sky, but it looked like a tiny star moving in different directions, towards where the initial UFO had gone out of sight.

Comet-like sighting in Northern California

My wife and I witnessed this while driving south early evening 11/7/15. We actually pulled over on the side of the road, on top of a hill, on Lotus Road, just south of Lotus, CA to witness the unusual sighting. Because of its linear path I predicted that it was a missile of some sort or a comet.

What was fascinating was the exhaust plumage funneling from behind the craft. The enormous exhaust plumage remained for a while - it looked like a giant mushroom, or a giant bell with complete with clapper. The object was moving from east to west.

Purplish-green object near Telluride, Colorado in early morning hours.

Heading into Telluride from Montrose, I had witnessed a purple and green object (almost the shape of a fireball but seemed like it had more of a circular shape that was defined). I was approaching Hwy 62 from 145 south. Object appeared on the horizon of the Mountain tops in front of me. It went straight into the air upwards in motion. It then stopped when high in the air and went straight west till out of sight in a high rate of speed. Its first appearance was about the size of the moon. The center was green in color turning purple to the outside. The radio station playing in the shuttle van had a strange humming while the object was going up. When high in the sky its color seemed almost white with an orange hue. It took only a couple seconds for it to appear the size of a pencil tip while in its upward motion when it stopped before turning in a westerly direction.

A large orange orb in night sky broke up into five small lights, slowly fell toward the ground

An orange ball of light (about the size of a large airplane in the night sky) made its way across the sky for about five minutes until it randomly stopped. As if the object had exploded, pieces of the orange orb started falling towards the ground (there were about five *pieces*), until none of the object remained.

I phoned my mom in time for her and my brother to see the pieces, or whatever they were, falling in the sky.

White cylinder seen in Placerville, CA; disappeared quickly

On Thursday December 10 2008 at around 10:30 in the morning I was outside having a last cigarette before my History Class final and I noticed a Passenger Jet at cruising altitude (I would guess at 30,000 feet) and at a much lower altitude a white cylinder shaped object.

At the time I thought it was a small Cessna or a small plane of that type. I did notice a lack of wings, but at the time I thought the plane was tilted to that the wings were hidden by the body. The object was high enough that I couldn’t see any details, except that it was brilliantly white and had 2 dark bands (no idea of the color). I didn't hear any sound at all.

Well a cute young lady drew my attention away for 5-20 seconds approx. and when I looked back the passenger jet was still there, but the object had completely disappeared. I looked around the sky, but it was nowhere to be seen. The speed of the object wasn’t great enough to have disappeared that fast.

Orange craft hovering close to the house

My girlfriend came to me with this and told me that 2 weeks or more had passed. She told me that between 2am and 3am she looked out the window and say a UFO hovering at the tree line and between the trees. This was bright orange in the center and less light out from the center. She told me that she was half asleep and that she felt like she was dreaming but was awake. She also said that this made noise but can not put it in words. (warping noise is the only word I can come up with) This location is the foothills of placerville 2,900 feet elevation.

I think she was dreaming and that this did not happen. I am only reporting it so that maybe, and only if there is several other reports the same day and area then I will believe her. Sorry for the grammar, really tired it's late!

It was about 5:45am and I was driving west on Hwy.50. from Pollock Pines to Placerville. As I was leaving to town of Camino I saw a flashing light in the sky. At first I thought it was a plane because there is an airport close by. As I got closer I could see it was triangle shape with flashing white and red lights that would turn green. As I drove into Placerville it went behind a hill. Then I saw it on the south side of the Hwy. while I was in the middle of Placerville. Both times I saw it, it did not move.

I am 51 years old and retired. I drive someone to work in Placerville most mornings.

3 years ago, I woke up at 5:30 am, stretched with arms over my head as I lay on bed. I felt a "puff" of air like a soft air marshmallow sized puff that popped right out of my throat and mouth! It was an orange, marshmallow sized "light ball" I chased it over the bed and before I could touch it, It flew around my bedroom and darted behind our dresser. I did not look behind the dresser. I never saw it before and never saw it again.

I'm a highly respected wildlife artist with feet firmly on the ground.

