Large extremely fast moving orb moving across the sky that stopped in midair, turned, and continued in the direction

Driving down the highway in the middle of the night I was the only one on the road. A large orb of light appeared in the sky to my left and was moving at an insanely fast speed in the same direction as me. It stopped in midair and stayed still for a second before turning to the right and continued on extremely fast without having to build speed. Was out of view after another 5 seconds.

4 orange glowing objects sighted flying in single formation.

On August 3rd, 2015, at 9:50 PM Central time), I witnessed, along with my wife, what can only be described as 4 to possibly 5 UFO’s flying in a extended single line form formation.

My first observation happened when I stepped out onto my deck, facing directly South. The sky was clear, and many stars were visible, along with a couple high altitude aircraft heading westward.

I then began to see what at first I thought was a aircraft at a lower altitude, coming from the SW into view and was orange glowing which I thought was its landing lights. We have a small grassy airstrip nearby.

After it got closer, I was thinking it should be making some sort of noise which it was not. It see to have a similar speed to a helicopter then a airplane. As the first object moved East and appeared to change course towards the SE I saw another object of the same type come from the same general place the first object did.

At this point I ran down to the bedroom and told my wife to look out her window, which she did, and witnessed what I was seeing.

We ended up seeing at least 4 objects move at equal spacing across the southern sky, at about 30 degree from my point of observation.

Then they all proceeded to fly the same path east, then southeast, and gained altitude and faded one by one.

I most definitely cannot come to any other conclusion then what I and my wife witnessed was some sort of UFO that could not be identified as naturally occurring, or a physically identifiable, aircraft.

On January 22, 2015, I was heading south on route 408 near mount Morris, NY. It was a clear night. About 8.00pm.

As I was driving, I looked up and seen like a street light up above the regular street lights. It was heading in the same direction as I was. When I pulled over and got out of my car it did a 380 ((sic. 180??)) degree turn and started heading back toward me.

As it was coming back I started taking pictures with my cell. It was triangular with a red tail light. And it had blue lights on either side. The white light appeared to be a flood light.

There was no sound.

My girlfriend and I were sitting on a country road around 2:30am to switch driving positions. We noticed behind us about half mile back near the road we turned off shadow looking objects (no apparent shape) coming closer up the road. This was after seeing a orange beam come straight down behind us while driving up the road we turned off. My girlfriend started to drive again while i was in the extended cab of our truck. We turned onto a main road then off onto the next road down from the one we turned off and drove up about a half mile and stopped. It had snowed during the day and the road was covered and a very light snow was falling. We were looking behind us and near the end of the road alittle up from the main road we could see a white light that looked like it was a car with just its dome light on. It went off then came back on closer to us and then off and then we started to drive again. Looking back it seemed as if there was something right behind us, a black shadow of something and a red beam flashed by the truck. We then came to a stop sign and turned left onto the road we live on, about 100 ft after turning it seemed like we were in a blizzard with snow flying heavy and blowing very hard. Our satellite radio lost reception during this. The blowing snow stopped after about 10-15 seconds and then totally stopped as if a helicopter had gone right over head. There was no noise of any kind and we returned home 2 minutes later. 2 hours after arriving home there was a bright white light in the lower sky outside our house moving in circular patterns for about 40 minutes. My girlfriends mother witnessed this light it then disappeared.

strange change of direction

I was taking out the dog and I was looking up at the sky when I though I saw a shooting star (it looked just like one), then all of a sudden it changed direction. it was pretty much straight above me when it changed direction (like almost a 45% angle) I don't know if it's a UFO or something more "mundane" but it seemed strange to me for it to change direction the way it did. I didn't hear any airplane sounds either. Feel free to email me but I think I wrote everything I can think of right here..

moved from one point in sky to another instantly

Me and two other witnesses saw a shape of object that appeared as a moving satelite but after a few moments there was some unbeleivable movements of the object, in a speed that seemed impossible even for a SR71 blackbird. At times it would pause and then move erratically in movements that just made no sense and then at times seemed like patterns of right angles repeating them selves. at other times when in a pause mode, it would appear as if different colors would pulse of red, blue and white. Then at another point in time two others appeared along side of it doing the same similar movements but were not around as long as the first one to make other observations of. As the sun started to rise and the stars started to dissapear this shiny circuler object still appeared faintly. At times the object would dissapear and reapear when a normal air craft would circle around about once every 15 minutes as if doing some kind of surveilance of the object them selves. Then all of a sudden it was gone and we were all left in shock because we know that what we saw was not from this world.

