Sphere in the sky that glowed like an LED light and appeared/disappeared multiple times, at times pulsating.

My daughter and I observed what we thought might be a mylar balloon because it appeared to be a small, metallic sphere that was spinning in place (the sun light was reflecting off of it). At some point it became more of a pulsating light that would constantly disappear and reappear. It appeared to remain in the same place. When I began recording it, it wouldn't appear on the screen despite us looking straight at it. I filmed about 7 short videos and the object was visible in only 1 of those videos. There is one video where I am counting the pulses and each time it appears/disappears but the object is not visible in the video. At times the object appeared to pulse like someone signaling SOS with a light. About 15 minutes into looking at the object, the wind picked up and a large group of birds started swirling in the sky. The object reappeared in a different location not too far from where it was originally. Later on, the object returned to the original location. We never saw the object move across the sky- it only disappeared and reappeared multiple times. The object disappeared and we did not see it again. After about 10 minutes, we went inside. It's worth noting that there were birds (seagulls and pigeons) flying around but much lower than this object. There was no sound or trail like with a plane.

Aircraft with unusual lights, triangular shape with 5 circular lights on the bottom, heading west.

I looked up and saw what at first was a bright light that appeared to be hovering. I was heading north at about 20 mi. per hour and slowed as the object oddly was getting closer and I could see far more detail. It was triangular and had five circular lights beneath. One light in the point of the triangle, 2 lights toward the center, and 3 lights at the bottom. I have never seen a plane with a configuration like that….nor a clearly triangular aircraft (resembled a stealth warplane, but larger. In my vision the aircraft seemed oddly to be moving very slow….then suddenly accelerated at an unusual rate of speed….over my head going west. I tried to stop and recapture vision, but it was gone

A fast-moving object with no audible sound appearing as a bright white light with a slight trail at or around FL150 traveling North.

I had been having trouble falling asleep, so I laid down and looked out my west facing window. I had been still for just a second when I saw a very bright white light in the shape of a sphere moving at a fast speed traveling north across the sky outside my window. I noticed a slight trail effect behind it as well. I did not hear any noise and lost sight of it behind a neighbor’s tree/house. It happened in an area near a large international airport, though I’m familiar with the area and would recognize a standard passenger aircraft. To double check, I opened my flight tracker just seconds after the sighting to confirm what I had just seen. As I found no planes moving that direction in the area, I concluded it wasn’t one. I opened my other app “stellarium” just to make sure it couldn’t have been a satellite. Knowing that I have never see a satellite at my location due to light pollution, I knew it wasn’t one but still checked. Again, I found no evidence to disprove what I saw.

Lake Ashtabula. High altitude (or low orbit) light moving at extreme speeds in a zig-zag pattern.

Lake Ashtabula (10 miles N of Valley City, ND) I had been stargazing and watching a meteor shower with my girlfriend and my grandparents on this evening. Around 11:30pm, everyone started heading into the cabin to go to bed but I decided to stay by the fire for awhile longer. As I was about to get up, I saw what at first looked like a satellite, however it moved at extreme speeds in a zig-zag pattern. It appeared to be at high altitude or low earth orbit. People know me as a "space nerd" so when I saw this and told my girlfriend, she believed me when I said it was not a satellite or spacecraft. It may have been blinking but I cannot remember for sure. I am also an aircraft pilot, so I know it was not an aircraft.

Straight string of small white lights across apex of sky

I looked up to see the stars and waxing crescent moon and saw the start of a straight line of small white lights, each one the size and speed of an airplane flying at altitude. I couldn't see any other red wing lights with the white lights. Some were evenly spaced, some were very close together, some were spaced like dots of Morse code (dot-dot space dot-dot-dot space dot-dot, etc). All the lights were moving in a straight line across the apex of the sky, like they were on a string. The line was moving from the northwest to the southeast. I watched for about 20-30 seconds. The line of lights was long and I couldn't see the end, so I went in and brought my husband out to see. They lasted for another 20-30 seconds. We couldn't hear any noise.

Intermittently pulsing object at very high altitude possibly low orbital, extremely slow movement, often stationary - in daylight.

While coming outside to get something from my car I looked up at local plane traffic that was heading for JFK. I happen to scan across the sky and saw a flash of something at very high altitude, possible orbital (resembling the look of a passing satellite catching sun). After realizing for a moment that it is still very light I eliminated stars from the possibilities and started to think of a mylar balloon in the sun. The object lit up again, looking like a star, it would intermittently pulse like this for the next 20 minutes and made a slow counter clockwise path periodically very brilliant (reiterating like looking at a star), and then no light at all. On many occasions it was completely stationary, I eliminated the balloon theory. I attempted to video this over 3 clips on my Samsung S5, without zooming. So far I cannot see anything on the vids. In my opinion this was extremely high altitude possibly low orbital altitude. If anyone would like to analyze the video let me know.

