Dull orange cigar shape flying object flying longways through the air with no sound

I am a firefighter in rock hill sc, i was with my husband delivering packages. I looked up because i saw a hawk just circling the area and i noticed it turned its head and i had a feeling to look up past the bird I saw an dull orange colored cigar shape flying object flying sideways lengthwise with no sound coming from it nor any end trails and definitely no tail wings its was 100% a cigar shape (orange tic tac almost but more skinny and long) it was flying below the clouds but above any birds ability i watched it for about 4-5 seconds i looked over to get my husband to grab camera phone and i looked up and it was gone in that moment it was like all nature sounds had dulled and i was pulled to look up, i spent the next 2 hours checking the sky to see if i was mistaking it for something else but there is nothing like it

Unexplained light that accelerated towards the ground while changing colors.

I was in the front of my home and a bright gold light appeared in the eastern sky traveling south slowly. It almost looked like a firework but I did not hear a concussion or sound. By time my eyes got fixed on the light, it shot downward at a 45 degree angle and turned a bright green. It accelerated until it went behind a tree line. It was approximately 3 miles away.

I first saw this object out the corner of my eye. It was falling from space and burning up. As it fell it kept breaking apart. I knew it wasn't a meteor. The tail was short, orange, red and yellow in color. The main objects were white hot. It disappeared or burned up after about 30 seconds.

I called NBC Charlotte that morning around 0900. They said I was the only person to report it. Someone mentioned a SpaceX launch in Florida that blew up the day before. I thought it was space debris, but now I'm thinking it was a booster falling out of orbit.

Object appeared in southern Sky near Hwy 901 and I-77 area. Observed a orange-reddish light traveling from the South headed due North.

First observed Orange-reddish coming from the south over the tree line, and thought it was a firework, but then realized it was not traveling up but horizontal from South to North.

Followed Orange-reddish light over trees and house. It was traveling too slow to be a small airplane. There was no noise coming from the object.

It remained on a steady South to North course and a constant slow speed.

Silent orange ball

Sitting outside on Saturday night, May 30th, about 9:30-10PM we saw a bright orange ball pass over us. It was larger than the light on an airplane with no blinking, no trails, no sound, moving very fast. It went from south to north directly above us.

We watched it until it went behind the trees. Took about 30 seconds to pass over. I’ve seen a meteorite pass overhead and this was nothing like that. It did not light up the area around us as it passed. This experience almost exactly mirrors the descriptions from Ridgland, SC (5/24/15) and Charleston, SC (4/18/15.)

I was looking at stars and saw one that was moving ever so slightly, then it started picking up speed and moved at a moderate speed out of sight behind the treeline.

About 10 seconds later either the same one or another one came out of the treeline into sight, and was moving much faster than before until it disappeared into the atmosphere.

There were 3 of us there and we all saw it.

Seven to eight bright lights spotted overhead accompanied by a deep humming and intense vibrations.

First I heard a low humming sound that steadily grew louder. It vibrated so much, I could feel it in my body. I looked up and there were seven or eight blinking lights overhead, moving very slowly from east to west. It appeared as if they were all attached to some supermassive object flying overhead, though I could not see what they were attached to. There were no signs of a craft emitting the lights at all. No contrails or jet-stream. There was another aircraft moving in the opposite direction that appeared to be at the same altitude based on the size of the lights, but it was clearly visible with a very visible jet-stream. I tried to get a video, but that failed, so I ran to get the other occupants of my house. They came outside and watched it with me. It disappeared approximately eight minutes after I first saw it. Did not sound at all like helicopters or any plane I have ever heard. I lived next to an Army Airfield for 12 years and never heard anything remotely resembling that sound. The lights were bright white and tiny. It almost looked like sparkling fireworks, but the light was more intense than that. The lights never got closer or farther away from each other. I thought maybe it was the Idefix and Ariane 42B satellite but I looked that up on a tracker and it was not due to pass over until 10pm EST. There have been no news reports to suggest what it was.

Arcing Light Ball

While my neighbor and I were standing in the back yard tonight he motioned for me to walk over so I could see something in the sky.

I initially did not see anything, but a white ball of light with a blue haze went above the tree line. It traveled up about 10 degrees above the tree line, arced down 3-5 degrees, arced back up above the previous height and then went down below the tree line. It was a very fluid like motion. The size was around 4-5 times the size of Venus to the naked eye. We were looking towards the southwest and located at 34.9732, -81.080.

