Appeared west out of nowhere, there were no clouds in the sky, it was cruising steadily for close to two minutes until passing overtop of us and seemed to accelerate, disappeared completely for 10 seconds and then reappeared briefly for 5 seconds until disappearing altogether. It was a hazy butterfly shape the entire time until it disappeared overhead. When it reappeared it had a slightly more red hue.

Glowing orange orbs over Sonoran Desert (8/24, 8/25) and Maricopa city/South Mountain (8/31)

On 8/24 at 8:45pm facing South towards Sonoran Desert National Monument, my husband and I saw 3 "fireball" looking orbs hovering over a distant hillside towards the Sonoran Desert National Monument. They suspended/hovered in the air for about 5 minutes before "extinguishing" but not dropping, and moving to another location east (maybe a couple of miles?) and reappeared. These eventually "went out" and we did not see them again that night.

On 8/25 at 9:45pm, again facing South towards the Sonoran Desert National Monument, 3 lights appeared while my husband and I were out stargazing, hoping to see the lights again that we'd seen the night prior. They maintained their location in the sky, just like the night before, and were the same glowing amber lights/orbs. They again disappeared, and reappeared SSW towards Yuma, this time seemingly further away. This lasted roughly 10-15 minutes before we did not see anything again. Then, last night on 8/31 at 7:20pm, I was in my backyard facing North (completely opposite direction of past 2 sightings) towards South Mountain/Ak Chin Reservation, when I saw 3 glowing amber lights, just above the horizon line. I have included photos and videos of what I witnessed last night. I was terrified upon first sighting, as it looked almost as if they were coming towards me? The lights seemed to grow brighter and brighter, and I had a weird feeling. This time my husband was not home, so I ran inside and called him, and viewed from my bedroom window that faces north. I could still see the lights and they were hovering over the horizon line facing North, 3 lights in a horizontal row. About 7:34pm, the lights changed into a triangle formation, and then over about 2 minutes, they changed to a diagonal formation. Eventually, one dimmed (did not extinguish because I could still see it) and moved west of the original location. The other two maintained their brightness. After about 20 minutes they dimmed. At 8:20pm, all 3 bright lights were visible again in the same area, and again moved from a triangle formation, to a diagonal, as seen in the still photos from the 3 minute video I took.

Infra-red security camera, 2 disk shaped ufos, hovering, visible only on camera, fast movers, 3600 mph, went toward military base

I recently purchased a home security system due to criminal activity being perpetrated by the squatters next door. This security system is an "ReoLink," equipped with infra-red capabilities.

At approximately 9:20pm, the criminals arrived home & began unloading objects from the car, to the house.

At approximately 21:29, I noticed a very large bright light signature on my infra-red monitor (Smartphone, see attached security camera photo.) This light on the monitor was NOT blinking, like most normal airplanes & helicopters. It was shaped like a disc & had a protrusion on top. (It resembled a lid on a cooking pot, complete with the knob handle.) It was a full moon that night, not a cloud in the sky & stars, too many to count. It was quite clear that night. The skys were very busy with Homeland Security airplanes. I believe they're the aircraft's that have that quick blink Police car Mars lights. I counted 6 planes in the eastern skys, before the UFO manifested itself from thin air.

I watched this non blinking UFO for a couple minutes & decided to step outside to look at this object with my own eyes. I took my Smartphone/monitor with me. I stepped out onto my northern/front porch, looked toward the eastern sky & could NOT locate the bright object, all I could see were distant flashing DHS Flashing airplane lights, however, when I looked at my Smartphone/monitor, IT WAS THERE, CLEAR AS DAY & large, bright, silent & stationary!!! I did a double take! Again, I looked into the eastern sky with my naked eyes & saw nothing but distant blinking DHS airplane lights, then I once again looked at my Smartphone & there it still was, just silently floating there, huge & bright!!! I ran inside & informed the Mrs. that the object was INVISIBLE! I left the monitor on the table where she was sitting & this time, I ran to the other porch, on the eastern side of my house. Again, the large bright, glowing object was not there. I ran back in the house & the object was still on my infra-red monitor, silently hovering in place & stationary. Again, I exclaimed to the Mrs., "THAT THING IS INVISIBLE!" She decided she wanted to take a look for herself & just as she got up to go to the eastern porch, we noticed on my infra-red monitor, another object suddenly turned as bright as the first one & it was right next to the original object!! I wpuld estimate that these objects were over or near the "T&K Cattle Farm" on route 84 & Miller Road, 2.5 miles from my home.

The two objects then proceeded to fly directly west in our general direction & covered 2 miles in about 3 seconds & they stopped on a dime, very close to the twin mountains near my house! There they remained, silent, no noise whatsoever, hovering, bright & bigger than before due to proximity. This was observed by me & the Mrs. on my Smartphone in infra-red mode. The UFOs stayed stationary for about 3 or 4 seconds, then they flew off at a high rate of speed toward the southwest, in the direction of the Barry Goldwater Military Firing Range.

We concluded that either our military has an amazing technology that enables an aircraft to travel over 3600 m.p.h., silent & cloaked, invisible to the naked eye OR it was NOT one of ours, from this dimension. I know that sounds crazy, but I know what we saw! It was a one in a million chance encounter. Had I not recently purchased my new Security System, this episode never would have occurred.

I know exactly what I saw. There is a zero percent chance this was any conventional craft.

Large lights glitter in a row heading up in the sky.

We were in our friends backyard. It was a very clear night. You could see some stars. I noticed a string of lights, some brighter than others traveling across the sky, at a slow rate, slightly slower than a plane high up would travel. We watched as the farthest left light climbed higher and the other lights followed. They moved across the sky from north heading south. We watched and then they just disappeared. Were gone but we did watch them for what seemed like a good minute or two. The lights maintained their intensity. We knew it wasn’t a meteor or anything breaking up because the lights weren’t falling down, they were going up and across. They trail of lights to the right was following the farthest one on the left.

motionless, bright orange lights in the sky that faded out

Late in the evening, my wife and I were driving south on AZ State Route 347 (between Chandler and Maricopa) when I spotted two bright orange lights to the southwest. This stretch of freeway is sparsely populated and pretty dark at night, so they shone incredibly brightly. They also seemed to be not more than a couple hundred feet or so above the horizon, so initially I thought maybe it could have been lights from a tower of some kind, but I've never noticed them before in all my time driving that stretch of road.

I asked my wife if she saw them; to which she commented that she thought it was strange that they were so orange. I then asked her to Google if there were any kind of air fields or radio towers in that area. Her quick search determined there shouldn't be anything in that direction. She went back to looking at her phone, but even though I was driving, my eyes were fixated on them. If you drew a straight line between them, they would seem to be perfec! tly parallel to the ground, and they didn't move at all, at least they didn't seem to from my perspective. They didn't blink, they didn't pulse, they didn't move, they were just there, and bright. It was like they were staring at me. I just stared right back at them for several minutes while I drove. Then, seemingly for no reason, the one on the left faded away, and almost immediately after, the light on the right also faded. They didn't blink out, they didn't disappear behind something, more like a dimmer switch, they faded and were gone.

Object was orange-yellow in color. No noticeable aircraft markers or strobes. Seemed to drop in altitude and leveled off at tree level when I first noticed it. Object was traveling from north to south and looked to be just east of the 10-free way. No sound but distance may of masked if any. Moved rather quickly covering a distance from just east of Maricopa, AZ. to south toward Tucson, AZ. Lost sight as object moved beyond ground obstructions.

I was standing in my back yard with patio light on and once I noticed object I turned the light off. Was over cast sky not sure of ceiling.

I am glad, I stumbled upon this website. I am witnessing the same glowing fireballs as others are seeing in AZ.

Tonight is the 3rd time I've seen these lights in the sky. I commute home from Scottsdale each day. I exit from the I 10 and I continue on the 347, a stretch of highway that enters into Maricopa City. Between Riggs road and Maricopa city, I will see these glowing lights in the sky directly above Maricopa or maybe further south but its in plain view as they are directly over the 347. I am positive other drivers heading home can see them also.

The 1st time I witnessed, it looked like a Military flare, this caused for me to take my eyes from the road to the horizon, but then the orange color got brighter, hotter and pulsated. The light then disappears, a second later I saw that light to the east, it looked to be maybe over Queencreek?, the light was faint and then it started to glow brighter till it disappeard again.

2nd event was the day before Halloween, all the conditions are the same excepts the time was maybe 30 mins early around 730pm. I saw the orange fireball, but this time I can see it transfer a small amount of light into and another orange ball. This went across a large portion of the sky till 5 orange balls were attached to each other.

Maybe the length of a few miles, then all the lights together increased in brightness then went out.

Tonight at @845pm I saw the same 5 lights off to the east they flashed and them disappeared. Most people never see anything crazy in the sky. I am now seeing them on the reg. My guess is they are coming from Barry Goldwater base and the Gov has some pretty bad azz toys, but who really knows. Going to keep my phone handy and try too get some footage next time it's happens. I'm also glad other people are seeing them, makes me feel alot better about posting on the crazy UFO site. Wish me luck

While driving 347 towards Maricopa, saw 6 lights gradually appear then disappear - 4 in a tight line formation.

At approximately 11:00pm, I was driving along 347 in the Gila River Reservation, when two orange lights, a respectable distance apart, appeared together in the southwestern part of the sky. I'd seen similar lights the night before. As I watched, four more lights gradually appeared to the lower right near the horizon. All four were in a straight line in tight formation.

All lights stayed in position for just a minute or so. Meanwhile, I began to take pictures with my camera phone. First, one of the two original lights disappeared - or more aptly, dimmed till vanishing. Then shortly thereafter, the other one disappeared. The remaining four stayed visible for a little while longer. They shifted position slightly, still staying in tight formation. And once again very slowly, they faded away.

As for my background - I'm an equipment technician for a photofinishing and book manufacturer in located in Phoenix, AZ.