On November 15, 2004, in Placerville, California, My daughter and I had both gone to bed. Right when I was just about to fall asleep I heard a large noise that was accompanied by a great hum. It felt as if everything around me was humming also, even our home. This hum was even inside of me like a great vibration.

I heard my 13-year-old daughter scream and I ran into her room. Her light was off and she was sitting up in bed with the blinds open and said that something flew by her window with a long white light following it that caused the whole sky in front of her to turn white. It then flew up into the sky and disappeared. She said, it made everything in the sky white.

I looked outside and only got to see the stars and nothing else.

I then asked her a few more questions and from that, she said that she felt a hum in her body and sat up, which is when she saw the "big thing" fly by and the white light.

Our neighbors felt the hummmmm but didn't see the lights because their apartment sits in front of the building and not in the back like ours.

Placerville, California ia 42 miles east of Sacramento and 50 miles west of Tahoe on Highway 50.

I saw 5 saucers above Placerville CA.

They were turning around and around and the white light came out of it all the way around it. Lines of white light came out of it. Every now and then youd see a red light come out of it. But would dissappear but the white light stayed.

8 objects flying in a figure 8 pattern..at a very high altitude..

As I took a break from my motorcycle ride, my eyes went skyward and I noticed what I thought were birds at a very high altitude most people would have not been able to see them (I have excellent vision). I kept watching the (birds) because they were acting so peculiar. They were circling around and around and interweaveing in a strange kind of pattern (like a figure 8) I thought, how odd to use up all that energy for no apparent reason...Then it occured to me that they might not be birds at all..That's when I noticed one (bird) sat still in the sky while the others kept flying in a pattern.....no way a bird could or would do that....I had to look away for a few seconds to rest my eyes (as much as I wanted to keep watching in amazement) I just could'nt, my eyes were getting tired...When I looked back to the location...They were gone!...Not one object left to be seen..I looked and kept looking and nothing...at all...If it was a flock of birds I would have seen them trailing off..There wasn't a cloud in the sky...I wondered what they could have been circling above...I know it was for a reason..But what?

Unverified pair of bold star lights diminishing in perfect unison.

Upon driving from Apple Hill Farms located 10 miles east of Placerville CA heading west to Sacramento CA, I decided to exit highway 50 into Eldorado County which is approximately 30 miles or more east of Sacramento. I had anticipated the Moon rising around that time of the evening as it was almost a perfectly dark sky with vivid stars in appearance. The planet Mars was already up in the east-south-east direction maybe 40+ degrees [10 oclock high] above the horizon. I made an exit from the freeway and took a main road traveling back east and found an open hill area that I could set up my camera and take some time lapse photo's of the full Moon rising. While waiting patently for this to transform [30 minutes]the planet Mars had two neighbors that I thought to be stars in the distance to the left of it, which was nothing unusual, just as bright as your brightest star in the sky but bold. I kept notice of the two neighbors of Mars because they were easy to behold and I didn't recognize any star pattern that they belonged to, which I'm not a serious avid star gazer. As I was shooting the Moon rising photo's I looked serveral times at the lights [or stars] next to Mars [approx a minute at a time] and the final time I looked the two star lights begin to diminish in perfect sequence, exact correlating unison and vanished. The receding of their light took about seven seconds to dimenish altogether in unison from their star like brightness to nothing. They never moved, completely stationary all the time, and that's why I thought they were bold bright stars setting in the sky. I continued to check the sky to see if maybe a patch of high clouds were obscuring their visibility, and I looked for possible high fog patches passing through the sky as well, but I didn't see any of these effects. Neither of the other sky objects were affected, all the stars and the planet Mars which were within close radius of the two star lights were never affected and their brightness never diminished at all. Th! e sky was basically clear during that time of the evening except for a few stray patches of clouds/fog sitting on the horizon when the moon begin to rise. Although it has been over a week since I viewed this amazing specticle of objects in unison I continue to check the sky each night to make sure that the star lights I saw were not stars hidden by a sweep of the milky way and to my amazement I have yet to see those star lights or objects again, neither can I correlate any of the stars or planets in the sky to the placement of where the objects were. I'm still looking each night but I have found no resemblance of distance or pattern of objects to relate. The Moon was rising far to the left of the planet Mars which was already up in the sky, and Mars temporary neighbors were about two tenths of the distance from Mars judging from the the total distance between the Moon and Mars. If anyone has an explanation I would appreciate being informed. I considered maybe a satelite or orbiting objects from earth, but the star lights I witnessed were stationary through out the duration [over 30 minutes].

