As I looked west, I saw three star-like objects moving south to north come together to form a triangle and then disappear.

On December 23, 2024 at about 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, I was looking westward through a mullioned window at the stars. The sky was clear. Orion and Taurus had set. Jupiter was still visible. I noticed that what I thought was a white star moving from left to right – south to north – and decided it was a satellite. It was about 65 degrees above the western horizon. Then, I saw two more star-like, white objects that were moving south to north. They joined the first star to form an equilateral triangle, and continued moving in the same direction. When they were at about 70 degrees above the western horizon and about 90 degrees above the southern and northern horizons, as I looked west, they disappeared. I kept looking, but they never appeared again. Note: We live in an area with light pollution and trees, so I don’t see a lot of stars. There were no clouds.

Bright white light in the sky

I was driving after dropping a friend off late at night and I saw what I thought was a star at first. But the. I realized it was much larger than a star and was about the size of the moon in the night sky. I was confused at first and thought it was a reflection of some sort or a light from someone’s house. But the road I was in is a quite backroad and there is no large lampposts and I was no where near the closest house on top of this it could not be the moon as i could clearly see the full moon to the far left of it. I saw it and instantly got a feeling of dread. I continued to see it until I passed under a few trees soon as I passed it was there for a second and then blinked away. I was not a strong believer until this night and nothing has happened to me since then.except when I got home I remember walking inside but nothing after that and woke up the next morning with just a faint remembrance of it. I’m submitting much later than the actual date it happened as I didn’t know this organization existed until now.

Golden Orb flying above and along I95 North

At 6:18pm I turned left from Boston Post Road onto Noroton Avenue where I proceeded to drive home from a late Doctors appointment.

I then noticed a light in the sky which I initially thought was a star, but it was different because it was golden in color, so as I drove toward it, I kept looking up at it, that's when I noticed it seemed to be moving.

I wasn't sure though, until I came to a complete stop at red light that I could tell for certain that it was moving.

It flew left to right, headed and flying perpendicular to I95 North, toward a huge yellow Full Moon low on the horizon.

I called my mom and told her to come outside and then my boyfriend who was at my house and they got in the car and we drove looking for it. But all we found were airplanes and what we believe was a satellite.

The object I saw seemed to be flying lower than a higher flying airplane.

Tonight, while sitting behind a truck stop in Darien, GA,I was outside looking up to try and see meteors. While looking I noticed three dim lights in the shape of a triangle. I also noticed the body shape. It was traveling from south to north at a slow to medium speed. It looked to be about a half mile up. I hope that someone else out there saw it too.

We were driving down the road and three bright lights appeared in the west over the marsh .we came to a stop and watched the three lights turn into five lights . I took out my phone and tried to record but I couldn’t get it to focus. The lights seemed to move around and almost seem to flash. The disk shaped object then moved out of sight very fast. Me and my step dad both were in complete shock and I don’t know if anyone else seen it but the lights were yellow/ white and the craft blended in with the gray night sky .

Orb hovering and fast zig zags over Long Island Sound with bounce and chirp noise.

April 14, 2018; Darien, CT 02:35 AM. At home sitting on witness's roof terrace that has a view of Scott's Cove. Noticed an unusual bright light in the sky and its reflection on the water. Observer thought it was a star or planet so a photo was taken, then it started "zig zagging really fast and stopping for about 40 minutes or so" then flew out of sight. All of this is on on video but the background is too dark to see a reference point. (MUFON)

Orange Fireball gliding in the sky over Darien, CT 1/14/12 @ 9:15 p.m.

I was driving on Old Kings Highway, at the stop sign just by the YWCA. At first I thought it was another planet shining in the sky because it was so large, but no, it was moving horizontally across the sky toward me from the right hand side of my wind shield gliding toward the left. It was so strange, an orange ball of fire that did seem to flicker, but was so steady. I'd never seen anything like it. It looked like a floating fire ball, but it was moving at a steady, intentional pace. It kept heading what I think was northward. I tried to rationalize it but can't really figure how to do so because it was so high up. But it was large enough to look the size (diameter) of a pen top from where I sat in my car. NO I hadn't been drinking or taking anything at all. Not even Advil. I was happy to see the reports from Southbury and Bridgeport not to long before. They are towns relatively close to me.

