32 degree temp, no wind, crystal clear night. Appeared NW of my position and appeared to be N Burlington airport where nuclear jets are

LEO working on midnight shift. I look at the sky and stars often on clear nights because the are in which I live and work is a great viewing area. The night in question I saw a flashing object in the distance, very small, so it appeared to be far away. I’ve worked much of my career at night, so I understand how difficult it can be to judge distance/size, as depth perception can vary. The round object was flashing white, blue, red and green and appeared to be still at first the began moving up, down, side to side and on an angle. I watched it for 5-10 minutes, but it was cold and I had case work to do. I continued to check out the window if it was still there, but it disappeared after about 15 minutes. There are stars in the vicinity, but not where the object was spotted, stars not visible to me that is.

The second sighting of a similar object was seen on 12/14/2024 around 2030. I was getting ready to leave for the office for my shift. While taking my dogs out, I saw a flashing object again. The temperature was 13 degrees Fahrenheit, mostly clear, with multiple stars visible. The object was again NW of my position, higher in the sky than before again appeared to be North of the Vermont Burlington airport where Nuclear fighter jets are housed and train from.

I got out my telescope to see if I could view it more clearly. It appeared disk shaped and appeared to be rocking up and down / side to side, as in a scanning motion. I watched it for approximately 5 minutes, but it was very cold and I had to get to work. Once at the office (which is in the landing flight line for BTV), I scanned the sky to the north where I believed the object should be, but didn’t see it. I do not know if it was due to the lower elevation of the office or if the object had disappeared.

I looked up in the sky and saw a black, connected, free moving object. It was slow moving but was increasing in altitude and moving southeast. It was clear to the eye but I noticed as I was recording it My camera would go out of focus or sometimes not appear at all.

Saw something falling from the sky, leaving a smoke trail behind it.

I was crossing over a wooden plank walkway suspended over a clearing, on my way home from a early morning fishing trip. when I looked up into the sky and saw what looked to be an object falling from the sky. It seemed to have a smoke trail following it which made me believe it was falling from out of the atmosphere. Where just earlier this week a similar sighting was spotted in Alaska. I pulled out my phone and took multiple pictures and a video of it making a downward descent, making me believe its not an aircraft. Also afterwards when I had reached my street, i noticed animals in the neighborhood seemed to be restless. Ie. Dogs that were outside started barking and running frantically, i noticed more birds in the neighborhood than usual, squirrels, scurrying frantically up trees, and crows in the trees, which you almost never see in the neighborhood, started cawing aggressively almost at what seemed to be nothing. It was almost surreal.

My girlfriend and I saw a ball of bright light making some impossible maneuvers for at least 5 min,looked away for 1 sec and it’s gone.

I came home with my girlfriend from a friends late at night. The house is positioned at the top of a very slight hill, with a small driveway at the base of said hill. We parked at the base of the driveway, and proceeded to walk up to the house. As we were walking up, my girlfriend pointed out a ball of light in the sky that stood out among the stars that was seemingly floating in the distance behind & over her house. After going inside, I went to the screen porch door at the back of the house to see if the light ball was still there. It was still there, floating in the distance, just a circular ball of light that was making maneuvers in the sky. There was no engine or rotor noise like you would hear from a jet or helicopter so I was really just curious as to what I was looking at. My girlfriend had gone straight to the bathroom to clean up, and I was still standing at the screen porch watching this thing bounce around in the sky when she came back downstair! s. At this point we both just stand at the screen door staring at this circular light for several minutes, debating on what we though it might be. She eventually became bored and went to watch tv, but I just couldn’t take my eyes off of this thing. Just the way it moved in the sky was unlike anything I’d seen in my life and I live next to a military base where I see things in the sky all the time and I don’t even take a second glance. After at least 5 minutes of watching this ball intently, I took my eyes off it to turn and say something to my girlfriend along the lines of “ it’s either a massive drone or a guy flying around on a jet pack” and when I turned to look back for the light ball the thing had completely disappeared.

Floating fire changes to 3 triangular lights and speeds away

This occurs often, appearing many Monday and Thursday nights at 9 pm, if not more often.

What looks like a floating cylinder of fire appears over the field behind the Fields restaurant when I get done my shift at work.

Upon watching this fire-like object for a time it will hover, dim and brighten, and finally the object will dim completely to reveal three blinking lights in a triangular formation.

Once the triangular lights appear the object will speed away.

