Not sure if UFO or Satellite but it’s so obvious super bright round mushroom head & lighter light on the bottom stem.

Spotted on the intersection of CA62 & CA177 when we changed driver. The shaped like mushroom head with very bright round on top, but bottom is lighter light. Captured with my iphone11 pro max with 2 photos & 1 video.

White plastic, like a wastebasket trash bag, floated up from side of freeway 12 to 15 ft from the backside of a truck and trailer after fully inflating 3 minutes later it too took off ten feet over top of trucker about 100 miles per hour when it got 3 or 4 blocks ahead of the truck it elbowed left, south, going into hills under radio towers.

Mystery objects seen over Desert Center Ca and disappeared thru a puff of smoke.

January 17th at 11am, I was driving thru Desert Center, Ca, when I noticed an odd shape in the sky running along the i10 freeway. I often keep an eye in the sky around the area as the cops put planes in the air to monitor speeders. The object started to cross in front of me over the freeway when I noticed a puff of smoke and it disappeared. I continued to look for the object when I noticed another one going along the i10 freeway also, following the same path as the other, and as it crossed the freeway in front of me, I saw a puff of smoke again and the object disappeared as the other one. Their was another car load of people looking up in the same area and pointing toward the area the object disappeared so I know it's been seen by others. I have never seen anything like it.

Huge Bright Light covering sky 5 miles east of desert center, 8 pm.

We were driving west on Highway 10, about 5 miles East of Desert Center, CA, at 8 pm. We saw a huge bright light, as far as you could see, covering the whole mountainside area. It lasted about 2 seconds, followed by a red stream of light.

It appeared to be shooting through the air, faster than anything we have ever seen.

We want to know has anyone else seen this also?

My father and I were driving on I-10 East and seen a large fireball like object with many smaller ones trailing it. Shortly after we seen it the fireball faded out. Then 30 seconds later it appereared brighter moving in the opposite direction. This happened a total of 6 times within a 30 min period. I captured a video on my phone as best as I could and believe I have a better Picture than the one on the main site. I was not a believer until tonight.

stadium sized ship slowly rotated 180 degrees then 5-6 silver balls of light slowly flew out - Desert Center, CA

On Sunday, July 18, 2010, at about 10:00 pm my sister and I were driving on I-10 West near the Desert Center/Rice Road exit.

I was driving. My sister said, "Is that a satellite?" and upon that I look around to see what she’s referring to, and suddenly see on her side of the car an enormous flying object that had lights all across the side I was looking at.

As I’m trying to drive and also adjust my eyes to the very dark night sky, I start seeing that whatever it is I’m looking at is flying at a tilt. I assumed it was a plane with extra lights along the wings, but then as I keep looking it starts listing upwards and the lights that were on a 45 degree angle on the "wings" suddenly started tilting/listing up into vertical and kept rotating all the way around 180 degrees. I didn’t understand what I was seeing and thought that it was a plane that was crashing into the ground, but it was in such slow motion I just had to pull over.

As I pulled off onto the emergency lane, we saw what appeared to be a saucer/oval shape gigantic ship with lights all around the rim. When it was tilted I could see that they went all around the rim. This ship looked to me like it was the size of two football stadiums or so. That is all I can compare it to. It was so big and silent.

The "ship" looked like it was dark grey or black and the lights around the rim were yellowish. Not plane lights and no green or red or flashing. There were three distinctly brighter lights on the side I was looking at, one on the left, one in the center, and one at the right side, but there were a few smaller lights. All the lights were glowing in different capacities. This "ship" seemed to be "landed" after it did the somersaults in slow motion, next to a very dark mountainside.

There was no sound from this "ship." After a few brief moments we saw the first of five balls of light that slowly floated out from the left side (from my view looking at it) of the ship. These lights were a silvery ball is the only way I can describe it, but we were at quite a distance from the mountain and where the ship was. One after another these silver glowing balls came out but at different travel paths. They were going around the base and midpoint of the mountain slowly but steadily. The ship that I was looking at slowly had the lights around the rim go dim or something and they were not as prevalent.

The most startling thing was that the ship appeared to disappear. I’m not 100% certain of that as I don’t understand how that could happen but from my vantage point it either disappeared or lowered behind land or a hill that I could not see as it was so dark in the desert that night.

I was not going to go check out this situation, as my sister and I were traveling alone at night and I started to get nervous being on the side of the road with big rigs going by so I decided that we saw enough of whatever we were looking at and we went on our way to continue on to Marina del Rey, CA where I live.

