String of orbs like a string of pearls in a straight line, which disappeared at the same point in the sky

I noticed a cluster of about 35 white Orbs which began to get into a straight line and traveled to a certain point in the sky where each one disappeared as they moved to the same point in the sky.

Cylindrical object seen over Long Island, N.Y..

Hi. my name is ((name deleted)). I was on my way to cash my check at the regular check cashing spot I usually go to. On my way there I stop at the crossing light and saw to my left across the street what I thought at first was a jet taking off, as I'm near several airports and a few military bases.

I kept an eye on this object that resembled a jet or missile going into the sky at a 90° angle. As it kept going up, it disappeared and then after 5 seconds or so it reappeared, but the funny thing is that it slowed down to a total stop and was now much bigger. It resembled a pill or a cylinder shape. It stayed there for about 6 to 8 minutes. At this time I was getting ready to cross the street and looked away for one second and when I looked back up it was gone. Except I saw the tail of smoke it left.

Now two minutes later a helicopter appeared going in the direction in which the object was just at. I watched this helicopter circle around for at least five or ten minutes and then it left. I couldn't believe this was happening. I wish my camera/video recorder was working but it wasn't.

The other funny thing is that I seem to be the only person interested in looking at this object. This hasn't been the first time I've seen something strange and it won't be the last. T

One bright light that was intense... it was orange and intense.

A bright red or orange light stood in place for a long duration.... hovering.. It moved to the right in a jerking motion and it disappeared. 5 seconds later it reappeared to the left.... It seemed to hover for a period time. The second time it appeared it brighter and orange light glowed brighter.

I was at Hempstead Lake Park in early June 07, when I viewed a UFO. The object was flying from west to east. The object first appeared to be shaped like a hour glass. After a couple of minutes the object changed course and began to head north, the direction of the park. By changing course, I got a better description of the object. The object was shaped like two circles stuck together with two holes in the center of each circle. The color of the object was gray and made no noise and had no lights or markings. I estimate the object being at least 15 feet in length and flying at approximately six hundred feet. I continued watching the object fly north until it was out of view. Two other people who were at the opposite side of the lake also witnessed the object.

Bright object over HWY 290 Hempstead, TX

I had just turned onto HWY 290 W/B from FM2920 with the top down on my jeep when I noticed what looked like a slow moving shooting star directly over head going W/B at extremely high altitude. Object was very distant but bright.

A small cloud obstructed my view and the object did not reappear on the other side of the cloud as it should have at the speed it was travelling.

About two minutes later the object reappeard on the same course and speed. Shooting stars don't stop ! The object banked right going N/W and the side of it became visable. It was long with dots along the side. NOT AN AIRPLANE! Too far away for any clear view. Object faded from view but reappeared in a location inconsistant with its privious direction of travel.

It was either highly reflective or emmiting a bright light.

I stopped to watch it and 5 - 7 people saw me looking and then also noticed the object that they immediately called a UFO.

An airliner transversed the sky traveling S/E at high altitiude but lower than the object and had NO resemblence to the object.

Lighting conditions were early evening, still daylight and partly cloudy. incident lasted approximately 10 minutes.

Other, moving starlike cluster

I was walking west along Meadow Street in Garden City, NY on a cold clear wintry night. I was with a freind and we were on our war to the nearby Mobil gas station to make calls to our girl freinds. There was only one phone in the house those days and it was centrally located where everyone could hear my calls. I live only about 15 miles from Kennedy Airport (then Idelwild Airport). It was not unusual to hear jets flying over. While walking i heard what i thought was a jet. When we looked up, we saw what appeared to be a group of stars. They were identicle to stars. There was approximately 15 to 20 of them. They were flying easterly and were almost straight overhead. As they passed by i noticed that the sound i was hearing was from them. The sound tracked their path. After they passed over, they all of a sudden made a right turn and accelerated straight south out over the ocean and they got louder as they left. While they were passing overhead, we noticed that the background stars went right through them without blinking off and on. That's how i knew they were individual objects. When i say they made a right turn, what i mean is, they made a right angle or square turn with out slowing down. In fact, they immediately accelerated as they made the turn. We then continued on our way to the phones and looked up the Air Force in the phone book. We told someone there what we had seen. He responded "Sorry kid, no UFO's scheduled for tonight" . We knew right away no one would believe us.
