unknow object seen flying in the sky at great speed.

Yellow, white and gray object seen over long island Farmingdale western skys seen from Whyndanch area. At around 3:15 am 7-26-2014,

I came outside to put some bags in my car and looked up at the sky, I notice a round object at stand still for 2 seconds then moved fron southwest to northwest at lighting speed. This object I believed was a flying saucer,

It moved so fast with a tail and just disappeared.

This object was in the same path the planes take coming from the south to line up with JFK and LGA in the sky.