Bright flashing light zig zagging across the sky

Went outside 8:30pm, with binoculars, waiting to see the space station.

At 8:37pm saw a very bright light, bigger and brighter than a star, and lower.

The light was flashing rapidly. We thought it was the space station. It came from the northwest going South east. Then it started to crisscross across the sky. Every time it changed direction, 2 lights were visible. Left then right then left then right again, until it disappeared toward the southeast.

Looked up what we would see if in fact it was the space station and this was not it.

We caught it on a cell phone.

Strange cluster of bright white lights over the southwest sky

Friday Feb 19, 2016, approx 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM, I was driving from Chandler, Arizona, to our home in Maricopa, Arizona, on Hwy 347. I was heading south.

In the South West sky, I saw a group of lights very uniform in the shape of a rectangle. It looked like several lights side by side and about the same amount of lights in several rows below it forming a rectangle. It began with one rectangle and swooped of off to the left and then turned into a second one. Both remained in the sky for a couple of minutes and then the first one faded away.

The second one remained for a few minutes and then also faded away. It never dropped as if they were flares. It remained at the same altitude for about 10 minutes or so. It did not move. It seemed way too high in the sky to be flares or balloons.

I saw several cars pull over to the side which I presume to watch the same thing.

Multi light formation high in the sky

Friday Feb 19, 2016, approx 6:30 PM to 7: PM The evening of Feb. 19, 2016, my husband and I were traveling on hwy 347 to Maricopa, Az…….about 8 miles out of Maricopa, my husband pointed in the sky and told me to look in the southwesterly direction. In my view was two large clusters of whitish/yellowish light……they appeared to be in a formation of several rows of lights…….I watched this for approx. 5 minutes, then the cluster on the right disappeared, it did not fade away, it just went out…….within seconds a streak of light appeared higher and more to the south, this streak was a solid formation and appeared to have a pinkish color and stayed there but began to fade quickly……..the larger of the clusters was still in the sky and we continued to watch for another 5 minutes then it disappeared as the first cluster….did not fade, just went out. I would approximate the altitude of the clusters was 2–3 thousand feet, if brought down and laid on the ground the size was 5 or 6 miles across and 3–4 miles high, I saw ! nothing fall from the sky…….the clusters did not move……the light seemed to twinkle a bit but there was not a glowing affect.

My brother text me at 21:57 on May 13, 2015, saying lights in the sky to the east. I went outside to see but they were gone. He lives about a half mile from me but has a clearer view than I do.

He described the lights as "2 large glowing lights stationary; really bright & flickering." He said he had not seen lights like those before. He said they were very white lights. He recorded both on his phone.

Around 7 p.m., heard a loud rumbling noise coming across the sky, not very loud, but loud enough to rumble.

Called my son out so that he could come and take a look, and I tried to take pictures, but they didn't come out.

And we seen what look like a craft going over head very large, and it was headed south. Looked like planes, 2 of them, but not sure they made no noise. Took off, headed east, in the direction they first came from.

Not sure what it was.

Bright Orange Lights over Maricopa.

We saw two bright orange lights at first. Same brightness but some distance from each other over the Eastern side of Maricopa as we drove down John Wayne Parkway.

Then a third orange light appeared in between the other two. It slowly faded from nothing into a bright light just like the other two were.

A few minutes later, the light on the far left faded out and disappeared. As we got into town, the two that remained got closer together and seemed so close they may be touching. Then they faded into darkness as well.

The entire event lasted about 20-25 minutes.

One thing to note, there was a spotlight display happening at the same time from in front of the grocery store in the middle of town, we could see it from a few miles out of town.

We didn't get pictures because we were driving, and didn't think about it until it was too late.

Saw a bright orange light to the southwest of Phoenix on the way to Maricopa. Thought it might be a plane flying low and away from Sky Harbor. Kept watching and suddenly it broke into about 5 evenly spaced pieces and then dissapeared! My husband was driving, and our 10 year old niece was watching it from the back seat. Two very bright objects hovering.

We were driving down the 347 and these two really bright orbs about 20 miles away from each other were just hovering one over maricopa mountain and another over wild horse pass casino me and my girlfriend kept looking back because they were just hovering in the same spot far away from each other and we were like wow and we kept driving an looked back about 2 minutes later and one was on top of the other. The location that they traveled to was very far in a very short time and for them to be right on top of each seems odd plus it's near South Mountain a hotspot for UFO sighting and it's actually still in the sky as I'm typing.

Yellow-orange bright pulsating light

On 3-21-2014 at 7:35 MST, my mother and I were in the back yard which faces due south, when to the southeast, we saw a strange pulsating light that was at about 25-30 degrees off the horizon on a bearing of 148 degrees from Edison and Butterfield Parkway and a distance of about 10 miles.

This light was pulsating from bright to dim and was giving off a yellowish orange glow. It was about the size of a kids marble held out at arm's length. It did not appear to move or get any closer to us.

It did this for about 2 minutes before it just went dim and them out.

The direction it appeared to be would be Stanfield Arizona area just west of Casa Grande City.

I have 2 videos on my iPhone as well.

I noticed a very bright orange light in the sky as I walked in to my back yard, after I threw my garbage away, I came back to my porch to see the light was still there and decided to get a better view by standing on my trampoline. I started to record the object as it seemed interesting and especially since I saw the same thing that a MUFON investigator filmed as well only to show that it was flares.

This behaved like what I would consider a flare. Basically it was a bright orange light that flickered and intensified at times. It did not move at all and would occasionally go dark then come back on.

There were two other objects in the sky that I also filmed that were not as bright but did the same thing of flickering and turning off then back on.

At one point the bright object appeared as three discrete light sources then back to one.

At another point, one of the smaller lights appeared as two independently flickering lights.

Red glowing disc wart like in appearance around tree top level

My mother was outside smoking around 8:30PM when she observed a red glowing light around tree top level moving south at around 20 miles per hour.

She yelled for me to come outside and look at it. I came outside and saw what she was pointing at and started filming it on my iphone camera. It had a red glow to it as I caught the remaining 20 seconds before it left our field of view.

My mother who saw around 2 minutes of it said to her when it was at the mid point of her viewing area that she could see a disk like outline and that it had about 5-6 protrusion type areas. She described it as wart-like looking, as the best description she could come up with.

I sent my brother my iphone video of what I caught and he pulled some still pictures from it after zooming in on the object.

It was traveling from North to South and maybe 100 feet above treetop level.

2 stationary circular orange lights in the sky for 20-30 minutes.

While driving south on highway 347 (John Wayne Parkway) noticed 2 bright round orange circular objects well past the mountains. They looked liked Chinese lanterns at first. As I continued south the objects remained. Then I thought maybe they were flares being used by the military as the lights appeared close to the Goldwater bombing range. These lights were stationary the entire time. The lights remained at a constant height, stayed the same distance apart with one slightly higher than the other. After about a half hour both lights were gone.

Not sure what to think as they stayed in one spot, bright like a lantern, oval in shape and orange in color. Not sure what it was but did see numerous people along the road and in neighborhoods looking at the lights.

2 bright pulsating stars and three orange orbs

I don't know if this classifies as one sighting or multiple sightings so I will enter everything in this report. On today's date Jan 17, 2014. I left with my son to drop him off at his high school at 6:50AM Arizona time. We live in a small town about 20 miles south of Phoenix. As I was heading east on my street I noticed what appeared to be an extremely bright and larger then normal star at about 30 degrees off my horizon. It appeared to be pulsating. I take my son each morning to school at this time so it was different from what I normally see. The sun was still about 30 minutes from rising so still dark out. As I was driving on highway 347 going south to his school I noticed a second really bright large star to the east. It appeared to be about 30 degrees off the horizon as well. I could see both bright stars. The one I saw earlier was at a bearing of about 45 degrees and looked like it was towards the superstition mountains which as the crow flies would be about 40 miles from me. The other bright star light was about at a bearing of 105 degrees. I dropped my son off at the back of his school by the gym which is the west side of the school and went out to the street that run east. I know longer saw the second bright star that was at a bearing of 105 degrees but I could still see the first star that was at a bearing of 45 degrees. It was still pulsating between bright and slightly less bright. As I am sitting about 5 cars back at the light on W. Honeycutt Ave. and highway 347 by his school facing due east watching this star it suddenly got really bright for about a second then it just completely disappeared. This was at about 7:11 AM according to my Jeep clock. I was searching the skies to see if it had moved and when I was looking at the area where the second star had been to see if it might have come back instead I saw what appeared to be three orange orbs at about the same bearing 105 degrees where the bright star light was a! few minutes earlier. Two were at about the same height of aro! und 20 d egrees off the horizon and one was about 2 degrees lower. At this point I wanted to try and get a picture of them so I drove to an open farmers field about a mile south of where I was and parked by a school bus whose driver was waiting I suppose to start his middle school run. I was on the eastside of highway 347 on the southside of Ferrel road looking at the three orange orbs that appeared to be 15-20 miles away at a bearing of 105 degrees. I took about four pictures with my iphone but the distance was too far away for me to see them on my phone. The orbs appeared to me slowly going south as I was using a telephone pole i the distance to see it was moving towards it. This was about 7:13am Arizona time. I don't know if the school bus driver saw the orange orbs as he was facing due east on the side of the road but he left after a few minutes. As far as distance from me to the orange orbs I am guessing about 15 miles as it appeared to be somewhere by the city of Casa Grande an! d maybe the I-10 area. It seems like highway 84 going east to Casa Grande would have taken you right into the orbs from my perspective. After the last orb went out about 10 seconds later in the same area I saw a dark colored plane. I couldn't tell what type it was and assume it was a plane. It flew about as slow as a Cessna in a southern direction and then just disappeared after about 10 seconds. I don't know if that was just due to changing direction and angle thus not being able to see it anymore or if it actually just disappeared. Was very strange.I know from now on when I take my son to school I am going to make sure I have my hand held video camera with me as then I could have zoomed in on the objects. I am listing myself as the only witness but my son saw both stars as well as we commented on how bright they were compared to normal. He did not see the orange orbs. I am going to send the pictures I took on my iphone to my brother as he might be able to enhance the pictures better to see if you can see anything. I couldn't see the! orbs on them due to dusk was occurring at the time of the orbs so they were right in the middle of dusk and a great distance away. I haven't looked at the video I took yet as I have to download it from my phone. If anything is worth posting I will make an additional report and add it. Thanks.