One object it was a Circular. Green and reddish/orange lights on the side, middle was a greenish color, moved right.

I was on my back porch, facing south. An orange/reddish light caught my attention from behind a tree. I watched as it moved right.

When It was no longer behind the tree I saw that it was the shape of a circle; it was just above the tree line. It had green and reddish/orange lights on the side, it's center looked to be a green color. From my point of view it seemed to be a fourth of an inch wide. It changed pace from kind of slow to slow. As it went right it seemed to go back and forth slightly, It eventually went south/southwest and I could no longer see it through the trees. I heard no sounds coming from the object.

Background wise. The length from our porch to the tree I saw it through is roughly 50-60ft.

Then there is a clearing behind that, that is about 30-35ft long.

Then it's a wooded area beyond that.

Was driving down Charlotte Avenue to take my daughter by her house. Saw an odd oblect in the sky. I stopped in the middle of the road, and looked closer at the object.

In the car was my son closer we and daugheter. We all looked for a flashing light thinking it was a helicopter or airplane. We didn't see one, as we looked closer at it we noticed it was an ornage cone shaped oblect that was pulsating.

We turned on a street to try and keep up with it. We turned the car off to hear any noise and there wasnt any coming from it. The oblect finally after about 7 minutes disappeared into the distance.

5 small balls of Orange light in a cluster.

A neighbor called me outside into the street to see the lights in the sky. He said driving home people had slowed down or stopped to watch them. What we witnessed was 5 small pulsing orange to White balls of light. They moved around apart then but then would come back close together. I ran inside for a scope to get a better view and my neighbor ran in to get a Telescope and as soon as we came out they moved away quickly.

I'm posting again because last night i saw the flashing lights. Tonight though it was stranger than the past nights i saw them. The red and white lights are flashing incredibly. But they're aralso these golden lights When i was walking up to my left i saw the red and white flashing light and the to the right i saw the two golden lights, they were in line with each other perfectly and they were evenly spaced apart. I notice that the flashing lights will turn into the steady golden lights. Also i saw this huge craft and i thought it was a plane but this craft stopped and it changed direction quickly. Now a total of 4 other people are seeing what i'm seeing, and i know i'm not crazy i just want help to know what these beautiful yet mysterious lights are.

flashy lights that stops in the sky and changes directions very distinctly.

I go jogging basically everynight for two hours, around 7 o'clock always. Right when it start getting dark i see flashing lights. The lights flash on and off repeatedly. Its been following me for the past 5 nights. I called my friend to see if she saw what i saw, she stepped outside and she describe everything that i was seeing. The weird thing is, is that when i called her the flashing light was moving to the right and when i told her to step outside it stopped and moved to the left. I see these lights all the time now, i know for a fact when i go jogging tonight that i will see them again. This is serious and is no joke i don't know what's going on. The lights are mostly white and flashy, sometimes they are a mix of white and red. They move slowly and sometimes stops. I've seen a multiple of 3 in one night.

My Husband and I are watching a chevron shaped set of lights changing color. When he was walking the dog, it seemed to move and be 3 colors serially, red, white and blue. It also seemed to fly in little circles. When he called me out, it was white then it turned green. It flashes red every few seconds, but doesn't seem like equal intervals. We have a small set of binoiculars, and through them there seems to be 3 separate lights.

We reside near Cherry Rd and Rte 77. The lights were in the easterly direction.

We are in our late thirties. He is a truck driver, and I have 2 associates degrees, one in Math and the other in Music.

1-4 Lights Flickering On and Off and Then Disappeared in Upstate South Carolina near Rock Hill.

Around 1800 I was driving Northbound on I-77 in Chester and York Counties, South Carolina. When I proceeded to see 4 lights close to each other. After further observation it would drop to 1 light or 2 lights then back to 4. They were in a parallel up and down shape which is very hard to explain and they were very very close together. They were at a stand still for about 30 minutes and i looked away for a split second and they had disappeared. After they disappeared they were not spotted again.

At 9:40 p.m. on August 20 2007 I witnessed two bright spherical lights/objects for about two minutes.

At first, there was only one. I couldn't make out the shape. It wasn't traveling very fast. Then, a second one literally appeared behind the first and at a distance of about one mile. I tracked both visually and with binoculars.

