UO Sighting Thursday Sept 19th 2019 Calling this a “UO” sighting as it I cannot say the object was “flying” and entirely different than any UFO report I have heard about.

Left work at 4:00 as usual and came home to change clothes and go for a run down at the ROCORI track as has been my routine for the past number of years. Probably left my house around 4:30 and jogged across the picked oat field and towards the practice fields on the northern part campus. Lots of sports activity this particular day with football games/practices of various-aged kids etc. with a game taking place at the farthest NW field adjacent the ball field and Co Rd #50. At least one bus parked there.

Proceeded with my run/workout routine which consists of push-ups, sit-ups, stretching, mixed between a series of laps around the track. 1200M, 1600M, 800M, 400M, 200M, 100M. I always time the runs all but the 100M just in case I happen to run a personal best. The entire routine takes probably a bit less than an hour as I generally always clock 12-13 minutes for both the 1200M & in-between workout as well as the 1600M & in-between workout.

This day was perfectly clear with blue sky, hardly a breeze (if any) and zero clouds that I am aware of. At least not a one in the SW-NW horizon that I (and others) were fixated on for the next few hours.

In finishing either the 1200M, or 1600M, I laid down on my back in lane #7 at the SW main finish line (as typical) and did my sit-up routine. Upon finishing, while still on my back & head to the North, I noticed a white dot (as it appeared) way up high in the sky which I first figured was a pelican or eagle or seagull as over the years I have seen white birds soaring way, way, up high wile stretching. However this “bird” was not moving much if at all. Again, this is broad daylight, blue sky at 4:30-5:00pm. Definitely the only feature in the sky aside from the sun which was further W of the object. If memory serves the sun was a tad and higher on the horizon than the object from my perspective but not much.

As far as how obvious this object was in the sky I would say not obvious at all unless one was looking in the right direction. Who looks up into the skies anymore anyway… As I watched the object on my back it appeared to slowly travel back-&-forth N & S slightly a few times however my heart was pounding from my workout so uncertain if it was due to that. Being utterly baffled as to what it was I laid there longer contemplating it being a drone copter that someone at the school was flying. After a few minutes of ponder I got up to continue my workout and onto more laps hoping like heck the thing would not just disappear leaving me frustrated. On the next set of laps I cannot remember if I was able to focus/see it as I rounded that SW corner but as I finished the laps and again laid down to do sit-ups…it was still there! At some point as I laid there I made a conscious effort to determine it’s location in the sky and definitely remember noting 3. One being directly over me (possibly a tad south). The other being directly above the school. And the last being a bit to the West of the school. Again these are only from my perspective having no clue how high or big this thing was.

Following my workout (cannot remember if I finished it all or not being a bit occupied) I noticed 2 young boys (ages 5 & 3 approximately) playing at the south end of the bleachers. I desperately wanted someone else to see this thing so walked over to them asking if they wanted to see an “alien spaceship”.

As any boy would they said yes and put their eyes in the direction of the sky I was pointing. I really no idea if they saw what I was seeing but the older boy did say “I see it” and was looking I the right direction. The younger said he saw it too however was looking the wrong way.

At this point I was getting desperate to find another adult to confirm this object so headed out the south end of the fencing as it was the only gate open to the track. I kept searching for an adult or older student however nobody happened across my path and I didn’t want to appear too crazy having no shirt on, all sweaty, and pointing to the sky at “aliens”. As I headed back North towards home I came across a bus where the female driver was inside reading a book. I hesitated at first but gingerly peeked in the open door and said…”This is possibly the strangest thing you’ve been asked but I’m seeing something quite odd in the sky and am wondering if you would also take a look to confirm I am not going nuts.” Or a version of it. Her comforting reply was something to the affect of…”My folks live in CA and see weird things in the sky all the time so nothing surprises me”.

She put down her book and grabbed her smart phone and struggled her way out of the bus as she had some struggles standing/walking. We walked south through the thin line of trees at the S side of the parking area and as I pointed she immediately saw it and said…”Well that’s weird.” I could not see any movement however the object seemed to be moving slowly from SSW to WSW as I needed to keep looking more West each time I needed to re-find it in the sky. She then put her phone up to either photo or video. It is somewhere around 5:30 now.

