2 green circular lights. One higher than the other and the one below was on the right at an angle not directly below the one above it. They stayed in one spot in the sky.

At one point the higher green light turned red..then back to green and descended down in a straight line. Rose again above the trees and moved slowly to the right...then disappeared.

Twelve dots moving in formation 20 miles southwest of Manhattan

On 26 April 2015 at 7:10pm, in full daylight before the sun began to set, I saw a large grouping of 12 white or silver dots pass slowly east, beneath the daytime half moon.

The leading three dots held steady in the shape of a large right triangle. I could not tell if the other 9 held a pattern or moved around slightly, due to their faintness and some light wispy clouds.

Viewing them through binoculars did not reveal any details, still just bright dots. I could not tell if they were mylar balloons, but they probably weren’t birds because the formation was moving too slowly.

The sighting lasted about five minutes as the lights moved slowly and very steadily toward the eastern horizon, until they were no longer visible.

I live about 20 miles southwest of Manhattan, and this was very similar to the mass sighting there on 13 October 2010.

Spotlight over new jersey

I'm not sure of the time of the event. There were 4 of us who saw it. We were eating dinner on our patio at night. I looked up and saw what looked like a spot light shining down from the sky through a mist or a cloud. I pointed it out. First reaction, rational, was that it was a helicopter. We heard no sound of a helicopter at all, and the light seemed to high up to be a helicopter, especially given the fact that it seemed to be emanating from a cloud. About 20 seconds later, the light seemed to rise straight up, getting enveloped in the cloud. I say this because the light became diffused as if in a cloud of mist. Eventually it dimmed and was no longer visible.

UFO Sighting in Central NJ

My family and i were sitting outside on our deck in scotch plains, nj around 10pm. Out of nowhere we see a thin rectangular, lit-up white, object in the sky above the houses in the distance. It was moving very, very fast (faster than any airplane or meteor) with an emerald green-ish light trail, and no sounds at all were emitted.

All of a sudden it lit up the sky around it to a daylight and was gone in an instant.