As I watched the first one, and at the end of about two miniutes, it turned a dirty burnt orange hue, accelerated and then disappeared. A few seconds later, the second object did the same thing. Both objects left at the same point in the night sky.

There was absolutely no mistaking these objects for any known aircraft. There was no sound of any kind. The objects were traveling from west to east at an unknown altitude.

I have seen such objects in my area twice before over the past few months - slowing moving bright spheres that turn a different hue and then just disappear.

There is a nuclear power plant in my area. These two lights/objects originally came from that direction (to the northwest of my home.)

Normal sightings at night are two or three. TONIGHT THERE ARE NINE!!

I have been reporting over the past several months about my seeing "bright white objects that are strobing green and red lights in a counter-clockwise pattern." Mostly, the numbers of objects seen in a single evening are two or three. I have seen tonight NINE, repeat NINE, of these objects in my immediate vicinity. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE WITNESSED THIS MANY OBJECTS [AS DESCRIBED ABOVE] IN ONE EVENING. These are NOT any known aircraft. These are totally stationary objects. There is a nuclear power plant within 7 direct miles of my residence. Other than that facility, there is nothing else of any interest in my area. We are a small bedroom community 22 miles south of Charlotte NC. As I face due north in my backyard, FIVE objects are dispersed in the east and northeast quadrants. A SIXTH is to my northwest (near the power plant), a SEVENTH AND EIGHTH are due west and the NINTH is to my southwest. I live under the 'southern air traffic turn around' for Charlotte-Douglas Airport. To-date, not a single commercial aircraft has appeared to deviate away from the objects, even though most of the objects appear to be in or very near to the air traffic pattern. Also to-date, there has not been a single military aircraft come into this area to 'inspect or challenge' these objects. My guess is that the presence of these objects is known to ATC and the government and these objects are being allowed to remain 'on station and unchallenged.' What other rationale could there be?

After a few months, THEY are still here!

On or about May 29 2007, I reported seeing 5 objects at various positions in the night sky in my area [of northern Rock Hill SC.] These stationary objects were bright white and flashing/strobing red and green in a counter-clockwise motion. I'm reporting that those objects are still visible but in varying positions and at varying distances in the night sky.

This has been going on for over two months, and maybe even before my first notice of them, and I'm definitely concerned. These 'indistinguishably shaped' bright white objects that are definitely strobing red and green are acting almost like sentries in some way. They're just 'there' every night but in different positions and at different altitudes, BUT they are clearly discernible as being machines of some type.

These are NO planets/star bodies (unless we've never been told about planets flashing/strobing red and green in a counter-clockwise motion.) Other heavenly bodies and aircraft are clearly discernable from these objects.

(As an aside: Maybe this is going to sound even stranger but I recently realized that I haven't seen, felt or heard ANY mosquitos (and other types of local insects) in my neighborhood all summer. There has been no spraying, tablet placement in standing water and no word of any kind from local government about either taking place. I'm not saying that the appearance of the objects I've been seeing has anything to do with a surprising decrease in the 'bug' population in my area, but there may be. I've never not been popped off and on all summer by mosquitos.)

Total of 5 red/green/white flashing objects seen over a 3+ hour period. All were stationary!

On May 9, 2007, I witnessed 5 objects flashing/strobing/oscillating a red light, with steady green and white lights while the object was being quite stationary. I could not make out the shapes of the objects due to distance (or maybe because they may not have been very large), but through binoculars I could defintely see the activity of the described lights.

At first, there was only one object (as described above.) That was at 21:45. By 0100 a.m. on May 10, there had appeared four more objects, each quite stationary and flashing/strobing red, with steady green and white lights while the objects were collectively quite stationary. All five objects were in a triangulated pattern covering about a 5-mile area in the sky.

These objects were defintely NOT aircraft of any known type. Even though there was air traffic coming and going from Charoltte-Douglas Airport (some 30 miles away; I live under an existing flight pattern), it was impossible to mistake these five objects as being normal aircraft.

The main aspect of these objects was that they did not move! At whatever altitude they were at, they did not move!! But, again, there was no mistaking these objects for normal aircraft.

The sky was clear, with minimal interference from earlier rain clouds that had passed through. Normal air traffic was discernable from these objects. Stars were clearly visible. Temperature was about 60 degrees.