I have not looked into any other sightings or websites or books to see if other people have seen what I saw. Please let me know if there are other sightings similar to this so I know I’m not crazy or making things up that have a good explanation. Maybe the military is doing something new?

I am a museum director here in Los Angeles and have a very professional and public career and don’t really want to share this beyond our discussions together.

TUBE SHAPED OBJECT WITH FLASHING LIGHTS HANGING IN SKY OVER MIDDLE OF HWY.

I WAS DRIVING EAST ON HIGHWAY 10 EAST BETWEEN DESERT CENTER AND COMING ON TO THE LAST REST STOP BEFORE BLYTHE. I SAW A FLASHING LIGHT WITH ANOTHER LIGHT THAT LOOKED LIKE A SMALL FLAME FLASHING DOWN AT A 45-DEGREE ANGLE AND IT FLASHED AT REGULAR INTERVALS. AS I APPROACHED I THOUGHT IT MAY BE A LIGHT FROM A MOUNTAIN TO WARN AIRCRAFT OR A RADIO TOWER.I HAVE DRIVEN THIS ROAD FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND DID NOT REMEMBER SEEING A LIGHT IN THIS LOCATION BUT WHEN I GOT CLOSER I NOTICED A LOT OF PEOPLE PULLING OFF THE ROAD ON TO THE REST STOP BUT THERE WERE CARS ALSO PULLING OFF TO THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY.

I LOOKED UP TO SEE A LARGE TUBE SHAPED OBJECT CONNECTED TO THE LIGHTS ALSO AT A 45- DEGREE BUT FROM ANOTHER ANGLE IN BACK OF AND SEEMINGLY CONNECTED TO THE LIGHTS AND IT WAS HANGING IN THE SKY OVER THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD!I WAS ALONE AND THE SUN WAS SETTING TO MY BACK AND I WAS IN A HURRY SO I DROVE ON.

THE LIGHT WAS VERY LARGE, LIKE A SMALL FULL MOON. THINLY POPULATED AREA !!

1/20/2008 BEEN A WHILE BUT I BELIEVE MY SIGHTING OF "THEIRS OR OURS" WAS IN MID MARCH OF 2003... DUSK ..STILL SOME ORANGE FAIRLY BRIGHT AFTER SUNDOWN. WAY OVER IN THE WEST. DESERT CENTER, CALIF.

MY DAUGHTER AND I STANDING ON A SMALL DECK AREA OF A DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE. AS WE TALKED WE STARTED NOTICING A VERY LARGE LIGHT BLINKING OFF AN ON ..FELT AN APPEARED TO BE ABOUT A MILE AWAY. IT WOULD OCCASSIONALY SHIFT ABOUT. SEEMED TO BE IN A LIGHT CLOUD LIKE DRIFTY FOG... ( JUST DAWNED ON ME A YEAR OR SO AGO THAT IT WAS ALMOST CERTAINLY SMOKE !!!... AS THIS WAS THE DESERT AN NO OTHER CLOUDS ) GRADUALLY THE LIGHT STARTED MOVING TOWARD US , MOVING LEFT,BUT LOW ENOUGH THAT IN A BIT IT WAS HIDDEN FROM VIEW BELOW THE FAR SIDE OF THE MOBILE. (THIS MOBILE WAS FAIRLY HIGH OFF THE GROUND.. THE DECK WE WERE ON WAS ABOUT 4 FT ABOVE THE GROUND) IT WAS AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES BEFORE IT CAME INTO VIEW AGAIN AT THE LEFT END OF THE MOBILE. THE LIGHT WAS STILL BLINKING BUT THE CRAFT STARTING TO MOVE FASTER AN MAKING SOME KIND OF NOISE. I CAN NOT DESCRIBE. SORT OF LIKE ITS ENGINE WAS HAVING TROUGLE CATCHING ON. THEN ITSUDDENLYBECAME VERY FAST AN HEADED WEST TOWARD LOS ANGELES FOLLOWING INTERSTATE 10 AND WAS SOON OUT OF SIGHT.

WE DEBATED THINKING BECAUSE MILITARY DOES SOME TRAINING OUT THERE THAT MAYBE IT WAS ONE OF OURS BUT STRANGE THAT THE LIGHT WAS SO LARGE , LIKE A SMALL MOON, AND THAT IT WAS CAPABLE OF HOVERING IN THE AIR AN SHIFTING IN STRANGE WAYS. AS I SAY IT HASN'T BEEN SO LONG SINCE I THOT OF THE OTHER WISE CLOUDLESS SKY AN THAT NOW I THINK IT WAS A VEHICLE IN DISTRESS .. GOSH KNOWS .