At this point I was wanting to get home to my son and get his eyes on it as well so jogged back across the oat field, up to the house, into the workshop & grabbed my binoculars which are Bausch & Lomb 7x35 Zephyr. Here is where it gets weird… In my backyard I found the object even further West and should mention it never seemed to change in size, color, brightness, speed, or anything. When I put the binoculars up to it I was quite startled as I can only describe it as a bright, full, Mini-Moon” however was not too convinced of it being the moon as I knew the moon phase was already past full. I then ran upstairs to tell my son to grab his smart phone and come outside where I passed the binoculars over to him. His comment was pretty much same as the bus drivers being…”What the heck is that thing…” No doubt at this time I am ranting about it being a planet of some sort so we both grab our smart devices and start searching for visible planets, stars, etc. He then proceeds to map the thing with his smart phone as he has an ap for stargazing. I found dialogue on it possibly being Jupiter as Juipter is/was bright in Sept. however it kept mentioning we should see it along the horizon at dusk which further confused me as it was no where near dusk when I first saw it and we were still 2+ hours from it. I’m then trying to convince myself it is the moon as it looks exactly like it with gray shaded features and however much smaller and brighter. To describe the brightness I say it looked like a strongly back-lit, semi- opaque, piece of perfectly round, white plastic. Kind of like some of the LED overhead lights we have today however with the moon(ish) gray shadings.

With my son’s ap, he finds the moon is on the other side of the globe. He then says…”I’ve got it…It’s Arcturus!” and shows me the screen which I cannot argue with except…There is no way we should be seeing surface features on a star! With my binoculars, any star is going to look like a pinpoint of light…not a moon. As we banter back-&-forth about possibilities and questions he lies on his back in the grass to steady his elbows and snaps a couple photos through one lens of the binoculars. I take some video with my pad as well making certain to video the surroundings to pinpoint the thing at a later date.

After approximately 20 minutes of searching internet and looking through binoculars my son gives up and I jump in my vehicle with binoculars and head to a friend’s farm a couple miles away as I had called him to see if he was around and could see what we are seeing. Which he could. On the way I call my wife who is at work and ask her to go outside and look as well which she does with at least one co- worker.

As I get to his property he immediately walks over questioning what the heck it is and then I hand him the binoculars as he did not have his own set. More astonishment as he is seeing the same thing in it being moon(ish) however he says the gray markings look like the batman symbol to which I somewhat agreed however more blurry, a tad misshapen, and more squished up in the upper left of the circle. I then proceed to tell him the only thing I can think of is it being Jupiter and read from the dialogue I found on my pad as he is shaking his head knowing the time is not right for viewing it nor is the direction. Our at his farm we had perfect viewing of the object with no obstruction and it is now getting more towards evening so it was even more visible. Again…It is my opinion it never changed size from when I first caught glimpse of it. However it kept moving westward as we were now looking almost due West.

As we are studying the thing and coming up with hypothesis, his father and brother drive in and we hand them both the binoculars. His dad finds the object first and comments it could possibly be a space station. I mention something about satellites to which he says they zip across the sky which I then did remember as we saw them often when night fishing for walleyes up in northern MN. This object is no comparison to those. Not even remotely. Everyone goes away shaking their heads in confusion. Chores still needed to be done. I go home to shower and get lunch ready for work on Friday.

Friday Sept. 20th I get home from work and walk around the property scanning the horizon South to West to NW and see nothing. I return to look each hour or so and still nothing…At possibly 7:00pm I text my friend asking him “Where did Planet X go!?! and this is his text/reply… 8:01pm I was wondering the same thing!! Do you think it might have been one of those weather monitoring balloons? I watched it until around 8pm last night, and it got really orange/red like the setting sun. My brother ** also saw it turn red and he said that he saw it disappear/burn out/go black. Intriguing none the less!! Saturday Sept. 21st I again went out for my run at the same time however with my father who was visiting for the weekend.

I searched the sky a number of times and saw nothing.

Sunday Sept 22nd Since I am aware of 8 adults that saw this object my hope is to have them each document what they saw independently. I won’t share this document with them till we have everyone’s, independent, account.

May not pursue the bus driver’s account. Time will tell.

As I was driving home north on 9-D, across from West Point, me and my friend noticed a very large bright light in the sky moving slowly.