10+ orange lights following one another seen on the SW side of Chicago

Witness #1 12 year old male 10 circle shaped objects fly slowly across the sky. 9 of the objects got to a point and all the lights burned out eventually, all following the same course. The last of the 10 was slow, I was looking through binoculars at them and I was able to follow them but the last one shot across the sky at a great speed. The last one just disappeared and was gone.

Witness #2 17 year old male At approximately 11:30 my dad called me to come and look at something outside and I came outside to see 10+ orange lights slowly moving across the sky. They all looked to be maintaining the same speed except the last one. It looked like it had fallen behind, but just as I pointed to it, my brother and I witnessed it move at a tremendous speed to catch up with the rest across the sky. Once it caught up, the first one dimmed out followed by the second, then third, until the last one finally dimmed out with a heading of South-Southwest.

Witness #3 Father of above I am a Certified Flight Instructor/ATP with 16,000 hours TT. I have flown in the Chicago area out of Midway Airport as a pilot from 1974 thru 2001. Subsequent to that I have flown out a flying community airport Brookeridge (LL22). This observation was seen looking East thru South from our back yard in Darien, IL (Darien is in approx 20 miles SW of downtown Chicago). What I saw was amber light after amber light which seemed to be rising from a point east of us. I would say initially these light appeared about 15 miles East/South East of us. All told there were 10+ lights. They all seemed to climb to the same basic altitude and they followed each other on the same course that appeared to be a heading of 200 degrees. They were not exactly the same distance from one another, but were all in a line at varying altitudes and basically looked like one was following the other. They also appeared to slowly gain additional altitude and seemed to travel at the speed of a singl! e engine airplane. When they were more south of our position they appeared to take a slight course correction to the left….say more of a heading of 170 degrees. They appeared to stay the same brightness the entire time we saw them. Ultimately they dimmed in brightness and disappeared. They appeared to be 5 times the size of a planet you might see with your naked eye. My sons said they saw one of the last ones lag behind and then accelerate to catch up to the group….however I did not see that. Both of my sons reacted at exactly the same time when this happened. I was trying to video tape them and did not see this happen. The video tape results were very poor and I only got several frames of the objects, but in my opinion my recording is of little use. I did check with flight service station at the time. I checked surface winds for MDW, LOT and JOT. The briefer told me almost every station reported calm surface winds. Winds aloft for 3 6 and 9 were 340 at 12, 310! at 16, 300 at 33. In my opinion theses objects were not bein! g carrie d by those winds, their course seemed to be 90 degrees to the winds aloft forecast. Surface temp was 9 degree F. These 10+ objects looked like pyrotechnic devices to me….but 10+ pyrotechnic devices leaving a metropolitan area on a course 90 degrees to the prevailing winds aloft??

Huge diamond passenger/residential space ship with hundreds of windows shot into space in a blink after hovering in Darien Center, NY.

I witnessed a UFO sighting with 8-10 other people that was unlike any sighting I've ever heard of. It was less than a decade ago (exact year not remembered but anywhere from 2010-2014). None of us thought anyone would believe us so we never said anything. Now, I feel like I should share my experience especially considering I've yet to hear of a similar one.

Every year we used to vacation to Six Flags Darien Lake in Darien Center, NY. It's a six flags with a large amount of trailer and cabin campsites that you can rent to experience both camping and the theme park simultaneously.

One night, we were all hanging out around the lake. It was late and everybody was at their campsites or sleeping. At some point I looked at the sky. Something breached the clouds and into view and before I could even process what it was, I heard my friend yell "Holy S*** look in the sky, aliens are real, aliens are real!" By now everybody else had turned up and I had been able to process what I was looking at. An enormous diamond-like shaped airship (at least the size of a football field) was hovering and gliding perfectly and in ABSOLUTE silence directly above us.