Bright orangish light moving fast and silent right over the house.

We were in the hot tub at around 11pm, and this big bright light, orangish/tannish colour came overheard lower than jet liners, higher than small aircraft lights. No flashing light, just a large light.

Travelling very fast north to south, coming from Mesa/Phoenix, past over the house and did a 90 degree turn to the east and disappeared over the houses. It was so fast, it only took about 10 seconds or less and was gone. I posted it to my facebook page, but was advised to post it here.

We are a retired couple from Canada, vacationing in the USA.

Have never seen anything like this in our lives. Absolutely astounding sight!

IT WAS NOT A PLANE OR HELICOPTER BUT A DRONE WAS NOT RULED OUT UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENED….I SAID TO MY GIRLFRIEND LOOK AT THAT WHAT IS IT? WE WATCHED ABOUT 10 SECONDS THEN IT WENT STRAIGHT UP AND OUT OF SITE WITH 5 SECONDS.

IT APPEARED TO BE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SMALL JET BUT LOOKED LIKE QUARTER IN THE SKY IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE SUN. I WANT TO ALSO LET U KNOW THE SKY WAS PERFECTLY CLEAR AND BLUE. NOT A CLOUD IN THE SKY WHICH IS WHY IT WAS SO EASY TO FOLLOW WHEN IT DID MOVE. MY ANGLE OF VISION TO THE UFO WAS APPX 45 DEGREES LOOKING UP AND TO THE RIGHT. Object suddenly appeared in the sky right after sunset. Started out as a fireball shape, then would shrink and increase in size. Object also changed color from red to white. I was able to get four pictures before it disappeared. Three of the four witnesses witnessed an object with the same description the night before around 10:00 pm.

8 Orange Lights moving into Storm clouds and lightning clouds in succession.

8 Bright Orange spheres moving in sky towards Lightning Storm clouds near Maricopa/Casa Grande, all appeared on horizon, moving south East into storm clouds where they disappeared within the clouds.

All the orange lights appeared spherical, and moved into clouds one after the other on same flight path. Five witnesses in Maricopa. These lights seem to be a weekly occurrence near Maricopa Arizona.... Can count on seeing these orange lights nearly every week.

I am a trained and seasoned aircraft technician both military and civilian experience..... These do not maintain normal aviation lighting characteristics, nor do they have similar lighting characteristics used in Military or aircraft.

They are seen tuesday through thursday 20:00 to 3:00 every week.

At first I was afraid to say anything for fear of becoming a casualty in case it is something you already know that I now know too. I have been extremely careful not to tell anyone. They probably wouldn’t believe me anyway. Now I am afraid not to contact you. In the last year the numbers of these things have increased. Some nights I see 8 or more of them. I solemnly swear not to tell a soul about this. As then I would be in danger of knowing too much. If you guys already know, I don’t want to know any more about it. I know Phoenix is a hub for drone testing but a drone or a satellite would not unnecessarily waste that much of its own energy to make a light show. Please come and take a look for yourselves. I bought a 100x telescope and it did not increase the size. They are geosynchronous and move with the horizon. They are seen in the east rising and the west descending. The light they emit is way brighter than stars. Like a planes headlights as it is approa! ching. And they go through the spectrum of colors of visible light in a second’s time. Like a rotating prism being backlit. They also appear to be rotating which may mean they are emitting a frequency around 24 to 25 Megahertz. The scan rate of my camera is about 24 Mhz. Because they are rotating the frequency is ahead or behind the scan rate on my camera. My cheap video camera is not good in low light and cannot see stars but through experiments and adjustments I have got some pretty good images. In the best one where it is enlarged although blurred it just simply disappears on camera and I did not block the lens either but it was still there to the human eye. It is my theory that they are farther away from earth than the moon but that they are watching us and have technology a million years advanced than we have. I also think they have a way of cloaking when we get too close. I also think you guys have technology that is way advanced of what the public knows but not this ! advanced and not this powerful. May I suggest contacting NASA ! and perh aps HUBBLE to examine them using x-ray, infrared, sound waves, radio waves, microwave and non-visible frequencies.

Two lateral oddly colored lights suddenly appear near Maricopa Az., fly north about 3000 feet then disappear.

3 at household witnessed two lights orange in nature during the dusk hour (7:00 pm) from backyard in Maricopa Arizona. The objects appeared suddenly to the south east about 10,000 ft in approx.., they appeared to keep stationary lateral from one another, then moved to the north and abruptly were gone. I was involved in military, covert and civilian aircraft industries for 15 years, and I know aircraft, their systems, lighting variables and characteristics....these were unidentifiable from my knowledge, and almost appeared to be orange street lights flying. They disappeared as quick as appearing. the evolution lasted approx.. 5 minutes in duration.

Two Orange orbs seen laterally moving near Maricopa Arizona then suddenly disappearing.

Two bright orange orbs seen appearing suddenly South East above Maricopa AZ.

The two orange orbs seemed to move laterally several hundred feet towards a peculiar contrail a jet had left 15 minutes earlier, then after these two orange orb lit objects approached the contrail approx. 10,000 ft in height they suddenly and completely disappeared.

I was an aircraft technician not only in the military but in the private sector for many years, and I am extremely familiar with aircraft lighting, bulb types, wing markers, belly markers and tail markers, these orange orbs did not have characteristics of any aircraft lighting I have ever seen before. From any make of aircraft.

These similar orange anomalies are seen in the Maricopa area quite frequently but not with such lateral movement as described in this report. The majority of sightings are near the Palo Verde mountain range just west of the city of Maricopa, however what caught my eye about these anomalies is that they were east by southeast of Maricopa this time, and moving laterally until they disappeared instantly.

I have video evidence of the incident to coincide with this report. This is the second report Ive filed about this sighting, however the first seems to be not on your site, so I am making another report.

As many as 5 large, bright orange lights seen hovering near Ak-Chin Casino south of Maricopa, Arizona.

When I walked outside to join my girlfriend on our back porch at approximately 8pm local time tonight, Monday January 14, 2013, she said, "I just saw a bunch of orange lights, hovering out by the casino." I replied, "Yeah, sure you did." I sat with her, lit a cigarette and about a minute or two later, they appeared again.

At first, two lights appeared almost simultaneously, followed by two more lights a minute later and a fifth not long after. The lights were a deep orange, a color I don’t ever recall seeing on an aircraft, and the size of the lights was much greater than that I have ever seen on any aircraft, as well.

The moon was clearly visible, as were many stars on this clear evening, and while they were much smaller than any moon I have ever seen, they were also much larger than any star I have ever seen.

We spend a LOT of time on our back porch and see aircraft every day, both during the day and at night. Having been stationed at NAS Fallon, NV for 3 years, I’ve seen many aircraft, and these lights appeared and behaved like no aircraft I have ever seen before.

From the time I first saw them, there were from one to five lights at between 180 and 200 degrees from our location, and in my opinion they were no more than two or three thousand feet above ground level. Angle of elevation was very slight, maybe 15 or 20 degrees at most.

The lights were almost stationary, but comparing their positions with fixed objects on the ground, they WERE moving very slowly. They never appeared to change elevation during the 20-30 minutes in which they were visible. Having spent two years aboard USS OAK HILL as a part of the Navigation/Administration department, I spent many hours on the bridge wings, taking bearings of fixed objects ashore to triangulate our position, and there are many lights on the ground in the direction these lights were, making it easy to determine if they were moving. They WERE moving, but hardly at all.

The light were generally moving from right to left looking almost due south, BUT while the lights often appeared as pairs, these pairs were constantly moving in relation to one another. At one point, two of the lights appeared to merge, and then separate as if one was moving slightly faster than the other.

According to Flight Service Station Phoenix, winds were either northerly or northeasterly, but it was stated that this was for elevations between 3,000 and 34,000 feet and these lights were lower than that, in my estimation.

About 5 minutes after alerting our next-door neighbors, the lights disappeared and did not return.

City of Maricopa, AZ At approximately 7:55 PM of May 23rd 2012, local Arizona time, driving back home from the local Wal-Mart, I noticed 2 flying red balls/globes flying 100 to 150 feet above my residential subdivision of Glenn Wylde just 1 block away from my residence . As I noticed the 2 flying globes, I pulled over immediately, got out of my car and observed this event in more detail. The flying red globes made a 90 degree turn from southeast heading to a northeast at approximately 25 to 30 miles per hour flight speed at a complete silence. They were probably as big as a large car and I noticed that their flight was at a controlled manner due to the fact that the second globe was following the first with the same distance all the time. I witnessed this event for approximately 30 to 45 seconds. I snapped a picture of one of the flying globes with my phone’s camera.

After that I got back in my car and drove about 100 feet around the corner to get to my residence’s street when I noticed another red flying globe, but this time they were 3 red flying balls/globes with the same path as the other 2, heading northeast, approximately 100 to 150 feet above the ground at the same speed as the other earlier 2 red globes, same size at a complete silence like the other 2. I pulled over immediately, got out of my car and recorded a video of the event. I then drove to my residence and pulled in my driveway. I proceeded to my house to tell my wife what I have witnessed and recorded, then I proceeded back out front to get the groceries out of my car and I noticed another flying red globe, same size, flying slowly 100 to 150 feet above ground and heading the same northeast path as the previous 5 red globes. I rushed into my house to tell my wife and we ran through my house to get to my backyard. We got outside and both of us witnessed this red flyi! ng globe at a very slow control flight over my backyard heading the same direction as the previous 5.