The object wandered overhead, very low, and looked almost like the shape of a rocket, hovering slowly through the night sky.

We watched for as much as had time, but when we turned around further down the road to check it out, the craft had vanished.

Noticed 2 bright lights hovering in the sky. As I got closer and on the side of it I noticed blue and red lights that were dimmer. It hovered stationary for about 20 secs then very slowly started to move North West.

You could hear a humming sound coming from it which I recorded.

Drove underneath two triangular crafts that made no sound.

On February 22nd, 2012, my wife and I headed off to Ash Wednesday Mass at about 6:40 pm. As we drove through downtown Cold Spring Minnesota, we traveled east towards Rockville, Minnesota where our church is. As we drove through downtown, we both noticed two crafts flying to our south about two blocks away and at about the height of the water tower. The two crafts were south of the water tower. So they were to our right as we were driving.

We were both transfixed on them because it seemed so strange two crafts flying that low and slow. At first we thought they might be helicopters, but they there were flying very close to each other. They were in a formation with the lead craft slightly ahead of the other and stayed locked into that pattern. They both had flashing lights on them which then again made us think they were helicopters. They were flying way to slow and low to be planes, and planes would never fly that close together. I have seen the Blue Angels perform and they would be the only ones who could pull off a maneuver like that.

As we traveled along main street, we intersected with Hwy 23 that runs through town. Hwy 23 runs east/west and the crafts were flying parallel to the Hwy. When we reached the intersection (probably 20 seconds from once we first saw the crafts), the traffic light was green for us and we crossed onto Hwy 23 and we were now traveling East on Hwy 23 to Rockville. Just then the two craft made an abrupt turn to the North East and slowly traveled right over our car. This is where it gets really strange. We immediately rolled down our windows to see if we could make out the crafts. We noticed that there was no noise. A helicopter at that altitude would sound very loud, but these did not make a sound. Also, I can’t be 100% sure because it was the end of twilight, but we both thought we saw the shapes of the craft and they looked like triangles. In addition we saw a dark blue light underneath one of the crafts. This dark blue light did not flash. We’ve never seen anything l! ike this before. We watched as they drifted off towards the northeast. Very strange.

Large, white orb breaks apart into 4 equally sized orbs that slowly spiral downwards, disappearing over the horizon.

Driving home along Alexandria Pike from the Walmart in Alexandria in the direction of Cincinnati, Ohio (headed North), a large, white orb was seen glowing, hovering in the sky. We watched the object trying to determine what it was. Suddenly, after about 3-4 minutes of watching, the large object broke apart. Four equal (but smaller) orbs appeared with what appeared as red "tails". For the next 14-15 minutes we watched as these four lights spiraled downward - towards the Ohio River - in a slow, spiral descent. Once arriving into Newport, Kentucky we could no longer see the lights - they had disappeared over the mountainous horizon - presumably into the River.

Bright silent light moving slowly in a curve that disappeared.

I was walking my dog and noticed a bright light in the north eastern sky. I thought it was a plane because I see alot at night being near Stewart air force base but it was too bright to be a plane at the altitude that it was at and there was no sound.

This was a bright light resembling a bright star and it was moving in a curving direction. I watched it for about one minuet and then it disappeared.

Large, wide, low-flying, very light object with navigational lights observed over road.

My husband was driving by the Uplands Farm Sanctuary in Cold Spring Harbor (NY) on Thursday evening, November 30, 2006 at about 7:30 p.m.

He saw over the road a large object, more wide than long, larger than a jet airplane, shaped like a "V", with navigational lights in green and white.

It was flying low and moving very slowly and he said it had to be "lighter than air" in order to achieve the type of movement he observed.

He got out of his vehicle and watched for several minutes.

He heard a whirring sound, unlike typical mechanical sounds we are accustomed to.

