Bright flashing white/red lights over our farm house. Didn't go outside, but they flashed randomly, completely silently and seemed to move to the valley over the hill and just when we thought it was gone, it flashed over the house again moving without pattern in the sky. So bright it looked like lighting and it's a perfectly dark moonless night. Light moved from NE coming from ocean to 23 miles inland heading SW. Elevation about 2400.