My cousin and I were in the backyard of his home. We were standing and conversing, when we both looked to right of a farmers field, directly behind his home, when we both seen a bright green circlular object. After this we were startled by this enormous bright object that had just landed in the midst of our eyes. We went back into the house and went online and immediatly reported this sighting.

My sister, a female friend and I had just entered the portch area when the whole house started shaking. There was a very loud roar which was above us travelling from west to east. We thought it was an earthquake. The phone was ringing.

I answered the phone, it was another female friend who actually saw the craft fly west to east across main st. It was travelling very fast, had dark gray smoke coming out the back, was dark gray in color, elongated triangle in shape, at only about 700 ft. in altitude.

The size was incredible. It was as long and as wide as an aircraft carrier. On the news that night there was a report of metior showers. The object was a craft.

9:25pm, noticed a small light high in the sky. The light did not blink and traveled at a high speed. A second high speed light followed but on a little different direction. Both lights made no sound. I believe these lights could've been seen from other states due to the height of the moving lights.

On 7/12/98 at around 10:25pm I went out back to enjoy the clear night sky and watch an occasional aircraft fly overhead. This is something I often do. I'm 39 years old and paraylized from a recreational accident 9 years ago. I use a Permobil wheel chair that allows me to do weight shifts by reclinging and tilting the seat back to about a 60 degree angle, perfect for watching the night sky. This particular night was great just after dark. The sky was clear. I turned off all back of the house lights including the kitchen light that casted a light onto the patio. I was in the recline/tilt position for about 10 minutes and was watching two commercial jets pass through the nite sky. Then I noticed a small non-blinking light (10x smaller than the jet lights)traveling at a high rate of speed from overhead north to south. I couldn't believe it. I was coonvinced I saw something unusual and wished it lasted longer. Then another non-blinking light appeared after the otherone disappeared. It's path was a little different than the first light but very similar. Both lights made no noise. If the jets were flying at 30,000 feet (5-6 miles high) the lights I saw appeared to be 100 mile high or higher. I've never reported anything or have seen anything like this. Please let me know if anyone else saw what I saw.

Large closing bar of light in night sky '89/'90. NY

There was NO sighting of aircraft of any kind.

In 1989/90?, I was in Mt. Morris, NY with some college friends. It was late and dark. We had just finished watching some movies when we thought it would be a great idea to go visit the small cemetery down the road.

To make a long story short, we were walking in the cemetery and- I remember very well- we had to go slow because it was very dark and we couldn’t see the stones. We weren’t doing anything, just kind of walking around. We got to the back where there was a small woods with a field on the other side. We decided to turn around and go back to the house.

I clearly remember that I was looking down (stones and all) so that I wouldn’t trip when I suddenly realized that I could see all the stones with some weak shadows. The light wasn’t blazing bright- kind of like moonlight that is filtered through clouds.

I stopped and looked up (as did my friends) and there well above us (but on the horizon) in the sky was a perfectly straight, rectangular bar of light. It was big enough that you had to move your eyes from left to right to see it all. I don’t know what direction we were facing. As we stood there, mouths open, just staring, the bar of light got thinner from the top and the bottom- like you might see when a door to a lit room closes- but horizontally. It got thinner and thinner and then just disappeared.

It did not move except for the “closing” effect. We asked our astronomy professor at SUNY Geneseo about it the next day. He said it may have been Northern Lights- NO WAY!. . . straight lines on all sides, controlled closing of the light.

I am writing about it now- after many years- on a whim of looking it up on the internet and finding some other accounts that sound exactly like mine. I don’t know what it was but I will never forget it.