(As an aside - while I was looking at the first red/green/white object, at around 22:15 through binoculars, I distinctly saw and visually tracked [for about 5 seconds] a greyish rectangular object passing through the heavens. I say "the heavens" because that object was definitely outside our atmosphere and passing at maybe 200 miles up. I have seen the space shuttle three times [and even once when it was connected to the space station] as it passed over my area and I knew that the altitude of the shuttle was 200+ miles above me. When watching this sixth object [just by chance] I had the disctinct feeling that it was at least as high as the shuttle would have been. And that means that this sixth object, to have been visible to me even through binoculars, had to have been a VERY large object. Rate of speed of this sixth object was half again faster than that of what the shuttle's speed normally is when in orbit (meaning, this sixth object was moving at 17,500++ mph.) There was NO mistaking this sixth object for space junk, a satellite, the space station or anything other than a VERY large rectangular machine moving from West-to-East at a high speed.

Bright silver cigar-shaped object, about 100 feet long, moving noiselessly to the north on a clear day at 1,000 feet altitude.

Bright silver object, seen on a clear day, moved right over my home from the south to the north heading towards Charlotte NC. Moved at about 20 mph at about 1,000 feet. Appeared to be about 100 feet in length.

I went to get binoculars. Took about 15 seconds. Went back into the yard. Object had disappeared. Then I saw it again through the binoculars moving west, still at a slow speed, but it was several miles away. Watched for several more seconds or so through the binoculars and it disappeared. No further contact.

The object never made a sound.

Bright spherical object was moving from south to north at about 5,000 feet in altitude; very high rate of speed. Size of the object was difficult to estimate.

During it's observed trajectory of what looked like level flight, the object disappeared about 2/3rd's of the way in its' flight path. There was no sound of any kind during observation.

The night visibility was very good, no cloud cover, moon was in an early-crescent and low light configuration.

Object did not exhibit a 'tail' of any kind, so it was not mistakened as a 'reentering body'.

This was clearly an object of intelligent design, traveling at a very high rate of speed, making no sound whatsoever and then it literally 'blinked off' before it had completed what would have been a continuing path of flight over the horizon.

I live within a few miles of a nuclear power plant, which is in the same vicinity as the direction of the object and in the general area where the object disappeared from view.

There were no other aircraft of any kind in the area.

white flashing light over Rock Hill, SC.

My husband & I saw a series of 3 flashes high in the sky looking towards the North while sitting on our back deck. I am not sure of the time but it was approx. 8:30 pm. The sky was very clear & the moon had not risen high enough to wash out the stars. There were also several commercial aircraft flying at different altitudes. Some were on approach to Charlotte Douglas & some were much higher. We did not see a craft. We saw the first 2 bright white flashes about 1 second apart. Then after approx. 7-8 seconds, we saw 1 more flash in the same spot. We didn't see anything else. Since we couldn't see any shape of a craft & didn't hear any sound, we are assuming that it was from something high in the sky. It very well may be something quite "earthly" & not a ufo. Approximately 5 minutes later we observed a moving craft that had a bright white light on the front and a blinking white light behind that light. It was traveling very fast compared to the commercial aircraft in the sky & was low in the sky, also traveling towards the North. I watched it through the binoculars until it disappeared behind the treeline & could not see an outline of the craft. We had a similar sighting of the flashing lights last year that was also reported to this site. We live a mile outside of the city of Rock Hill, away from city lights. My husband is a computer executive & I am a scuba instructor & travel agent.

We both have traveled in planes extensively & I was formerly in Civil Air Patrol & earned my observor wings as a teenager to look for crashed airplanes. I would appreciate hearing whether anyone else saw the flashes of light.

daylight ufo seen from my front window, amazing to see.

possibly cigar/disk shaped,off white with a door? or design of two brown vertical stripes a bit apart from each other,used about three quick zooming movements and was out of sight. seemed very low,and almost decending,but also appeared to be quite large so i believe it was the angle/distance that i saw it from that made it seem that way. i did call the police to report it but was told they hadnt heard of anything being launched/in the area and i was not told of anyone else making any reports and was told to call back if i saw it again,which sadly i did not.

We watched a faint light, high in the sky, blink every ten seconds and made several changes in direction before gmoving out of sight.