4 similar sightings in one night over Valley City, North Dakota.

Earlier this evening, around 9:30 pm (just after the sun had set,) a fellow gardener and I were standing in the community gardens of Valley City, ND, and casually talking. Out of nowhere, a bright, intense object (best I can describe it, would be to say a white light sitting on top of a red light," faded into view of the southern sky, and began swooping around, quickly changing elevation and direction. I say quickly, but the movement was also very fluid. The object then proceeded to stay stationary for a brief moment, and then made a final swoop (in the shape of a backward letter "J") and faded out. This first sighting lasted approximately 45 seconds.

As we sat there in amazement for a minute talking about what we might have just seen, a different object of the same characteristics appeared in the eastern sky, in the same manner, except remained stationary for approximately 5 minutes...long enough for us to assume it was a star or planet coming into view for the evening. But, then the object began slowly dancing left to right (in this case north to south.) The object began ascending into the sky, seemed to hesitate for a brief moment, and then descend below our line of sight.

We sat there again, talking briefly as to what in the world we were just witness to, and then parted ways.

When I arrived home about 5 minutes later, I informed my roommate, and we went for a quick drive to a better vantage point just to take another look. Before we made it up on the hill, another similar object appeared in the eastern sky. This object made similar movements as well, including low swoops, changes from left to right (north to south,) until finally soaring into the sky, hesitating yet again, and then descending below our line of sight.

We sped up to get on top of the hill and look around, and saw nothing...until one final similar object appeared in the northern sky. This object, although appearance was very similar, did not behave as erratically as the other three. It simply glided along the horizon, heading east, pausing for a few brief moments. After each pause, when the object proceeded to move again, it would get faster and faster, and finally disappeared out of sight.

Although 3 separate cell phones attempted to capture photographs and videos, the objects we were tracking would not show up.

Multiple unidentified objects over Long Island.

My two kids and I were at the park flying a kite, when my son noticed the objects first.

It was a little while after that I used my blackberry camera to start taking some video.

There were several objects that made these kind of lazy movements, first in a circular motion then in an infinity symbol type loop, although in the video only 2 or 3 can be seen.

After a while, they just seemed to fade out.

I would like for someone to look at this video and let me know what these craft are.

Orange objects move across sky. not commercial aircraft.

I came to Our Driveway to retreve items from trunk at approx 1 am , looking over open trunk of car, I see a light in sky. i thought it was a aircraft on fire. it was joined by two others they apeeared to be drifting eastward. My driveway faces 42 degrees east of North. At about even with Driveway, they moved Northward and began to rise or get smaller/dimmer. I ran inside and called my wife who obsvered the same.

As we watched the third of the trio disappear, three more followed the same sequence of events. We moved to the front of the house and saw the last object, alone , come from the west towards us. It moved at a nice speed then slowed as it also turned north and dimmed and moved away from us. Our eight year old also witnessed the last four. They were bright orange. Just as the last was going over a jet was passing over us, from our NW toSE. THERE WERE NO SIMILARITIES IN APPEARANCE. I considered a flare but A flare would move with the wind ans not change direction.

Huge bright red/orange oval craft moved straight across the sky on July 4, 2013 at 11:15pm Long Island, NY

I heard an airplane and live near JFK airport. I looked up and saw a plane. At the same time I noticed a very large, well-defined, very bright red/orange oval (or perhaps cigar shaped) craft very high in the sky. It moved methodically and quickly in a straight line. It didn't pause or stop or hover, it kept moving at an even pace. I observed it for about 20 seconds until it began to fade and finally disappeared completely. It didn't flicker, but it remained incredibly bright redish/orange before it moved out of sight and faded. It was a very clear night, not cloudy.

I'm normally skeptical though I do believe there is life elsewhere in the universe. I don't drink or take drugs and I was completely alert while viewing this. I didn't have time to call anyone to see it and didn't want to take my eyes off it.

I lost one hour of time this morning.

I am a self-employed contractor working in the Medina, OH area. I arrived at a customer's house at exactly 10:30. I know this for a fact because they told me last night to get there on time because they'd be gone until then. Their home is in a remote country setting, and is heavily wooded.

The job was a routine one, one that I anticipated would take exactly an hour. I've owned this business for ten years and can predict almost to the minute how long each job will take to do.