Another car drove by but did not stop. He has felt very sick since that time, with a malaise he cannot specify, and he has an unexplained, fairly deep scratch on his upper back.

black rainey nite,craft 300 feet long, could only see white window lites with a fuzzy white lite front & back,no noise very slow

mothers day 2004,at 6pm very overcast, could not see top of nearby mt. approx.1500 ft. at 23:00 watched the late nite news nbc, then when news was over started to watch the tonite show,the cat sleeping next to me jumped up to the corner of the window pushed the drape aside and looked out the window,curious i looked out and saw what at first looked like a 747 going very slow. i got up and went to another window, the nite was very dark and i could not see a shape, only what looked like windows. went out the door for a better look , craft was about 300 feet long,going 25-35 mph, no noise,maybe 600-1000 feet up. watched till it went out of site. the cat must have heard something that i couldn't hear. traveling from east to west. window type lites in a strait line with a fuzzy type lite in front and back.

bluish-grey oval - very fast , over Hudson River - watched for a long time

Date/time is approximate. It was a clear day, and I was looking out the window of my school's classroom (I was in elementary school at the time). The school is up on a hill overlooking the Hudson River. Against the backdrop of the mountains on the other side of the river, I saw a bluish-grey metallic oval object. It zipped around at very high speeds at various angles, then would pause and shoot off at a different angle. I watched this object for 15+ minutes, I remember looking at the school clock, as I was starting to get bored watching it (hey, I was a kid). When I'd finally made up my mind to tell someone else about this, I turned away, turned back to make sure it was still there, and it was gone.

I am very interested if anyone else saw what I did in June of '75 (or so). It was the middle of the day, and there were cars going by on the road on the other side of the river. I can't possibly have been the only one who saw this, yet I have never heard of anyone else who admits to having seen anything unusual that day.

A Strange Night At Summer Camp...

In 1966 I was 8 years old. At sleep away summer camp {Surprise Lake near Cold Springs NY on the old Cornwallis estate}.

I had a strange night. After the day's activities we returned to our bunk on a forested hillside.

There was a light shinning through the window that normally was not there. My four bunk mates and I did not really think anything of it because it actually illuminated the whole cabin which was normally dark and kind of scary.

It was in the woods below a place on the hill side called "Bald Spot" a patch of granite where no trees grew.

We figured a counselor must have set up a flood light out side.

We all fell asleep.

That night I dreamed two figures were standing over me looking down at me.

On the left was a typical "Grey" with almond shaped eye shades and on the right, a round headed, round faced and round eyed looking dude with a mouth stuck in the position like he was saying "oooo."

The "Roundy Round" had on like a sombrero that made him look Mexican.

The "Grey" had on a silver space suit.

The "Grey" had a long probe/rod with a round glowing orb at the end of it that he inserted into my forehead all the way to the back of my skull.

They then looked at each other.

The "Grey" pulled the probe back out of my forehead and showed the still attached glowing orb to the "Roundy Round" They both looked at each other bewildered, like "I guess we got him already!" and moved across the cabin to my sleeping bunk mates, visiting each one.

The "Grey" inserted the rod into their forehead, and when he extracted it the orb that had been on the end of the rod stayed in their heads! Next the "Grey" and the "Roundy Round" waited at the doorway as all my bunkmates arose like they were sleep walking, and followed them out of the cabin into an intense white light.

I pulled the covers over my head. I figured this is just a neat dream and fell back asleep. For some reason I was not afraid.

We all awoke the next day as if nothing had happened.

The Very next evening the counselors created an unusual activity for us. They blindfolded our whole encampment{20 kids}. They marched us through the early evening to a geodesic dome structure that was an indoor basketball court.

This they artfully transformed into an alien space craft using aluminium foil, crepe paper streamers, strobe lights and the creepiest rock music they could muster on a portable phonograph.

We sat along the inside perimeter of the dome and the counselors who were made up and dressed up as "Aliens" proceeded to abduct us.

I was in on this as one of three volunteers that helped the counselors decorate the geodesic dome "Spacecraft" in preparation for the activity. I had been sworn to secrecy! Now after about a half an hour of this event the counselors had to call it off, as most of my bunk-mates where being frightened to tears by what was going on.

Some of them actually screaming for their mothers in terror! The counselors could not even console them by showing them it was all a hoax, and quickly had to evacuate the dome to get the children to the safety of the mess hall! In retrospect I realize now that the whole encampment-19 kids and 5 teen-aged counselors were actually abducted the night the light shined through the window. The next night the light was gone! The night in question I was left in bed because "I was already implanted or they could not implant me for some reason" The very next day the counselors subconsciously reenacted the whole event. At that time I actually felt left out, because they left me behind. In retrospect I was the lucky one.
