Bright Object Slowly & silently rising. At certain height the light got brighter emitted a ring of smoke & then disappeared

While taking an evening walk I was looking at the night sky admiring the string of planets and the moon. I was looking south west, very near where venus was setting. Approcimatly 40 min. Before Venus would set behind the horizon. During my walk I noticed a hazzy bright light very slowly rising from behind the tree line. The object was much further back than the distance where I stood from the tree line. It looked odd, so I watched it for a little bit and noticed it was rising slowly from behind the trees. I watched it get higher, I pulled out my phone in what I knew would be a weak attempt at try to capture what I could get. A few minutes after that the objects light go a little brighter. And the light appeared to be more directional pointing more in front of the object, at least in front of the direction it was moving towards. (The object was heading east) Anyway, soon after it emiited the light. What I can only describe as explusion of smoke was ejected into the area near the object the smoke spread out in a circular pattern. Once the object got closer to the smoke it began to slowly dim until it vanished. (I recall saying out loud when I saw it was heading towards the smoke. Oh don't you disapeer on me.) Anyway the smoke was still a little visable for about a minute and then that too faded away. I kept looking at the sky for a while, looking to see if anything else would arrive or the same object would appear. But nothing else happened. Oh the whole time I saw it the object made no sound and it did not have running lights like a helicoter or airplane would have.

Orbiting UFO spotted near rainbow

Shortly before 7 pm on 3/27, my boyfriend and I went onto our balcony to take video and photos of a massive double rainbow that appears almost exactly in the same spot each time we have significant rainfall. While standing on our balcony, almost at the exact same time, we both recognize an airplane, seemingly flying through or next to the rainbow on the left-hand side. And then, above that, also to the left of the rainbow, we noticed something in the sky that we could not identify. I immediately began trying to capture the image on video, but because of how far away it was and how old my phone is (iPhone XR), anytime I got close enough to the unidentified object the video would become unfocused, and I would have to zoom back out and try to find the object again. What we noticed was that it appeared two round or possibly square pieces were connected and seemed to be orbiting each other. I was able to catch some of that on video and I will attach that here. We considered the possibility that it was two balloons stuck together, rotating around each other across the sky, but we couldn’t say for sure, and couldn’t shake the feeling of not being able to identify what we had just seen. In just a couple of minutes, the object shifted across the sky from incredibly far away on the horizon, to much closer until it moved behind our building, and we were unable to see the object anymore. We stayed outside for some time, trying to understand what we captured or see it again, but all we saw after that were easily identifiable as planes.

I saw a stationary orb of flashing lights in the sky surrounded by an aura-like electric looking mist

At around 9:20pm on Friday, February 16th, 2024, I was out walking my dog up the hill of Dann Drive in Stamford, CT when I spotted a bright light in the sky to the west, which was completely stationary. It was a cold and clear night, many stars were visible and this was noticeably larger and closer than any star.

It blinked multicolored lights (I think blue and red and maybe one other color) like an airplane so I thought that it likely was, until I stopped to stare at it in reference to the trees below it. I realized it wasn’t moving - it was completely still except for a hazy, mist-like aura that surrounded it that seemed to be flashing with an electric charge. I couldn’t make out a shape of a craft if there was one - it was a little too far and all I could make out were what I think were three flashing lights and the electric aura.

I fixed my eyes on it as I walked my dog further up the street, only 3 houses away from mine, feeling in my bones that I was witnessing something not of this world. The feeling that overcame me was complete awe and amazement because I had never seen anything like it before. Not more than a minute and a half after the first sight of it, I took my eyes away and looked further up the street in front of the next house and quickly noticed a dark figure standing in the yard near the street and immediately feel like I’m being watched and it terrifies me. My knees literally started shaking and I dragged my dog to run back home and get inside. I believe he had seen the figure too, because his eyes were fixated on something as I was trying to drag him away.

It might’ve been someone out walking their dog, but whatever it was spooked the hell out of me and I felt an instinctual need to run away from it. Regardless, I wish I had more time to witness the phenomenon in the sky for longer, but the whole ordeal lasted about 3 minutes. For as long as I saw it, the uap remained in the same position and elevation in the sky.

