Small UFO seen descending and then quickly ascending back into cloud cover.

UFO was spotted in the clouds moving quickly down towards the pond behind the shops in the plaza. The UFO was disk shaped and had colored lights moving quickly around the bottom. It was descending enough to be seen under the clouds because it was clearly visible and was quite low and made no sound at all. It started going back up in the sky around 5-10 seconds after it was spotted. It moved incredibly fast vertically and unnaturally, it went in-between the clouds before disappearing.

Spoted an object in the sky immiting LED-like light, around 6 am on Sept 3. The object did not move around but it seemed change shapes

First noticed a bright "light" on my lake, from my bathroom window, later observed an object in the sky, the "light" on the lake was a reflection of the object. The object was bright, like a LED light in the sky. it did not move around, but it seemed to change shapes, circle, cigar, corn, etc. However, I have vision issues, so not 100% sure about the shapes. It might also be caused by clouds: at times, the object was shadowed by clouds. It stayed there for about half an hour, may be longer, because I went back to sleep when it gradually got day light outside. I took a few pictures using my Google P7 phone. See attached.

When viewing a mostly clear sky and bright moon, a fireball craft darted from left to right above the tree line but far below the clouds. This phenomenon was to the right of the moon. The fireball was orange. Moments after the sighting a man in his underwear was disoriented and approached the observers from behind. The man said he was a navy seal.

Bright white light orbs with green edges, very bright and rocketing very fast towards the ground west of PTK airport

I am a Pilot at PTK airport, been there for years and know what normal airport activity looks like. At approximately 21:00 I was on the ground and saw west of the airport white and green lights spinning and plummeting out of the sky incredibly fast. At First thinking it was a plane crashing I pointed out to the lineman next to me. After seeing it for slightly longer it was far too brightly lit, large, and moving much too fast to be any standard plane. It appeared to be plummeting to the ground and disappeared over the horizon line. ATC at the airport tower did not see it with there only being a skeleton crew left at the time. Only one plane was in the air near the airport and traveling in the opposite direction as the lights. I have been flying out of that airport for years and seen thousands of different planes and helicopters come in and out. I fly myself and have a comprehensive knowledge of aviation. That thing looked like nothing I have ever seen and I’m so baffled as to what it could be.

The left one was bigger and white- the right was was smaller and red. It was NOT airplanes.

I was driving and looked up- saw to things in the sky that we’re heading and shooting down. Almost like an airplane far away but it wasn’t. One was red and one was white. They were biggish and slowly disappeared. By time I pulled into a plaza to take a video- they were both gone. I do have Live Photos I did in fact take while driving. About 3/4 years ago I saw that same thing and after a minute, that one also disappeared.

Also this may seem crazy- and totally insane, but I have memories of extraterrestrial encounters and I’m not sure if they are dreams or actual memories. But it’s time to speak up of the things I see in the sky. I believe I’m

Clear/ white sphere appeared suddenly

While driving west on Pontiac lake road east of airport road intersection, a sphere appeared approximately 150 ft to my right overhead. I was traveling 40 mph and the sphere came out of nowhere and then accelerated and vanished. It looked like a smoke filled glass orb and travelled in a straight line before disappearing. I experienced a headache and felt nauseous. I’ve not seen this type of ufo before, nor have I ever felt unwell with a sighting. There was no sound, and unbelievably there was no other traffic for that time of evening. It’s been approximately 5 years since I’ve seen any ufo activity locally.

I saw it and then the next thing I know is I watched it disappear like instantly. Not fading just gone into the black sky. But it was so clear and bright before.

Saw one light about the size of a satellite moving right to left. As I was looking, it immediately reversed direction and went left to right. At that point, it started moving in a very small, tight circle. It did that for about five minutes and then started going up and down for a few seconds before doing figure eights and then returning to small tight circles. I was talking to a friend on the phone and had my mother and sister look out and confirm that it was moving in weird ways impossible for a plane or satellite and was also getting brighter and dimmer

Strange moving light in the sky

My children forgot to take my garbage cans to the road, I ran outside and took the cans to the curb. I noticed how strange the sky appeared, I noticed three moving lights very fast, close together in the same direction. I ran in to get my phone and back outside and started to flip them on my iPhone. I quickly chocked them up to being satellites or something else. Then I looked over in the other side of the sky when I noticed a strange bright light that moved strange and nothing I am aware of that is man made can move like this. I filmed it and zoomed in, and frankly got very scared. This light has 3 or more lights on it if you got frame by frame. It disappears and reappears, I just shook it off and showed my children the video I just taped. They were freaked out. My husband travels for work and I had forgotten about it and I just sent him the video, he instructed me that I should probably report it. I feel stupid but I know what I saw and I have the video of! it. I got so scared I stopped filming and ran in the house.

I was in the hottub with my mom looking at the stars when we saw the lights in the triangle shape glide across the sky then hover up.

