Very fast moving reddish yellow light traveld overhead with no sound and disappeared moving east.

I was imaging comet NEOWISE at my observatory Rolling Hills Observatory (V83) and a noticed coming out the west a very fast moving reddish yellow light. It traveled directly overhead and there was no sound at all. I have seen a lot of A.F. aircraft around Whiteman AFB and this was nothing like I have seen. I am a retire Naval aircrewman with 20 years experience in P3 Orion patrol aircraft. I also have 18 years experience as an amateur astronomer and so I know it was not a fireball or meteor.

Two balls of foggy light playing back and forth.

I was traveling south on I-87 with my wife. Time was approx. 22:45. Something caught my eye and moving above us were these 2 round shaped glowing light. I could not believe what I was seeing.

My wife also looked on and was able to get some photos. The photos were not very clear as we were traveling and taking pictures thru the windshield. The 2 objects appeared to be playing dancing back and forth above and in front of our vehicle.

I started to pull over, and by the time I stopped, they were gone.

Best description is someone playing with bright lights. The objects were moving very fast and at times seem to touch.

This area is very wooded and remote.

We were driving down highway 50 and saw triangular shaped lights. We tried to rationalize thinking it was probably a B-2. But it was moving WAY too slow.

We then thought it was probably an antenna. The problem was when we got closer, we observed that the object moved. It was moving REALLY slow. Approximately 10 miles an hour.

We couldn't stop, due to traffic, but we estimated it must have been as big as an eight story building.

Round red ball of fire or light moving west to east at a slow rate of speed, not an aircraft.

Family members had left at approximately 10:30 P.M. after July 4th get together. at approximately 10:45 P.M. my wife and I were standing on the deck on the north side of our home. Looking northwest we noticed a red circle or ball of light moving from west to the east at a slow rate of speed. Approximately 200 yards to the north on our property is a tree line that runs southwest to northeast, from this distance the object appeared to be about 100 to 200 feet above the tree line. Standing on our deck looking north the object appeared to be at about a 25 to 30 degree angle. The red orb appeared to be about the size of a quarter, very red in color, moving very slow from left to right, west to east traveling about the full length of the tree line. The object exibited no sound and eventually faded from view, as if a light had been extinguished. Our home is only 10 miles from Whiteman AFB Mo., but I am certain it was not any type of aircraft from the air b! ase.

I am a retired USAF NCO that has had 22 years experience working on U S Airforce jet aircraft. Our home is in the flight path of the aircraft at Whiteman AFB, so I am well aquainted with the lights on different types of aircraft. The object my wife and I viewed was certainly not a known type of aircraft.

I seen these little orange balls of light no bigger then a softball.

They moved east to west very slow, two passed over my head no more ten ten feet.

I saw those two 7/4/11

But I seen another that was one 7/3/11 that was yellow with a red ring around the top part of it. It was going north. I had a guy in a town south of me looking too, he seen 14 of them on 7/4/11. No sound from these things.

Orange balls of light, Not lights on object, object was light. will be back July 4th.

They are orange balls of light that show up every year, July 3rd but always July 4th.

Here in Warrensburg Missouri on Montserrat Road that turns into Division Road about 10:30pm to 11:00pm. 2011 they went from east to west, but 2012 they went from south to north. I call them fallen angels, I go an yell at them and tell them they will be cast in hell someday. This last time the one ball of light I seen was by Montserrat Mo. The moon this time was in the east, but the time before 2011 it was setting in the west. It almost seem that those balls of orange light were going straight at the moon. I would say they were less then 20 feet high over my head, and no bigger then a softball. On July 3rd. 2011 there were two balls of light, but these were yellow with a red ring around them. The yellow and red ones pass by my house two times My wife seen the first one then later another one went by that My wife boy neighbor and I all seen.

A large sqaure object being escorted by fighter jets.