I didn’t have my phone on me the entire time but when I went inside, I immediately texted my partner exactly what I saw and how terrified I was. About 8 minutes after I first noticed the uap, I heard and saw a helicopter circling the area, which seemed to confirm my suspicion that something strange might be happening.

I investigated further to see if there had been any other uap sightings in the area and I came across this database. The two most recent submissions from CT were from two days ago and they detail the exact same thing that I saw in the sky, and the videos confirmed it. I had to report my account too, in hopes it can contribute to research and/or discoveries of any kind.

I don’t know how long it was in the sky for, but it remained while the helicopters were around, but it was shrouded in what looked like a tiny gray cloud when I looked out my window to see if it was still there about an hour later. An hour after that, it was completely gone.

I am not a UFO expert by but I am deeply invested and interested in UFO discourse and disclosure by the government. I look to the skies in hopes of seeing something extraterrestrial every day! I finally had my first experience and I had to share it.

Slow moving circle object

While walking our dog, I noticed a slow moving white circle object directly above us. Most notable was that the speed and apparent altitude did not seem to match and the object made no sound. It passed by taking a full minute or so to move out oht sight then came around a 2nd time about 2 minutes later.

Space craft above my bedroom window emitted beam of light and alien beings

The space craft has a circular light in the middle with a wide circle around it , and it moves with a massive cloud formation around it that is also in a circular shape. This space craft hovered over our building directly overhead, where I took photos of it from our bedroom window. My husband saw it with me. I held my hand out the window holding the cell phone upside down to take photos of this space craft. my photos show the space craft above . After I took photos I saw the extra terrestrial beings and beans of light that were emitted from the space craft. When I accidentally got myself in one of the photos , and there is purple alien that jumped into my photo for a selfie with me. How cute is that ? After hovering above our window , the space craft slowly moved forward in an eastward direction and appeared to hover in one location where we could still see it , still very close by.

I can see images in the cloud formation, that no one else is seeing. this one is evidential. This triangle and the exact cloud formation have occur in the exactly the same spot in the sky. It's been showing me different images that are very clear.

Tonight I saw a bright sphere hovering in one spot in the sky at first. I was on my apartment terrace. When I got my cell phone camera to video record , It flew in a southbound direction toward the L.I. sound . It flew upward, downward, and diagonal, while heading southbound. While slowing down the video , there was this mage of a man's face in one of the video frames. I was the only person on the terrace when I took this video, and I am a female. Metal flying saucer flying at night flew towards my building, when it saw me come to the terrace again and hovered above my building

It was 11:50pm Saturday night. I had seen the UFO on Wednesday just after midnight. I wanted to see it again. When I went to my terrace , I recognized the white moonish bright circle flying in half circles in one spot below my apartment floor at the back of my building. I was standing on my terrace. It was a distance away in Stamford, but not as far away as it was on Wednesday. It much closer this time. Once I saw it from the terrace, It diagonally flew high toward my building and hovered high up above my building. I just watched it for a while , went back to my bedroom to charge my phone, and came back out to the terrace. it was still in the same spot. It flew hypersonically flew up down diagonal above my building, as I took some photos.
the flat part of the saucer on top and the dome part of the saucer on the bottom. It also flew sideways. I did not feel anxious this time, while I watched it.

A bright grainy ball shaped object flew upward and diagonally high into the sky closer to my building

I live on the 15th floor and went out to the terrace to look at the moon tonight. I noticed a flashing bright light in the sky. I thought it was a star at first , but noticed it was too big, it was prominent, and it was as bright as the moons light. I took 2 photos, before zooming in on it with my cell phone video, but I dud not realize that my video was not on. When I zoomed in on the image , I saw a grainy ball that got big and small. it's colors were a little scarey to me. there was a dark brown color in it . It looked creepy. The object was in my line of vision without having to look up. Then I saw in the camera it flying upwards and diagonally at a fast pace. It flew toward the direction of my building , but extremely high into the sky that it would look like a star if anyone on the ground looked at the sky. Then it flew laterally directly above my terrace but still high up in the sky . That lateral movement was much slower . It was about an hour later that it was directly above my building
I looked up from the center of my terrace. It was too close to my apartment . I got nervous and went inside my apartment.

12/02/2020 UFO 1. SIGHTING I took my dog outside at 1:00 am.