Me and my Mom were relaxing in the hottub Looking up at the sky hoping to see a shooting star. There were alot of Tall trees to the left of us, and from over the trees we saw one bright light, at first my mom thought it was a satelite until two more bright lights followed behind it making a triangle shape. Me and my mom could clearly see the shape of a triangle in the sky, the triangle was darker than the sky and you could see the sky behind it. The triangle had three bright lights on each corner of it. The Triangle slowly cruised over the night sky without a sound, then the triangle stopped and proceeded to hover up into the sky until it was out of view. From the time me and my mom saw the triangle until it was out of view was about 2 minutes. It was an experience I will never forget.

I have pictures of this object and they have great quality. For weeks I looked at how the planets looked from earth and there is no similarities. It was about 11:15 and I was in the basement finishing up some homework when my dad screamed to come outside immediately as he was out letting our dog workout his last business before bed. I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. This object was being circled blatantly by planes which had blinking lights on them (red) it was saucer shaped emitting a crazy amount of light. After staring for an hour it vanished. I sent the picture to my old astrology teacher and even he could not believe what his eyes were looking at.

UFO’s over Michigan

Looked up in the sky to see 30 plus ufo spaces equally moving from southwest to north east all at the same speed and equal spacing. Then noticed same thing happening north to south. Still movement as I type this. Definitely not aircraft in our atmosphere and way way way to many to be any satellite or space station.

Confirmed with a friend in a different county him and his family went outside and witnessed the same thing for over 40 minutes now.

When I recorded them on my phone, they are seen as small then they pulse into a larger circle and go back down to a small size. We witnessed this for minutes and then they disappeared from the sky like the light shut off.

Three red lights silently floating

While driving we saw red lights through the trees. We wanted to see where the lights were coming from so we followed them. Three red lights slowly drifted above the trees and passed over us as we tried to follow it. I rolled down my window to hear if it made any sound. It was silent. I tried to look beyond the lights to see if the object/s was a plane or drones. I couldn’t see anything. It was as though they were three separate red lights moving in unison. I checked our car clock to see if we had “lost time” but only a few minutes passed. The object(s) drifted away from the road and above a Forrest our of sight. I instructed the driver to follow it knowing that if it kept heading in the same direction it would be in an open space above water soon. We sped down the road to catch up with it but never regained sight of it again.

We retraced our path to see if there was anything we could have mistook for a flying object. There was a radio tower but the towers lights couldn’t have crossed the road.

I saw an orange orb Frozen in place in the sky, until some planes began to head towards it!

Okay, so, I was in my room (which is located on the second floor of my house) watching a UFO documentary on YouTube via my PS4, when outside of my window I saw an orange orb just still, not moving. I was watching a UFO documentary because, back in May, I had creepy dreams about being abducted by ufos and kept waking up to my window glowing Green light, and feeling a sense of sleep paralysis. My window would also sometimes containing a bunch of computerized 0s and 1s, so I was doing my own version of "research" haha.

At first I got nervous, and tried to use deduction to figure out whether it was simply a plane, a rocket, a weather balloon, or something unidentified, but then it began to act strange. It stayed still for a good amount of minutes, which I couldn't make sense of, but took the opportunity to take a picture anyways with my phone (my hands shook out of nervousness so it came out looking odd instead of orb shaped).

All of a sudden though I saw some blinking planes (I assume they were planes) heading towards it, about two of them at first, and the orange orb started moving DIRECTLY UPWARDS. Not diagonal, just upwards, which made me think of a rocket for a second. That's when I took my phone again and started recording it, but my hands kept moving and I was breathing hard out of nervousness so that also came out bad.

Eventually it passed the planes, went over my house and when I stood outdoors, I noticed it no longer looked orange, but instead, was hard to see and blinking. Then it went over the trees and vanished, followed by 4 planes.

Once it went over my house I took like 7-10 secs to get outside so it could've vanished then and afterwards what I saw blinking was one of the now 4 planes following the same direction, but I don't know what to make of it.

The video I took had mysteriously ended up in my email trash bin, but maybe I hit something by accident and caused that bit. I have further seen this orange orb 2 or 3 more times in July around the same general location each time, and someone else in my room witnessed the last time with me, but I haven't bothered to try and get more pictures. Also I am not saying this orb that keeps coming back is an alien, but it to me is unidentified.

Damp overcast sky saw two faint white lines thru the cloud cover, space beteen them...not flying on the leesburg, Va approach path helicopter going low from south to north roughly...low and not close to where lines were. Was to the left of where brighter star is, between 10 and 11 clock in the sky, going towards NE.

There was a flash of light and the lines were gone...weird, Did not look like lights at all no sound from above, just heli in background towards Camp David?

Two bright lights moving mostly south

Two bright lights heading South by West. One following the other separated by three fingers at arm's length.

Clear sky, some high clouds. No sound, however they were very far away. About 40 degrees above horizon.

This area is in the landing pattern for Dulles airport and they were using no typical path through the area. Below clouds but no idea of altitude.

I moved some as there were power lines and trees to look around but seemed that both disappeared, that is did not fly out of my sight line.

I first thought they were just airplanes with sun glint, but the two together was unusual and it just didn't seem right.

I saw a red and purple pulsating light probably over Pontiac, Michigan.I was sitting in a chair on lakefront property in Waterford watching this light move slowly barely above the treeline.