I received a phone call advising me to rush outside and look to the south. As soon as I got outside, I heard jet engines and saw an odd sight. We are ten miles from Whiteman AFB, and jets, including the B-2, often fly over at all times of day. What I saw didn’t resemble anything seen before. The first thing I noticed was three small jets with two blinking white strobes (one on each wing). In front of two of the jets and next to the other, I saw multiple solid lights, like stars, moving along with the jets. As I focused on this object, I noticed that it made a square or rectangle shape, and it was a solid object, blocking out the stars as it passed in front of them. All four craft moved from west to east, directly towards Whiteman AFB. It appeared that the jets were escorting this object, and may have been for quite some time. As all the objects got within about six miles of Whiteman AFB, the fighter jets in the back broke away and flew south, slowly, but sti! ll monitoring the object. The third jet turned off the strobes and looked as if it merged with the object. It started out to the left, but went above it, then came back down right on top of it. After that, the third jet was never seen again. It looked like it landed on the object as if it was a flying aircraft carrier or something. As the object continued to pass closer to Whiteman AFB, it got a little lower and began to stretch out from a square shape, to more of a rectangle shape. The object then went behind the trees and was no longer seen. The other witnesses I was speaking to on the phone said that it continued to Whiteman AFB, where it disappeared. The other two fighter jets continued to circle the area, and more showed up. At one point, there were at least ten fighter jets in the air between Whiteman AFB, and Warrensburg.

After watching the fighter jets circle a 15 mile radius around Whiteman AFB, I noticed a solid yellow light towards the east, moving north to south at a pretty high rate of speed. The light instantly vanished and at that time I saw what I thought was a shooting star go right to where the yellow light vanished. As I thought about it more, it seemed strange because the “shooting star” that I saw was more of a green beam of light, which didn’t resemble the typical shooting star.

I talked with the other witnesses to the event, and they saw a similar event happen with the “shooting star,” but at the north end of Whiteman, instead of the south. Later on I went outside and noticed another beam of green light go through the sky at the same angle as the previous one.

We were driving and at the top of the hill we saw an oval-shaped orange and red light hovering over the trees for a few seconds. we rounded the corner and got home, by the time we returned with binoculars, the craft was gone.

Then, mere minutes later, we were walking around the block to look for the craft, 2 of the 3 previous witnesses saw another craft appear and disappear quickly, but our view was blocked by a tree. we saw the light through the branches.

2009 UFO SIGHTING-CLOSE ENCOUNTER-NEAR WARREN AIR FORCE BASE,Warrensburg,Mo.

On the night of December 31st 2008, New Years Eve, My friend and I were driving on highway 13 leaving Warrensburg,Mo. Headed towards Higgensville to get on I-70. We were going to a christian concert called I-hop at the Bartel hall in Kansas City, Mo. My friend was driving the van and I was the passenger. I suddenly saw light in my window and looked up to see this huge object moving along with us in the sky. It was up to the right of the van and coulndn’t have been any higher than a very tall tree. I yelled for Kim to pull over . She couldn’t see anything but light and didn’t know what was going on. I grabbed my Nikon d70 digital camera(I went to college and took photography classes) and when she stopped I yelled for her to get out and look at this thing and I started taking pictures. I remember her crying and saying ,”lets go, please.” I could only think of getting a photograph of this thing. I think I was just in shock! It was moving with us, but when we stopped the van, it stopped and was just hovering above us. It made no noise at all. It was round and had about eight lights around it and every three seconds would flash on and then off. When the lights would go off, I remembered every thing was completely dark. I had to count, 123…to get a picture. I did get nine photographs, Which later I discovered matched exactely to one I spotted on the internet on you tube that someone had taken! I got in the car because my friend was crying. We pulled up to 1050 rd. and called 911. I spoke to an officer . He asked a lot of questions about what I saw and then said that he was going to get his camera and head out there himself. He said that he would come out the next day and see the photos that I got and he never called. I later discovered My arm hurt and We were sick.We went to the concert that night although we were in a daze and very shaken up. We were headed back on I-70 about 1:30 a.m. and we suddenly saw to our left the object was landed in a field. I know this sounds crazy but it is ! true. Th ere to our right was this big fire ball type thing that flew past the van and vanished. We coulndn't hardly speak. We went straight home and haven't gotten a good nights rest since.