On October 15th, around 10:30 pm, my husband & I were sitting on the back deck of our home in the country, looking at the night sky. WE are a mile outside the Rock Hill, SC city limits.It was clear and there were many stars visible. Toward the S-SE, I saw a faint blink of a light high in the sky. I watched & 10 seconds later, saw it again. There was no sound.

I looked through my binoculars & told my husband to look in that direction & saw the blink again. Through the binoculars I could only see the light blink. I could not see any outline of an object. Several commercial airplanes flying at high altitude flew over as we watched. The flash seemed to be much higher than these.

I switched to my monocular nightscope & continued watching the flash, which came every 10 seconds. Through the nightscope, I was able to see many more stars & got a fix on the flash's position based on 2 stars close by. The light moved slightly to the East, stopped, moved to the west, then north. It made several more moves, then moved due east & out of the area with the 2 stars. It was soon out of view because of trees & my roofline.

A minute later we saw with the naked eye, a dim object moving south to north along the same area of sky. It moved out of sight. Another couple of minutes later we saw a similar object moving north to south on the opposite path. I watched it with the nightscope & it suddenly flared up very brightly & then dimmed until I could hardly see it. It moved out of sight. These 2 objects appeared to be satelites, except for the flare-up.

After that, we observed 3 meteors in that same area. (The Orionids are visible now) I have watched every night since & have not see it again. The next day a high altitude plane made many Y-shaped contrails across the sky. I actually watched as it cut off the contrail to connect the Y. This happened for 2 days in a row. I don't know if there is a conection or not.

Our Bio info is as follows: I am a 47 yr old SCUBA Instructor. I also was in Civil Air Patrol while in high school & earned my observer wings. I have flown in many types of aircraft & spent a lot of time on Air Force bases. I have lived under the flight path of Charlotte Douglas International airport for 14 yrs. I saw my first UFO with my family when I was around 10 yrs old.

My husband is a corporate exec in the IT field. He is very analytical & tries to reason through sightings like this, but was truly stumped & a little un-nerved by this.

Amendment to previous report on 10/22/04

This is an ammendment to my previous report dated 10/22/04. I got the times mixed up on the 2 objects that were a few minutes apart going in opposite directions. They were right after dark on Oct 15th. The object that blinked every 10 seconds was between 10 & 10:30 PM & there were commercial aircraft flying in the same area of sky during the sighting but the object appeared to be much higher in the sky. After reading up on satelites, I believe the 2 objects were satelites, with the one that flared being an irridium flare. The 3rd object, however, has me stumped.

Two lights following an aircraft

Witnessed an aircraft flying south. Noticed flasing red and white aircraft lights and heard sound. Two white lights, not flasing but constant, where around the aircraft. One to the rear right, off the right wingtip and one to the rear left of the aircraft. Each light, measured best I could, was approximately from the tip of my middle finger to the base of my wrist. They maintained their distance at a constant speed with the aircraft.

While driving west bound on Route 17 near Rock Hill, New York, my wife,son and myself saw a triangle shaped object moving across the highway diagnaly. The object was moving toward Pine Bush NY roughly.

The object moved with very little sound, just a whisper of air movement but now large turbine or motor sound. It was dark but there were lights on all three sides of the object allowing to see that there was a center and it was solid not small planes flying in tight formation as the militatry sugests. The duration of the sighting was about one minute. Traffic was slightly heavy for that time of year and I did not have a camera or camcorder with me so pulling over was necessary. This object ot me was not a normal plane or like anything I have ever seen. I am not convinced it was full of little green men (but not oposed) but it was not a plane or conventional aircraft by both visual or audio recognition.

I was awakened early one morning in my dorm room at Winthrop College, which is unlike me. I looked out the window near my bed. Our curtains were not drawn, as we were on the eighth floor where no one could really see in. I noticed a flashing yellow-orange light flashing slowly. At first I thought nothing of it, thinking it was an airplane light or a radio tower light. Soon white, or light yellow lights began to appear one-by-one in a ring around the original light. I was frozen, trying to understand what I was seeing. After the last light in the outer ring appeared. the entire set of lights began to blink in unison, faster and faster.

All of a sudden, the entire object zoomed out of sight, faster than anything I'd seen before. I'll never forget it.