I saw 3 objects that hung around for the full time, It affected my car gauges.

On Wednesday December 28, 2011 at 9:30 PM, I was traveling along Parker Road West in Maricopa, Arizona. I noticed some objects in the air. They were too far away to get a good view. I then turned North onto Casa Grande /Maricopa Road. I was heading up to a Circle K Gas Station to get some gas. I still saw the objects in the air but still at a distance.

I then turned into the Gas Station and the objects became closer. This Gas Station is located on John Wayne Boulevard. I saw the objects quite clearly. There were 3 objects. They were moving, two were coming at each other and were moving around. There were 3 flying objects. They glowed like a red fire glow. The disc was red with Yellow in the middle band and red again on the outside. of object and Red in the center. One object circled another and one stayed still.

I have never seen anything this fast before. They acted like they were watching us. I had a cashier from the Station with me and she got scared and went back into the store. Another man was there he got totally freaked out and left the store. I talked to a police officer, he was mad because he had missed this event as he always looks for these things on his patrol. He is the person that gave me your contact number. I watched this from 9:30 to 10:15. Two had flown away and one stayed there and started moving toward Phoenix.

Triangle formation of lights followed by single light

Three of us where standing out in the backyard at 10pm watching the sky for shooting stars. I looked up and saw what looked to be 3 points of light forming a perfect triangle in the sky about 50 degrees up from the horizon. The object was moving very fast, I yelled to the other two people by me to look and they also locked into it right away. As I first saw the object I stayed locked onto it and never took my eyes off it. Out of my peripheral vision I noticed a 2nd object dip down in the sky and then back up, it then followed the triangle formation on the exact line of flight in the sky. The 2nd object was only one light and about the same brightness as the triangle formation. It trailed the triangle by about 2 hand widths if you held your had out at arms length.

The triangle consisted of a point of light in the front and flanked on each side by one light. The brightness of these objects was pretty much equal to your average star in the sky. I have witnessed and track satellites with computer software and have also seen the Navys NOSS Satellites pass over before and this was not that. Size of the triangle was equal in width to a penny held out at arms length. I know how fast satellites travel when the pass over and this was these objects were traveling 3 to 4 times that fast if not even faster. They covered about 35 percent of the sky in roughly 5 seconds or less. The sky was clear except for a one small cloud. The objects passed above this cloud and then faded out and we lost visual on them. Also as the triangle formation went across the sky in between the 3 points of light there was kind of a shimmer of very dull light for a brief second. No shape could be observed and as the object traveled through the sky it didn't pass in front ! of bright stars so I can't say if it would visually blocked out the star or if it would seemed transparent. That remains unknown. There was absolutely no sound from either objects even after they had passed from sight. We live in a small town out in the desert and its dead silent out here if was a jet of some sort we would have heard it. We also live in close proximity to the Barry Goldwater Bombing Range so we see our share of military jets pass over but they do not fly as fast as these objects where traveling. I have no idea if this something traveling in our atmosphere or if it was in space. Normal orbit speed in space is roughly 17,500mph and as I said this was 3 to 4 times as fast as that. If it was something in the atmosphere I would have to estimate the speed in excess of 2000mph, there was no sonic boom either.

I consider myself a amateur astronomer and I am also heavy into civilian and military aviation photography. This was nothing like I have seen before. If I had to guess I would say it was some sort of military object that isn't known about yet? All 3 of us where at a loss for words as to what this could have been. I would really like to know if anyone else beside us saw this that night? All 3 of us were glued to the sky for another 1/2hr as we were amazed by this. Nothing more was seen that night.

Boomerang aircraft 15-20 white lights on leading edge Maricopa Arizona

First off let me say I am 46 years old and have served in the Navy back in the 80's ad 90's as an F-14 mechanic. I have been exposed to just about every type of military aircraft and their general capabilities. I am also a Cessna private pilot. With that being said what I observed tonight while sitting on my back patio went against every type of known aircraft I have been exposed to including any on TV.This occurred in the City of Maricopa in Pinal County Arizona.

At 2037 hours (8:37PM) I was smoking a cigarette on my back patio sitting in my chair facing directly North. Out of the corner of my right eye I caught a movement and turned my head to the right and saw what initially appeared to me to be a flock of birds glowing pure white flying due West. About 2 seconds after my initial observation I thought to myself wait a minute, its nighttime and birds don't glow in the dark.

I then realized what I was observing was some sort of aircraft that was in the shape of a boomerang that had on the front leading edges of the aircraft approximatley 15-20 white lights from wing tip to wing tip including the center. At that time it was now directly in front of me traveling in a due westerl course following highway 347 almost to the center of my town. I live in a small town. I estimate based on my military and private pilot experience it was traveling around 500 knots. It passed to my left and I was not able to observe any red or green anti-collision lights or the required white tail light.

In my experience I knew a military type aircraft flying at this speed would have some tailtale sign of emmission from the tailpipes and none was observed. I was approximately 1/4 to no more then 1/2 mile from this object that appeared to be the size of a standard size house I estimate its altitude to have been around 1,000-1,500 feet. It made zero sound. When it was in my center field of vision I could see clearly it was a boomerang shaped aircraft that had a very dark skin color that caused it to contrast with the night sky and allow its shape to be easily seen as it flew by.

This aircraft traveled for another 4-5 seconds and then made a very abrubt course change to a due north course from its easterly course. This course change caused me at that time to lose any sight of the aircraft. It appeared to follow the Union Pacific Railroad line going north and then west.

I called my sister inlaw who lives about a 1/4 mile to my northwest as it appeared to have changed course right over her house and asked her if she was outside smoking and did she see any object fly by. She stated she was outside at that time but did not see or hear any aircraft. She was under her patio cover so if it went over her house she would not have been able to see it.

I immediately called Luke Airforce base 556th Fighter Squadron and inquired as to whether they were currently conducting any night time operations in this area or the Barry Goldwater range about 40 miles southwest of me and the duty officer stated no, they were not currently conducting any operations in our area. Note: we sometimes see Lukes F-16 fly over us on there way to the range but it is always in the day time and not at night. I gave the duty officer a brief of what I observed and he entered it into his duty log.

I then called my local police dispatch and inquired if anybody including any of the on duty patrol officers had reported any unidentified aircraft flying over town at a low altitude in the last 15 minutes and she responded that they have not received any other reports at that time. I gave her a quick brief of my observation.

Closing comments: I have never seen an unidentified flying object before and this is the first time I have ever made a report on one to anybody. I was not drinking and I am of sound mind. I have usually laughed about other people alleged sightings including one my brother and mother reported to me awhile back. What I saw tonight was not anything I have ever seen before and the flight capabilities were not of anything I have seen in my F-14 experience or in other military jet aircraft I have been exposed to. Its ability to make such an abrubt course change defies newton law of an object in motion stays in motion. We currently don't have any known advance technology to effect that sort of abrupt course change. If this was infact a secret military test aircraft then I would say we have advanced significantly in our technology and have somehow been able to develope structual technology that is able to resist high G-force levels both positive and negative.

What disproves this theory to me is it takes a lot of energy to make such a turn and it requires extremely strong flight controls to force such an abrupt course change and that would have caused the aircraft to emit some level of noise and this aircraft was extremely quite. It would have caused a significant amount of stress on the airframe and on the flightcrew.

I want to get this out. It’s been years since this happened and still haunts me till this very day. It started when I was reading one afternoon in my room and I noticed movement outside my window and I looked out to see probably a hundred birds if not a little more swarming my home and landing on my house. My family witnessed it. Honestly was so strange but not as much as the stuff I’m about to tell you. I started getting a whistling sound on my ears one night it was bad and I felt like my soul was being taken from my body I don’t remember going to sleep that night at all. It seemed like a daze I was looking up from my bed to seeing these two beings I can see the skin texture and all till this day very small mouths but looked to be communicating but not opening their mouths to speak like it was telepathically. Their skin was grey like almost had a brown tint very reptile like without scales. Big black eyes like pitch black. When they were communicating it was like they were deciding something and looking at me it was something I’ll never forget. I don’t remember waking up the next day it was almost like I went about my life oddly but still thought about that incident every day. I’ve got diagnosed with nerve damage shortly after that. I’ve seen lights around town things I can’t explain but that moment still scares me.

orangest white lights in a slow moving circular pattern seem over Maricopa, Az.

Last night while driving home on Queen Creek Rd. I saw a circular row of orangest white lights about 6 miles away the lights were moving slow and as one light would disapear another would apear. While this was going on I was on the phone with my boyfriend. He ran outside trying to see the lights, but couldn't from where he was at. The lights only lasted for about 30 seconds, but left me with chills and almost in tears. As I got into Maricopa city the lights appeared again about 2 miles away now they had the same affect one dissapearing as another appearing lasting on seconds just like the last, but heading the opposite direction now. Still on the phone I had my boyfriend look for the lights once again, but he still could not see them. As I arrived home he was standing in front of the driveway waiting for me while pulling into the drive way he yelled at me to hurry and get out he was standing looking right toward the west at lights with the same color same ef! fect about two miles away, I got out and we continued to watch these lights for a couple more seconds which then dissapeared and never came back as we know of.

I believe what we saw was a ufo I never have seen anything like it in my life, and I'm curious to know if anyone else has seen something like this to. My name is Chelsie Lewis I'm 20 year old college student from Maricopa, Az.

This is a three day report 1 Sep - 3 Sep Maricopa, Az.

