Saw unusual bright star? Satellite in sky

Saw unusual bright light in sky. Watched it for 20 min and went back in house.45min later it was still there in same place. Took pictures and continued to watch it. It remained stationary for at least another hour. Just before I went to bed, an hour after last stationary sighting it had moved counter clockwise from initial location remaining in Hurley sky. Two weeks after sighting I remembered photos and downloaded them onto computer where I was able to enlarge them. I have not enhanced them other than enlarging and there is no photo shop. What you see is exactly what the camera captured. I hope someone will be able to explain the face in lower left of picture.

My kids and I witnessed an object maybe 100 feet above us.

My 2 kids and I were driving north on 5th ave at 6:30 in the evening in November. As I was approaching the intersection where 5th ave intersects Business Hwy 51, I noticed this huge rectangular shape come into my line of vision from East to West and suddenly stop and change direction. I muttered out loud,” what the heck is that?” The 5 lights were extremely bright. I turned onto the highway trying to get my phone out of my pocket as my daughter was shouting details about the underside of the craft. Excitement turned into panicked cries to take them home. Before I could gather my bearings, the object was heading Southeast and the rear lights were glowing orange. We never noticed a sound. It wasn’t very far off the ground and I would estimate the size to be between 75 to 100 feet across at its widest point.

Driving down RT 180 from Deming NM towards Hurley, on the side of the road, in a field, I noticed this light in the middle of darkness. The sky was clear, I could see stars, but this round light was on the ground, and it was just there.

I stopped the car and to a pic, but all you can see is the halo.

Check this meteor out!

I was helping my wife but mostly keeping her company while hanging clothes she had washed. My kids were outside also. I love to search the heavens and look at stars and planets. What I believe I saw this night was either a meteor or an asteroid. Nothing uncommon about that except.. It was pretty darn big.
Later that week I read in the newspaper that we had a close shave with an asteroid. The paper described it as being 120 yards big and got as close as 75,000 miles which would be a third of the way to the moon. There is no way my eyes could have seen that. If I held a nickle at arms length above my head that is how big this meteor or asteroid would have been. The shape of it was kind of squarish at the tail side. the way I saw the shape was of the greenish color that you would see as in shooting star. But this was pretty faint. As though it was barely skimming the atmosphere. Which is what, ten miles? As soon as I saw it I pointed towards it and said, excitedly, LOOK LOOK LOOK trying to point it out to my family. And it was gone that quick.
If this was indeed an asteroid how big was it? Did anybody pick this one out? Was I the only one who saw this? I pretty sure I know what I saw! It could have been devasating if it would have hit us. Comments?

June 1965, walking home on highway B, west. Sighted ufo in wesr sky. It passed over and disappeared to the east.

My brother and I were walking back from Hurley, heading west. We saw a light on tne horizon and thought it was an airplanes landing light.

As it got closer, we didn't hear any sound, and it passed on out of sight to the east. A few minutes later we saw the same light come over the horizon from the west again. As it approached overhead, it slowed this time and stopped in the air and a pale luminous light glowed around us on the ground but we didn't see any light beam coming out of the craft. Just the light on us and the ground.

The craft was chevron shaped and at rear of the craft was a light that reminded me of a fluorescent light. The entire rear of it was lit up.

It never made a sound. Then it slowly moved east out of sight.

I was about 12 or 13 when this happened. My brother has since passed on. We only told a few trusted people because we knew we would not be believed.