At approximately 1 am of Sept. 25th, 2008, I saw an object in the sky that I was and am unable to identify.

I was at a local park with 2 friends between midnight of the 24th and 1:00 a.m. of the 25th. All three of us were swinging and listening to our own portable music. At approximately 1 a.m., I saw an object in the sky that I was and am unable to identify. What I could see of the object consisted of 5 disks of light which were the color and brightness of the stars in the sky, but much larger than stars, and these lights were arranged in a distinct "V" shape.

The quality of the light is much different from any light I know of on an airplane. Whereas airplane lights consist of small, bright lights, the lights I saw were large, dim, and disk-shaped. The angle of the disks demonstrated that the lights were on the bottom of "something" and that they were not very far away (horizontally).

The object moved at a very low speed, as though it were cruising casually through the sky above the city, heading in a south/south-easterly direction. However, the object was already almost out of site behind other objects when it caught my attention, leaving me only a very few matter of seconds to view its travel.

As soon as I noticed the object, I turned off my music (a matter of a split second) and I heard absolutely no sound attributable to an aircraft.

It may be of interest to the record that the city of Warrensburg is extremely near an Air Force base, and thus I have seen plenty of their aircraft, both day and night, including the Stealth Bomber. In fact, I saw a low-flying Stealth Bomber just the night before, and so I was easily able to distinguish the object I saw from the aircraft typically seen in the area.

Two blue-white blinking lights, considerable distance apart, silently hovering over the road.

A friend and I went on a drive after a bad night at work, and towards the end of our drive we were on east hwy BB, about a mile away from the intersection with hwy 13. This is a road I take very often, countless times at night and during the day.

Out of nowhere we noticed lights above and in front of our car, I am unsure as to the width or elevation, that appeared to be two sets of lights set very far apart.

At first I thought it to be some sort of tower I had somehow never noticed before, but there no other lights present. I turned to my friend and asked her if she saw it too, and she seemed to be just as puzzled as me. By this point, since we were alone on a country road, I began to slow my car down considerably... since I couldn't take my eyes off it.

At first we asked, is it two planes next to each other in the distance? If so, then the two planes were flying completely parallel to each other, as well as taking turns to blink.

The pattern of the blinking was fantastic. There were two sets of bright blue-white lights that would alternate in a sort of pattern. The left would blink several times rapidly, then the right would do the same.

There were no tail lights or anything besides these two sets. I thought perhaps, since I am a UFO believer but still skeptical of my sightings, that it was just a plane flying low. We do have an airport in Warrensburg, and we often see stealth fighters from the base nearby. Our music was playing loudly still (we were too stunned to do anything but stare) and so I turned it off completely to listen for an engine. All we could hear were crickets, not even a hum.

The strangest things about the behavior of this craft, or set of lights, was that it stayed in the same position, but seemed to be gliding slowly above hwy 13. If a plane were flying that low, the distance between the lights would have changed as it flew away or towards us. It did NOT change. If it were a helicopter, we would have most certainly heard something.

Stranger still, as we watched the lights blink in succession, it seemed to suddenly rotate for a split second and blinked vertically over the road. As if, if it were a plane, the plane had turned completely sideways and the wingspan became vertical. And after the quick blinking it was back to normal. It seriously happened so rapidly that I wouldn't have seen it if I had blinked at the same time.

After about a minute of driving toward the UFO, we came around a bend of trees to our left. The angle of the craft was so low, but still so large, that we lost it behind the trees. I kept my eyes on it through the treeline, saw a couple of blinks, and then it disappeared. We looked for towers, planes in the distance that were blinking similarly, anything. We could not find anything after driving around the bend of trees, nothing even to use as an excuse to ease how disturbed we were.