Day 1 1 Sep Skies clear, no moon Time 10:00-10:30PM Being that I was sitting around the house doing nothing and due to my first ever UFO sighting back in May, I decided to go out and try my luck at spotting the UFO again. So I got my camera and went for a drive on route 347 which was around 9:30 PM. I first went south for a 4 or 5 mile, saw nothing. So I made a u-turn and headed towards Phoenix for about 5 mile outside of Maricopa, saw nothing. Made a u-turn and headed back to Maricopa. When I was about a mile outside of Maricopa city limits and looking up as I was driving, just off to the left of 347 one of the orange orbs slowly appeared, then went out and came back on again. A split second later a second orb appeared some distance to the left of the first and when back out. Then the first orb went out and a third orb appeared just to the right of the first and when back out. Not know their actual position, I drove through town on 347 and turn left on N. Bowlin Rd. (due to the large open area) and parked hoping to get a ph! oto of them if they should reappear. At this location I had a good overall field of view plus I could see the Harrah's Phoenix Ak-Chin casino were I first saw the orbs and I hoped they would reappear near the casino. I stayed there for about an hour but I never saw them reappear so I went home for the night.

Day 2 2 Sep Skies clear, no moon Time 9:45-10:00PM Around 9:00 PM headed out of the house with camera hoping to see and maybe get a picture of the orbs. Drove back to the Bowlin Rd. location and waited. About 45 min. goes by, lots of air traffic out of Phoenix and over Maricopa, but no orbs. So I’m looking toward Phoenix and turn around to look towards the casino to see an orb that looked to be hovering less than a 1000 ft. just over the Harrah's Phoenix Ak-Chin casino and then when out. So I’m happy that I saw the orb but not enough time to get a picture. I waited hoping it would em to reappear. About 15 min. later an orb slowly appeared and then went back out to the left of 347 across from the casino but a little farther out. Then a second orb appeared a little to the right of the first and went out. Then the third appeared a little right of the second and went out. I had gotten sidetrack trying to light a cigar it and couldn’t get my camera turn on in time to take a photo. So I waited hoping for one more chance to take a ! picture. About 15 min later the first orb slowly reappears to the right of the casino and goes out. The second orb appears (photo 2 ND) and went out. The third orb appears (photo 3 RD) and goes out. So now I’m real happy, I’ve got photos of a UFO to backup my 24 May MUFON report. Being that the UFOs were near the casino I drove down 347 and turned left on N. Farrell Rd. and parked, hoping to get better pictures. I waited about 20 min but no sightings. As I was standing there I happen to look down the road and into the fields on the Ak-Chin reservation and off to the left of Farrell Rd. I could see two white shimmering lights that slowly faded out and slowly came back on a few second later. Now I’m thinking the UFO is on the ground, so I drive onto the reservation for a better look and pictures. I found a spot where I could see about five or six of the lights on the ground in the field just behind the house were Farrell and Thomas St/Rd intersect. They were all shimmering, f! our or five of them would slowly fade in and out of view but n! ever cha nge their location. I also saw a couple of really small light that were moving in the location of the larger lights. I took a few pictures but most were bad. So I’m posting the two best that show two light (first picture), then you can see a third starting to come on again. You can also make out some of the other lights. The green blue lights are not part of the craft. After about 15 or 20 min. of looking at the UFO I started out for home. I drove pass a really good spot to get better pictures so I made a u-turn to go back that’s when I spot the Ak-Chin police (someone had called me in) coming from all points. So I pull over and told them what was doing, told them about the UFO sighting, showed they one of the photo and I even pointed out one of the lights of the UFO that faded out and in while we were talking. I was told that either side of the main road was Indian property and that I would be trespassing if I left the main road. Then I was told to have a nice day they got! back into their cars and drove way. I went home to start typing this. It was about 10:50 PM.

Day 3 3 Sep Skies clear, no moon Time 5:45-6:00 AM 4:30AM wake up for a nap sitting in front of the computer. Decide to go to Wal-Mart to pickup a few things. Departed the house 5:05AM thought I drive over to the reservation to if the lights were still there from the UFO or maybe it could have been a construction site or something. Get to the location no lights, no construction equipment, no construction, no nothing, just green farm land. Head out to Wal-Mart. Driving on route 238 towards Casa Grande coming up on traffic light of intersection 238 and Shea Way about to make left turn in to Wal-Mart. Light is green. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, in a knife edge position, in maybe a 30 degree angle traveling at an extreme high rate of speed, in a northeast direction, is a large dark gray or black V shape craft with five white lights, one in the middle and two lights on each wing. It appear too me that it had just taken off from one of the fields to the right of 238. As the craft rolled over to a horizontal position I saw th! e lights flash then the craft made a hard right turn and disappeared over the horizon. I was in a low part of the road so disappearing over the horizon was an easy task. So I sat through a cycle or two of the traffic light, spellbound. I sapped out of it due to a truck leaving Wal-Mart and went right pass the WTF moment to the Nobody is going to believe this. I wouldn’t believe this myself, that all of this could happen to one guy in less the 8 hours. So I drove down 238 a little farther just incase there was more to see. Now I’m on the high side of the road, I can see all over the area. Again out of nowhere, in a knife edge position, in maybe a 30 degree angle traveling at an extreme high rate of speed, in a northeast direction, is the craft, which appears to have just taken off. The lights flash again as it rolls horizontal. It makes a hard right turn and heads out to the mountains to the south. It makes a hard left turn (flyby photo) and now heading north back in my dire! ction. Once it’s over or just pass the Ak-Chin Farm complex ar! ea, it m akes a hard right turn and heads south back to the mountains. It then makes a hard right turn and heads north in my direction and lands (landing photo) in the fields off to the left of the farm complex. It’s getting pretty light out so I’m thinking it may clear the area soon. I wait at my location between N. White and Parker Rd and N. Porter Rd. for about an hour waiting for it to take off again but it never did or maybe I missed the take off during the passing of one of three frigate trains. I ended the wait and made a right on White and Parker and another right on W. Peters and Nall Rd. just to see if I could spot the craft which I didn’t. Made the loop back Wal-Mart.

As for the craft I saw. It was dark gray or black non reflective, taper wing design much like the B-2 bomber. Five white lights evenly spaced, one in the middle and two on each wing which looked to flash when it made its first maneuver. Extremely fast with no sound and highly maneuverable. Other than the possible knife edge take offs it flew pretty much like any other pitch/roll aircraft just tighter. Steep banks with almost wingtip type turns. If you’ve ever seen a glider do a tight wingtip turn that’s what this craft can do only at very high speeds. As for landing I can only assume that it went from fast to dead stop hover and land. It didn’t look to really slow down to land. It just made the fast descent and land. I couldn’t make out a cockpit or cabin area because it was moving to fast. Also I can’t remember if I saw the five lights on the underside of the wing because it was moving to fast. I did notice it had what could be blinking nav. lights on the wing tips. It was ! large but not really overly large but it did have the longest wing span of any aircraft I’ve even seen. When you look at it head on it pretty thin and almost disappears with the mountain backdrop. I would have to give it a 9 for being a good looking craft as compared to our normal military aircraft that are flying today. Sure was something to see. May buy me a camcorder tonight and get back out there by 5AM just incase.

Bright light in the skies south of Maricopa, AZ increases luminosity before additional lights spawn and streak away.

Driving home southbound on Ralston Rd- a large, very bright yellow/orange light in the southern sky caught my attention. Knowing the sky after living out here for a few years, I quickly made the mental note that it wasn’t a star. As I looked at the light it increased in luminosity rapidly. This increase took place very quickly- I would say within 5 seconds and made the light/object appear to increase in size dramatically. Additional lights then blinked on in quick succession- first one to the east, then one to the west, and another even further west. The additional lights came on at a luminosity that matched the first light. They were evenly spaced, making me wonder if they were separate or part of one large object. All the lights rose simultaneously- moving upward and southward at great speed, disappearing from sight.

I have seen numerous things in the night sky out here- this is the first that I cannot come up with an explanation for. I am used to seeing flares over the hills to the west of my home, and I am familiar with both military and commercial air traffic that frequents our skies. The size and brightness of the light I saw was well in excess of the luminosity of the stars and planets in the sky. The increase in brightness is highly irregular in the sky. The additional lights and the first all rose in unison against gravity and did not streak across the sky in the same way as satellites or meteors I have seen.

one huge UFO or three seperate ones

On or about January first of 2010 I was out after midnight on my ranch in Maricopa Arizona to get something from my truck. As I looked to my left which is West in a saddle of these small mountains about a one mile and a half away I see these very bright lights. As I watched them there was no noise at all and it was very quiet out that night. These lights were in a pattern of three like a triangle. There were three separate UFO’s all in a straight row for a total of nine lights. They were moving very slow over the saddle of the mountain. My first thought was man that is some big mining equipment being moved at night. But then I realized there was no sound which you would hear because it was that close. The lights were very bright I mean like football stadium lights and they were lighting up everything out there under it from about sixty feet off the ground. You could see cactus and rocks really clear too just like a bright sunny day. It was so dark out there ! that I could not see any sides or edges to what ever it was. I watched it until it had gone over the other side of the saddle.

I was perplexed as to what I had just seen. I thought I had seen three separate UFO’s flying together in formation. But later after telling my wife what I had just seen. She said “well, how do you know it was three separate ones, maybe it was just one big UFO!’. Now that really got me thinking. That craft would have been huge. I mean this saddle area it flew through is about the size of one to two football fields wide. I heard you on the radio one night and got your web site. I thought you might like to hear about my sighting.

Lights Over City Of Maricopa Previously Spotted

Apparent common occurrence of object with two separate lights on opposite ends of the very large vehicle. No flashing beacons or white lights were present and no distinction of the vehicle could be identified. I have witnessed these very same lights in previous weeks and never could follow them long til they never lit up again and disappear. Vehicle moves from East to West at the same attitude flying low over residential area, rural area, and dairy farms. The lights appear to flash in a sequence one side slowly energizes and lights up then as it gets its brightest the other side starts to light up as the first side darkens; lights last for roughly 2 seconds. Vehicle covers great distances in seconds, after I think its gone and I can't spot it anymore it reappears on the other side of town only to flash its lights again and disappear. Lights resemble the yellow orange glow of afterburners.