They were close together in a A group. It reminded me of how fire flies are in a group Flashing off and on moving around in the dark Except this was quicker. I was in my backyard, my partner and I were stargazing, when I noticed a far off floating star-like light. We watched it fly South West to East. It flew above us and circled us approaching closer, enough for us to see its shape. We did not see metal, we saw light and it circled and right above us it gave us a golden glow, and then it flew away quickly disappearing. There was no wind, no sound, and it was other wordly quick.

Watching it fly away, we noticed an odd-looking constellation. Upon closer observation, it appeared to be either a cluster of U.F.O', a Mothership, or some other huge robotic looking structure in the sky.

I had been admiring an orange moon out my balcony window, when I noticed something floating and tumbling in the sky. At first I thought it was a runaway kite or balloon, until I noticed there was a duplicate shape alongside it. They seemed to have a reflective surface on them where only the outer edges could be seen. They would fly normally for a few seconds and then they would fly in a tumbling motion.

I grabbed my binoculars and when I looked at them they had very bright, but blurry white lights around them. However, when I looked up at them without the binoculars they didn’t seem to have the same bright lights at all, just enough reflection to see their shape. If I had to guess their altitude, I would say 3500-5000ft. and a few hundred feet apart from each other. But I could be wrong since I didn’t know what I was looking at or what their relative size was.

I’m an avid planes potter and usually watch planes through my binoculars. Planes that leave JFK or Newark are usually at 10,000-13,000ft. Incoming planes to White Plains airport, are usually 1800-2500ft, but much smaller jets. These UFO’s were in the same sky where I watch all the planes pass by, however according to my planefinder app, there were no planes over my place when I saw these objects. They made no noise and flew out of sight within 30 seconds, which makes me believe they were small. A regular jet, on a clear night, would stay in sight for a few mins.

Cross shaped lights to the west of Mt. Greylock viewed from Vermont

Looking southward at Mt. Greylock (MA) from Stamford, VT, a very bright red-tinted light was observed to the right (west) of the Mt. Greylock peak at approximately 22:30pm EST. It was the brightest point in the sky this evening. It remained stationary for about 15 minutes. When viewed with astronomical binoculars on a tripod, the pattern was a perfect cross, with 3 dots on each leg about the center dot (total of 13 illuminated dots). The lights moved southeast and increased in elevation, then became gradually dimmer and faded completely out of sight by 23:00pm.

4 Objects over CT, April 30th

Sightings started at 9pm EST. All crafts were moving in a south (from the direction of Long Island) to north direction. 1st craft was in a trapezium was moving at an intense speed. It almost appeared as a retreat from something.

The 2nd craft appeared about 9:07pm EST and had 3 lights in the shape of a perfect triangle. This craft moved slower than the previous one, but still moving quickly.

The 3rd craft appeared about 9:19pm EST. It was a single light moving extremely slowly. For some reason this one gave me a bad feeling.

The 4th craft was moving at a moderately fast speed. It appeared to be 3 circular lights forming a triangle, but they were very close together. Are there any other witnesses??

Orbs of bright light traveling tightly in formation over LI Sound.

My husband called as he was approaching home to tell me to come outside with two of our children to take a look at some strange, bright lights that he observed over our area. We live on the Long Island sound in an area called Westcot Cove. A short walk down to the beach area, we can see clear across to Long Island. These lights were orb shaped and very bright.

My husband initially stated that he saw about 5 at first hovering over the area at a seemingly low altitude. By the time we ran out and approached the beach, we saw about 3. They traveled very tightly together and made no noise, came down a bit lower over the sound and headed towards Long Island seemingly side by side. Once over Long Island, they just hovered very brightly. One of the lights eventually dimmed and went out as did another. One remained bright the entire time. I started to think maybe they were helicopters but the brightness of the lights and the way they moved so closely together confused us all quite a bit. Even when they moved away from us towards LI, they just seemed like balls of light.. Light all around.

We wound up leaving as the one remained and continued to hover around. Maybe someone will post what it was by morning. Also, a dog in the area along the sound starting making a god awful howl while we were observing this.

