Ufo sighting

Me and my 3 kids were coming back from a local fair in hemlock ny as I spotted something in the sky. I thought I was tripping (seeing things) when I asked my kids they also saw it. I gave my phone to my oldest daughter who was in the passenger seat and told her to take several photos of it. It was hovering and not moving so I thought it to be off. We got home about 5 mins after taking the photo and when I looked at the pictures and zoomed in it didn't look like anything I or anyone else had ever saw before. I went in to work the following day showing everyone.

I was sitting in the parking lot of the high school football field when suddenly, we noticed something in the sky. It had three lights in the shape of a triangle and the lights would occasionally blink. We figured it was just some kid with a drone (even though it was late at night). But then a few more showed up. Still, at about four drones we figured it was just some people joking around.

The only buildings that would be in the range of a small drone were the school, the fire department, an auto repair shop and a few houses. There didn't appear to be anyone walking around either. And, we couldn't hear any sound coming from these drones.

When we started to get creeped out is when we counted 50 of these things. They were coming from all directions and just circling us. They remained stationary in the sky probably about 30 feet above our heads. We couldn't make out any details other than the lights.

More drones continued coming seemingly at random over the next hour. That's when we finally decided to leave.

Very bright light dead west stationary for 20 min then bam it was gone took pictures but it just looks like a bright star.

Saw A flash of light in the night skys of Dansville, New York.

On the night of September 14, 2014, at around 22:55, I was walking into work. I always look up at the sky. I work in Dansville, N.Y., and that night it was a clear night.

As I was walking in to work I saw a flash of Light. It lasted about 2 seconds and was bright enough to light up the sky and to be able to see detail of the hills like it was day time.

I checked to see if there was any Storms in the area for lightning but, the closest lightning strikes was over 1,100 miles away. I also listen to see if I could hear the fire whistle because of the brightness of the light I thought that maybe there might have been an accident or maybe something exploded like a transformer.

Something logical to explain the flash but, there was no noise and the fire department was not deployed. So I have no idea what the flash was. It was strange.

Witnessed an object in the night sky while camping that was orange like the sun fly overhead two times in a span of twenty minutes

In the early hours of July 1st 2011 while camping in Dansville, NY, my friend and I observed something quite spectacular in the night sky.

I was on the telephone with my girlfriend standing about 30 ft from our campfire when out of nowhere in the clear sky above me appeared a bright orange ball shaped object moving quite swiftly to the north.

My first thought was it might be an airplane that caught fire, I quickly yelled to my friend to look up in the sky and turn the music off. We both watched intently and listened for any noise but could here none. The object travel to the north for about 1 minute and then took a sharp turn in the sky and began heading south south east at the Sam rate of speed as before.

I hung up the phone and attempted to turn my video camera on to film the object but the screen was scrambled and looked as though it had been submerged in water. I had to take the battery out to reset the phone. While this was going on the objects light began to fade away and after about 1 minute in the new direction it completely burned out or disappeared.

My friend who was with me is an 8th grade science teacher and owns several telescopes I began quizzing him as to what we may have just seen and he was literally speachless. Neither of us had ever seen anything like it in our lives and it was very clearly in our atmosphere and was not an airplane or a meteor. As we were discussing the possible origin of the "UFO" we had just witnessed and the strange thing that happened to my cell phone, the object reappeared in the sky just over our heads, it took what appeared to be a near identical course and it had renewed brightness this time. It looked like a moving fire ball that changed shape before our eyes.

This time I managed to get a picture of it and both of us got video on our phones of the UFO. It made the same turn in the sky and slowly lost it's brightness in the same part of the sky.

In my 14 years in law enforcement and his 8 as a teacher neither of us have ever encountered anything! like this, it seemed to have a clear path and I am just really happy it came back and let us catch it on video.

We saw a large fireball in the sky below a ceiling of clouds. We watched it move at a steady speed in a straight path across the sky,

We saw a large fireball in the sky below a ceiling of clouds. We were in a campground in the hills of Dansville. At first we thought it was the fire from a hot air balloon as there was a Balloon festival that weekend. However, the ball of fire was much larger than a balloons would be at the close distance, it was moving much faster than a balloon but not fast enough to be an aircraft; that was also a consideration beacuse there is also a small airport in the area. We watched it move at a steady speed in a straight path across the sky, right to left,(Mars being on the right)and then it looked like it shrunk and dissapeared. We took 2 or three pictures on a disposable camera but as of yet have not had it developed. I figure it won't look like much. The next morning I called that area airport to make sure that any aircraft in the air at night should have the blinking lights (which he said yes) and to see if hot air balloons were allowed up at night (which he said no). I then asked him if he had any reports of anyone seeing anything in the sky last night (which he said no). When I hung up I heard the news on TV that there were many sightings in Calafornia that same night three hours after our sighting. I am a night sky watcher and have never seen anything like it.