I saw what appeared to be a cloaked triangle object in the back drop of some storm clouds.

I went out to the back of my house to smoke a cigarette. As I looked up in to the sky storm clouds were coming in. I looked a bit closer and thought I saw a straight line going across the clouds. I thought it looked a bit wierd. I followed the line till it dropped straight down forming the back end of what looked like a triangle. As I kept looking I saw that the lines were moving. The clouds were moving as well but the triangle was moving faster. I couldn't see the object but only the outer edge where it met the clouds. As the object cleared the clouds and came into the clear sky it disappeared. Little by little the object turned into nothing. It appeared as if the object was cloaked some how.

I'm sorry if this sounds weird I would not normally report something like this and never have before but it scared the heck out of me. Please tell me if anyone has ever seen somthing of this nature before.

This isn't about UFOs, it's about stuff our Air Force flys, that resembles UFOs.

I am not here to report a UFO. I happen to live close to Whiteman AFB. Ever since Sept. 11, the B-2 has been flying non-stop around the skys. When the FAA grounded all planes, military planes flew around all the time. The B-2 flys over my house all the time, but does at 2 and 3am every single morning. I have noticed that the B-2 does weird stuff like hovers in the air and flys with out making a sound sometimes. I live outside of town, so I see a lot more stuff than some people see. I have also seen a lot of aircraft that I couldn't reconize. I know almost every single jet the US flys, but some of the ones I've seen lately are different from anything I've seen. One night there was these two jets that circled the town for about two hours. They looked kind of like A-10s, but not quite like them. they flew in some weird patterns, and I swear to this day that I caught one that was flying, stopped in the sky, and went in reverse for awhile. Well anyway, if anyone wants to see some weird stuff, come out around Whiteman AFB and wait for it to get a little dark.

White cylinder fallowed airforce jets for about 10 to 15 min. untill out of sight.

Standing in a friends back yard, I was watching airforce jets from Whiteman airforce base flying west at about 10,000 ft. {maybe a little lower }. I looked behind the last jet about, 2 to 5 miles, and saw a white cylinder flying at what appered to be the same height and speed. I pointed the object out to my friend and he also saw it. He said it looked like a missile but the object was blunt at both ends and was flying at the same speed as the airforce jets. Also there were no tail fins or wings at all.

Two UFO's observed over Warrensburg MO for 45 minutes in broad daylight.

During the late 1990's, I was on active duty in the Air Force, stationed at Whiteman AFB. On the evening of July 26, 1997 I was washing my car at a self-serve car wash on the north east side of Warrensburg Mo. next to highway 50. The sky was clear and there were still a couple of hours until sunset. I noticed 2 dark objects hovering over the south-central side of town, about 2 miles away, at an altitude of about 1500 feet AGL. The objects were identical, each consisting of an equilateral triangle with a sphere at each corner. The thickness of the triangular portion was approximately one quarter of the objects' length, with the spherical sections' diameter about twice the thickness of the triangular section. They appeared to be about 100 to 150 feet long. The objects were flat black in color with no visible markings, intake/exhaust ports, or windows. I could not hear any sounds from the objects. The southern most object did not move at all, watching it was like staring at a photograph. The northern most object only occasionally yawed from left to right about 60 degrees in each direction. Its position in relation to the unmoving object never changed. After about 45 minutes, I turned away to insert more coins in the car wash, and when I turned back, the objects were gone. Less than a minute after the objects disappeared, three A-10 attack aircraft from Whiteman AFB flew over me less than 200 feet up, they were heading west, paralleling highway 50. I could see that the only ordinance they were carrying were sidewinder air to air missiles. The A-10s turned south and flew over the center of Warrensburg, towards the previous location of the objects. At that location, they broke formation and continued south along slightly different vectors. For the remainder of my Air Force career, I did not report my sighting, nor even tell anyone about it.