While watching the lunar eclipse, we witnessed what appeared to be a red flare coming towards us across the sky, as it came towards us it flew due west, hovered over our neighbors house for 10 seconds then shot up in the air with no sound. About 5 minutes later, it came back and flew in the same path, but this time it flew north, it looked like it had docked with another craft, this craft was not glowing. hovering paralle with That craft that did not have the red glow. once stationary, the glowing craft began to subscide it's glow, getting less bright but with some hues of orange left, enough to light the outline of the object, i could observe that the object was made out of a metalic coloured material that would not reflect the orange light. once the light stopped the objects hovered for another 10 seconds and then shot upwards, no sound or wind are observed throughout the sighting. acouple flights occored during this sighting, it could've been reported to! the faa due to increased flight activity over the sight of the incident within 10 minutes of last sighting.

Very bright light hung low in the sky, circular shape whose light would glow very bright and fade on and off. Halo around it

9:30 pm. Neighbor called me to come out and view bright light in the street above his house laying low in the sky. His household had 4 observers and I came out with 3 observers.

By the time I came out with binoculars, the object moved from above his house to another angle in the sky. It was still very very bright and hung within the scope of the tree lines. The shape was circular and it had a haze, aura around it. The light would brighten and fade, brighten and fade, on and off. When looking though the binoculars, you could see a red and at times blue ring around it as well.

Before I came out, my neighbor said at times it appeared circular in nature, but would also change to a rectangular shape. It was not a drone. In fact, my neighbor took some great pictures of it when it was above his house. It is a very odd picture, as in one shot in particular, it appeared that you could see the shape of someone or something standing in the center of the bright light.

We stood out there for about 30 minutes. I know this sounds all very strange, but it was nothing I have ever seen or could identify.

Two white bright flashes took up the whole room and disappeared in a matter of seconds.

It was really early in the morning, so it was still really dark outside. My father was outside turning on the cars, when all of a sudden a huge flash of light engulfed the whole room.

I was staring into a mirror at the time so I noticed the light came from behind me. It was like the light of a camera flash and the room turned completely bright white. It was only for a couple seconds.

It was not lighting or the car headlights because they weren't even on.

After the incident, I turned around and ran outside because I assumed at first it was lighting or something happened to the car and my dad. However, to my surprise he was oblivious to what had just happened inside. He had no idea.

I started freaking out and that's when my sister approached the scene. She thought I was crazy but then again, it happened. Although, this time I didn't see it. She did and described it in the same manner.

These incidents happened in the same place after approximately 3 minute intervals.

I looked up into the sky and saw these two orange fireballs side by side, they were approaching from the South heading North, they made a sharp turn heading East toward Long Island Sound. They were exactly as seen on Coast to Coast website.

I could not find one other person to view them except my husband.

I sent my report to several websites, only one person responded, it was like no-one was interested, until the night of December 7th I heard you on Coast to Coast.

friday, july, 6, 2012 Seaside ave. Stamford ct.. ..I got home around 10.45pm ..took my two dogs out for their usual nightly walk ...when something in the sky cought my attention.. three very bright orange objects the size of a penny flying in a triangle formation ..the objects were round shaped, lights flashing in a circular motion .. flying south to north .. over long island sound and darien ct. I heard no sound... I could clearly see them ,until I lost them behind trees and homes ...within ten seconds another three bright objects flying the same formation appeared from the same location, flying the same identical pattern...then three more and finally one last one ...i took out my droid and took three videos ... these were no airplanes no jet fighters or helicopters ...I've never seen that orange color on anything flying before tonight ...I am 59 yrs old married with two kids...own my o! wn home here and florida.. was not out looking for UFO's just out walking my dooberman and irish setter ...this is a night I will never forget ....

Ice Blue - White Lights over Stamford, CT

Since I was a child I have witnessed UFO's.

Over the past several months I have personally witnessed a ice blue light glide across the sky (specifically over my home) and then fade until it vanishes. Airplanes frequently fly over my house so I can tell what an airplane is and what isn't an airplane.

I attempted to video record the object but the camera jammed. My goal is to get solid evidence.

A month ago this object appeared while my friend was over and I pointed it out to him. A week after I was in the yard with my girlfriend and I pointed it out to her. This object goes from a dim light to a bright ice blue.