There were two lights: one that I KNEW WAS A PLANE due to the WHITE LIGHT. I only saw it for what seemed like forever,but it was no more than 5 minutes. It moved along the tree line and shine a bright light down on wherever it was traveling over and then move on as soon as i saw it. One light (red and purple) moved in a straight line as the other light(a white light that i knew was a plane due its flight path with the local landing strip) passed it.


As the red and purple light moved on and then vanished into what seemed nothing, the plane banked and turned toward the path of the red and purple light in what seems almost a pursuit speed.

It was dark but i know for sure it was not a US aircraft because the only vehicles to use purple lights are funeral processions and they use magenta lights (I used to work in a factory manufactoring emergency beacons) and they did not pulsate in the manner that any emergency lights I have ever seen

Fast moving triangle ufo.

Stopped at the traffic light on Voorheis Rd., crossing m59 going south I seen a object shaped like a triangle. It was black with no lights flying very low aprox 100 feet above the homes. it was at a fast rate going east to west.

At first, it was very thin, then it looked as if it banked hard to go south. That's when I seen its full size and triangle shape.

It was headed south west after it banked. I lost sight after it banked cause of trees. It was so low, I kept watching the area for a sign of crash or smoke. I've never seen anything this low, fast, and strange before.

The craft seemed to be about 50 feet wide, and made no sound at all.

Saw oval-circular shaped, bright white UFO fly at a steady pace, low altitude, out from a bank of clouds, move at a diagonal away from me (northeast, from where I was facing), and disappear into an opposite bank of clouds just a few seconds later.

This was not the ISS, as far as my knowledge goes, as the station was supposed to pass over my area at around 23:30, two hours after I saw the UFO.

Object moved with a mild "wobble" to its path, like it was zigzagging slightly.

This could have been an optical illusion, but the object itself was very much so real.

Red ball of light traveling west and gaining altitude until lost in clouds.

Heading south on route 1 in Waterford, CT, at approximately 21:20, my spouse and I happened to notice an orange object in the sky heading west and gaining altitude. The object was somewhat square and solid orange, as if it were a ball of light or the bottom of a rocket burning fuel through the atmosphere.

The object was several thousand feet up when spotted. I pulled over and got out of our vehicle while I handed my wife my iPhone to record the object. There was no sound that we could hear being omitted from the object and we watched for almost 3 minutes before it disappeared into the clouds. I must add that I specifically looked for flashing lights off of potential wings, but there weren't any. Tonight is a relatively clear night and I can identify airplanes in the sky as I type this report.

During the fireworks display over Lake Oakland, My sister niece and nephew witnessed Numerous balls of red lights in the sky. All coming from east to west, but within a 10 to 15 mile radius of my house. Consistently red glowing not blinking. No sound moving in straight trajectories, in different directions. Craziest thing I've ever seen in my life. I have never been so excited before. Absolutely not stars planes helicopters or balloons. No sound whatsoever...absolutely amazing. There has to be other people who saw these things. counted over 20 plus. I recorded some with my cell phone but obviously those aren't great... with binoculars the lights were extremely intense with no variation. I know what we saw was not from here. One of the best nights of my life!

Reddish orange colored bright lights that flew into a circle formation for several seconds..then some flew out and away, then the rest.

Round red orange bright lights several single ones....approximately 10 or so.......formed a big circle formation all evenly spaced between the lights. After several seconds of the circle formation they started moving out of the circle formation and eventually several at a time flew away. It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen and probably will ever see. My mom and daughter were with me and we all saw it. This happened above our church as we were leaving the parking lot.

After arriving back home at my mom's house we went out on their back deck (this was about 10 minutes later at most). We saw a flash of light in the sky that looked like cloud lightening......but it was not stormy and we only saw it once. Not sure if that was related at all. It just seemed weird after seeing the lights earlier we were very concerned what they were.

The second instance of seeing a being while coming out of a sleep for me. I awakened for an unknown reason while sleeping in my bed on the upstairs floor of a 3 level unit. The blinds are the same as the lower level, and the light comes through them well. So, there was a good amount of light in my room. I was still trying to come to a full awake state. My arms and legs were disabled, but I could move my mouth and see with my eyes.

I was sleeping on my right side of my body in a half fetal position. The being was standing at the side of my bed, facing me, at about the halfway point of my mattress. It was staring at me. I stared back at it, and I was a bit frightened by the appearance of this being: especially due to it being at my bedside as I woke. I attempted to move my arms and legs, but to no avail. This angered me. I then proceeded to show my teeth in a fierce manner to this being. I guess I did this because it was my only method left of self defense. I was very unfortable not being able to move my arms and legs. This being disappeared right in front of my eyes. One second it was in front of me, the next it was gone. No movement. Just gone! The being was brown in color, but unlike the previous contact being. This being had a human-like appearance in bodily form (legs, arms, round head, etc.), but looked nothing like a human in any other way. It had a dark brown color to it. It almost appeared to have a slimy texture to it (outward skin). Further, although I can not completely recall: I think the being could change the coloring of itself slightly. I am not saying brown to blue, I mean dark brown to light brown.