Extremely low flying Diamond shaped UFO traveling along side major freeway south of Phoenix AZ.

Approx. 4 am. Driving Northwest on I-10 Near Phoenix AZ. More specifically, between Casa Grande and Chandler, East of Maricopa.

While driving northwest in my car on I-10, I noticed off in the direction of my drivers-side sideview mirror, something rise up from the earth. It was about 300 feet west of the freeway. It immediately caught my eye because it started flying up from the ground.

At first it was moving kind of like a helicopter, but looked nothing like a helicopter. It was dark but I could make out the shape of the object against the Maricopa lit horizon. It was diamond shaped, with 1 light(white) on 3 of the corners, pointing down (perpendicular to the craft). The fourth corner had more of a head light pointing in line (parallel) with the craft. It was probably the size of an actual baseball infield, just a lot thicker.

Then it started moving like nothing I have ever seen from an aircraft. I started to think it was some sort of irrigation type sprinkler of some sort for a crop field. The object turned vertical (as if the baseball diamond stood up on one side) and was moving as if it were attached to an arm. It moved on an arc like path for a few seconds and then returned to a “normal” orientation and started flying, somewhat weaving back and forth, headed slightly more west than NW, not more than 100 feet above the ground. It was definitely going faster than me (I was going approx. 80) but probably not more than 120mph as it was only moderately leaving me behind. There was a surprising number of other vehicles out which made it hard to try and follow but should also yield some other reports. It could not have been a helicopter or a normal US airplane due to shape and movement, and I can only classify it as an unidentified flying object. Absolutely Crazy.

I was abducted from parents guest room. A crack appeared above my body in bed and i was taken into a black ship in another dimension.

Okay so this one sounds crazy, I know, but this really happened to me and it changed my life completely. I haven't been the same since the experience and I will never forget it. So here goes...

I would love to tell you about the time I was "abducted" by an unknown entity...

When I was about 18 years old, Before I knew the name Lovecraft, before I dived into drugs, when I was still at my parents house.... Maybe a year after I witnessed physical fireball UFOs In the skies near our house... This happened to me:

Pay close attention.
Around 8 to 9 pm I went to the guest room of my parents house. I felt like it was time to go to bed, but I never went to bed that early. But I was drawn to it.

The First time I get into bed, I lie on my back. I remember feeling very relaxed, thinking "wow, I could actually fall asleep on my back, this never happens..."

So, I start to drift off. But, in between asleep and awake, I was awakened abruptly by the feeling of what physically felt like someone was standing at the head of the bed, placing their hands/fingers on each of my shoulders. This made me feel fear. I got completely up, I ran to the light switch and turned it on, looking frantically for whatever was around me or in my bed. Nothing could explain what I felt. So I decided to give up the search and, now slightly panicked, try to lay back down...

Now, the Second time I lie down in bed, on my back once again, I start to feel relaxed again. So much so that I start to drift off once more. But this time, between being asleep and awake, I was brought back to complete wakefulness by the horrifying feeling of what felt like two long fingertips being placed on each of my eyelids...

There is something in here. What is this?! I jump up, completely awake, go turn the light on again, and search for an explanation. There is again... Nothing.

So... With a profound sense of dread, I brave the bed once again.

The Third Time that I lie down, at the very instant my back hits the bed, something physically/mentally/spiritually happens to my entire being.

A "crack" opens up above me and I am taken up, out of my bed, and into a living, conscious, intelligent, parallel dimension by a swarm of quickly descending "biomechanical" tentacles (they were both fleshly, organic matter, yet at the same time they were made of tech, with electricity pulsing through them, and there was a type of lightning.. )

As a whole, the entity responsible was the entire unfathomably massive black/void dimension... Yet at the very center of this black universe, a massive black swirling storm of black clouds, with thunder and lightning, countless eyes, and slithering tentacles. But there was something else... Like, a spacecraft. The spacecraft was at the center of the tentacle storm... Yet it was the storm. And the entity was present within the spacecraft, he was the captain, in fact... But he was also the storm. And he was also the entire black dimension/universe... I intuitively understood this as "The All In One"...

I was connected to him/it... and, so, we were "one"... I was an entire universe/parallel dimension, yet I was the sole inhabitant of this dimension, while simultaneously being the captain or operator of, for lack of a better explanation, the "craft" at the center of the storm of eyes and tentacles at the center of this parallel dimension. He/I spoke with a deep and gurgling, thunderous voice from the center of my being/mind.. in a language I can't even begin to describe. He told me something important, but when I was disconnected and placed back in my bed, my memory was wiped and I was given feelings of pure bliss and absolute calm.

Please contact me about this so we can talk. I would love to give you any extra details and I want to know im not the only one this being affected. I want to make sure I included every detail and I want to be very clear that I am 100% serious that this happened to me and would put my whole life and everything I love, as well as my word, on it because this happened to me. It was not a hallucination. It was not sleep paralysis.

The entity took me into his core. I was telepathically connected to the being. He was within the"ship", but he was the ship, and he was the space and the entire dimension or universe that his ship was centered In.. I was literally pulled out of my bed by biomechanical tentacles and became one with a being of immeasurable power

Maricopa, Az Bright red light hovering and moving slowly over SW AZ for about 25min.

On July 3, 2008 at 2115 hrs myself and another person were witching fire works from a show about 5 miles S/SW of our location, when we spotted a what at first we thought to be a slow and low flying airplane or helicopter off of our 12 o’clock. I had mentioned several times how slow the airplane was moving and if it was ever going to get towards our location. We then moved to our S/SW to see the fire works from another position when we both noticed the craft slowly moving to the S/SW and gaining altitude it was a very bright red and it appeared to change colors to a white and back to red, it hovered for about another 15min or so and then was gone.

I looked out above the mountains in the desert to the west of my parent's house and saw fireballs changing formation/shape likeTetris

I looked out my second floor window at my parent's house when I was about 17-18 (about 16 years ago), and had to pop my window screen off and climb out onto the roof to get a better view of something marvelous. I sat on the roof of the house, and looking west, I saw what appeared to be a glowing fire ball above the desert mountains. I know that the mountains in the direction that I was looking that night all stand alone in the vast desert, meaning there is no one living by them and no military base...

It started as one fire ball. Then a second appeared. They would hover motionless on the air, aligned with each other. Then, one would suddenly wink out and disappear. Then, the other one would, too...

Then they started reappearing and slowly disappearing one after the other.

Then, two more fireballs appeared. They aligned with the other two fireballs in the sky and created a sort of "S" in the night sky. Like a Tetris block "s".

Then, they would each disappear and reappear in different formations. Sometimes in a square pattern. Sometimes they would create the "s".

Then four more came. And they started doing the same thing as the first four, but they were just a little bit north of the first group.

They all kept blinking out and disappearing and then reappearing in different formations above the mountains for hours until they faded away for good that night.

This is the first UFO experience I had while at that house in the Maricopa desert. But, about a year after I saw the fireballs, I have a story about when I was actually "abducted" from my room in the same house... I will file a separate report.

Two amber colored orbs - Maricopa, AZ

My wife and I were driving in separate cars and both saw the same thing. There were two amber colored lights close to each other and close to the ground (200 feet above the ground). They were several miles away, but there was a clear view across the desert. They remained motionless for 25 minutes. I pulled off the highway and took a couple pictures on my cell phone. While I was pulled off the road and out of my car, I saw several military flares being dropped above the lights - they were smaller in size, not as bright, and faded out in 5-10 seconds. The orbs didn't move while the flares were dropped. After a total of 25 minutes, the lights disappeared.

Stationary Orange Lights

Saw two bright lights - pulsing orangish/red. They were stationary in the sky, no smoke trails. Then a third light appeard about 5 minutes later, making a traingular pattern. Shortly after that, a fourth light appeared equidistant from the first two lights. Then the third light split into two more lights, making a total of 5 lights. The two lights that split came back to one, and the fourth light disappeared. The three remaining lights all remained stationary and ever initially seeing the lights at 8:18pm, they disappeared at 8:28pm. The lights were very similar to what I observed on 12/6, except instead of being southwest of Maricopa, AZ, the lights were over the Gila River Indian Reservation, inbetween the Estrella mountains and Tablerock Mesa.

Orange lights in the sky

I was driving home through the Gila River Indian Reservation (on the southern edge of the Phoenix metro area), when I noticed several dark orange, bright circular lights in the sky (like the color of street lights).

I drove through Maricopa until I was in open land again, and could see a total of four lights about 5 miles to the southwest, several thousand feet up. There were three lights in a straight line, and a fourth light a little ways off, making an elongated isosceles triangle.

The lights would randomly flicker on and off - sometimes off for 30 seconds and then flicker on in the same location). I watched for a couple minutes - the total duration from when I first saw them until they totally flickered off was about 20-25 minutes.

I turned around to head home, and as I was driving back in my subdivision, I could see the one light again at the top of the triangle (maybe 10 minutes after I left).

The whole thing was stationary, and didn't move.

I CHECKED YOUTUBE TODAY SAW TWO VIDEOS POSTED OF EVENT/UFO THAT I SAW DATED 5/12/2016. ONE VIDEO WAS SHOT FROM THE GROUND BY A PERSON. THE OTHER VIDEO WAS FROM THE ISS FEED. SO GOT A TOP VIEW AND BOTTOM VIEW CAUGHT ON VIDEO OF THE SAME UFO I SAW.

4-5 amber orbs seen over Sonoran Desert, south on 347

04/20/06 7:43 PM : Heading South down 347 from Chandler, past Riggs Road, down towards the Ak-Chin Indian Reservation, spotted 4 (or 5) large, stationary equidistant amber orbs in a zigzag pattern. They were almost directly over the road (or, if further out than they appeared, over the Sonoran Desert Natl. Monument), though how far in the distance and at what altitude I don’t know. Twilight had almost completely faded. They were not there more than ten seconds before all the orbs disappeared at the exact same time as though someone had quickly turned down a dimmer switch to ‘off’.