On 6/27/11 and 6/28/11, my brother and I were in the backyard. I told him he would see something and we did. On the 27th the bright ice blue object glided across the sky from west to east. On the 28th the object glided from the northwest to southeast, but this time it was a bright white and a major rumbling occured at the same time.

I live in the Belltown area of Stamford, CT.

If anyone else has seen these objects I'd like to get your point of view.

I was out shopping for a few things and returned home. As i stepped out to gather my bags, I decided to look up to see whether the sky had increased in cloud cover since it had rained earlier in the day.

What I saw was an amber colored sphere with what looked like a fading tail behind it. It was headed in what appeared to be a north easterly direction. It was moving faster than any plane that I have ever seen and did not make any noise. I have seen several strange things in the past (one of which I have reported), but I guess I can add this one to the collection.

A large blue light steaks acoss the sky, slows downs, and then excelerates.

I was lying in my bed at around 11:00 PM on December 17, 2008 watching t.v. I heard an airplane going by outside, as usual, and looked out my looked out the window which is right next to my bed and as I looked I saw the plane I heard, but then a second later, a light dashed quickly across the night sky. It was about the size of what the moon looks like and was turquoise blue. It came out of no where and did what seemed to be a slight decrease in speed before speeding away in a slightly different direction. It went across the horizon from South to North and speed away at an abnormally fast speed. I immediately jumped up from my bed and placed my head against the open window. It was gone though. It had left so fast across the sky. I remember thinking, "well it traveled as fast as an meteorite, but it was just way too big and way too low." I don't know what this phenomena was, but I know what it wasn't and it wasn't a meteorite and it wasn't any man made machine that I am familiar with.

An unknown bright stationary object in the sky over Stamford, CT

On Sunday August 25th around 8:30-8:45 p.m. EST in Stamford, CT we noticed an unknown bright object in the sky. The object was not moving. It was about the size of a plane, but not of the same shape, and was “hanging” at around the same height as that at which you would normally see planes. Judging by the location of the object in relation to our house, it looked like it may have been situated above Cove Island in Stamford or in that general direction. It was difficult to decipher the actual shape, but all of us saw holes in this object through which the light was coming.

There were 4 of us at home (our family) and every one of us saw it. It is now 9:40 p.m. and we are still seeing it. My husband and son took a video of the object.

Two craft over pond with pilot and electronic equipment to make contact with lighted hollograms observed through digital camera.

Two lights over pond in woods, one bright and the other larger and wider of orange color which appear after 7:30 PM. Camera observation reveals two rectangular craft one under the other. Both craft on right side have a face that changes its expression. Left side of craft (person’s view) is bright and portioned by wavy panel. A life form to the right of the panel appears to be piloting craft, is aware of our observation, and has been observed to wave and beam out lighted hologram faces. The top craft on its top left side has an electronic type of projection that appears as a face hologram. At its neck level, computer like instrument panel has small light that has flickered like robot talking. Observation conforms to Vallee’s Type – I (b) (c) classification description. When brighter light is observed, it grows in intensity and size.

I was laying in bed when I saw a strange yellow and green oval. I stared at it in amazement. I waited a while thinking what it was. Then I saw 2 planes chasing the flying object. The planes were flashing one slightly in front of the other plane. The planes looked like they were from the navy. The planes were red, white, and blue. I ran downstairs to tell my mother what I saw. She then ran upstairs to see. Once she went back downstairs a bright yellow light filled up the sky from my backyard! The next day I told people what I saw. No one believed me accept my friend and my mom. My friend said she saw a bright light from up the street too.

extremly bright circular light in daylight sky that quickly vanished

I was driving southbound on I-95 between exits 8 and 7 in Stamford CT at 2:24 pm. Something caught my eye and I glanced at the upper left hand side of my windshield.

I saw an extremely bright stationary object at about a 10:00 position in the daylight sky. It was intensely bright,like sunlight reflecting off a mirror. Although reflected light tends to spray outwards - this appeared to be a perfect circle or orb approx 3/4 inch in diameter from my position in the driver's seat. I thought it might be the sun reflecting off a plane, but it was too large, much too bright and a little too low to be an aircraft. To my relief, the brightness gave way or folded to a flat and dull grey slender shape. I had thought it was plane after all. I looked away for a 1/2 a second and when I returned to look at the object and it was completely gone from view - vanished. I searched the sky - nothing. In the farthest distance high up in the sky I could see the trails of an airplane and other commercial aircraft far to my left. It was really weird. I work for an airline and live in in Fairfield County CT where there are always commercial aircraft in route. I searched UFO related sites to see if anyone else saw it because there were so many cars on the highway. It freaked me out butI'm still holding out for a logical explaination. Now I know what people mean when they say they saw a bright light in the sky. It is out of the ordinary

spotted bright object in clear night sky going slowly due NNW and disappearing in a fast graduating fashion.