I was scared for a few days after this. I had issues of not wanting to fall asleep. It seems that this is the time they appear, and catch me off-guard. I would much prefer if I was walking in a field, and saw them 30 feet in front of me. Then, we would be on a bit more of a fair playing field! Whatever is going on, I know that they are here now! I know they can do things that I can not do, whether it is some type of technology that enables them to disappear or it is biological.

Has anyone else had experiences with an insect-type being?

I do not know if this was a dream, or if I was being dropped back off after being abducted.

All I recall was waking up in the middle night after feeling like I was dropped back down to my couch. It was dark in whatever room I was in, but surely it could have been a dream. I remember yelling at this being, while I was laying down. Further, the being looked like an insect, but stood upright. It had antennae coming from its head. The idea I got after I woke was that it was a locust being. I compared it to a locust for some reason.

After I woke, whether dream or not, I recall a loud humming noise above my place outside. The sound was subtle, but noticeable. I hear these sounds above my house after waking up all the time (always in the middle of the night). Generally, I will go to the bathroom after waking, and hear this sound of some craft, plane, etc. before or during my trip to the bathroom. Many times, I hear this, but do not feel any other strange symptoms or problems after waking.

One thing for sure is: I have never been harmed,, to my knowledge, in any way. Therefore, although I have no clue what is going on with all of these visitors: they do not seem to be harming me: atleast nothing I know of.

That's all I have to give for the time being!

Edges seemed white or near-white. Height of travel difficult to discern, size of craft difficult to discern. Appeared for only 2-3 seconds before UFO disappeared behind treeline and then reappeared briefly seconds later far on horizon for 2 more seconds, having turned to a SE direction. Travel was silent as if gliding. Best estimate of speed 100-150 MPH.

I will first state that I am a Christian man, and I attempt to live by the word of God through his words in the bible. I have another story, if you have interest in calling me, of a strange happening which is not necessarily UFO related, but was very revealing to me.

I was sleeping on the main floor of a 3 floor unit I live in. I was sleeping on the couch. The blinds in the room give off plenty of light, nearly enough to be daylight indoors. Therefore, even though they were closed, it was plenty light inside.

Suddenly, while in a deep sleep, I woke up from a tap on the shoulder. I jerked quickly and looked around to see who may have done this.

Note: I was still in a semi-sleep state, but more like when someone gets up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I turned my head while still laying down, to the right and behind me. I saw a being with a cloak or hooded outfit walking away from me. The hood was on. The color of this cloak was a strong brightish brown color. The being was walking toward my garage door about 4-6 feet away from me. It was on a bit of a side angle at one point, and I saw the side of its face.

It had a brownish-scaled face. Similar to the texture of the et in the movie ET. The look of its texture and appearance of skin, not the way it looked. Recall, I only saw it from a side angle.

The being then dissapeared, while walking toward the garage door. I was then wide awake by this time. It is strange because it was light inside, and all I recall is it tapping me on my shoulder and leaving. Nothing more, nothing less!

my grandmother reported seeing a silver cigar shaped flying object over her country home...

I am a grandson of my grandmothers. I don't ((fool)) around, and i'm not one for wasting my time on time consuming websites like this one here. Anyhow... my grandmother is very religous and doesnt believe in hokus pokus ufo's nor aliens, or whatever the hell propaganda spotting of ufo's people of the world conjure.

On the other hand i do, but im not one to let my mind run off in a frenzy over the thought, that hey, maybe we're not the only ones around. I believe in energy, positive and negative...

im not religous in any aspect, i only believe in what i believe, which is energy, and what is plasma, im liviing now and it is good, and if i die tomorrow, then oh well, as i must have served my purpose, we all die eventually, so death to me is just a new birth, a breakdown of molecules: evaporating, condesating, and mixing to form another form of some other kind of form: elements of the universe, something i think scientist's will never grasp, nor understand. I'm not trying to sound nuts, I just go deep, and i don't care what anyone thinks.

But last summer of 2007, my fiance and I went to visit my grandmother, like we do every sunday. It was late, like 7:30- 8, im pretty sure but dont take my word for it. She was in the kitchen, drinking coffee, we were there for about forty-five minutes and she said oh man! did I tell you... I took ((child's name deleted)) (who was only a year old at the time) outside to show her the stars when she pointed up and made a noise. She said (grandmother):There was this long silver cigar-shaped thing floating over the house, and it was moving very,very slow, and I stood out there for not even five minutes, when it disappeared over the tree lines. I got excited... and every now and then I think about that, so thats why I jumped online to try and figure this out or get some answers:spite of curiousity...