We looked up and say three lights in a triangle formation. They did not seem like they were all one craft. They moved slowly across the sky and looked jittery. What I mean by that, was when compared to a plane or something else, the planes moved smoothly...not jerky. Anyway, we followed them for a couple of minutes, they were straight above us, the the lead one sort of disappeared, the the next one, then the last one. They were the same size as the stars. It just looked like 3 stars moving together. Same light and everything. Anybody know what it was?

my son was out on the front porch and saw this craft that came from the west (sacramento) and, when was overhead in placerville, hovered (in the proximity of our house) and veered north. craft was white diamond shaped (long triangle on one end and short triangle on the other) with very bright orange lights underneath in a pattern of 1 light: 3 vertical lights: 1 light. it appeared to be exhibiting a waffling, floating motion. when my son got me to see, it had moved far enough away that what i saw was an estremely bright orange glow in the shape of a log -- it gave me the impression that it was an object on fire. moved very slowly. it continued at this pace northward until could no longer be seen. the eeriest part of this is that it was absolutely soundless.

Bright orange object moving in a east/northeasterly direction

I was out taking a break when I noticed to the north west a bright orange glowing object moving in an easterly/north easterly direction. The object was shimmering, similar to a star, only bright orange. While I was watching the object dimmed and brightened several times. It seemed to be moving very slowly. The object stayed about 5-10 degrees above the horizon as it moved. It moved about 10-15 degrees in the 5 minutes I watched it. I lost sight of the object after the 5 minutes.

unusual light seen traveling in a northwesterly direction near Placerville, CA

I was out having a break during work. I usually sit and watch the stars when I saw an unusual white light.There were no other lights on the object and I could not tell the shape. It was about as bright as a star. I was facing the west and the light was about at 30 deg from the horizon and about 30 deg to the north of the constellation Taurus. I cannot tell how far away it was, but from my best guestimate it would have been some where between Placerville and Lake Tahoe, moving in a north-westerly direction. The speed wasnt as fast as a satellite would be but it wasnt as slow as a plane. I saw the light for about 15-30 seconds then it slowly faded out. I kept watching it thinking it was a plane but there was no sign of any strobes, which if it had been a plane I would have been able to see. I can definately say it wasn't an airplane.

falling green ball of light that leveled out changed color and dissapeared.

object was like a shooting star only without a tail and not moving as fast. it was a brilliant green color and was falling quite rapidly. it got just above the tree line and seemed to change direction and color to an orange or orange-yellow color and dissapeared.

MUFON investigator calls to relay reports of at least one person in Placerville, CA, who witnessed "meteor" on Sunday night. Also, she reported that there had been a UFO sighting in Roseville, CA, sometime in late October 1995. There were 3 or 45 witnesses to the sighting, who were in different locations.

I saw a triangle object in the clouds it came out of the clouds barely and so I saw it come out of the clouds and it was sitting there I can see the reflective part of the city down below on its surface its surface was like a silvery mirror. I sat there for at least 5 to 10 minutes looking out the bedroom window. I had time to know it was real and I was amazed by it. And just as well as it came out of the clouds that move real slow back into the clouds.

Spring 1991 Placerville,Ca. Light 5-10 seconds view from patio clear sky Light outruns 2 jets!!

Single light swerving back & forth with forward momentem.Followed by 2 military jets that sounded like they were near full throttle. "Very Loud" As the jets followed the light across the horizen "2-3 seconds" the light silently went up and away from the jets at an uncalculable speed. As though the jets were moving 1 m.p.h. and the light 100 m.p.h. . I know these are not near actual speeds,that is just my way of describeing the situation.

Similar or the same as lubbock lights.Very high altitude.Extremly bright,possibly in sunlight at 10 pm.No noise.Could be seen keeping formation.So un-earthly as to cause considerable fright among obsrevers.