Less than ten minutes later another set of lights - same color but elongated in shape and more tightly grouped/farther off - appeared in succession to the Southwest of 347 and quickly disappeared in the same order. Each would come on and soon fade out as its neighbor within the cluster followed suite. We followed 347 and then 84 west to the I8 and headed South then East, seeing them further away to the SW yet again on two more occasions for no more than 6 seconds at a time, probably over the Barry M. Goldwater Range at this point. We turned south down Stanfield Rd., eventually heading into Tohono Indian Reservation (and seeing another quick, stationary-yet fade-in/fade-out series of amber lights directly in front of us, to the south) before turning around. As we headed back north, the series appeared again (around 8:30pm), this time to our South West, perhaps back over the Goldwater Range. These were even further out, and as they faded, they seemed to become flickering white lights, far in the distance, apparently unmoving, coming and going from sight. We had stopped the car, and could hear no jet noises at all, close or in the distance, and the air was calm. When nothing more happened we headed back North to the 8 and East to the I10 for Phoenix.

While the last sets of flicking white lights may or may not have been flares, I cannot be certain either way, as they were so far off. However the first set of equidistant orbs were like nothing I have ever seen in the sky before, and the succeeding groups were almost equally large and strange, instantly striking my wife and I each time as odd.

Twice, 20 minutes apart, we saw what appeared to be shootings stars cross through the general vicinity of where the lights had just been. In any case, the events were fascinating, strange, and unmistakably ‘different.’

Maricopa Lights

This sighting took place on 11-10-05 at approx 8:45 p.m. west of Hwy 347 between Riggs Rd and Gila River Naval Space Command Center.

At first it looked like a white flare, but there were 6 of them, turned amber, in a row arching like a rainbow about a mile away to the west.

Then they faded and showed up again aprox 5 seconds later but much further away, mabye 10 miles away, and again faded.

Then showed up approx 1/8 mile from us, in a very bright flash.

Bright Fireball streaking across sky West of the city of Maricopa

I did not witness this but a coworker called me to tell me about it. I have encouraged him to fill out a report. He says an extremely bright fireball streaked across the sky slowly leaving a massive smoke trail behind it, just SW of Highway 347. He says there were helicopters circling and many people pulled over to the side of the road. The best way he could describe it was that it looked like a comet with a smoketrail, very very bright. There were lots of witnesses, you should get some other reports of this. Either a large meteor, a plane crashing, or god knows what.

blinking lights above Table Top mountain...

I live in the desert SW of Maricopa and have lived here for the past 26 years. I am very familiar with the fact that to our west is the Gila Bend Gunnery Range and that often at night they launch flares that are suspended in the air for about 3-5 minutes, at different elevations. They burn a golden glow until they burn out then just seem to disappear.

What I saw was not this. What I viewed was due south. I have seen it twice now, the first time was about a month ago. Both times it was above Table Top mountain, which is about 4200 feet tall. I would first see one light, then very quickly would see 2 or 3 others light up, then they would blink on and off. At one point their were 7 lights. The lights were very stable and did not move, they just blinked on and off. They did not stay lit like the gunnery lights,(gunnery lights flare when they light up, stay a consistant brightness, then totally burn out...they don't keep lighting up over and over, again.) These lights would go on and off, almost in some kind of a sequence. Both times I watched the lights for the total time they were dancing about. Then they would just stop. Tonight I stood outside and just kept watching. About 10 minutes later the lights all blinked one more time and then there was nothing.

In the direction I was facing, due south, I really don't believe there is anything there that can be doing this. I drove out that way, the last time, to see if maybe there was a tower put up on the mountain or something (this is a very rural area) and there is nothing.

I don't have a clue what I saw. I just know that for where the lights were...there is nothing there that would make those lights.

I was driving back to work after lunch and saw an object in the sky. It was white on the top and grey color on the bottom. It was like a disk with a tall center section. I could not tell if if was moving, but it looked to be just hovering there. You could see the sun reflection off of the white portion(tall center section). I glanced at the road, then back and it was gone. A few miles down the road two miltary jets were flying very fast and low right over the road (first time I saw them flying in this location and that low). Only thing that I could think is that maybe it was an advanced aircraft the military was testing??

watched lights for 20 minutes in the desert.

Myself and two other friends were Varmit calling the night of march 23 in the Hasiampa river bottom west of Surprise,Az. we had taken Sun Valley parkway around the whwhite tank mountains (west) then into the dry river bottom. we like to call at night from the back of a pick up to locate any locations of preadtors then come back the next day and hunt there. We had headed south and had made 3 stops to call some 15 minutes each time. I have been around and in this wash all of my life, I ride my quads with my family in it 20 or so times a year. I know every bend and every part of that area. On the 4 stop while still moving south slowly I saw thur the tree's 2 light that appeared in the sky just ahead of us. They weren't there a few minutes ago but they were there now! Eric stopped the truck and we all got out and watched the lights. that were perfectly still bright yellow orangish color and very big. I know this area there is nothing out here except a few high line wires but these light were much too high to be the lines and I know they dont have lights on them anyway. I climbed up onto the truck and looked at the with a rifle scope and couldn't see anything except lights. I am a Vietnam veteran and I know chopper lights and chopper sounds.these were NOT choppers. I have shot flares off hundreds of flares in Vietnam. Flares swing down and leave a smoke trail.These lights were NOT flares. As I stood on the truck I could see the ground was lit up under them I couldn't see any lights from them but the ground was Illumated anyway. I estimate we were at least 1/2 mile from thse lights maybe more its had to tell at night. the boys got real scared and wanted to leave so we started the truck and headed back the way we came. as we were traveling north up the wash Eric the driver saw these two light go out! we stopped and looked again then they came back on. As we watch them again I now saw another light to the west of them across the wash several miles away. Then the lights went off again. We headed ! north again stopping at a fence gate as I got out the lights had came back on for the third time and were in the same place. We left the wash and headed east toward sun valley parkway watching these lights all the way. As we approached the highway we stopped and looked thur the scope again to see if we could tell what this was.We could see very clearly the light of the Palo Verde power plant to the west of the lights. I tried to pin point where their location was and the best estimate I have is east of the power plant and west of White tank mountains. I dont have any other explanation other than this was a UFO..I have elmiated all possible causes in my mind.Planes,choppers and flares. as we drove north we saw these lights untill the road went around the mountain and we couldn't see them any longer. I wish I could have talked these scared boys into going south on the highway to get closer but they were just to shook up to go. this must of been a UFO!! We were heading east on barnes road and out our left window we saw a row of orange lights turn on rapidly from left to right similar to the phoenix lights. they then turned off fast from right to left and the last one slowly faded away. this happened several times they appeared to the southwest of us above and to the right of table top mountain

17 stationary and slow moving starlike objects emitting brilliant rainbow lights

Rainbow lights: Observed what looked like 17 peculiar stars flickering more brightly than usual at irregular intervals. Viewed through binoculars these objects were emitting brilliant flashing rainbow lights -- predominantly red, blue, green and gold. Other stars viewed through the binoculars did not take on this appearance. The majority of these 17 objects remained stationary. Most of them were in the southwestern quarter of the sky near or over the Barry Goldwater military range. A few were observed in the northwest and northern quarters. A few were observed in north-northeastern quarter. A few were viewed in the southern quarter. None were observed directly overhead and all at distances too great to discern shape of object. I only saw the lights which were only visible with the binoculars, not the naked eye, so they appeared to be very far away. Three were observed to be moving very gradually: one in the north moved northwest to northeast in the direction of Phoenix. Then a pair in the south moved closer to one another as did a pair in the northwest. Several of them formed triangles at the points of the compass. Two finally disappeared out of visual range or below the horizon. At one point, one in the south changed from flashing rainbow colors to brilliant purple-blue light. I did not observe any other unusual activity in the skies. Some aircraft flew by during these hours, yet I was completely able to identify them as conventional aircraft due to the wing lights and rapid consistent movement. None of the rainbow objects moved that fast. Most of these objects were still hovering in the sky at the time I went inside to go to bed which was about 1:30 a.m. My background is in the legal profession. Bright orange lights south of Phoenix

At approximately 9:45 pm on Aug. 28th I was leaving home from the southeast, driving toward Phoenix. I saw three bright orange objects in the western sky at what I estimate to be six or seven thousand feet altitude above the desert floor. Two of the objects were at the altitude mentioned, the third was below the other two at about two thousand feet. The objects appeared to be stationary and were approximately 30 to 40 miles distant. I estimated their actual location to be about 20 miles directly south of the city of Phoenix. This area represents the very eastern edge of the Barry Goldwater Test Range.

From my vantage point these lights were extemely bright compared to every other light source in that direction. After I first sighted them, I pulled off the road and watched them through my driver side window for about ten minutes. At the end of that period they quickly faded out and were replaced with two more similar objects at about the same altitude. I knew this location to be near the Goldwater test range and had observed lights there in times past. However, those lights were moving and weren't nearly as bright and bluish white in color. The lights I observed last night were incredibly bright with a bright orange, almost yellow hue. They were also pulsating irregularly. The second set of lights faded out quickly just as the first set had done. I then got back on the road and continued driving west. About ten minutes later I saw another set of lights pop on and decided to head to that location as fast as I could. It took me about 50 minutes to get to that location. En route the lights kept popping on and fading out as they had done before. When I finally approached the area a new set of lights appeared approx. 3 to 4 miles from where I stopped the car. At this point I could make out the diamond shape. Again, they were stationary. Had they been military flares on the test range, they would have been slowly descending and I would have seen smoke and small parachutes. However, that was not the case. At my close proximity I observed that they still had a bright orange color. There was no sound. I saw no other aircraft in the area except for commercial flights heading to Sky Harbor airport from the west. By about 11:00 pm, the activity ceased and I drove back home.