I've always been into the stars because it fascinates myself, i always wonder what might be out there, i've always felt trapped here on earth, and if i was filthy rich, id probab ly build something, to get away and to see the beautiful outside, even if i starved to death on my way to everywhere, at least i would die with a glimps of what i always have wanted to venture on into. Im not crazy, im just passionate, and i express my passion when i speak, or write, like ive just done. So you can take this as a complete hoax, and ill probably take u guys as complete assholes, seriously. U should check this out. Oh, for information, just so u know: she lives on 64 acres of land, i guess she lives in the valley of a small "moutain" or a really big hill, anyhow she's above sea level, compared to the actual city of erie. And on another note: When my mother was a little girl, maybe 5- or 6, her and her sister dissapeared into those woods, from the beginning of daylight to the dropping of it, my grandparents found them sitting talking into the air, to themselves. till this day my mom will tell you, that there was a large rock like thing floating right above the ground, and they were talking to eat, having a conversation with it, but she doesnt remember what it was about. to break this down even further: my mom is 46 years old now, and she's very cool, she's into these crystals or whatever the hell they are, her plants, and she's very spiritual on an energynote. her husbands an electrical engineer at g.e., and when it comes to those kind of things, he thinks shes pretty much nuts. you'll have to get ahold of her. like face to face. it's interesting. anyhow, i think ive said entirely way to much. so how the hell do i get ahold of you people, if a... i cant leave any info. about anyone, or myself? whats up with that? oh, and im not a treky or whatever the hell u call those freaks. im just a normal dude who thinks to! much.

I saw some sort of triangular craft with lights in different directions hovering over M-59 in Waterford near Pontiac Lk. Rd. I rolled down the window in my car to see if I could hear it, thinking it was a helicopter. It was completely silent and just hovering in one spot maybe 70-100 feet off the ground. I was at a red light waiting at that intersection and when the light changed none of the cars went on green because they were all staring at it like me. I pulled off the road in disbelief and a few seconds later it hovered over M-59, and headed south over some buildings. I watched it go completely out of sight, and then looked at everyone as they all looked at one another to see if everyone saw it. It looked about the size of a car from what I could tell. I'm completely weirded out now!

Unidentifiable light(lights) moving uncharacteristically.......

Around eight i saw what appeared to be an airplane-however i know the flight patterns of the closest airport (pontiac airport) and this was not moving in the according paths....it was moving towards me(to the east) and was not flashing, blinking or changing altitude. It stayed almost perfectly level and was glowing a bright orange. The intensity of the glow vareied to almost white at times, then to a yellow again. Thought it may have been a helicopter, but no sound.....Suddenly just blinked off/ dissappeared. Minutes later, in the exact same place, saw what appeared to be a comet/meteor shoot from the same spot in the sky down to the right(behind the tree-line). Kept watching and 2-3 min. later saw an extremely bright light rise up from where the "meteor" went to the ground. It rose straight up and then suddenly chaged direction to the left-immediately. It traveled perfectly straight to the left(south) and kept going until out of sight,picking up speed until out of sight. No clouds that night. About 25 degrees and no wind(maybe 3-5 mph). Very quiet outside....Within 5-10 min., two helicopters where combing the area(very discernable) for about 30-45 min. Lots of stars(very clear) and great visability. Still freaks me out as to what it was.....

2 triangular crafts, appearing about 20 minutes about, fast moving, with one green light and two alternately strobing white lights

Starting around 23:00 hour, while I was outside talking on my cell phone, a strange, fast-moving, nearly silent object appeared to the east of me on the horizon.

As far as I could tell because of the lights, it had a triangular shape, but I can't be positive. There were 3 lights on the craft: white, alternately strobing lights in the front and back and one green light that completed the triangle. The strangest thing about this craft is that it covered the WHOLE SPAN OF THE HORIZON in less than 2 minutes. To my knowledge, no plane can move that fast.

About 20 minutes later, I was still outside and another of the same crafts appeared. As this was happening, my little sister was walking outside to get something out of the car. I pointed to the sky and she screamed to her friend on the phone, "Holy sh*t, there's a UFO in the sky!" Again, this craft traversed the whole span of the horizon, again traveling from east to west as the other craft had.

Floating Craft zooms away as I stop to look at it, weird!

i was driving south from my home on a road with few houses. I saw some red lights and a white light in the trees ahead of me. As I drove up to these lights they were completely stationary making no noise, and i would say about 100 feet off the ground. I 100% thought these were radio towers or cell towers that someone one put up today. I completely stopped the vehicle and put my window down. As soon as I did this the object made a slight roaring noise and accelerated extremly quick to the north. As it flew north it gained altitude and speed untill I could no longer see it. It had a steady red light on what I would call the front of the craft, a blinking red light on the tail of the craft and a steady white light on the bottom. I could not see the actual craft or its shape, but the orientation of the lights allowed me to make out front back and bottom. Truly the oddest experience I have.

Six bright, white lights in apparent formation approached at high speed with military aircraft in vicinity

Walking up the hill back to the house from our barn at 7:05 pm EST, Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, I was looking down at my feet in the deep snow (so I wouldn't trip), when I noticed a flash of light fill the sky, seeming to come from behind me. When I whirled around, I was startled by the appearance of six bright light whites in two apparently separate triangular groups. Each triagular group of three lights appeared to be the size of a folded postcard held at arms' length. The lights appeared to be quite close to me in terms of distance - maybe 250 yards - and it was immediately apparent that they were moving toward me at high speed descending from an initial altitude of a couple of hundred feet. There were only the six bright lights, quite small in size, with no structure discernable around them or between them. The lights were not flashing, and were a constant white colour. One other witness feels that there were some pink tinges associated with the lights. Nevertheless the relative spacing between the lights remained absolutely constant in the 10-15 seconds that I observed them, as though they were rigidly connected. The two triangular groups moved together, with no change in the spacing between them other than an apparent increase in size as the object(s) approached. There was no sound either preceding or during the appearance of the lights.