SOME WHERE I HAVE A SATILLITE PICTURE THAT I PRINTED OFF SOME WEB SITE.. TERRA-SERVER USA. I HAD EARLIER LOCATED THE SATILLITE PROGRAM AND COPIED THE SATILLITE PICTURE OF AREA. IT WAS HARD TO FIND IT AS NOT MUCH OF ANY LAND MARKS, DESERT CENTER IS HALF WAY BETWEEN INDIO AN BLYTHE CALIF.

Driving east on interstate 10 with my dad on a quiet clear night, we witnessed an unexplainable light.

My father and I were driving from Orange County California to our family vacation home in Parker Arizona. Driving east on interstate 10 at approximately 10pm , just a couple miles west of desert center, we witnessed a very strange light that neither of us had ever witnessed before or since. We have made this drive hundreds of times. While driving, to the north I saw a large light appear suddenly which illuminated/faded on and off quickly. Within an instant and with no sound this same light illuminated/faded on and off quickly again on the south side of interstate 10. This did not appear to be a plane or helicopter. The lights were not the same in appearance as a plane or helicopter and it was close enough that it would have made some sort of sound. After witnessing this light, neither myself nor my father said anything to each other for several minutes. It was odd enough that we were both thinking to ourselves “what was that? Did I really see what I just saw?” .. minutes later almost at the same time, each of us just said to each other, “did you see that?! What was that?!” We were both baffled and felt very strange at the time and had no reasonable explanation for what we saw. It was a very clear and dark night. We were not able to see an actual craft so it is unknown if it there was a craft or if it was just an orb/light. But it moved inhumanly fast and was completely silent. Dates, times and location are approximate and to best of our knowledge and memory.

At two different locations 15 miles apart we saw 4 huge orbs of bright light. Two very different formations. On the second sighting saw about 5 military jets that flew extremely close to I-10 vehicles.

We were taveling westbound on I-10 on September 1, 1998, approximately 8:30pm, between Desert Center and Indio, California. The first sighting was about 10-15 miles west of Ironwood Prison on the south side of the road. We saw four huge, round orbs of very bright, intense yellow-amber light. One orb was higher than the other three, which were all level just below the mountin tops. They were all very close, about 1-2 miles from the road. We watched at length as we traveled. The orb of light on the left, although the same size as the other three, clearly was hovering much higher above the mountain range. The others were all in one level line, seemingly intentionally just below the crest of the mountain range. Suddenly the higher orb simply vanished. It did not fly away. It did not leave a trail (the moon was very bright and made it possible to see the outline of items in the area.) It vanished so quickly and suddenly, followed almost immediately by two of the other three, and then the third, in the btween the remaing three. Although we could see the entire surroundings, including trees, poles, and mountain outlines, we saw no evidence of the four orbs once they were gone. About 10-15 miles further west, just past that mountain range, they suddenly appeared again. This time much brighter, closer and larger, about 1 mile away from us. The formation was now more like a "v", with the left appearing higher, the second from left even with the fourth, which was on the right, and the third from left at the base of the "V". THe groun was illuminated completely by the light from the objects. At that time we spotted the first two of what we believe were five military jets. One jet came so very, very close above the traffic that it startled us. We watched the orbs and the jets for another five minutes, and then needed to continue toward our destination. We did not see them disappear, and we could still see the glow long after our view was obscured by the mountains, but traffic obviously was slowing g! reatly behind us, perhaps to watch.

White light, aprox 10 to 15 miles away, moving in the formation of a square.

I saw this years ago at my cousin's house. I have told lots of people about it but never officialy reported it, because I did not know how. And of course we did not have the internet back then. I am guessing on the year because it was so long ago. It was in the summer around 1979, give or take a year. We were at my cousins house in Lake Tamarask, CA, just North of Desert Center, CA. We were in the front yard looking North against the mountains. The mountains were at least 15 or more miles North of Lake Tamarask. At the base of the mountain was a single white light. It had to be a fairly large light because at that distance a vehicle light would have been hard to see. From where we were at the light looked about the size of a dime. The light was moving in the formation of a square, and again from where we were standing it was a small square, about a foot long by 3/4 of a foot high. But in reality the distance had to be quite a large distance since the light was so far away from where we were. I am guessing it had to have been at least a mile or more it was moving. The kicker is that it was moving very fast and at that distance there is no way that a vehicle or normal aircraft could move that far that fast and turn such sharp corners. My older sister, and my cousing who is about 12 years older than me was also watching this, and I am sure there were more people watching but I cannot remember who. We were all very baffled by this and could only assume it was something not of this world. I can still visualize this in my mind like it was yesterday.