It was beautiful, with extravagant detail beyond imagination. There were hundreds, if not thousands, of windows lit in almost skyscraper-like fashion. On the bottom, there were round neon-blue lights; the exact pattern not in my memory. This was not your typical flying saucer, floating lights, UFO etc.; We had a perfectly clear and vivid view of what appeared to be a passenger/residential ship large enough to hold an extraordinary amount of people/beings.

After maybe 10-20 seconds of hovering, which felt like an eternity thanks to the adrenaline and excitement, the ship slowly pointed upward. There was a deep and low volume, but very audible, "whoosh". I felt the "whoosh" in my chest similarly to how you can feel the bass at a loud concert. At the moment the "whoosh" noise was made the ship was gone into space at literally the blink of an eye.

All 8-10 of us were beyond ecstatic as we undoubtedly believed to have one of life's greatest mysteries answered. To this day not one of us believes that we (earth inhabitants) are alone in this universe. We do not believe that any world power on earth could possess the technology we witnessed. Now I guess we can only wait and see if the thousands of new questions we have now will be answered over time.

5 orange lit objects acending out of our orbit in formation much like the shuttle.

driving down an unlit road to my home, I saw five orange objects in the sky.

At first I thought that they were flares or something to that effect. Then I realized that they were flying objects acending in formation. I realized this because the o'hare and midway flight traffic continued as normal and these crafts were moving in a totally different pattern. my vantage point was looking southwest. these objects were ascending southwest to northeast.

Two objects out front, followed by one single object in the center of the formation, followed by two objects at the tail end of the formation. they ascended into the stars much like the last nighttime launch of the space shuttle of which i saw first hand. Very similar!

They were too high in the sky to give a discription of size or shape.

Please investigate.

A fast moving white rectangular image was observed that quickly disappeared in the distance.

Object appeared bright white with uniform intensity. The edges were sharply defined. Aspect ratio approximately 5 to 1. Initial inclination < 10 degrees. Appeared North of I-55 and east of Cass ave. It travelled NNE at an apparent high speed. It maintained it's profile as it's image shrank. It was gone from sight (still in the sky) within approximately 25 to 30 seconds.

Neon green object dissapears in night sky

we were driving down the street in the dark with a completly clear sky. out from behind the trees ahead of us a giant neon green colored egg shaped object caught our attention. we saw it for almost less than a second, but we saw that it was flying in mid sky, too low and too fast for an airplane and at a weird angle. we only saw the object once and it never re-appeared.

I was sitting out back on 9/21/2006 looking at a very clear sky in the southwest suburbs of chicago. My friend and i were just looking at the stars. My friend looked down for a second and i continued staring straight up. Then, an oval shape, yellowish green light appeared in front of me in the sky, and then shot off to the south in a matter of 2 seconds but was visible long enough for me to get a pretty good look at it. Ive seen meteors and comets and shoting stars, it was none of those. It just appeared and then zoomed away silently. I immediatly told my friend but he was too late to catch it. We continued to watch the sky, and about 5 minutes later, we BOTH saw a white light appear in the sky, and zoom very fast off to the southeast from the northwest and dissapear before our eyes. This light though was a round, white ball of light but was visible for about 4 seconds and we both immediatly reacted out loud to it.

Fast moving light sighted south of Darien Center, NY several times, by several people

3 sightings of same object in 15 minute period- First, point of light in southern sky, travelling at high speed westward. Dropped in elevation from 30 degrees to 20 degrees, and rapidly turned back toward the east, and faded away. Azimuth range from start to finish, about 30 degrees.

Second sighting- 5 minutes later, same (or similar) object again sighted in southern sky, 40 degrees in elevation, moving very fast toward the west, and faded out. Maintained same elevation. Azimuth scanned of about 45 degrees from start to finish.