At the same moment that I first saw the lights, I noticed two aircraft flying one in front of the other well behind the lights and at a higher altitude. I believe that the aircraft were military aircraft. We do not live near a commercial airport, but we do see military planes (A-10's; F-16's) from time to time as we border military area Y-2 in New Hampshire.

I noted the navigation lights and strobes on the two aircraft. The planes were travelling from right to left of my field of visions, perpendicular to the apparent direction of travel of the lights which was more or less directy towards me. The lights were not near the aircraft and it did not appear possible that the planes were the source of the light phenomenon. The lights were much closer, at a lower altitude and moving in an entirely different direction than the planes. The relative positions and movements of the planes and the lights, and the exact simultaneous extinguishing of the lights (see below) in my mind precludes flares as being the identification of the lights.

As the lights approached from the southwest, and after 10-15 seconds of observing them all six lights disappeared at exactly the same moment, with no change in direction, no residue, nor sound of any kind. They simply vanished at once while in motion towards me, as though someone turned off a light switch.

The two aircraft made a wide, sweeping turn around our property and at some point about one minute later another two aircraft joined the "pattern" circling our property. The planes remained circling overhead in a fairly tight turning pattern for well-over one hour (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes) at which time they flew off.

This event was witnessed by three people who agree on the details of the event.

A very large slow moving triangle with bright strobes and no sound

As my wife and I were headed back to our car after having been shopping I looked up and noticed very bright and fast flashing strobes. At first I thought they were planes heading to the Albany airport but then realized they were part of a very large and slowing moving triangle shaped object. It head from East to West then banked very slowly to the southwest and dropped behind the hills and out of sight. I estimate it about 600 feet or so above the ground. During our sighting another person asked what we were looking at and when I pointed up they panicked and left very quickly. There was quite a distance between the strobes, more so than any aircraft I've ever seen. Could not make out any structure between the lights but could tell they were all afixed to the same object as they all moved with each other in one fluid motion.It also had no sound at all. The sky was partly cloudy with stars visible . It was quite interesting but creepy.

Iwas sitting in the front bedroom of my house in south waterford township mi next to pontiac, I looked out and then glanced into the room for a second to say something to the number of people in the room. I then glanced out again and noticed three lights in a triangle fashion. I could clearly see the outline of the dark craft from the night sky behind it. The craft moved behind some trees about 40-50 yards from the window, and the craft appeared about the size of larger than a semitruck. The lights stayed a steady dull light of the three lights. kind of like street lights about 2-3 blocks away. after a few seconds I got up and went to the front bathroom that is in the bedroom, and open the front window and actualy from the waist up was out the window, a few planes in the distant and a small jetlike plane following in the pathe of the craft. there was clouds in the sky to the south east so I couls no longer see the craft. I am not sure what it was but it was large and ominous. ((name deleted))

UFO spotted in Maine above a summer camp

Three of us were sitting on the shores of Lake McGwain at our camp and were watching the water. We looked up into the sky to search for shooting stars. We saw a "star" through the trees that appeared to be moving. After watching it for a minute we realised it wasn't a plane because it would zig zag around the sky. We moved to an area unobstructed by the tree and the object was still there. We watched it for 20 minutes as it zig zagged across the sky. It then started to change slightly in hue to a reddish to a greenish and then back to a yellowish white. The object then began to get larger and smaller as it appeared to be movin closer and further away. All three of us witnessed this event and were quite stunned to say the least. All of us beleived it not to be a star or a plane or a satellite. Although my two companions were skeptics, they also believed it to be a UFO.

Missile-shaped object flies over Nuclear Facility in Waterford CT.



On 09/06/2001, at 0550 hours (EDST) myself and several witnesses viewed a "missile-shaped" object just south of Waterford, CT over Long Island Sound. I am the Armed Response Force Team Leader at Millstone Nuclear in Waterford, CT and several of the witnesses are Armed Response Force Members and/or Licensed Nuclear Reactor Operators. From a distance of approximately one half mile, we witnessed what, at first, appeared to be a rapidly approaching plane heading toward our facility from the direction of Orient Point Long Island, NY. This appeared as a very bright light approximately 300-400 feet above sea level, moving toward us at a high rate of speed. The object was flying parallel to the ground at this height until it reached a distance approximately 1/4 mile from our shorline. It then began a trajectory at approximately 60-70%, still headed in a North-Easterly direction (toward Providence, RI). At this point, we were able to discern the outline of the object. It was approximately 35-40' in length and shaped very much like a rocket or missile. It had a four-fin tail end and swept back wings near the front end. The wings extended back and outward from the body, but we could not discern the distance they extended outward. As the object began to gain altitude, there were red sparks and bluish/white smoke erupting from the rear. Although the flight path maintained a North-East bearing, it was evident that the object was not flying in a straight-line manner once it began its' ascent. The flight path became somewhat erratic as the object continued to gain altitude and proceded northward. Because of the amount of contrail (which remained visible in the sky for nearly an hour) and the amount of flame being emitted, many of us were convinced the object was going to crash. Many of the witnesses are former Naval Nuclear personnel and most thought the object was a "Polaris-type" missile or some other type of nautically-luanched device. The weather conditions at the time of this incident were clear, mild, and very little wind, The air temperature was approximately 60 degrees Farenheit. There were no other objects visible in the sky and the sun was just rising above the horizon to our East. we were able to view the object for approximately ane and one-half minutes prior to it becoming indistinct. Because we are a Federally Regulated Nuclear Facility, I made immediate notification to the FAA. The FAA made inquiries to all the airports on the North East Corridor and none reported any planes down or in trouble at the time of the sighting, however, the FAA had recieved several other phone calls conerning this incident. The FAA called me back about an hour later and suggested I file this report.