When I got back in my truck to leave the job, my cell phone (which was in my pocket the whole time) said 11:30, exactly what I predicted it would say. However, the clock in my truck said 12:30. I called my fiancee, and the first words out of her mouth were, "Where have you been for so long?" When I arrived home, all of the clocks said 12:45, whereas my cell phone still was one hour behind. More shocking still was that her cell phone was reading the correct time, 12:45 PM. She and I are on the same cell phone plan, and our clocks are always right in sync with each other. They even automatically change when daylight savings time starts & ends.

Needless to say, I'm freaking out right now. I've called my customer asking how long I was at his home & I'm waiting for him to respond. If he says, "About an hour" I will most likely call your hotline number and check out some other websites.

Please let me know if anyone else had a similar experience this morning. I don't even believe in this stuff and need an explanation. I don't drink or take drugs, and I got a good night's sleep last night, so I know my mind was stable. Thank you.

A self-employed contractor working in Medina, Ohio area reported that he could not account for an hour of time after powering washing a client's deck. I spoke with the contractor on 7/16/04 asking if he could give an explanation or had any idea why he felt he had an hour of missing time. He said that he believed he was overly tired and had worked too many hours in the days preceding what he believed was the missing hour. I asked if any other abnormal events took place prior to the missing hour such as seeing a UFO or anything out of the ordinary and his response was no. The gentlman sounded sincere in his answers but felt that nothing our of the ordinary had happened except that time just got away fom him without his knowledge due to being tired.

My conclusion to this investigation is nothing more then losing time due to mental fatigue.

Bright light flashes-lights up sky (entire sky) then black triangle craft slowly crosses crystal clear night sky....

My cousin and I were looking at the stars smoking a cigarette after thanksgiving dinner...We saw a flash of light that lit up the sky like lightning but more blueish in color accompanied by an electrical crackle and sizzle kind of sound.The sky was very clear.Not a cloud.We were discussing this while still looking up looking at the plieades and then I noticed a triangle shaped black thing with the front edge of it slightly illuminated,I guess by the moon which was low in the sky.It was the front edge which we could see was rounded and a greyish metallic color-very faint- easy to miss-but it blocked out the stars as it passed under them.It moved very slow 5mph? It was hard to tell how high it was because of our angle of viewing.If it was 1000Ft. it was larger than a house if higher then it was massive.It moved off to the east as we stood there amazed....(We looked at eachother and said noone will ever believe us!) By the way neither of us were under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.we were stone cold sober.It made NO noise at all as it was passing,we believe the bright light was from this thing because it came from the sky right before it appeared.I am a professional audio engineer and my cousin works at a hospital. this is no hoax.No exaggeration either.

There was no sound at all and then it just shot into the sky at about a 70 degree angle. The sun had not yet gone down, the craft had a reflective surface. I would hve reported it sooner but I just happen to stumble on this site tonight.

An object comprised of 4 or 5 metalic orbs in a row, moving West to East, and returning every 5 minutes following a parallel path.

A friend and I were walking through a park in the early evening of May, 1983. We were both 17 year old high school students, and just strolling and talking together on a warm, clear evening. As it got dark we laid on the grass to watch the stars.

We saw an object moving from West to East --- seeming to be at a similar altitude but faster speed than a commercial aircraft. However, it was visible against a starry sky, seemed larger than a jet, and it had an obviously different shape. The object was comprised of 4 or 5 metallic balls connected in a straight line, front to back.

What really caught my attention was the fact that it would move across the sky from our left to our right and disappear over the right horizon, only to return in five minutes or so from the left horizon again --- but higher in the sky. This happened maybe four times --- each pass starting higher in the sky. It gave the impression of the object possibly mapping the earth. And the fact that it always went left to right started my friend and me on a discussion of the possibility of there being more than one craft versus one craft circling the globe at an incredible speed.

This sighting took place in an extremely quiet, rural town of 7,000 people. If a jet came overhead or a truck passed on the interstate on a quiet night you would hear it. This object made no noise. There was also very little light polution in our location.

I have never heard another account of a craft shaped like this one --- several orbs in a row.

It was a star shaped object travelling south that stopped, changed colors, and sped off dissapearing in the night sky.

My neighbor and I were outside in my driveway talking and my wife came out to see if I wanted to come in and watch the news on TV. My neighbor commented on what a clear night it was. As I looked up to comfirm his observation I saw an object that looked like a star moving from north to south high in the sky. I asked my wife to go in the house and get my binoculars while I kept the object in sight. I found the object with the binoculars and, of course, it looked bigger. Then, all of a sudden, it stopped, turned crimson red and zipped off in the same direction(south) changing color from crimson red to bright red to bright yellow to bright white then suddenly vanishing.