Two fiery orbs traveling one after the other across the sky, second larger than first, both totally silent then disappearing mid flight

I saw a glowing ball moving along the sky in what appeared to be a southwest to northwest trajectory. It was about 45 degrees above the horizon (ie not low on the horizon, and not directly overhead). It was moving along at the speed you'd expect from a plane, but it was bright red like fire with no flashing lights or discernible shape.

I grabbed my wife (more of the skeptic type) and at first she was like, "it's a plane." But then she was like "what is THAT!" Behind the first object was a second, same intense fiery color, following a similar path/speed/height but this one was larger. After watching this travel across the sky for about a minute it slowly faded out and disappeared. It was a clear night, you could see stars. There were no other lights or flashing lights on either object, and both were completely silent. We have a lot of fighter jet activity out here out of the Burlington airport for the National Guard, so we're used to that type of noise and activity.

Small object following International Space Station.



I'm a coast to coast insider and heard Peter's report this morning from last night's show.

The sighting was from Jericho Vermont.

Last night (08.08.2013 9:00 pm – 9:11PM) I went out to watch the International Space Station for the 3rd time this week.

The sky had scattered clouds but was clear in the path of the Space Station. As Station was about half way through the sky when I noticed a small dim object following the Station. It was traveling at the same rate of speed slightly behind it off the station's port side. It was a dim redish brown color. I continued watching both till they disappeared over the horizon.

Here is the info from my NASA e-mail on the ISS position at the time of the sighting.

I know what air planes look like when they fly over! This was not one. This came from the south and was at first a gold light it had flashing lights, not constant, but flashing faster than an airplanes and had no pattern. Also, they didn't make much noise. At first I thought they were choppers, but they were too silent for choppers. They seemed to be in a chopper shape though or airplane shape. The only other possibility is a government new-aircraft. I saw what was clearly a gvt plane fly after one of the things, but it was dark and I'm unsure of all of this. I saw an at least regular airplane right after so I knew it wasn't one.

Nasa's Space station.-----Duuuuugghh!! Gosh, you freek'n idiots.

for everyone that thought this was a U.F.O. Duuuuugh... It was the space station you idiots. Heading East well passing planes in speed. I was lucky to see it on my telescope.-Awesome. It crossed the Entire U.S. and did not blink. If you say that you saw its shape you're lying unless you have 20/20 vision. If you thought it was a shooting star, keep wishing. Nothing else was in vision aside from stars and the moon so you cannot say that this is not was you saw, like I know you will.

Rectangular object with rounded edges with gray outline around it and three lights which turned on and off from right to left in VT.

I saw something with pulsating lights far off in space at a distance and it seemed to be gradually moving left from its position, I asked my brother to take a look and he told me it was a planet or star and that it was not moving I kept watching it and gradually even he noticed it had left its position and was much farther left, I went and got binoculars and looked and rested my arms on a table to get a more clear / stationary view as my arms were shakey and saw it was a rectangular shaped object with red, turqoisish, and light blue colored lights in the middle and as my brother described it "...weird because the lights are perfectly and evenly spaced out." The lights seemed to go on off on off on off quickly from right to left and repeated doing this, it became stationary after me and my brother noticed its position had changed as it had moved. I could see an outline of grayish color around its black colored form, I don't know if this was a haze / aura thing or just where it could be seen apart from the background of space. There were only two actual planets which could be seen that night which were clearly planets and were far to the right, the exact opposite direction of this object (I was pointed out this by my stepfather). My stepfather went and got his telescope on my brother's request and one of his hobbies is astrology and even he didn't know what it was. We all looked at it, me with my binoculars and a few times with the telescope, my brother and stepfather mostly the telescope. My stepfather suggested it might be debris in space relfecting light or something but also said he really didn't know but my brother and me sort of thought it was something manufactured as my brother said once or twice it was "...weird because the lights are perfectly and evenly spaced out." That and it had changed it's position. I have seen similar objects in the night sky in the same position times before but no one has listened to me or bothered to look with me until last night. The object we saw the night I described was a rectangular black object with round edges and a light gray outline with three evenly spaced lights in the middle which turned on and off from right to left continuously and the object was some distance off in space as to see the details better a pair of binoculars and a telescope were needed. I drew an image that closely resembles what we saw in windows paint.

Greenish pulse of light caught my attention. I captured one minute of video.

I video taped an object as it danced about the sky. Blue, green, red lights were seen. At one point a second object is seen to circle the light and move off but remaing in veiw. It lasted one minute and the results of the video are most interesting.