I looked and saw a sphere shaped object with many differntly colored rapidly flashing lights.

It was late on a warm night in July. I was outside my father's house with my step brother, brother, and grandfather. My step-brother was down by the lake while the rest of us were casually visiting about 50 yards away on the porch. The silence of the night was broken by my step brother running up the hill from the lake. He told us to all look up in the sky pretty much strait out. I looked and saw a sphere shaped object with many differntly colored rapidly flashing lights. There was absolutely no noticable pattern to the flashing lights. The craft zipped back and forth in a zig zagging pattern at an uncomprehendable rate of speed. (it could not possibly have been a plane or a helicopter, it was moving way to fast!!!) After repeating this pattern for about 6 and a half minutes it stopped and hovered in the same spot for about another 3 minutes. A red ball of light was then lowered from the bottom of the craft and the craft repeated the zig zag pattern for another 7 minutes or so. The UFO then slowly made its way over to the rear left corner of the lake and hovered there for a couple of minutes. the craft then proceeded to drop a ball of light and the ball hit the ground and lit up the entire sky with bright flash. (I swear to god on all of this!!!) Throughout the entire account the craft did produce a sound that i or any member of my party could hear it was silent. The craft then proceeded to fly off to left more and I eventually lost sight as it flew by my house. I did not care to follow to the front of the house as I was pretty shaken by the entire expereience. The date my not be exact as this happened a long time ago but every thing I have stated here is absolutely true. The UFO was somewhat distant throughout the entire experience being as it was not a close encounter.

I witnessed a meteor / fireball that passed south of my location traveling from the West to the East at a fairly slow rate of speed.

I was driving south bound when my wife asked what kind of aircraft is that? I had to duck down and look up to see what she was talking about. It was a great fireball with several small pieces breaking off and trailing behind it as it traveled from the West at 260' to the East at 080'. I had to look up at about a 50' angle to see it as it passed directly in front of my vehicle's position due south of me. I continued to follow it even after it stopped burning. It turned a dark amber and I could clearly see that it was a large, somewhat round, meteor. It disappeared into the haze at the horizon between 5 to 10' elevation. I would estimate its speed to be 4 times that of the space shuttle. It was visible for atleast 30 seconds if not longer as we did not see this from the start of the event. Several local TV stations have shown home video of it which I will send by UPS.

I was driving home down hwy 20, heading towards east troy, about 2 miles outside of waterford.

As I was driving I noticed a very large object in the sky that was very low, and moving very slowly. It was so low and moving so slow, that the physics of it just did not make any sense to me.

Hwy 20 does not have much traffic (no cars passed the whole time) so I slowed down and rolled down my window in my car. As it came directly overhead I still could not hear any sound, so I pulled over to the side of the road and shut my engine off.

I first just gazed up still sitting in the car with my head out the window. I then got out and just stood there next to my car. I kept my eyes up the whole time. What I remember seeing was a huge rectangle, it was about the size of a football field. I do remember lights, but not like you would see on a airplane. The main thing that I was focused on was the size, and how low it seemed to be. It was a gray color. It was very close to the ground and why it made no sense to me was I could not hear a sound , and by the huge size and how close it was I should hear something I thought.

It moved so slowly that it seemed as though it should be miles up, but it was so huge that it must have been close. I vividly remember the large outline of its shape graying out the sky above. Nothing made sense about the whole thing.

I did get chills and got back into my car and drove home very scared. I did tell a few close friends about it, never pushing the idea.

I was watching the discovery channel, and saw the episode about the Illinois sighting. Having not remembered seeing any of that in the news back in 2000 when it happened. It sent chills down my back seeing the testimony of the police officers.

I have not thought much about what I saw for several years now. Having started a family since. I do believe I also saw something that made no sense back in I believe it was winter 1998.

Stargazing on my deck and sighted what I thought at the time was a large green meteor (Largest I ever seen)

I was stargazing on my back deck. My back yard is rather deep and is backed by a large wooded nature center. All of a sudden a Large Green Fireball appeared from the west and headed out of my sight to the east (Lost it in the tree line). It was about the size of your thumb at arms length. What struck me as strange was the green color and almost sparkler like quality of it. It didnt move as fast as other shooting stars Ive seen. I had it in view for about 5 seconds. I called for my wife to come see it, but she was too late. I scanned the papers and watched the news for the next couple of days, but no one reported anything.