I left my apartment to visit someone and as i was warming up the car on a clear night, i looked up at the stars and suddenly noticed a brightly lit(white) object that was moving slowly NNW. I thought it might be a private, single engine plane but there was no sound of prop or engine and the light was unlike any i have seen on any aircraft(large or small). after three soconds it disappeared. i stood outside of my car for a few more minutes to see if the object would/might make a reappearance and after four minutes heard and saw a small jet airplane with pulsing lights( could not possibly have been this object)flying due south. a few minutes later , a single engine plane flew over my vacinity going west. would like to know if anyone else might have seen similar object as i have no one else around me who witnessed this with me. I have witnessed two other anomalies in the past few years, but this is the first one i have reported officially.

I saw 6 bright lights with blue triangular lights between them on a triagular shaped object hovering low in the sky.

Driving west on Long Ridge Road, I witnessed a series of six bright white lights hovering in the sky. Upon closer inspection there were blue triangular lights between each of the six white lights. The object seemed to be stationary. I stopped driving to get a closer look. I didnt want to cause an accident, but as I looked around the road, at least four other cars had stopped to look as well. After studing it for approximately 15 to 20 seconds further, I continued driving. The object appeared to be triangular in shape.

Dear Mr. Davenport, I heard you on the Clyde Lewis Show on March 27th, 2014, and I was so elated to hear you wanted UFO experiences of the past.

So here is my story:

Sometime between 1984 and 1985 - when my twin brother and I were either 9 or 10 years old – we saw a massive, bright orange object in the sky. Sorry I am so broad on the years – I am almost 40 now but I know it was in that time frame. We lived in Stamford, CT on the Darien line (which is East of Stamford). It was an August night around 9 pm and there was a meteor shower that night, but the odd thing was the meteors were red balls zooming from the North toward the West. For some reason I remember counting 13 of these red balls.

For some strange reason after the red balls stopped my brother and I were drawn to the edge of the driveway toward the street. At the same time we both looked up to the East and saw this MASSIVE, bright orange object hovering in the sky fairly low – just above the tree line. The shape from our perspective was disc-like. We stared at this massive object in disbelief, but then my brother asked me, “Is that the moon”? As soon as he asked that question this object shot to the South towards NYC and flipped end over end until it disappeared behind a building and into the horizon. As a note, when the object zoomed toward the south a blue/green electrical charge emitted from the ground. My brother and I were completely speechless. In fact, I don’t think we ever talked about that incident until I recently brought it up to him.

A few days after this experience I remember my brother saying he had a dream about watching a UFO fly away from our bedroom and into the clouds.

Since this incident I have seen many strange “lights” in the sky. Most of the “lights” I see in the sky are crystal blue in color and travelling way too slow to be a meteor and silent. I have showed a friend the “lights” and when my twin visited from Australia I was able to show him. These events occurred from June 2010 to present day at my mother’s home in Stamford, CT. The lights would usually appear from the North/Northwest and travel southeast, but the insane thing is the light would disappear above her house! I appreciate your time and maybe some other watchers have seen what my brother and I have seen. Or maybe we have some kind of connection with other worldly beings?

At approximately 7:30 P.M. I and my father and some neighbors were out in the street chatting when a large cylindrical object drifted toward us from the northeast at about 800 feet.

It was completely silent and had several circular, symmetrically spaced windows [?] which I considered analagous to portholes. These portholes were of different colors and changed to different colors at regular intervals.

When the object arrived above us it stopped and remained stationary for the duration of the time we observed it, approximately 30 minutes.

We all watched it and discussed it's properties and no one could ascertain what it was. One of the observers was a pilot with TWA.

After watching it for about 30 mins. everyone went inside and as far as I know none of us has ever reported it until now. Thank you.