I got a real good look at this cigar shaped UFO. It was a hot summer evening and i had just finished supper with my parents. As i left their home to go back to my appartment,i had come up to this stop sign to take a right turn.(I was 5 minutes from their home)I made a right turn and looked over in this field to my right that had cattle in it. I looked up and saw this round light greenish milky white light. I stopped my car and thought to myself, WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT? I leaned over toward my passenger seat and just watched to see what it was going to do. It was about 50 to 75 feet off the ground and looked like a long cigar with no wings or tail,and was dark colored with a round light on the front,like a flash light would have . As i kepted my eyes on it i could see what appeared to be heat coming off the sides of it,and it had a faint humming sound,plus it kinda vibrated as it was moving. It was moving real slow. Anyway, i couldn't take my eyes off of it, and then all of a sudden it just disapeared right before my eyes.Like the blink of an eye, it was gone. I thought to myself then, WHERE DID IT GO? So then i turned my car around and came back to my parents house to tell them what i had seen. They told me that they have never seen a UFO, but there could be some out there. So i left and started back home and decieded to stop at the people's house who owned that piece of property to tell them what i had seen. I wanted them to know in case something had happened to any of their cattle. Well finially when i got home and ready for bed, because i had to go to work the next morning. I heard this humming, buzzing sound over the top of my appartment building. I thought to my self, oh no that UFO followed me home. I grabed my little dog and covered both of us up with the covers. I was scared then. Well the next three days i was in a complete daze.I felt really weird, like i wasn't all together there. After the third day of being in a fog. I awoke in the middle of my sleep and set up in my bed! and kin da sceamed.After i screamed, i saw this bright light flash across my bedroom and right out the window it went. I was back to normal, the foggy feelings i was experiencing had left me.

THIS ONE NIGHT I GOT UP TO JAR IT I LOOKED UP AND SAW A FLYING SAUCER IN MY FATHERINLAWS BACK YARD JUST ABOVE THE TREE TOP'S SITTING DEAD STILL IN MID AIR,AND NOT MOVING.I WATCHED IT FOR A LONG TIME,I TRIED TO GET MY WIFE TO GET UP AND SEE IT BUT SHE TOLD ME I WAS CRAZY AND TO GET IN BED,WELL I KEPT WATCHING IT,AND THEN A WHILE LATER MY FATHER INLAW DROVE UP AND HE GOT OUT OF HIS CAR AND LOOKED UP AND SAW THIS THING,WELL HE DIDN'T KNOW THAT I SAW IT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CAME HOME I WENT UP TO HIS HOUSE AND TOLD HIM THAT I ALSO SAW IT,HE WAS SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT I ALSO SAW IT,HE WAS GLAD THAT I CAME AND TOLD HIM ABOUT IT.

UFO followed side by side our car

This sighting took place in 1977, in Rock Hill, S.C. on Champion Road (Where my grandparents lived for 50 yrs). I know it occurred some time ago, however I believe it is imperative that you are aware of as many sightings and locations as possible. Please note that I remember it as if it happened yesterday, because this has been discussed many times since 1977.
It was approximately 10:30PM, summertime, my mom picked up my baby brother and I from my grandmothers house at 4105 Champion Rd. We headed north on Champion Rd./Route 737 about 1/2 mile, then a ship swooped across the field (in which there were no crops growing at the time, so it was totally clear) and proceeded to travel beside the car by my door (passenger side). It was round with White & Blue lights all around it. It traveled along side the car for about 20 seconds. Weird, but my mother did not skip a beat and I was not afraid, my mom said that is a UFO. Now I believe we were not alarmed because it was Oddly Familiar to us... After traveling along side us, it shot across the field and quickly transformed into a ball of fire & light in the sky, then disappeared in an instant. It literally was an even mix of Fire (Yellow & Red) & Light (Bright White).

Additional information:
I did not see any windows or a person.
The White & Blue lights were coupled together in a linear formation.
The top of the object was a rounded point.
If you were to take the circumference of a standard helicopter (from front to back), that would be the size (diameter) of the ship.
It's presence did not cause turbulence (as a helicopter does) in the atmosphere. It was very fast and precise. I say this because the rate of speed in which it shot across the field to the car was such that it could have easily collided with us.

WE LOST A HOUR OF OUR LIFE WE WERE STANDING ON THE ROAD THE CAR WAS OVER A HILL

My mom told me that when she was young (I guessed around ten) she was at the county fair when suddenly a very large triangular aircraft flew over the fairground, causing all lights and rides to cut off. After it passed, they came back on. She says many people witnessed it.