Third sighting-Same (or similar) object seen about 5 minutes later, nearly overhead, travelling very fast toward the south. Elevation spanned about 60 degrees. This time object noticeably brighter. No noise, or color change. Appeared as a point-of-light, off-white, and slightly yellow or gold colored. Each sighting duration was 3-4 seconds.

I know nothing about aviation. I saw 3 objects pulsating in the night sky, thought to be helicopters but very high. Objects had red & green lights which manuevared (sp) in the sky in a 360 degree circle over the period of an hour. It seems strange because of the incidents in NY and all air transportation should be grounded. I don't know if this means anthing, but just in case..........

What I noticed first was a large shadow cover the ground I was traveling I-43 north toward Milwaukee, Wi. in a semi tractor/trailer now I have many a night. This was the most incredible night, as the shadow moved across the sky I thought it was a low flying plane in trouble but then as it past over me I still could not make out what was happening. I then saw what looked like a heat signture traveling west to east on a very clear night. as I was driving I was listening to WGN radio in Chicago It was the last night of the metor shower as I saw this travel east it was 3-5 degree above the horizon traveling what seemed to be out of sight then the sun caught the object as it moved I could begin to make out the shape of a very large wedge shaped ship very very large ship metalic in color as the sun caught it turned to the left paralell to the horizon with a slight lift to the outter wing it had several turbines on each wing with some sort of cabin in the center of! the wings like a flying wedge as it turned it came into focus very well, then sat stationary and began shooting green fireballs ot of its engines travling what seem to be north to south. About that time the Host on WGN began to get a whole bunch of calls about what they were seeing. I changed stations to WTMJ in Milw Wi and also they were receiving many calls and Gen. Mitchell airport was also aware of what was going on. As I traveled northeast on I-43 I lost sight of this very large ship.Then a peron called on the CB radio and was wondering if anybody else saw that(what he saw)this night was very documented as I found out tonight by google, tonight. I have dicussed this night with many others but never reported just what I saw that night. Well I just did. amazing simpily amazing. These orb like lights that I saw where very large and green balls of a plasma like substance.

UFO over a failed Laser Light show at Six Flags Park.

While at 6 flags Darien Lake, NY, we were in the amphitheatre, waiting for the nightly laser light show. It was a clear night, the rides had stopped, and I was looking at the stars while people sat down around me, and kids played nearby. The amphitheatre had a grass field we all sat on, with a stage at the bottom of the slope, where a screen was set up for the lasers. Finally the show started and within 3 minutes, all the lasers quit. The crowd booed and complained, and a voice on the PA said the usual apologies along with Technical difficulties excuse. I went back to watching the stars while the crowd pissed and moaned. Suddenly I noticed a spot in the sky that was darker than the sky itself. At first I thought a bunch of balloons were floating slowly by, but I then noticed, it was a triangular shape, with a "Y" shape, along with many barely visible curving light traces, almost like black light neon. I had time to say, "what's that?" and point, whereupon my wife looked and exclaimed, "What the heck IS that?" and then it just dissapeared. It was like it Melted out of sight. It did NOT zoom off. It just dissapeared as it slowly drifted over the edge of the ampitheatre. No one else immediately around me said they saw it, and as everyone started looking at us funny, we dropped it. However, the lasers never did come back up, and we drove home nervously looking at the sky. I only told 2 close friends about this until I found your website tonight. I do NOT know if the failure of the lasers was related to the sighting, but it sure was weird none the less.

I just stepped out on to the patio to try to get my dog to go out who would not come out of the house she started to bark and took off in the other direction.

Then suddenly just a few feet higher then my roof hovering were 8 very bright large lights pointed right in my direction, (4 on top 4 across the bottom).I couldnt tell any shape because the lights were so bright and it was dark outside. I thought at first it might be a helecoper, but there was no sound coming from it, nothing.I couldnt believe how close to the ground this was. So I waved and just as quickly as it appeared it went up and sideways, and in less then a blink it was gone.

Totally silent. No engine sound, no propellers, nothing. What ever if was it was very cool.