Oval UFO with lights, same as Garden City, Michigan, about same time?

I've recounted this story to friends over the years but never officially reported it because I figured it was no big deal. But after searching your database out of curiosity, I changed my mind and thought I'd share my observations.

I don't remember the date, but know it was in the summer months of 1983, late evening, about 23:30 hours. I found an incident in your database from 6/15/1983, at 23:30 hours in Garden City, Michigan. That date and time are close to my sighting, and coincidentally, Garden City is not far from Waterford Township to the north.

Anyway, my friend and I left work late one evening, walking home through the neighborhood behind my home. It was an overcast night and was very dark. Suddenly, I noticed the neighborhood around us light up, as if there were a clear night and moonlight was covering the ground. This caused us to look up. We saw the clouds opened up above us and a huge oval shape hanging in the sky in a hole in the clouds directly overhead. The shape had a row of large bright lights (which I likened to arc lights) along its center. It was completely silent. We stared for what seemed like only a few seconds in disbelief. In an instant, the object shot straight up into the clouds and disappeared. I'm very familiar with aircraft and have never seen anything like this. It made absolutely no sound, and traveled the speed of light.

My friend and I discussed what this meant for some time afterward. I simply chalked it up to being some sort of a spiritual encounter. Perhaps demons or Angels. They are known to travel and appear on this planet. The Bible indicates that Satan and his host have been cast upon the Earth and he is presently the prince of the power of the air. This is why I never officially shared my story until now. I just figured it was no big deal and was simply a natural phenomenon that could be explained.

However, I was intrigued when I read the description from the Garden City sighting. The description matches the object I saw, and it was right around the date and time I had my encounter.

I had been playing in the woods behind my house. I was running gleefully home at top speed. When I reached the clearing between the woods and our house I very suddenly and unnaturally became very tired. So tired I lay down and apparently fell asleep. When I woke I jumped up and kept running pretending nothing just happened. But I knew something did just happen. Then I remembered that for fraction of a second I was still on the ground, on my back looking up. I saw a craft. I felt like I had been up there. I felt like something more had happened but I didn't and still don't know what. I lost time and memory that day. I often lost time and memory from that point on into my 30's. I feel like my memory was partly erased and that I no longer have access to certain portions or functions of my brain. I also have never ever gotten rid of that deep tired feeling. These things have adversely affected my life. I have this vague feeling that they are still tracking me.

I saw what I thought was a small odd looking plane but realized as it got closer it was no plane.

The approximate date of this sighting was April 1975 and lasted for about 17 minutes.

I was 13 years old and it occurred while I was watching for our school bus to come.

The time was 07:40 and I saw what I thought was a small odd looking plane flying across the large open field southwest of our home. It was first seen at about 2500 Yards distant and only about 600 feet in height but continued to get closer, as the distance decreased I quickly realized this was not any aircraft of our technology.

It was a crystal clear morning with no clouds and the sun was low in the east as it hit this object it looked like polished aluminum or stainless steel, it was not real large my best guess as to its size would be about 45-55 feet round but slightly cone shaped it had lights around bottom edge and they were rotating what looked to be in the opposite direction of the crafts rotation. It came to within 120 yards of our home and then just stopped and hovered over the roof of our next door neighbors home and stayed in that spot for about 7 minutes and that’s when I called my mom and sister to also watch this object and we all observed it until it decided to leave.

It went straight vertical and went out of sight with no sound of any kind. I look back on this event and to this day can’t understand why not one of us had taken any photos of this thing, we all had cameras but neither my sister, mother nor I thought to grab one and get pictures. As close as this craft was it should have photographed extremely well.

I often think back and wonder if this thing had us hypnotized in some fashion.

A Summer Date in July 1979 Near Millstome Power Plant

One evening during the summer of July 79 while on a date with my future husband we were driving the beach road in our home town. I noticed a round light over the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant. I was watching it while we drove. I noticed that it appeared to be jumping around in the sky. I asked my then boyfriend to stop the car and look at it too. We parked the car and watched this round light jump all over the sky in a random pattern. It would then hover and move again. We watched this for awhile and then though it would be fun to watch it from the swings at the beach. We drove to the beach watching it, parked the car and watched it. Sat on the swings not moving and watched it. At one point we got scared because it moved move over the area we were sitting at and hovered. It was still far enough up in the sky to be round but it was larger at this point. Then while we were watching it got very bright and zoomed over the ocean at a great speed. The light left a! tail that went away as fast at the light it self did. In a second it was gone. We both remember this day exactly how it happened. It was the one and only time we every saw anything like this. I finally wanted to share this event after all this time.

My mother and her sister, now in their late 50's went to a field together when they were under ten years of age. They lived on farm land, which is a total of 64 acres. My grandparents were searching for them for over ten hours. When they finally found their daughters, they ask who they were talking to and they replied that they were talking to the big rock floating in the field. My mother has a pinhole on her arm, that she has had for as long as she can remember. She believes that it could be from this event, but she cannot be sure. I believe that this should be further investigated.
