Twinkling lights that changes color

We saw two king lights that seemed to pulse. They would bob up and down… zig zag and also remain stationary. When I tried to video with my camera I hit the flash and my phone died. My husband and I managed to capture some movements and the flying pattern on his cell and my video camera

Round, glowing on opposite sides, light in the middle. West to east, 5 min

Large, round, glowing on opposite sides, light in the middle short beam from center, not reaching side. A distance away a reflection beam. Dark in between. Moved east to west slow and silent. Wind blowing different direction. We were looking north when noticed. Looked see through against sky. Took 5 min to move out of site.

Tried to take photos with cell phone, one had a small light nothing else.

White orb hovering in sky

White object in the sky looking SSE from Lake Sonoma at an inclination of approx 60 degrees. No stars when the object was first noticed, but the 3/4 moon had already risen in the SW. Object was brighter than the daytime moon, looked to be extremely high in the atmosphere. Was too big to be a star.

Object remained stationary as compared to the horizon, while the moon progressed through the sky. The early stars also appeard in the sky near sunset, and the object still remained stationary, even though the moon and stars progressed across the sky. Object disappeared as soon as the sun had set.

Used 10x binoculars, but could not make out any distinct markings, other than it appeared to have a round shadow cast from the sun, and potentially a red marking in the upper right

At approximately 5:15AM, August 29th, 2001, I was observing the sky in a South by South west direction when a flash of light caught my eye. At first I thought it might be an aircraft, because there was a bright blinking light. I looked again at the object and it had disappeared. When it reappeared again, it blinked in a totally different spot only lower than the original spot. It blinked again, and again it disappeared. When it reappeared again, it had moved to a different place in the sky. It blinked again, and it disappeared again. When it reappeared again, it was in a totally different area, but almost seemed like it had appeared and reappered in a triagular fashion. Finally, on the last flashing, it seemed to move yet again, and totally disappeared from the sky. I know it was not a plane, nor a satallite!

Some sort of stealth helicopter like object with hardly any sound flew right over my friend and I.

I must have been about 17 years old and a friend and I were just out and about looking for some trouble to get into. We were only about 100-200 ft from my house down our driveway, and standing in the middle of the road. We noticed a light approaching from the north, just white, but very bright. We contiued to watch it for a few minutes and it came closer and closer. We couldn't hear anything but we were pretty sure it was a helicopter with its landing lights on or somthing. As it came even closer the light shut off, and all we could see were a few green lights. We both just stood and watched in amazment as it came right over us probably only about 100 ft up in the air. We could feel the air around us moving and a wind picked up, but still hardly ANY SOUND. All we could hear was a chopping sound like a helicopter would make but only faintly. It was like a slow "Cha" "Cha" "Cha" sound and it felt like I was being watched. We both ran as fast as we could back to the house and went inside to tell my brother. He didn't belive us and didn't hear anyhting. To this day I think it was some sort of high tech stealth helicopter, but it scared the crap out of me and my friend.

Date of incident is approximate. Object might have been a helicopter, altered for use by special operations forces. Such aircraft are specially designed to be unusually quiet. However, it seems unlikely that the military would operate the craft over populated areas. PD