If this was a military exercise using flares, they are the most unusual flares I've ever seen. I would appreciate knowing if anyone else in the area observed them and if indded there was an exercise taking place on the test range.

Date indicated by witness may be flawed. We suspect witness intended to indicate August 27, not August 28, and we have amended the date above.

Also, se believe that some type of pyrotechnic device being used over the BMG/Gila Bend Firing Range would have to be ruled out, before we could conclude that the witness observed something unusual. However, the witness seems to rule out that possibility, and we recognize that flares usually give off a smokey trail, which is visible, and the witness correctly reports. Please see somewhat similar report from Mesa, AZ, for the same date at 20:45 hrs.. If the events are the same, the data from the two reports could be used to triangulate on the location of the lights. PD))

Amber/Orange Lights

I walked outside to my backyard patio. Partially clear night, wispy high clouds in some places. Immediately was staring at two very huge, bright amber/orange lights. They were to the southwest of my house, probably five miles away. They were very low on the horizon. Possibly as low as 3000 feet. They were stable, did not move in any direction, did not fade, did not blink. I stared at them for over 10 minutes to confirm this. Off in the distance from Luke AF base or Phoenix National Guard came four helicopters or planes (I couldn't tell which)very fast. Just as they arrived close to the two amber/orange lights, they both disappeared, as if someone turned off a switch. The military aircraft circled for awhile, then flew off after 3 or 4 minutes.

I hope it's not too late, but unfortunately I need to retract this report. Apparently it is some kind of flare or something similar. I do not know this for sure, but the next two night in a row, after I made the report, I saw the same thing again in the same place....only 1 light each successive night, not two. But I also heard a loud bang...like heavy artillery gun. I think it is being launched from the ground.

Sorry about the erroneous report....but it's better to fess up than feel guilty!!

Single Oblong Object w/ dull metallic sheen spotted at high altitude and moving slowly at approx. 2pm, clear, sunny day.

A friend and I were chasing a large free flying(uncontrolled)model airplane on a cross-country duration competition flight aboard our ATC cycles. The model had reached an altitude of approx. 1500 feet and was very small in the sky which was a very clear blue with bright sunshine and high temperatures (90's). While traveling on a trail paralleling Hwy. 118 just north of Maricopa, I noticed a very peculiar looking object just above the model in the sky but obviously at a much higher altitude and greater distance. The shape was very clearly egg-like but more symmetrical and oblong, not unlike a ball squashed down in the center viewed from the side. The color was dull silver / grey metallic that did not reflect the sunlight appreciably and at times appeared almost translucent. We stopped the bikes momentarily and I asked my buddy, "what the hell is that thing above the airplane?" He said that he had no idea but that it was certainly peculiar. We both agreed that it bore no similarity to any conventional aircraft (my buddy is a certified aircraft mechanic and pilot). The object was moving very slowly from east to west towards Maricopa and when a jetliner appeared slightly above the object, we realized that the jet had a completely different appearance, was moving much faster and leaving a contrail. We resumed our pursuit of the model and after about a minute the object appeared to be blending into the slight haze and when I looked up again, it was gone. The only possible explanation we both could think of was that we were seeing some kind of large high altitude research balloon (Skyhook?) because I read where these tend to condense and elongate as they reach the upper atmosphere.

bright reflective object disappered in thin air

on mentioned date i was traveling eas bound past naval space command headquarters and a bright cigar object pasted from north to south in front of my truck. the object was coming fron the general area of nsch and was 1200 feet from the desert floor and 1.5 miles south of hyway 347 and 2 miles west of i- 10 east. it first appeared to be about the size of a boeing 767 and the reflection of the surface of the craft appeared to have no paint. it was very bright and reflected very bright light from the surface. the weather was very clear and temp was 85 plus degrees i could see 20 miles min.. i could see the craft was beginning to bank to the right and expected to see the wings and engines so i could see what it was . the surface then appesared to have lines front to rear with flat evenly spaced lines as i watched still expecting to see the wings. as i watched the craft seemed to diapear from the front to the as if it past behind a curtain in midair. i stopped the truck and looked for any signs of the craft. it was just not visible anywhere. after several mins. i went on my way.

Saw an object to the left rear of a contrail left by a commericial aircraft that was heading towards Los Angeles. Object was two to three times the size of the aircraft and left no contrail.

I am a truck driver for a large freight company. I drive mostly at night, But at times, get delayed and do not finish my route until late in the morning. On the morning of 1/29/99 while en-route to Santa Maria, Ca from Bakersfield, Ca. on Hwy. 166 just west of Maricopa approx. 3 to 4 miles. Hwy. 166 west of Maricopa turns into a long steep grade which drops the speed of loaded semi trucks down to a crawl. The reduced speed gives me a great opportunity to gaze at the beauty of the San Jaquin Valley below. It also gives me the chance to watch the commercial airlines fly into & out of the Los Angeles area over the mountain range to the south of Hwy. 166. The temperature of the morning of 1/29/99 was down in the mid to low thirties. The aircraft that would fly north over the Grapevine would leave long, thick contrails as they entered the San Jaquin Valley. After listening to Art Bell's discussion a few nights earlier about aircraft leaving strange contrails is what drew my attention to these aircraft and there contrails. As I was watching one airplane and it's contrail I noticed an object just to the left rear of the contrail and the aircraft. It appeared to be about two to three times larger than the size of the commercial airliner. It also seemed to be at the same altitude. This object was unlike any thing I ever seen before. Being bit of a skeptic on UFO's I at first dismissed it as another plane. But then, This object in a matter of a few seconds darted over to a plane that was headed north and followed it for about a minute or two. This got my curiosity up, So at the first turn out I pulled over and got out my binoculars and started watching this object. It would follow one plane for two to three minutes. Then, In a matter of seconds, It would zoom across the sky and start following another airplane. It always stayed just to the rear and left of the plane and it's contrail. The odd thing about this object was that it appeared to be transparent at times, Then solid. The shape of this object would be like! if you put two coffee cup saucers together. One upside down from the other. On top this object had a small dome like shape, But with sharp angles. On the bottom, It had a smaller, More rounded dome shape that ran almost the length of the object. The object had a grey,silver color to it. No lights nor windows were visible any where on this object. Nor were there any type of numbers, letter's or any other identifying marks visible. The other odd thing about this object was the fact that every airplane that flew in the San Jaquin Valley area left a contrail. This object left none at all!!!!.

August 1980 HUGE, silent, boomerang craft in rural desert area south of Phoenix.

The craft that I saw was a HUGE boomerang shape. I still remember it so clearly and have never reported it before because I didn't want people to think I was nuts. I KNOW what I saw was real and in all my reading, research, etc., can't justify it away with any other answer! At the time, the area we lived in was very rural. We live about 30 miles south of Phoenix, and in an area with very few homes (3). We live 15 miles SW of the town of Maricopa. I was in my house watching TV when my brother in law came screaming up to the door. When I answered, he just said, "Look!" and pointed to the Eastern sky.

What we saw at first was what I said looked like planes flying in a V-formation. He kept arguing. As we watched, the craft moved in our direction VERY SLOWLY. Eventually, it came directly over our house. This thing was HUGE!!!!!!! It was solid black. It was probably no more than 100 feet above our house. We live on 3 1/3 acres and the wing span easily reached side to side. It was moving incredibly slow. I have been around planes a lot in my life. This was not a plane. You could see NO landing gear doors, no rivits on the bottom of the craft, no call numbers, no lights on the wings. It was very much a boomerang shape with a small tail added to that shape. I have drawn the shape a 1,000 times since then.

As it approached us, there was a single center light inside, more like the irridescent glow of a light...greenish. I saw no movement inside, just light.

The craft continued to move east to west at the same slow rate...we were able to walk at a very normal pace to stay under it. I walked to our fence line, about 180 feet away, under it and stood there and watched it. It continued across the desert about a mile past my inlaws acerage, then stopped and turned very, very slowly to the south where it just seemed to sit for a few seconds. Then it flipped upward, sort of tilted onto its back and was GONE!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even come close to the speed it left.

There was absolutely NO SOUND coming from this craft. I think I have never been outside at night since, that I have not watched the sky, looking for its return.

About a week later, there was a report in a small mountain town to the northeast of us, Morenci, that the same shaped HUGE object was observed during a football game. I tried to write the paper in Morenci, but never received a response.

This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I had 2 cameras hanging just inside the door, but was afraid to open the door and go in for fear I would miss something. I was just AMAZED. I have kicked myself OFTEN for that choice. Man, would I love to have a photo of what I saw.

Group of 4 Orange Objects land near hills just west of small town of Maricopa Arizona... Oct, 1975

Objects first appeared as bright orange lights like flares dropped from parachutes in formation. We knew they weren't flares when two objects on opposite sides of the formation simultaneously rose several hundred feet above the other two center objects. The strangeness continued when the intense orange light disappeared from each and was replaced by three white circular lights in a triangle. They seemed to emit smoke but it was likely from super heating of the air around the lights in the cool night. The objects drifted out into the flats and landed about 1/4 mile away right in the backyard of a local ranch house in the desert lighting up the whole place. My girlfriend started running into the desert at the objects but we caught her and all walked to a better vantage point(a few weeks or months after our sighting T.Walton ran up on one too - bad idea). We watched the objects on the ground and one of them kept going up and down, six - ten feet into the air. Reminded me of the dance of the bees... The objects were smaller than the house, perhaps 20 feet in diameter. The lights went dark after a time and we never saw them leave. About a week or two later one of the witnesses and myself walked up around the hill where the objects were first seen and found a mutilated steer that had not been touched by coyotes or buzzards which were very numerous in the area. At the time we had never heard of cattle mutilations and did not seriously connect the two events. We were never able to approach the ranch house to ask what the hell went on that night as they had very big dog that chased us away whenever we ventured too near.
